Perception IR Special Services is hiring Operations Research Analysts (ORSA) in Northern Virginia. You will provide support to government clients and U.S. Military units, focused on Weapons of Mass Destructions (WMD), Great Power Competition (GPC), and countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build or employ such threats. You will provide support through on-site and reach-back support function in a CONUS location or embedded with the supported elements OCONUS. Duties include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into an analytical product. You will use integration of data from intelligence disciplines to illuminate entities and networks of interest.  Your expertise will support multi-intelligence teams, social analytical teams, and special operations analytical teams; and include actionable reporting based on data driven analysis of operations. You will provide the subject matter expertise at data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis. You will analyze unit operations through Operations Research techniques, produce trends assessments and analysis, C-IED analytical products and provide information to the government client regarding the effectiveness of the client initiatives. ORSAs will provide analysis of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and Great Power Competition (GPC), identify trends and patterns of improvised threats, threat networks, and provide predictive analysis of enemy activity to assist in planning.  As part of the team you will provide unique skillsets that integrate military knowledge and experience with mathematics, statistics, quantitative analysis, and other scientific techniques to effectively solve a wide array of complex problems. You will manage and analyze large quantities of data, translate data into useful insights, and develop strategies and metrics to provide on-site tactical, operational, and strategic courses of actions to senior leaders and decision-makers. You will provide leaders with actionable insights from data-driven analysis of operations, processes, and capabilities to identify trends, inform assessments of effectiveness, and mitigate risk. In addition to supporting our organization, ORSAs are able to support deployed units and embed with those units in operational theaters.


Required:


- TS/SCI

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience conducting Operations Research or a Master’s Degree with 3+ years ORSA experience

- Background in mathematics and statistics

- Experience with SAS, Python, ArcGIS, and Palantir is a plus

Colorado Springs Utilities is hiring a Senior Transmission Planning Engineer who will offer expertise in the areas of electric long-term and operational transmission planning.  As a Transmission Planning Engineer, you will be part of a highly-skilled professional team in the Energy Planning and Innovation section which is comprised of engineers responsible for operational and long-term planning of the electric transmission system.  Our mission is to strategically and collaboratively plan the future of safe, reliable, and competitively-priced energy for the citizen owners and customers of Colorado Springs Utilities.


Key areas of focus:


Develop the seasonal and long-term Electric Transmission System Plans to replace or upgrade system infrastructure, construct facilities to serve new customer loads, and to enhance reliability and resiliency facilities as appropriate

Perform short and long-term transmission power flow, transfer capability, voltage and dynamic stability, short circuit and post-transient analyses studies

Work closely with transmission operators to ensure reliable operation of the grid developing solutions for operational problems such as voltage, overload, congestion management, etc.

Maintain and review NERC Operations and Planning Standards documentation to ensure compliance with said standards, while also providing insight and input on future NERC requirements at the developmental stage

Study impact of and provide design review on new distribution, transmission and generation (conventional and/or renewable) projects. Integrate new and modified generation/substation configurations within and external to Springs Utilities. Provide technical expertise for associated metering systems and SCADA/AGC interface.

Identify areas requiring upgrades for capacity and voltage control

Ensure the safety and reliability of the bulk electric system by developing and applying policies and procedures which comply with and supplement NERC and WECC reliability standards

Participate in Regional Transmission Organization Workgroups that effect transmission planning and cost allocation

Evaluate new facility requirements and their impacts associated with new loads, generator interconnections and power transfer capabilities

Support and educate internal stakeholders including management, Compliance, Operations and other departments on the Bulk Electric System concerns and complexities

Participate in regional planning activities with external groups such as the Colorado Coordinated Planning Group (CCPG), WestConnect and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) Committees

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve forecasting methodologies as well as prepare for potential new large customers with specialized loads like data centers

Support system resource adequacy planning by participating in the long-term, strategic Gas and Electric Integrated Resource Planning processes

Support the implementation of the Sustainable Energy Plan to achieve the goals of the Gas and Electric Integrated Resource Plans

What will it take to be successful in this position? 

