Job Title:  Intelligence Discipline Lead (IDL) - Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Description: Preting seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an Intelligence Discipline Lead Subject Matter Expert (IDL SME) to support USSOCOM. IDL SME provides support to assist USSOCOM Staff in the conduct of targeting analysis and operations. The contractor shall provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, material, and services necessary to perform intelligence operations, coordination, product production, data integration, synchronization, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions and operational objectives.


Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.


Job Responsibilities: The IDL SME shall provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, material, and services necessary to perform intelligence operations, coordination, product production, data integration, synchronization, and prioritization of USSOCOM missions and operational objectives. The IDL SME shall possess SME-level skillsets in the specific intelligence discipline with demonstrated experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, the ability to accurately and effectively communicate with USSOCOM customers and knowledge of the organization. IDL SMEs shall assist the USSOCOM Staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs, recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.


Job Requirements: Intelligence Discipline Lead-Subject Matter Expert (IDL SME) shall possess the following qualifications:


·        IDL SME shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.


·        Of the foregoing experience, the IDL SME shall have not less than five (5) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.


·        IDL SME shall have advanced skillsets with the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.


·        IDL SME shall have advanced skillsets with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.


·        IDL SME shall have employed their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.


·        IDL SME shall have expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analysis, and integrate complex information related to targeting.


·        Current Top Secret clearance and SCI adjudicated.


·        Must possess a valid US passport


·        Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.


·        Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Instructional Designer that will develop various mediums of courseware to support the AFSOC flying mission.


This position is based at Hurlburt Field, FL.


 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below, as outlined in the contract statement of work:


Use the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process to develop and modify courseware for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Training Change Proposal (TCP) or Formal Course Reviews (FCR).

Collaborate with team to produce forward-thinking concepts to transform traditional courseware into innovative and compelling formats including video, interactions, emulators, and virtual reality.

Assist with the development, update, and validation of Master Training Task List (MTTL) to ensure all pertinent tasks are identified to meet training objectives.

Assist with the development, update, and validation of Syllabi of Instruction (SOI), including sync with MTTL.

Review and revise courseware based on SME feedback.

Conduct and document formative evaluation during each stage of the ADDIE process.

Attend formal course review (FCR) events and guide SMEs in proper methods to analyze materials for updates to MTTL, SOI, and courseware; after FCR, conduct small group tryouts (SGTO) to collect feedback and integrate it into the next course draft.

Qualifications


Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. ( An active Secret clearance preferred.)

Bachelor’s degree in ISD or education preferred. Associate's degree in ISD or CCAF equivalent desired. Experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Practical knowledge of the methods and techniques of instruction and adult learning principles.

Ability to identify behavioral outcomes, clarify instructional problems, establish goals and objectives, and identify learning environment and learner’s existing knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experiece designing quizzes, end of course exams, and meaningful course interactions to increase learning and retention.

As a CACI-Wexford SOF Targeting Integrator, you will provide expert targeting analysis services against High Value Individuals (HVIs) and shall use information, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, training, and technology and employ tools for information collection to enhance a customer's F3EAD targeting cycle. You will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting support products to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks (such as WMD, VEOs, IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.


 


More About the Role:


 


While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. Using expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and GEOINT you will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.


While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-Wexford SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed. 


You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted threat networks.


 


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Perform the full range of cradle-to-grave contracting activities. Work will be in support of both commodity and service requirements.

TJFACT is seeking to hire a dynamic Police Advisor to support the DOS in Jerusalem, Israel.


The Police Advisor, referred to as Advisor for the remainder of this document, will work full-time in the INL Jerusalem (INL/J) office to support and assist planning and implementation of US government efforts to enhance and expand the capabilities of the Palestinian Civil Police (PCP), the Palestinian Authority (PA) Attorney General’s Office, the PA Public Prosecutor’s Offices, the PA Security Justice Commission, other PA security forces, and the PA Ministry of the Interior (MOI). Within this role, the Advisor will provide public security, law enforcement and rule of law in the West Bank. They will work closely with the INL justice, corrections, MOI, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) advisors, the United States Security Coordinator (USSC) police advisors, and the USSC security justice advisor to support and complement INL’s law enforcement and security projects as needed and directed. They will serve as a member of INL/J’s subject matter specialists (SMS) team that assists and advises on the full range of criminal justice issues as they relate to establishing a Palestinian State that is based upon the rule of law.


