We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Test Engineer to
support the United States Navy (USN/DON) in New Orleans, LA.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned QA professional with deep
experience in test automation, performance testing, data validation, and
web services testing, who can work collaboratively in an Agile
environment to ensure the reliability and quality of mission-critical
Navy personnel and pay systems.
*RESPONSIBILITIES: *
• Develop and execute automated test scripts and scenarios based on
requirements, technical designs, and manual test cases.
• Design and implement performance test plans and load tests for USN/DON
environments hosted in AWS GovCloud.
• Perform ETL and data alignment testing, validating data interfaces and
end-to-end data integrity.
• Conduct extensive testing of SOAP and RESTful Web Services supporting
NSIPS and integrated systems.
• Document, track, and report software defects, collaborating closely
with developers to drive timely resolution.
• Work as a senior member of a 3-4 person automation team to define,

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide clear test status,

THE JOB
Our client is seeking a Design Quality Control Manager (DQCM) to ensure all engineering design deliverables meet federal, technical, and contractual requirements—specifically for Department of Defense projects. This role leads the design quality program, oversees the review and certification workflow, and supports both in-office and on‑site activities. The DQCM plays a key role in maintaining design integrity and ensuring compliance with the Design Quality Control Plan (DQCP).
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as an independent member of the QC team and maintain objective oversight.
Ensure all design work complies with contract specifications and applicable federal regulations.
Implement and maintain the design portion of the Quality Control Plan, including schedules and documentation.
Participate in project kickoff meetings, design sessions, QC reviews, and coordination meetings.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Field Service Representatives (FSRs) with extensive M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank expertise to support ongoing operations in Morocco. Selected candidates will provide unit and depot-level maintenance, technical guidance, and sustainment support to host nation forces and program stakeholders. This is a critical role requiring deep hands-on mechanical proficiency and the ability to operate independently in a deployed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical assistance and mentorship for unit and depot-level maintenance on M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank systems. Perform and oversee troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance on all major vehicle subsystems including the Honeywell AGT1500 gas turbine engine, X1100-3B transmission, suspension, fire control, hull, and turret components. Support and advise host nation maintenance personnel on proper repair procedures, parts management, and maintenance documentation in accordance with applicable Technical Manuals (TMs). Assist with the establishment and improvement of depot-level maintenance capabilities, to include tooling, equipment, and workflow processes. Maintain accurate maintenance records, write technical reports, and provide regular status updates to program management. Coordinate with logistics personnel to support parts requisition, supply chain management, and equipment readiness. Assist with training development and delivery for host nation maintainers at both the operator and mechanic levels. Travel within Morocco as required to support geographically dispersed units and maintenance facilities.
Required Qualifications
Military occupational specialty 91A (M1 Abrams Senior Maintainer) or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on M1A1 Abrams maintenance experience at the unit and/or direct support level. In-depth working knowledge of the Honeywell AGT1500 gas turbine engine, including removal, installation, troubleshooting, and depot-level repair. Demonstrated experience with the X1100-3B transmission, final drives, and associated drivetrain components. Proficiency reading and applying Army Technical Manuals, diagnostic procedures, and maintenance work orders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical reports and interface with program offices, military leadership, and host nation personnel. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (Secret minimum). Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one prior to deployment. Ability to pass a medical screening and meet deployment fitness requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior FSR or contractor field support experience in an overseas or deployed environment. Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and IMET/partner nation support frameworks. Develop and write a variety of engaging content, including news
articles, human-interest features, and command updates, for
dissemination across internal and external communication channels.
This role ensures all written materials are clear, compelling,
and maintain a high standard of quality while consistently
reflecting the organization's mission and strategic messaging

Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), personnel from various
SOCOM sub-organizations, and other stakeholders to gather content,
conduct interviews and research to develop accurate and engaging
content that reflects the command’s mission and values

Ensure compliance with DOW and command editorial policies and review
processes
*Design and Layout of Publications*
*
Responsible for the graphic design and layout of various print and
digital communication materials. This involves creating visually
appealing and effective designs for publications, informational
products, and other collateral to ensure a cohesive and professional
brand identity across all organizational communications. Maintain
consistent visual branding in line with command identity
and DOW standards
*
Coordinate with print vendors or internal production resources
to ensure high-quality final products
*Coordination, Integration & Reporting*
*
Collaborate with military PAOs, staff elements, and external
stakeholders to ensure coordinated communication efforts
*
Develop and maintain a content calendar to track communication
initiatives, ensuring that communications are strategically timed
and aligned with key events, milestones, and operational activities
and provide regular updates on ongoing projects, milestones, and
communication metrics to government leads
*
Track and assess communication effectiveness using analytics,
feedback, and engagement data; recommend adjustments as needed
*Media Monitoring, Research & Analysis*
*
Constantly monitor and analyze news, blogs, podcasts, and other
media sources to assess sentiment, how the command and
its operations are portrayed, and potential reputational risks.
*
Conduct open-source Media Research to spot emerging issues or
concerns and assess narrative developments in media coverage related
to military operations, DOW policy, and geopolitical developments
and provide actionable insights to PA leadership.

Generate daily, specific, and as needed media update and analysis
reports for leadership and offer actionable feedback based on the
effectiveness of key messages, tone, and command communication
strategies