A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required for this position. Candidates should possess Transmission Planning experience, on-the-job training will be provided for additional skillsets needed. Ideal candidates will offer seven or more years of experience within the energy industry or directly relevant field and have the ability to perform complex analysis, planning and design functions. As a cloud architect, you know how to build a cloud based technical architecture that meets customer needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to help us develop cloud-based solutions to some of the DoD’s toughest challenges.


As a cloud architect on our team, you’ll lead the way in innovative solutions across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and private cloud solutions that will better enable the warfighter to turn data into decisions.  You’ll also tackle enterprise problems around security, connectivity, and operations. You’ll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on premise, cloud based, and hybrid resources. You’ll lead your team as they help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with customers, stakeholders, and multi-functional teams to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your customer’s environment using current cloud capabilities.

You Have: 

-5+ years of experience in working with large IT enterprise

-5+ years of experience with troubleshooting very complex distributed environments

-1+ years of experience with a public cloud provider, including AWS, Azure, or GCP

-1+ years of experience in working with cloud compute architectures in virtual solutions, including network, compute, or storage and securing those virtual solutions

-Experience with IaaS and PaaS technologies

-Experience in UNIX and Linux environments

-Knowledge of modern cloud native application patterns, practices, and platforms

-Knowledge of end-to-end modern agile software development

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS Diploma or GED

Title: Component Lessons Learned Specialist (27th SOW)

JOB PURPOSE: The USSOCOM J-59-L Strategy, Plans and Policy Lessons Learned (LL) Branch is responsible for implementing USSOCOM Directive 11-3 SOF Lessons Learned Program to enhance joint capabilities through discovery, knowledge development, implementation, and sharing of observations, issues/insights, lessons, and best practices from operation, training events, exercises, and other activities involving Special Operations Forces (SOF) assets. The SOF LLP applies lessons learned to the full range of joint operations to develop policy and for gathering, developing, and disseminating joint lessons learned across the J59 LL Network.


This is a full time position at Hurlburt that will support the 27th SOW.


Duties and Responsibilities


·         Plans, synchronizes and coordinates the Component Command’s Annual LL Campaign Plans; includes coordination/information sharing with other commands (i.e. Joint Staff, Services, other Component Commands).


·         Coordinates Command driven Before Action Review (BAR) for each specific event to identify objectives outlined by the Command and facilitate achievement of command goals and objectives.


·         Collects, reviews and presents LL material for compliance with policy, attainment of objectives, overall effectiveness, and quality to supported Component Command and USSOCOM.


·         Conducts comprehensive post event analysis to identify immediate SOF capability impacts as well as long-range effect on training, employing, and organizing SOF support.


·         Incorporates observations, insights, and lessons learned into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) for their respective commands to ensure data is synchronized, current, and available.


·         Coordinates LL material prior to release from the Component Command addressing non-controversial and potentially controversial matters.


·         Regularly meets with numerous military personnel on the advancement of lessons learned information sharing on collection, analysis concepts, principles and applications.


·         Compile Before Action Reports, After Action Reports, Executive Summaries, Post Activity Bulletins and Requests for Information. Documentation shall be complete and include substantiated findings and recommendations, consistent with a high level of quality control and distribution ready. The documentation shall also be audience-specific and captured at the appropriate security level.


·         Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders.


Education/Experience:

·         7 years of prior service experience, including 2 years of experience working with a Component Command


·         1 year experience using classified collaborative communications systems, for example DCO


·         Graduate from Component specific SOF qualified course or additional service requirement for the supported unit


·         1 year of  USAF or AFSOC experience in the management or execution of Mobility Operations, Strike, Special Tactics, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Recognizance (ISR) & Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), Aviation Foreign Internal Defense (AvFID), or AFSOF command and control (C2) and agile combat support (ACS) mission areas. Personnel will be required to learn and perform required Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) data entry and tracking.