Working in close coordination with other INL/J SMS, they will assess Palestinian Authority (PA) capacities for providing public security, law enforcement and rule of law and make recommendations to INL on how U.S. assistance can best be designed to help improve these capabilities, and assist in planning, development, and implementation of related future U.S. assistance efforts. The advisor’s efforts will be conducted in close coordination with the INL/J Justice Advisor, Corrections Advisor, Ministry of Interior (MOI) advisor, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) advisor to ensure a comprehensive US government approach to providing assistance to the Palestinian justice and security systems.

Review, edit, evaluate, and draft, as necessary, law enforcement and security-related project proposals.

Serve as the INL/J liaison to other international organizations providing assistance to PA police institutions.

Draft reporting cables on developments related to Palestinian law enforcement and security issues and program status.

Facilitate exchange of information and practices to ensure robust communication on rule of law issues within INL, as well as with other US government and international organizations, donors, and implementers working in area of rule of law in the Palestinian Territories.

Engage with relevant PA and international organizations, donors, and implementers to ensure INL program efforts are successful and complement work by other organizations, donors, and implementers.

Work with INL contractors on law enforcement and security projects to help facilitate successful program activities.

Prepare background materials and reports to be used by INL/J Director and other US government actors in preparing speeches, briefings, and testimonies to articulate INL/J engagement on security sector issues within the PA.

Provide informed counsel on related topics to other elements within the U.S. Embassy.

Engage in contingency planning and development of future INL/J police, prosecution, and security sector assistance activities.

Participate in INL/J office meetings.

Meet with members of other US government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and the international community for the purpose of gathering and disseminating information pertinent to law enforcement and security sector development and US government priorities and activities.

 


Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:


Active DoD TS/SCI clearance

C-IED Attack the Network analytical experience is a plus

JOB OVERVIEW:


Upon alarm notification, K2's bomb technicians will immediately begin analyzing the suspect x-ray image. K2’s certified bomb technicians can view real-time reports and metrics across multiple screening sites. The bomb technicians will review the x-ray images and provide collaborative alarm resolution x-ray image analysis and interpretation to the client. You will provide feedback and analysis through voice, text and/or images as quickly as possible. The K2 bomb technician will provide documentation indicating whether a threat is present or not to the client at the conclusion of consultations.

Primary Responsibilities


Provide liaison and direct support to the operational commander and Foundry Site Director responsible for generating an operational environment for home station collective training exercises.

Supporting Army, Joint, Combined WFXs, training the intelligence elements of brigade combat teams, functional and multi-functional brigades, expeditionary sustainment command and sustainment brigades, and Army special operations forces embedded or standalone WFXs. Scenarios will feature the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), make use of hybrid threat doctrine, and integrate Unified Action Partner capabilities to meet operational training objectives

Basic Qualifications


Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of Army military intelligence experience as enlisted, warrant officer, or officer (or combination of) OR Master's degree and at least 6 years of Army military intelligence experience as enlisted, warrant officer, or officer (or combination of)

At least 2 iterations in a Combat Training Center (CTC) rotational unit serving in an Intelligence capacity

Develop working knowledge of water rights and raw water operations in support of planning and engineering studies and alternatives, design, and construction projects 

Water Planning and Design: 


Support internally and externally executed projects that include planning, studies, alternative analysis, data analysis, operational testing, and developing recommendations for improvements 

Support operation and maintenance and capital planning, design, and construction of rehabilitation, renewal, and replacement projects

Collect, verify, validate, and analyze data for projects

Produce studies and alternative analyses, condition assessment reports, failure analysis reports, basis of design reports, and construction plans commensurate with increasing experience and responsibilities

Support project technical requirements for all contracted projects. Draft scopes of work, and review and advise on technical quality of submittal documents from external engineers

Ensure technical quality, constructability, and cost efficiency of all deliverables for both internal and external design projects

Support and manage issues, communication, environmental, permitting, and stakeholder engagement for internal and external projects

Assure that projects are properly administered and completed in conformance with applicable laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations

Provide technical guidance to other employees and/or contractors and coordinate technical efforts for projects in conformance with standards and specifications

Support projects of various levels of complexity in the areas of planning, design, and operations for: raw water systems, potable and non-potable water distribution system, water transmission mains, and water treatment

Conduct hydraulic analysis utilizing various processes and software as needed 

Opportunities exist to work with and support other departments in the areas of water resource supply and water rights, water system operations, wastewater collection and treatment, and engineering standards.

Engineering Services During Construction: 


You will also support construction projects through shop drawing and submittal reviews, field inspections, control strategy development/implementation, and commissioning and start-up planning and implementation activities.

