Responsibilities

We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Portal Developer to work with our team of experts at Fort Meade, Maryland.

Duties include:

Develops web page infrastructure and port-let applications utilizing advanced graphics and technologies in support of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) Knowledge Management Program. Design, develop and maintain portal and portlet applications utilizing web services works directly with customers and team members to determine project scope and specifications complete system testing and acceptance testing deploy new software releases and maintain software assist in troubleshooting and resolving problems. Establish and maintain full information management flow processes. Provide training to personnel on all information management solutions. Develop solutions to complex issues within a required time frame, which is usually 72 hours.

Monitor the operation/performance of database/portal systems. Analyze problems and take action or recommend solutions that will assure continuity of operations to the maximum extent.
Experience and Education:

At a minimum the IT Specialist should have sufficient relevant industry certifications and experience with either the U.S. military or other federal government agency(ies) that demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above, and should have the following qualifications:

- Possess a working knowledge of SharePoint 2010.

- Possess a working knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation.

-Should possess A+ and at least MCAD

-Proficient in VB.NET, C#.NET, JSP & ASP.NET

-Proficient in the administration of MS SQL Server 2005.

-Should be able to draft associated technical documentation for reference and maintenance purposes of various information processing systems.

-Should be able to modify existing information processing systems using application and operating system software and appropriate computer language commands or files.

-Should be familiar with Web Portal development, implementation and modification.

-Should be able to conduct quality assurance of Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) operations and equipment.

-Should be knowledgeable of, and able to, ensure compliance with applicable DoD directives governing Signal Security (SIGSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), and Communications Security (COMSEC), and physical security of all information technology equipment, networks, systems, and processes.

-Should be able to perform Information Assurance (IA) procedures to include data backup and recovery procedures.

- Individual must possess a current Secret or Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as an FSR for C4ISR systems in the CENTCOM AOR and have demonstrated successful performance in managing a diverse range of vehicle mounted communications and electronics systems. The nature of this program requires an FSR who is creative and proactive and who can assess client requirements and provide realistic workable solutions to unusual communications requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a current US passport with no restrictions from traveling in any CENTCOM AOR nation.

I have a team of 14 retired LTC’s and COL’s serving as advisors to the Georgian National Defense Academy. My Air Defense Captain’s Career Course Advisor just backed out on me and I need to backfill him ASAP.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW:

The Georgian Armed Forces (GAF) is creating a four-year National Defense Academy (NDA) to train military officers using the US Service Academies (USMA, USAFA, USNA, and USCGA) and private military institutions as models in order to increase the development of its officers, with a progressive goal of an integrated multi-level officer development program. The Novice Analyst conducts all activities under the close supervision of senior analysts. The NA Conducts technical intelligence analysis of IED and other events incorporating WOCs, fusing the intelligence with other forensic data and all-source intelligence data to provideattribution of individuals and groups to devices and events. Upon successful pre-deployment evaluation, is capable of deploying to units requiring a low degree of targeting experience, and no specialized experience supporting special operations forces (SOF). These positions are considered low-risk assignments.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
The Weapons Technical Intelligence Analyst shall be knowledgeable of improvised explosives, devices and their uses; understand trendand pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis and be proficient at using basic computerapplications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong research and writingskills; and be capable of effectively operating alone in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conductingcounterinsurgent/IED targeting. Candidates will be government trained intelligence analysts, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)specialists, or electronics technicians with a minimum of three years of experience dealing with IEDs and related triggering devicetechnologies and be experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines; havea working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth. Possess prior military occupationalSpecialty (MOS) 31D, 35F, 35T, 35S, 89D, 94F, 94E, or DOD joint service equivalent, and a high school diploma or GED.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferred candidates will possess a background in counter-terrorism, counter insurgency, or counter IED analysis and previousdeployment to Afghanistan.

• Works with the various Site Preparation Teams, the PM, and Software Engineering Center - Lee (SEC-Fort Lee) to document and assess current (STAMIS) hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, hand held terminals (HHT's), printers) being used in the field and define a path forward for each fielding unit to guarantee that all logistics automation systems are capable of running GCSS-Army both efficiently and effectively.
• Functions as the Deployment Team representative regarding issues that require the addition of software to the standard Army Gold Master baseline image, such as the GCSS-Army Mobile Defense Solution (MDS).
• Functions as liaison, as necessary, with the System Integration Facility (SIF) to facilitate the development of a 'GCSS-Army Baseline' image, if required, and manage the shipping and receipt of replacement hardware.
• Supports the Schedule Coordinator in the management and upkeep of all classroom hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Functions as the Deployment Team Point of Contact (POC) to work with PM-GCSS-Army personnel to establish a 'blanket' acceptance of GCSS-Army by Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM).
• Functions as the Deployment Team Point of Contact (POC) for Site Preparation activities involving Network Enterprise Center (NEC) across the total Army.

SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Director of Sports Medicine.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Provide support to the Director of Sports Medicine including, but not limited to management of Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, expense account, contracts and correspondence and coordinate divisional staff calendar. If requested, attend meetings with Director, take minutes and follow up on action items with internal/external staff and agencies.
2. Demonstrate a high degree of professional initiative and independence. Proactively manage and compose Director’s correspondence, coordinate action with appropriate staff and all constituencies.
3. Serve as the main contact for Sports Medicine Staff.
4. Screen and prioritize telephone calls/electronic correspondence.
5. Respect confidential correspondence and information.
6. Maintain smooth operation of Sports Medicine office to include: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, reviewing incoming/outgoing correspondence, memos, requests, notes and determine proper distribution to staff while to keeping office running smoothly and in a timely manner at all times
7. Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Sports Medicine

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum ten (10) years admin assistant support experience preferably at an executive level.
Medical background is a plus, but not a necessity.
Strong organization and customer service skills. Must be able to delineate/monitor tasking’s
Heavily Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer and Outlook to include calendar management.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be proactive and able to perform with little or no supervision.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
HOURLY: $12.56 - 18.83 (Firm)

PURPOSE
Perform machine start-up, repair and field service on Loma and Cintex equipment. Conduct on-site training along with communicating with the support staff on technical related issues. Working in a team environment, technician is responsible for coordinating communication between the field and the internal support staff. Before working independently, the technician will attend a certified training class on Loma and Cintex product line.

• Assist in achieving Aftermarket’s stated goals and objectives.
• Work under direction of Field Service Manager.
• Travel to customer site and repair Metal Detector, Checkweigher or X-Ray inspection equipment.
• Maintain first time fix rate of 95% for assigned region.
• Verify that machines are operating at peak efficiency by proper calibration and testing.
• Install and test machines using certified test procedures, perform preventative maintenance and emergency service at customer sites.
• Follow field service visit procedure and conduct exit meeting with customer at the conclusion of site visit.
• Responsible for timely documenting of all service related activities.
• Provide feedback to Engineering Department on equipment reliability and design.
• Maintain a satisfactory parts inventory, requisitioning additional parts required to perform normal duties.
• Maintain all company property, including lap top, cell phones, safety equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times.
• Conduct training with customer’s personnel to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Attend refresher training classes and/or technician meetings with other Aftermarket team members.
• Participate in the rotation of weekend on-call duties.
• As needed, fill-in for technical phone support personnel during vacations or illnesses.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Associates Degree in Electronic Technology, Industrial Controls or Electrical Engineering or commensurate Military Training
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical machine problems.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff.
• Must be able to travel extensively, domestic and some international, up to 95%.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular, daily basis.
• Ability to use Electronic test equipment (Oscilloscope and Multi-meter).
• Able to read schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Possess soldering techniques with actual experience soldering circuit boards and electronic components.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate (clearly) in English.

Overview

[Confidential] is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and well organized individual with prior experience administering US government security policies and procedures to serve as a Facility Security Officer (FSO). The FSO will be part of the corporate headquarters staff located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This is a flexible full time position.

The FSO will provide expertise, guidance and advice to executive management as required, concerning all security administrative functions in support of a NISP complaint Security Department. Functions include the processing of personnel security clearances via the e-Quip system, record maintenance, understanding of the intelligence community and access requests, administering security awareness training programs and preparing visit requests.

This position requires independent judgment and discretion, as well as the identification, analysis and resolution of security-related matters. The successful candidate will provide support for all security functions in accordance with the DCIDs and NISPOM to include managing approximately 200 PCLs associated with collateral and SCI programs. Daily duties will include conducting new employee briefings, exit interviews and debriefings, investigating and reporting security violations, incident reports, and coordination of periodic re-investigation's and preparation of DD254 forms for subcontractors. Annual duties include preparing refresher training, self-inspections and DSS audits.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Reviews all security paperwork for accuracy, completion and submission via the e-Quip system.
2. Provides guidance and instruction to employees to ensure completion of security paperwork.
3. Establishes and maintains a working relationship with DSS in filing necessary clearance paperwork for new employees and periodic reviews for current employees.
4. Maintains a working relationship with each contract's security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances.
5. Provides follow-up clearance status on processed clearances to managers for specific contracts.
6. Writes security policies/procedures and prepares written reports of surveys and inspections.
7. Maintains all security documentation and files in accordance with DSS requirements.
8. Prepares necessary paperwork in support of a DSS investigation or annual visit and meets with DSS representative upon request.
Required Education/Skills:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of specialized experience.
• Must be aware of present day security issues.
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and experience with DSS.
• Experience working in an accredited SCIF.
• Experience in JPAS and the e-Quip database system.
