What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities:

Perform system integration, system evaluation and analysis, site surveys, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems and architectures.

Conduct advanced research and analysis of current systems to develop strategic implementation plans and designs, document and mitigate risks as well as lessons learned, and provide regular updates.

Serves in a critical role that builds, advises, and recommends purchases for technology that will help the enterprise meet its mission goals.

Ensure all requirements, customer and functional, are met though system analysis across all levels to include hardware/software, concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.

Collaborate with agencies, federal partners, industry, etc. to run technology experiments and pilot programs that help create new products and services. Responsible for determining the best way of integrating these into standard OPCON.

Research, collaborate, strategize with vendors and various groups, such as R&D, Server and Network teams, and provide recommendations on how to leverage emerging technology to improve mission assurance. Coordinate the efforts of other technology-specific architects and/or SME's. 

Address unusually complex problems with consultative direction through the application of advanced technologies expertise, scientific principles, theories, and concepts. Responsible for solving integration problems and synchronizing technology frameworks across the organization's task areas.

Maintain a strong understanding of networking architecture, servers, systems design, virtual hosts, and configuration management and licensing. Review new and existing enterprise program/project architecture for compliance with IT standards policies and architectural plans.

Devises plans to mitigate the gaps between the current and future enterprise technologies and service offerings.

Designing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks 

Strong experience with implementing configuration baselines and DISA STIGs 

Strong experience with vulnerability mitigation and patching 

Have flexible working hours to be available to support team when needed 

Perform all other duties as assigned 

Knowledge and Skills:

What you will be doing

You will support the United States Space Force (USSF) Cyber Defense Engineering and Training 3 (CDET3) contract. You will  leverage applicable experience and certifications with IT and cybersecurity, to include cyber defensive architecture and technologies, and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) experience in providing IT and cyber defensive architect and technologies.


This is a great opportunity to leverage your technical skills and provide advice on the technical design and implementation of Defensive Cyber Operations capacity required to effectively protect, detect and respond to cyber threats and attacks.  


  


Additional roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


Consult on IT and cyber defensive architecture and technologies

Assesses assigned Cyber domain to thoroughly understand the mission, architecture and threat

Advise on technical design and implementation of Defensive Cyber Operations capability required to effectively protect, detect and respond to cyber threats and attack

Research cyber defense technology options for best fit based on mission, architecture and threat

Design, implement, configure and/or tune Cyber Defense technology

Author documentation to include: SOPs, checklists, implementation guides, architecture diagrams, crew binders, etc.

Adapt technologies to meet best fit for the mission architecture and threat. Technologies include SIEM, vulnerability assessment, discovery, infrastructure (firewall, IPS/IDS, proxy, network capture), host-based security, PCAP, penetration testing/external assessment tools, forensics, etc.

Develop and tune cyber tools and technology like ELK, Kafka, Suricata, BRO, cuckoo, yara, etc.

Interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members

Accomplish all other tasks as assigned by Tyto leadership or Government personnel

 


QUALIFICATIONS:


7 or more years of technical experience in cyber-defense or cyber security related fields (e.g., engineering, networking, systems integration, solutions etc.) with 2 years in a supervisory role. 

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; write comprehensive studies; and maintain good working relationships

Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; message distribution/retrieval programs; and Analyst Notebook

7 or more years of professional technical experience. Experience years must come from at least 3 of the following areas:

Job Description: Preting seeks exceptionally qualified Intelligence Analysts (IA) to support USSOCOM.


Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting. Intelligence analysts shall interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. Intelligence Analysts are responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.


Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.


Job Responsibilities: Senior-Level Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst shall have advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Intelligence analysts shall have a deep understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle as well as the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.


PAI Analysts are responsible for researching, developing, and presenting PAI intelligence products at the tactical and operational. PAI Analysts shall research emerging open source and social media applications of social networking, collaborates with industry and academia subject matter experts, and interfaces with other Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques and analytical tools. PAI Analysts shall also identify and support the collection of open source data to support multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative environment.


Job Requirements: Senior-Level Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst shall possess the following qualifications:

TAM-C Solutions is looking for a security manager with physical security assessment experience. This is a temporary position lasting between 3 and 6 months, possibly longer.




Role overview


The PSVA Regional Lead is responsible for planning, initiating, and maintaining the capability to assess physical security effectiveness at any client site within their defined regions, developing the PSVA program in-line with the program’s strategic objectives, and under the direction of the Principal, PSVA program. The Regional Lead will ensure the assessment schedule is maintained and results in actionable insight and information being provided to stakeholders to support the mitigation of relevant security risks and continuous improvement of security programs, solutions, and systems. Key responsibilities

Educational Requirements

4.     Site Cleanliness.  The production floor, warehouse, packaging, raw areas, building, office, and grounds should be maintained in a clutter free, well organized, spotless manner.  The Assistant Plant Manager is the primary individual responsible for achieving and maintaining this level of cleanliness.


 


5.     Training.  Trinity has established operating and safety procedures for every aspect of its operations. The Assistant Plant Manager shall ensure that these procedures are reviewed and maintained as current monthly and ensure that every employee, most especially himself/herself is 100% trained on every process, procedure and system.  The Assistant Plant Manager is for ensuring sure that he/she and the Trinity Team are completely trained and executing the systems/procedures as published.

The OSINT Analyst will perform in-depth all-source research and analysis; and prepare written assessments for SOCNORTH in support of policy, intelligence, law enforcement, and DoD partners. Other duties include:


You will use a variety of analytical principles, concepts, and methodologies to produce OSINT and all-source intelligence products and target development packages.

You will access, harness, and leverage bulk data, big data, and social media to inform and drive the all-source analytic process.

You will analyze large amounts of data and provide credible intelligence assessments on threats, threat actor capabilities & intentions, and networks in accordance with and determined by SOCNORTH missions and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR). Intelligence products created in support of SOCNORTH include but are not limited to joint intelligence reports, papers, briefings, and/or reviews.

You will use a full range of methodological approaches and analytical tools to evaluate issues important to the customer and resolve key intelligence questions at the strategic level.

You will through OSINT analyses contribute to the development of new solutions, process and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, which includes entire the SOFETOPS enterprise, the interagency and its community of interest (COI).

You will directly support the HUMINT planning and policy development for large and complex projects.

You will Integrate data originating from a wide variety of incongruous sources in disparate and incompatible formats, including conversion of defined and digestible data sets to common ontologies for potential ingestion and use by SOCNORTH J2. 

You will determine “fact of” relationships, establish normal activity baselines, and uncover masked or hidden relationships (e.g., network-to-network relationships, nation state involvement). Conducts analyses regarding personality, node and activity trends, patterns, and deviations.

You will identify and expose key personalities, nodes, relationships, activities, motivations, patterns, vulnerabilities, and anomalies within the value chain’s infrastructure supporting SOF operations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of All-Source work experience with 2 years OSINT experience supporting Special Operations Forces.

Minimum of three years’ experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within a tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.

Electric Line Troubleshooter

Colorado Springs Utilities is looking to add a dedicated and driven professional like you to our Electric Line Troubleshooting team.  This group is responsible for performing a wide variety of specialized duties as an Electric Troubleshooter, without access to immediate supervision. You will spend your time quickly and correctly responding to emergency outages and calls for service, identifying problems, and making or arranging for repairs. Individuals must maintain knowledge of current distribution system changes and modifications; follow established field switching procedures; communicate effectively with customers, Distribution System Operators, and other department field and supervisory personnel.

***This position requires the successful candidate to work on-call, overtime, on weekends, holidays, etc. as business needs dictate.


To be considered a Troubleshooter, you must have completed a certified Line Technician Apprenticeship program, hold a valid CDL Class A driver’s license, and have at least 2 to 4 years of experience working as a journey-level line technician.

Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Technician - Hourly

Please note that this position is classified as a temporary "Hourly" position to support special projects. We anticipate this position lasting up to 36 months. As such, if hired, you will be considered an at-will, supplemental full-time non-exempt employee.

Colorado Springs Utilities' Energy Construction Operations and Maintenance Department (ECOM) is seeking an AMI Technician. You will be responsible for servicing electric and water service points at the customer/utility interface (meters, modules, and wiring). You will work in collaboration with a wide variety of other utility workgroups daily to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable utility services to the customers of Colorado Springs Utilities.


How Will You Make an Impact?


Performing water meter exchanges

Performing electric meter exchanges (in house training will be provided)

Running wire from water meter set to the external side of the structure for installation of AMI device (may require phishing wire through existing structure walls)

Recording necessary meter exchange data via MWM (i.e., Meter Reading, meter number, etc.)

Verifying accurate performance of meters and endpoints

Utilizing radios, computers, cellular phones, mobile workforce management applications, customer information systems, and other telecommunications tools and applications in the performance of daily duties

Completing accurate order documentation and data entry

Who You Are


Relevant and progressively responsible experience in a construction or related field

Valid unrestricted driver's license

Ability to obtain Water Meter Certification within six (6) months of hire