Who you are... the most highly qualified Engineer III candidates for this role should have related experience in water infrastructure design and analysis with 4 to 7 years of related dam experience. Graduate degree in a related field may be considered for one year of experience.  An ABET accredited Bachelor or Graduate degree in engineering is required, with a bachelor or graduate in Civil, Geotechnical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering preferred. A P.E. or reciprocity within 6 months is required for Engineer III.  For an Engineer IV, you will have 7 to 10 years of related dam experience in addition to the above. Colorado PE license or reciprocity within 6 months of hire. Graduate degree in related field may counts towards 1 year of experience.  Interest and experience with systems in the Rocky Mountains is desirable.

Utility Worker (Seasonal / Hourly)

Colorado Springs Utilities is hiring a seasonal Utility Worker to support our Water Services Division.  This position is slated to start ASAP and conclude in late October (as business needs dictate).


As a Utility Worker, you will be required to perform shift work where you will support activities related to construction, repair, and maintenance across the division. This requires the ability to perform manual labor (which includes heavy lifting, shoveling, and working in various types of weather) and general knowledge of basic construction operations. Employees will be working in high traffic areas and required to adhere to appropriate safety practices.


This role will require working overtime, weekends, holidays, and 24-hour call outs as business needs demand.  In addition, you will work in hazardous conditions and subject to working in inclement weather.

Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of water and waste-water systems

Maintaining and updating records on a daily basis

Use hand-operated and electric, pneumatic and hydraulic power tools to assist with landscape construction and maintenance projects

Gather equipment and parts to complete daily task

Attend safety and training courses

May rotate across water, wastewater and support services work groups

May relocate work locations on short notice

Who you are…

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of related construction experience and must possess a valid driver’s license.  A CDL is not required but is preferred.  Additionally, we are interested in your skills in the following:

General knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and mechanics

JobHaus LLC is seeking FMV/Imagery Analysts to support USSOCOM. Imagery Analyst shall perform advanced level imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements. Imagery Analyst shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.


Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Imagery Analyst shall have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

Imagery Analyst shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Candidates must perform at a highly proficient level on core Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) analysis and Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation with recent, hands-on experience.

Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks as required.

Must attend Government provided training on the duties, responsibilities and TTPs of an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC). If selected by the Government, must be able to serve as an ITC.

Skills and Experience:


He/she shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology.

Must have 4-6 years (level dependent) of experience with operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.

Military personnel who have two years of hands on FMV analysis experience within JSOC meet the minimum requirement.

Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard. The Government reserves the right to test typing skills during the SV process.

Level 1: 4 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last six years. Candidates will be expected to fully comprehend the duties of and potentially deploy as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).

Must have a US Government issued clearance at time of application

You Have:


- 5+ years of experience working as a Cybersecurity Analyst


- Knowledge of Security Information Event Management (SIEM) platforms


- Knowledge of network data and analyzing full packet capture


- Ability to analyze network and endpoint logs, conduct incident response, and effectively report incident information to leadership


- TS/SCI clearance


- HS diploma or GED


- 8570 IAT II+ Certification


- 8570 CSSP Analyst or Incident Responder Certification


Nice If You Have:


- Experience with working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Regional Cyber Center (RCC)


- Experience in conducting digital forensics


- Experience with using endpoint tools to successfully hunt for adversarial behavior


- Knowledge of Splunk and creating Splunk content, including alerts and dashboards


- Knowledge of conducting Threat Hunting using network and host-based information


- Bachelor's degree


- Certification in Security Tools, including Splunk, Tanium, or Tychon

What You’ll Get to Do:


 


As a CACI-Wexford Sensitive Activities Advisor, you will support the Department of Defense and its efforts to identify and neutralize enemy threat networks capable of employing improvised threats, such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), and other improvised weapons of strategic effect.


 


More About the Role:


 


You will embed with and advise Combatant Commands at all echelons on effectively leveraging specially compartmented material and non-material capabilities to eliminate or neutralize improvised threats and the networks that employ those threats.


You will provide the subject matter expertise to DTRA, Combatant Commands and their JTFs while maintaining situational awareness of Special Programs, STO, ACCM, and sensitive activity plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities.


 


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.

More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).

Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.

Willing to work rotating shifts if needed

Associates degree and five years of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.

 


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:


More than three years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement.

Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.

Working knowledge of IEDs and/or other improvised weapons or threats.

Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.

Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.

Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