Rigid Tactical is seeking a Master Free Fall Instructor to train US Navy Military Free Fall, Static Line Jump Masters, and tactical elements, in advanced Military Free Fall operations using approved Tactics, Techniques, and Policies (TTPs) in use by the US Navy’s Premeditated Personnel Parachuting and Cargo Airdrop (P3) program, as delineated in the OPNAV 3501.225 (series) policy, and its references.


Military free fall operations training shall include tactical High Altitude/Low Opening (HALO) and High Altitude/High Opening (HAHO)operations; water airdrop operations and procedures; and tactical Drop Zone(DZ) operations that adhere to locally developed policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Requirements:


Conduct Military Free Fall (MFF) refresher training between fifty and one-hundred times per year in accordance with the OPNAV 3501.225 to personnel who have not completed a MFF jump for over a 1 year period. Refresher training shall be conducted within the Mariana Islands which include, Guam, Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.

Examine and certify US Navy Air Operations Trainers in accordance with OPNAV 3501.225(series) policy, and its references; examine and certify trainers between 5 and 10 times annually.

Perform approximately one-hundred (100) United States Parachute Association Accelerated Free Fall Instructor (USPA AFFI) HAHO and/or HALO premeditated parachute jumps, annually; perform aerial videography prejump, and a complete jump debrief, designed to identify jumper deficiencies foreach parachute jump completed. Provide USPA Coach Course one-on-one training, pre-jump ground training, and free fall relative work training, using Government furnished non-tactical/nonstandard Commercial off the Shelf parachute equipment.

Perform canopy control coaching within the classroom, the lab, and practical application; utilizing TTPs developed by the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Training and Evaluation Unit ONE and TWO, and used during Parachute Proficiency Training (PPT, CIN S-431-3333) courses.

Pack and maintain their assigned Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), main and reserve parachute systems and adhere to pack-in-process inspection requirements outlined in OPNAV 3501.225(series)policy, and its references, and under the direct technical oversight of the N73Leading Chief Petty Officer and their subordinates.

Using the US Navy’s Dive Jump Reporting System (DJRS), make queries, and update jump logs and jump manifests, for approximately two-hundred(200) personnel, annually.

Maintain quarterly jump records management, to include queries, for approximately two-hundred (200) personnel, at EODMU FIVE, using the US Navy’s Advanced Skills Management System (ASM).

Schedule and coordinate Government (include contract aircraft) Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Air Assets, as required, to support training and exercises of EODMU FIVE’s Airborne Personnel and Cargo Airdrop mission approximately one-hundred (100) times annually.

Attend a minimum of one Parachute Proficiency Training (PPT)course (CIN S-431-3333) annually.

Prepare a written report, summarizing any changes in TPP's that would require changes to EODMU FIVE Air Operations.

Attend monthly Joint Region Marianas range control meetings, located on Guam, to coordinate and ensure the submission of Federal Aviation Administration Notice to Airman (FAA NOTAM), de-conflict drop zone and range access issues, and coordinate and de-conflict airdrop activities with DoD agencies co-located with EODMU FIVE.

Education And Qualifications:


Previous experience as a Military Free Fall instructor at any of the following locations: U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) at YPG Yuma, AZ; Naval Special Warfare Advance Training Command & Tactical Air Operations, San Diego, CA; U.S.M.C. Multi-Mission Parachutist Course at CPS Coolidge, AZ; or other Joint Special Forces accredited military free fall course of instruction.

Maintain United States Parachute Association Accelerated Free Fall Instructor (USPA AFFI) Certification and Accreditation throughout the Period of Performance.

Current and qualified USPA AFFI, with experience conducting AFFI parachute jumps and conducting USPA certified Coach Courses.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.


Intelligence Analyst Trainers shall conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, PAI, etc.) in order to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application within the F3EAD targeting methodology. Training requirements will include the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel. Intelligence Analyst Trainers must have proficiency using analytic systems, tools and databases including, but not limited to ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, M3, TAC, and IC Reach, Skope web-based tools, and the Skope SIGINT Toolkit are required.


Job Requirements: Expert-Level Intelligence Trainer (TNG) shall possess the following qualifications:


·        Minimum of ten (10) years intelligence/intelligence operations experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.

Overview: Unity Express Pharmacy supports the health and well-being of the Greater Tampa-Bay area. We offer pharmacy solutions which are technology-driven, and grounded in best practices. We are currently seeking one exceptionally qualified, highly motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a newly opened, retail, Independent Pharmacy in sunny Clearwater, Florida. General duties shall include: 1) answering incoming calls, 2) managing patient prescriptions, 3) entering prescription data rapidly and accurately, 4) processing refills and calling patients/clients, 5) submitting claims and performing insurance prior-authorization processes, 6) assisting Pharmacists in prescription preparation, 7) preparing non-sterile compounded medications (pharmacist supervised), 8) supporting marketing and sales objectives and efforts as requested, and 8) delivering priority prescriptions utilizing company fleet vehicles.


 


Required Qualifications:


Graduate of Pharmacy Technician Program (American Society of Health System Pharmacists accredited), a degree issuing institution, or a program accredited/recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).

Minimum of one-year experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Driver’s License in Good Standing

 Duties and Responsibilities:


Knowledge of (1) pharmaceutical nomenclature, (2) formulas, strengths, and dosage forms of drugs; (3) pharmaceutical systems of weights and measures; (4) operation and care of a variety of pharmaceutical equipment; (5) receipt, storage, and order of pharmaceuticals, bulk compounding, preparation of sterile solutions, and setting up prescriptions for a final check by a pharmacist.

Utilize telephonic interpreter/translation services to complete assigned duties if not fluent in a language the patient understands.

Adapt to sudden changes in schedules and flexibility in work requirements.

Communicate proficiently in English (verbal and written) in order to develop positive rapport with patients, co-workers and other stakeholders.

Establish and maintain positive working relationships in a multidisciplinary environment.

Navigate in an electronic work environment including electronic health records, web-based training and communications.

Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint)

Knowledge of regulations (HIPAA/Privacy Act) regarding the confidentiality of patient medical records and information as well as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Support the duties related to preparation and dispensing of medication orders.

Read individual prescriptions and determine the name of the drug, strength, and dosage of drugs to be dispensed.

Correlate instructions on the prescription with pharmacy policy limitations and note such on the prescription.

Set up prescriptions by obtaining the correct drug stock, counting the correct amount of medication, and placing this medication in smaller containers. After the prescription has been filled, all contents and the label are set aside in order for a final check by a pharmacist.

Consult with the Manager or pharmacist directly to clarify a prescription problem. This indicates that the technician has the knowledge and experience to recognize a problem in which a physician or a pharmacist must be contacted to clarify or change a medication order.

Required to use judgment and experience to determine when a pharmacist is to be immediately alerted to a therapeutic problem.

When the technician is asked to act on dispensing instructions from a prescription, they can act and prioritize the requests.

The technician has sufficient experience with the type of requests and their critical nature to be able to know when to proceed and when to immediately alert a pharmacist for follow-up.

Set up medications needed for new orders and arrange for a pharmacist to check all preceding steps.

Receive supplies and check receipts against requisitions.

Check for shortages, breakage, deterioration and expiration dates. Discrepancies found are reported to the pharmacist.

Perform computer entry of vouchers or invoices into various program applications for monitoring pharmacy expenditures and generating reports.

Determine appropriate stock levels as well as the critical nature of different drugs and the consequences of being short on these supplies.

Consult with a pharmacist to prevent inventory problems and prepares requisitions accordingly.

Withdraw outdated drugs, determine proper disposition (destruction or credit returns) and prepare necessary paper work to initiate proper action.

