CACI is hiring a Business/Systems Analyst to join our growing Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Interface and Data Conversion Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The team will be supporting the implementation of financial system interfaces and migration of data from legacy systems to Momentum Financials (a COTS product) across the VA for the next 6 years.

 

Applicants must have 3 years of experience working as a business/systems analyst with a minimum of one years’ experience working with Momentum Financials or similar COTS financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle). Responsibilities include requirements development, data analysis and validation, software quality assurance/testing, and interfacing with clients to troubleshoot or research issues. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environment. Analysts will have the opportunity to learn various analysis and testing tools. Due to contract requirements, US citizenship is required.

 

 

More About the Role:

 

Lead elicitation of requirements from end-users for interface, data conversion, and/or data cleanse activities. Conduct design reviews. Establish acceptance criteria. Understand business processes and create process maps as required.

Provide functional support and assist with documenting requirements, detailed design specifications and/or data conversion and cleanse plans, business processes, and user stories based on requirements.

Analyze legacy and target system data. Conduct reconciliation activities.

Coordinate across multiple development efforts to ensure system interfaces and/or data conversion and cleanse decisions are consistent with requirements/expectations/regulations. Work directly with programmers, database administrators, and other technical specialists.

Collaborate with other analysts to understand the organization’s business processes and legacy system data and processes.

Under the guidance of more senior subject matter experts, develop expertise in the COTS tool, Federal financial Management business processes, and ERP implementation best practices.

Lead functional testing. Develop test scenarios and documentation and perform validation testing for interfaces and/or conversion requirements. Monitor, track, and troubleshoot application operation and data, analyzing incidents and working with the technical team to resolve issues.

Develop materials, and train end users on interface, data conversion, and/or data cleanse requirements.

Implement quality assurance standards and processes for validation and verification efforts. Implement software development best practices. Seek out and implement process improvement initiatives.

May manage and mentor other more junior resources.

Conduct and perform comprehensive forensic examinations of computer-based digital evidence and manages information in support of agency investigations and litigations while following industry and component established protocols and best practices. 

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and conducting forensic analysis on a variety of electronic media in support of agency matters. 

Responsibilities may include managing digital forensics examinations through the entire lifecycle (case planning, intake, acquisition, examination, presentation and disposition); performing complex, large-scale digital forensic examinations to include collection in a live client-server environment utilizing validated remote forensic software; and providing technical guidance and assistance to legal staff while ensuring that proper precautions are taken in the preservation and prevention of spoliation of electronic evidence.

Must have current experience in digital forensics within the preceding 3 years.

Must have demonstrated experience in and ability to demonstrate the interpretation, processing and translation of file and operating system artifacts across a variety of platforms, as well as mid-level experience in the use of automated forensic tools (e.g. EnCase®, Forensic Toolkit®, Xways®, BlackBag Forensic Suite, Cellebrite, etc.).

The National Interagency Incident Communications Division (NIICD) is a partnership between the U.S. Forest Service (FS) and Department of the Interior (DOI) agencies. They provide portable emergency communications, frequency coordination, technical training, and airborne remote sensing imagery services in a professional, prompt and customer-oriented manner, while optimizing resources, and minimizing risks. The National Interagency Incident Communications Division currently owns over 11,200 hand held radios and 600 pieces of ancillary equipment (repeaters, aircraft links and base stations). This equipment is vital to the safety of personnel deployed to the field in support of wildland fire and “all-risk” incidents.

Responsibilities:

 

§  Unmanned Systems (UMS) technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of USASOC technical capability section. Responsible for advising Troop leadership on all unmanned systems technical capabilities, readiness, and integration capacity. Conducts research, technical analysis, and solution alternatives for JAIC systems and platforms with a focus on the system's life-cycle

54.   Curriculum Developer (Cherry Point, NC)(TS/SCI)

 

Emerging Technology Support (ETS) is comprised of a diverse array of technical experts and skilled practitioners providing operations support, formal training, certification, and research and development consultancy to all echelons of the Defense, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement Communities. We are seeking a Curriculum Developer to be located at II Marine Air Wing (MAW), Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Duties

 

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.

Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.

Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Identify Type/Model/Series (T/M/S) intelligence support requirements related to aviation operations.

Develop intelligence training references and curriculum in support of aviation operations and/or planning for all T/M/S across all echelons of the Wing. The developed training will include periodicity and standard metrics to assist in the evaluation of MOS proficiency and unit intelligence readiness.

Curriculum development includes academic training packages (e.g., instructional briefs and reading materials), (scenario-based and non-scenario-based) practical application, and evaluation metrics. Curriculum development will be in accordance with Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (MCISD/SATE) processes and procedures.

Research official correspondence, orders, and directives to develop training references and curriculum supporting development of an intelligence readiness and evaluation program. Research will include aviation orders and directives, T/M/S technical service manuals and air intelligence related T&R manuals.

All other duties as assigned.

Must be a US Citizen.

Current Secret Clearance and have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Position may require successful completion of a five-panel drug screening.

 

 

Desired Knowledge/Skills and Abilities include

 

Military intelligence analysis experience preferably at Marine Corps Air Wing (MAW)/Squadron level

Operational experience with intelligence support to aviation (preferably at the squadron level)

Working knowledge of Marine Aviation Wing (MAW)/Squadron level programs of record, current Joint/Service air intelligence analysis tools/programs (e.g., Avenger, FATS, FrankenWez etc.).

Research skills, formal writing, curriculum development skills (e.g., air intelligence 2000 level T&R MOJT/Pre-WTI curriculum material, Training Circulars or doctrinal publications),

Familiarity with the Marine Corps T&R development program.

Familiarity with the Marine Corps MCISD/SATE methodology.

Familiarity with U.U. Marine Corps, MCISRE, MKG, MAW/Squadron-level Share Drives, SharePoint and collaborative worksites programs and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams etc.)

Desired Experience Includes:

 

Deployed experience in squadron intelligence.

USMC Weapons and Tactics Instructor course (WTI)/other service-equivalent (USAF Weapons School, et al) and/or USMC Intelligence Tactics Instructor course (ITI) graduate.

USMC Training and Education Command's Train the Trainer School (T3S) Curriculum Developer's Course (CDC) or Instructor Development Course (IDC) graduate.

Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) user experience.

Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) experience.

 

 

Education:

 

Minimum eight years of experience

Associates Degree preferred

 

 

Physical Demands:

 

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

MASI Security Guards have a crucial and highly visible role in support of NPS's mission. They are usually the first (and sometimes only) contact visitors have with a uniformed presence at the New York City National Monuments. Visitors and federal employees perceive the Security Guards to be an integral part of the safety and security mission. It is crucial that Security Guards always realize the importance of their role and perform their duties courteously and professionally.

 

A minimum of one guard will be on duty at each site at all times. Guards will patrol in full uniform at all times with the following minimum equipment: notepad and pen, working flashlight, and any appropriate means of communication such as a cell phone. Guards working outdoors will wear appropriate headgear, dependent on the weather, and badges must be visible on the outermost layer of clothing. The wearing of reflective sunglasses when talking to the public is not allowed. Guards on duty will ensure that a minimum of two roving patrols are conducted during each shift. Guards will perform their patrol at irregular intervals. Guards will perform the following duties during their patrols:

 

Monitor exterior doors, exterior walls, guard booths, gates, barriers, and maintenance areas. Guards will ensure they are closed, locked and secure while checking for damage and vandalism.

Monitor and record any external lighting outage and report it to your Manager and Site Supervisor.

You’ll bring these qualifications with you:

 

Possess a current New York Security Guard License certification 

U.S. Citizenship, including E-Verify screening to confirm employment eligibility

Minimum age of 21 years

Complete background investigation through Federal Level II, cleared prior to employment with no criminal history

Literacy in English (verbal and written)

Ability to maintain professionalism and show self-control under stressful situations, including various forms of behavioral interviewing and screening to ensure our Security Officers have proper skills to deescalate potentially violate situations and mediate without confrontation or violence

Ability to be personal, engaging, and hospitable to the public in a professional manner

Computer literacy to generate reports in a clear, concise, accurate, and detailed manner

Must be able to withstand the physical demands of the job. The candidate must have no condition which might preclude performance of any task assigned under this task order including full binocular vision corrected to at least 20/30 and no significant hearing impairment being able to hear normal conversation at approximately 20 feet.

Drug testing passed prior to employment (conducted through Quest Diagnostics)

Meet one of the following:

 

Two years of security experience within the past five years; or

An associate degree accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in a related field and at least one year of experience; or

One year of military or National Guard (active duty or reserve) experience; or

Any reasonable combination of the above (i.e., one year of security experience plus one year of college coursework related the field)

Responsibilities:

 

Shall provide recommendations for the development of knowledge management (KM) systems and offer results by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions

Shall produce, for Government review and approval, KM standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with (IAW) Army Field Manual (FM) 6-01.1, which shall guide KM efforts within the organization and shall put the KM structure, practices, and governance model into place

Shall provide position papers containing analysis that provide assessments regarding the effectiveness of current organizational SOPs and processes as discussed in the KM working group (KMWG)

Shall facilitate the KMWG using a variety of techniques and tools to enable that collaboration to occur, including disseminating information received to individuals or to the entire working group, prompting working group members to participate and provide specific items to the discussion

Shall publish minutes to the SharePoint KM portal site, disseminate minutes via email to designated Government personnel from the KMWG, and provide recommendations for the follow-on KMWG

Shall provide surveys, interviews, and the results of each KMWG that enable methods of sharing knowledge both within and outside of the organization as well as vertically and laterally

Shall participate in meetings to ensure requirements and design concepts are accomplished through the creation of governance and maintenance plans, custom workflows and site themes, SharePoint content management with Microsoft Office applications, and the transfer of content from shared drives and other repositories to SharePoint

Shall implement the KM practice by leveraging SharePoint as enabling technology, where applicable

Shall provide formats and recommendations in the management and use of SharePoint from any prioritized KMWG recommendations which facilitate knowledge sharing

Shall provide status updates to the client including actual versus planned task progress made, schedule status, surveys/interviews conducted, meetings attended, issues, and recommendations

Shall identify planned versus actual tasks completed within the previous week in these status updates

Shall provide counterintelligence (CI) operations trends and strategic communications support, which involves the review of operations files, exchange of analyses, conduct of operational data queries, collating and organizing of the data of operational activity to include dossiers on over 1,500 operations, and articulation of operational leads, gaps, vulnerabilities, and trends

 

 

Requirements:

 

ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required

Must have Security Plus certification, and have completed a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033

Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis experience

Must possess knowledge and experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 and SharePoint Designer 2010/2013; Java, VISIO, Keyhole Markup Language (KML), and visualization tools

Must possess knowledge and experience in understanding Intelligence Community analyst tools

Must possess knowledge and experience in understanding collaborative environments, records management and metadata

Must possess knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations
