Minimum of a masters degree
A minimum of 12 years of experience performing HUMINT related
operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National
Intelligence Support Team,

unit.
No less than five (5) years of experience in Collection
Management and all- source analysis and two (2) years of experience in a
managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis.
Advanced skills in the intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting
Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis,
Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life analysis
Proficient in using information databases such as HUMINT

Strong knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine,