Place supply orders through various sources, which include data entry into computer applications for figuring the total dollar value and generating a quarterly report, and determine the kind of packaging and shipping required for such items.

Make necessary changes to quantities requested depending on stock levels to avoid total depletion and notify a pharmacist of any discrepancies found in the requisition.

Package bulk drugs, which include liquids, tablets, capsules, ointments and creams, etc. into specific quantities and various size containers.

Operate various types of equipment such as tablet and capsule counting machines and labeling machines.

Record all prepackage information including lot number, expiration date, manufacturer, current date, initials (incumbent), and set them aside for final check by a registered pharmacist.

On a daily basis, check the medicine cabinet and all areas of the clinic where night pharmacy service is available. Responsible for refilling any missing pharmacy drugs or supply items used during the night.

Inspect and log the temperature of all refrigerators that contain any type of pharmaceutical and report problems to the Manager or Pharmacist.

Conduct orientations, for new staff, to pharmacy policy and practice within the clinic.

Keep staff appraised of changes in protocols, drug recalls, etc. that may affect patient safety.

Clean equipment and work areas in the pharmacy.

Perform record keeping functions in accordance with company policies and position.

Maintain functional proficiency and ease of use utilizing electronic health records as required by, and appropriate to, position.

Complete and pass all discipline specific competencies testing, initially and annually.

Complete all initial, annual and ad hoc training as required/assigned.

Maintain patient confidentiality, and confidentiality of medical records, in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations in all work activities.

Adhere to, and maintais awareness of the client’s Policies, Procedures, Directives, Operational Memoranda and accreditation standards as prescribed by the client.

Adhere to, and participates in, the client’s Safety, Prevention, Infection and Control, Quality Improvement, Patient Education and other programs and collateral duties as appropriate to position.

Preferred Qualifications: 


Experience in an Independent Pharmacy setting.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional, customer-friendly attitude for daily client-facing operations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Specialized knowledge and experience with Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Non-sterile Compounding Pharmacy Practices.

Critical thinking skills, and cultural competency with an ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.

Integrity and honesty is critical.

May be asked to travel for meetings, presentations, etc.

Perform duties in a safe manner, and encourage co-workers to work safely. 

Follow the corporate safety policy and ensure safe operating conditions. 

Identify safety concerns to supervisory personnel. 

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Bilingual is a plus.

Military Background and Experience is a plus.

 


Physical Requirements:


Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.

May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.

  1. SIGINT/EW Systems Engineer (Twentynine Palms, CA) (TS/SCI Eligibility)


The Signals Intelligence Electronic Warfare (SI/EW) Systems Engineer will be responsible for applying practical knowledge to communication technologies, navigation, and sensor systems in support of Tactical Training Exercise Control Group (TTECG), Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center (MAGTF-TC) operations, by producing a realistic signal environment and providing technological support. The role will enable TTECG to employ and train on a variety of SIGINT/EW capabilities in support of Service Level Training Exercises (SLTE) conducted on board Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms, CA.


 


The SI/EW Systems Engineer will assist in the development, operation, and supervision of Signal Environment solutions to support TTECG exercises. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for improving and managing a realistic Radio Frequency Signal Environment that is dynamic and scalable tailored to SLTE events. The signals solutions will include: a wide variety of signals from wireless communications signals, RADAR, and military communications signals. SI/EW Systems Engineer will be required to network commercial-off-the-shelf/government-off-the-shelf systems.


 


The SIGINT/EW SYSTEMS ENGINEER position will be primarily a remote position, however, will require occasional travel to MCAGCC for periodic on-site system infrastructure maintenance, system management, and future capability integration.The SIGINT/EW SME will provide support to Tactical Training Exercise Control Group (TTECG), Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF), in the design, planning, and execution of a realistic SIGINT/EW environment during USMC exercises conducted at Twentynine Palms, CA.

Required Qualifications:
