ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for performing the administrative tasks of receive and/or issue parts and/or materials. • Physically move received and/or issued parts and/or materials into and out of a location and/or between buildings. • Verify and maintain inventory records. Perform cycle count. Update the inventory tracking software with the cycle count data. • Prepare items to be sent to a supplier for cleaning and/or repair. • Prepare items to be returned to the vendor for credit or replacement. • Visually identify/verify problem parts referencing part descriptions and part numbers from our weekly list. • Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED: • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature. • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments. • Requires a high school diploma. • Normally requires 2-4 years of related experience. • Familiar with the use of a PC and the following software: Outlook, Excel, Words. • Experience on an inventory tracking software (oracle) a plus as is (oracle) as is fork lift experience. • Good customer service attitude.
