Seeking Technical Trainers and Instructional System Designers (ISD) with
an established background in training on technical systems, DoW
(preferred) or other USG experience, and a background in communications
security (COMSEC), network engineering, or Electronic Warfare (EW).
Who: FRDA develops custom solutions for tier one DoW (DoD) units,
commercial organizations, and the intelligence community. We leverage
our technical and tradecraft specialists to develop novel solutions and
train collectors, operators, unit members, and auxiliary personnel in
custom-tailored and mission-driven courses to give them the tools they
need to succeed at their missions and further develop their organizations.
What: A rapid, mission-driven project to train users across the DoW
enterprise on a new communication equipment technology. FRDA is
onboarding over a dozen technical trainers and ISDs to be part of this
exciting effort.
The Technology Creator: A company specializing in cutting edge
technological progress and a powerhouse in the national security
industry has hired FRDA to train users around the DoW on a new piece of
communication equipment in late October. The company, who will be named
after onboarding with FRDA, reached out directly to FRDA for this task
and did not solicit any other proposals. We are looking for experienced
and qualified technical trainers and Instructional System Designers to
learn the product, develop a user-driven one-day course, and deliver the
course to users supporting national-level missions.
Where: Subject matter familiarity and course content creation will take
place in Northern Virginia. Courses will be delivered over several days
in California, Texas, and Maryland. The courses will be taught at each
location simultaneously, so each applicant will only teach in one of the
three locations. SMEs and lead ISDs will work full time in Reston, VA
leading up to the course delivery. Other trainers will be available for
coordination in the time leading up to the course delivery and will be
located in northern Virginia during the week of 12 October.
When: Position dependent:
Subject Matter Experts (2), Lead Instructor (1), and Lead ISDs (2):
Begin work 18 October
Auxiliary instructors and ISDs: A group will begin work the week of 5
October. The remaining group will begin work the week of 12 October.
The individual schedule will be based on their credentials and when
they come onboard.
All personnel will be in Northern Virginia the week of 12 October for
a Teach the Trainer event.
Applicants are expected to work Monday-Friday with no interruption for
the duration of this project.

Compensation: The SME/PM Lead/Lead Instructor and two lead ISD positions
will be paid the most, as they will be working on the project for the

RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a JSOC Academic Instructor and Course
Facilitator at Fort Bragg, NC. Educates, coordinates, and develops

scope of Joint SOF Operational academic support for the J7 Staff
Development Division. Develop, coordinate and deliver training to

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree with related military experience or other
related field of study or 15 years of equivalent experience.

National/USSOCOM policies and procedures related to SOF employment and a

Description
The CATI Quality Control (QC) Monitor is responsible for monitoring,
evaluating, coaching, and documenting the performance of
Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) interviewers conducting
Veterans Affairs (VA) survey research studies. This position plays a
critical role in ensuring that interviewers adhere to approved survey
protocols, Veterans Crisis Line (VCL) escalation procedures,
confidentiality requirements, and quality assurance standards while
collecting information from Veterans participating in VA service
delivery program. These include mental health, suicide prevention,
healthcare experience, and service dog training programs.
The QC Monitor evaluates interviewer performance through live
monitoring, recorded call reviews (when authorized), CATI system
reviews, and documentation audits. The position works closely with
Interviewers, supervisors, the CATI study manager, and the Clinical
Director to ensure Veterans are treated with respect, empathy, and
professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of data quality.

Matter Expert (SME) to support the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for

you will serve as a primary advisor on matters related to the
sustainment, safety, security, and reliability of the U.S. nuclear
stockpile. You will provide critical technical and analytical support
across policy development, program oversight, and stakeholder
coordination within the nuclear enterprise.

including the Pentagon and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC.*
*Day to Day Responsibilities*
* Serve as the government’s primary point of contact and provide
guidance on all nuclear stockpile stewardship requirements.
* Provide subject matter expertise on the current and projected
nuclear stockpile, including warheads, bombs, and associated
delivery systems, across National, DoD, Joint, and Service levels.
* Review, analyze, and recommend actions related to nuclear stockpile
sustainment, life extension programs, and modernization initiatives.
* Coordinate with key stakeholders across DoD and non-DoD
organizations, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense
(OSD), Joint Staff, Navy, National Nuclear Security Administration
(NNSA), national laboratories, and production facilities.
* Support the annual Nuclear Weapons Stockpile Memorandum (NWSM)
process and contribute to the development of the Stockpile
Stewardship and Management Plan (SSMP).
* Assess nuclear weapon system development, acquisition, and
operational deployment to ensure alignment with national strategy
and stockpile requirements.
* Participate in technical discussions, working groups, conferences,
and other forums to represent Air Force equities within the nuclear
enterprise.
* Analyze and interpret nuclear weapons effects data, test results,
and scientific assessments to inform Air Force policy and
operational planning.
*Required Qualifications*
* Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for
Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
* Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science,
national security studies, or a related field.
* Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in national security.
* Demonstrated knowledge of nuclear stockpile stewardship requirements
across National, DoD, Joint, and Service levels.
* Experience coordinating with DoD and non-DoD organizations involved
in the nuclear enterprise, including nuclear weapons systems and

Instruct, demonstrate, and evaluate up to Common Skill Level 3 tasks
for students enrolled in the Special Forces Qualification Course
(SFQC).
*
Utilizing extensive operational experience, instructors shall
reinforce student proficiency in advanced warrior skills, small-unit
tactics, land navigation, weapons employment, tactical
communications, fieldcraft, and survivability in austere environments.
*
Conduct performance-based evaluations, score written and practical
exams, administer student counseling, and provide constructive
performance feedback to ensure students achieve the training
standards mandated by the Commanding General's training guidance.
*
Manage, account for, and supervise students who are awaiting
training (AT) or holding between active phases of instruction.
*
Maintain 100% daily roster accountability, establish work details,
conduct physical fitness training, enforce Army appearance and
behavioral standards, and manage administrative actions for all
assigned holding-status students.
*
Monitor student physical and medical readiness, coordinate routine
clinic appointments, inspect barracks and common areas for safety
and cleanliness, and prepare students mentally and physically for
immediate transition into follow-on training phases.
*
Cultivate a disciplined, professional garrison and field environment
that prevents student regression and optimizes pipeline throughput.
*
Execute all instructional, evaluation, and student management duties
at Fort Bragg, Camp Mackall, and associated satellite training
installations, ranges, drop zones, and field sites throughout North
Carolina.
*
Adapt to dynamic training schedules and support rotational 24/7
operations, which include overnight field training exercises (FTXs),
weekend training blocks, and tactical movements in remote, austere,
and woodline environments.
*
Maintain situational awareness, enforce range and tactical safety
regulations in accordance with local command standard operating
procedures, and rapidly identify and mitigate environmental and
training hazards to safeguard students and staff.
*
Operate Government-furnished and General Services Administration
(GSA) leased vehicles, including non-tactical passenger vehicles,
light utility trucks, and field-utility transport platforms, to
transport students, training aids, and equipment to remote ranges
and satellite training sites.
*
Perform daily operator-level Preventive Maintenance Checks and
Services (PMCS), record accurate trip logs, maintain vehicle
cleanliness, and immediately report any mechanical discrepancies,
safety issues, or accidents to the Contracting Officer
Representative (COR) and the unit master driver.
*
Utilize Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) computer terminals,
local area networks, and Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router
Network (NIPRNet) workstations to:
o
access military academic databases
o
manage student training files
o
record evaluation scores
o
update automated training management programs
o
conduct official duty-related correspondence via government
enterprise email.

The Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) supports United States
Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) by meeting a critical need for the DoD and
Joint Cyberspace Operations Forces to train at the individual, team, and
force level. PCTE is an online platform that gives Cybercom’s cyber
mission force access from anywhere in the world for individual training,
collective training, and mission rehearsal. It is one of the five
elements of the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) and is
managed on behalf of Cybercom and the joint cyber force by the Army’s
Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation.
The program has matured well past initial fielding. The infrastructure
team now sustains a fleet of enterprise environments in parallel —
development, test, and multiple production systems — while
simultaneously standing up new environments, executing platform-wide
version upgrades, replacing hardware in place, and integrating a growing
catalog of mission applications. This role sits at the center of that work.
*Responsibilities*
·Design, configure, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 infrastructure
across Cisco Nexus (NX-OS) and Catalyst platforms in spine/leaf data
center fabrics — VLANs, port-channels, vPC, trunking, BGP peering and
advertisement, prefix-lists, route-maps, VRFs, and access-lists.
·Build and maintain F5 BIG-IP configurations including virtual servers,
pools, nodes, health monitors, HTTP/SSL profiles, certificate
management, firewall rules, and WAF policies supporting externally
reachable mission services.
·Rack, cable, and bring up new compute, storage, and network racks —
including iDRAC/BMC configuration, ESXi installation, and integration of
new hardware into existing VCF workload domains.
·Plan and execute physical infrastructure changes: hardware refresh and
vendor migrations, rack deliveries, data center relocations (system
shutdown, physical move, reinstallation, recabling, power-up, and
functional validation), and post-power-event health checks.
·Support VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) lifecycle work — major-version

vulnerability scanning, and resolve scan failures caused by network or
ACL conditions.

·Mentor and train junior network engineers and build-team members on the

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced **Government Contract Program Manager** to
manage the customer relationship of strategic U.S. Government contracts
within our organization, along with a portfolio of smaller related
programs. As a large, non-traditional defense contractor operating at

leader who can bridge the unique requirements of government programs
with the pace and rigor of commercial semiconductor development.
THE PERSON:
This is a high-visibility role that demands exceptional cross-functional
leadership. The successful candidate will coordinate the work of
