Experience: A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience within the last 2 years in a setting corresponding to the requirements of the area identified.

Licensure/Registration: Current registration as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical

Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

We have an opportunity to work from home in a designated area for a highly motivated person whose work will reflect Instron’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Travel daily to customer sites to perform a variety of services including calibration, preventative maintenance, repair, and installation, on a wide range of Instron’s products.

Background: _

The DID is the flagship all source intelligence publication product for

the DIA. Publication of this intelligence product began in January 2008

for DIA leadership and has increased to be considered the Defense

Intelligence product for the IC Community. This intelligence product is

published every weekday and typically involves three or four full

articles, averaging three pages each, plus up to nine notes, which are

limited to eight lines each. Additionally, there are out of cycle or ad

hoc publications produced as required. These ad hoc publications are on

an as needed basis with a specific topical focus.

_Objectives: _

The objective is to acquire editorial services in accordance with the

SOW. The Contractor shall provide editors capable of adhering to DIA

editing standards and DI written products and tradecraft standards.

Editors shall adhere to quality and production control standards as

provided by the DID staff Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the

publication standards for the DID, Office of the Director of National

Intelligence (ODNI) Security Markings Program (SMP) standards (formerly

known as CAPCO) and the DIA Style Guide.

_Scope: _

The Contractor shall provide editorial support referred to as the

Production Control Officer (PCO), in the publication of the Defense

Intelligence Digest (DID). This effort shall include final editorial

reviews on publication and production standards as provided by the

Directorate for Analysis (DI) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

_Job Summary:_

The technical editor shall provide editorial support to OCC History

branch. This contract supports OCC's ability to produce properly edited

documents. briefings and transcripts as required, as well as conduct

historical research and writing in support of History missions and the

DIA Heritage Museum. The History Branch (HSTB) conducts research and

analysis in support of DIA's mission, promotes historical awareness for

the DIA workforce, develops and preserves the agency's institutional

memory, provides vital lessons learned, and oversees the development and

fabrication of the DIA Heritage Museum and other displays.

_Responsibilities Include:_

The technical editor assists in researching, writing, and editing the

products to be used and possesses the ability to manage and support

multiple high visibility production efforts effectively

The technical editor works closely with writers and visual information

specialists, suggesting changes to enhance the product's readability,

conciseness, and consistency in tone and style.

The technical editor assists OCC officers in researching topics and

located contact sources throughout the development of communications

products.

The technical editor works well under tight deadlines.

Tech Editor/Writer (LI &2) attend customer meetings and/or information

sessions necessary to complete projects. Attend all weekly team and

division syncs.

Assist in the design and development of displays and exhibits aimed at

improving historical awareness among the DIA workforces.

Assist with the acquisition, storage, upkeep, preservation, inventory,

and accountability of DIA heritage assets.

_Required Qualifications and Skills:_

An active TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance is required for this position.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must be scrupulous about detailed work and handle repetitive, methodical

work.

Must be skilled in written and spoken English and excellent at

communicating and working in a team environment.

Five years' experience preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is helpful.

_Work Setting and Environment:_

Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8 PM shift

DMO Cross Domain Support (TS/SCI eligible Joint Base Langley Eustis, VA)

The candidate will provide functional onsite support to include

establishment of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) standards, generation of

requirements for Cross Domain Solutions for CAF DMO and Live-Virtual-

Constructive (LVC) training programs, development of capability

requirements for Fighters, Bombers, and C2ISR DMO and LVC platforms,

integration of F-16, F-15, and Fifth Generation aircraft into Mission

Training Centers (MTC), collaboration and interfaces with other MAJCOMs,

Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Joint Services and Coalition training

Mission Training Centers (MTCs). Maintain in-depth knowledge of M&S,

DMO, and LVC concepts to provide technical and analytical assistance in

the development, validation, and coordination of DMO capability

requirements documents and assist integration of CAF DMO capability

requirement into weapon system MTC programs.

The candidate will assist in collaboration and interface with Functional

Area Managers to develop weapon system training device requirements,

resolution of training issues and shortfalls, and provide

recommendations and guidance for simulator enhancements to support RAP

training and POM submissions.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA). The candidate will be responsible

for maintaining a stable workforce and providing personnel with

* Bachelor's degree from accredited university

* Three (3) years MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active

SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to provide oversight of on-site operations for a large medical support services program in Iraq supporting our U.S. Government customer. The Program Manager is responsible for serving as the central point of contact for programmatic issues.

Responsibilities

Serves as the central point of contact for programmatic issues.

Responsible for all Contractor personnel, promoting operational efficiency and ensuring activities and resources are aligned to meet contract objectives.

Supervise personnel assigned to perform the functions as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Manage internal and external quality control methods and policies for measuring, tracking, analyzing, reporting and implementing preventive and corrective actions required to ensure the quality performance standards required by the PWS and customer satisfaction is met.

Provide direct supervision to the Deputy Program Manager.

Present bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly program management reviews to senior customer officials, and senior SOSi management.

Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships to seamlessly deliver quality services in accordance with the PWS.

Provide quality control review overall program support including invoicing, procurement, and financial reporting.

Monitors expenditures associated with the programs, including staff-hour expenditures, expense reports, and operating funds.

Qualifications

Required and able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, or related field.

Program Management Certification preferred.

15 years of progressive experience in managing, directing, and implementing medical support services.

Must have experience in successfully managing a diverse group of functional activities, subordinate groups of professional and administrative personnel.

Must be experienced in management and control of large funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-task Government contracts.

Must have experience in administering and leading project utilizing standardized Program Management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

As required, you will interact directly with the client, the Improvised-Threat Community of Interest (CoI), WMD CoI, Emerging Threat CoI, intelligence partners across the IC, and the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests for information. As required, you will planning, developing, and delivering tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners. More About the Role:

While providing reach back support, you will provide support to Request For Support (RFS) responses developed by embedded teammates supporting units forward; answer requests for support from other intelligence consumers, and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with training and pre-deployment training/preparation.

You will work closely with other members of the team to monitor and identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. You will assist with the development and maintenance of analytic policies and procedures for processing, production, and dissemination of intelligence.

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-Wexford Irregular Warfare Analyst, you will serve in both a deployed and reach back role, conducting irregular warfare analysis in support of Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners. You will provide support to SOF and conventional organizations by combining irregular warfare concepts and doctrine with structured analytical techniques to illuminate WMD Supply and Demand Networks and deny the ability of state or non-state actors to gain or transfer access to weapons, material, technology, and expertise. Irregular analytical support is provided to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats.

More About the Role:

While deployed, you will embed with organizations to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units and apply irregular warfare analysis to enhance their effectiveness against threat WMD networks. You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products and anticipate customer analytical requirements. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.

While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from DTRA Directorates and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

Among the topics you will analyze are WMD pathways that take advantage of preexisting networks (both licit and illicit) to facilitate the movement of people, material, information, infrastructure, and money.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting Counter Threat Network (CTN) operations.

Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight threat network organizations, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.

Minimum three years’ experience providing analytical support to SOF organizations.

You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.

Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider five years of directly relevant work experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

More than three years of experience conducting irregular warfare network analysis in support of Counter Threat Network (CTN) operations.

Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing the CALEB or Irregular Warfare Analysis methodology.

Expert understanding of the WMD activity continuum covering the spectrum of WMD activities from intent to use.

Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.

Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, SIGINT Databases.

Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.

Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.

Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Job Description:

Preting seeks exceptionally qualified Expert-Level Russian/Mandarin/Farsi Language-Enabled PAI/OSINT Targeting Analysts to support USSOCOM.

PAI/OSINT Targeting Analysts are responsible for conducting search discovery, exploitation (including translation), analysis, and fusion of PAI in social media platforms, open sources, commercial databases, and/or other PAI data sets in support of current and future operations for foreign intelligence purposes. PAI/OSINT Targeting Analysts will conduct entity identification, identity extraction, pattern analysis, and profile development across various PAI data sources. They shall also coordinate and collaborate with other government personnel to integrate this information into the all-source analysis and targeting process in support of operations.

Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities:

Expert-Level Russian/Mandarin/Farsi Language-Enabled PAI/OSINT Targeting Analysts shall be capable of performing all baseline PAI/OSINT tasks within a given topical or target portfolio and shall be able to apply Russian language proficiency to their analytic work.

Job Requirements:

Expert-Level Language-Enabled PAI/OSINT Targeting Analysts shall possess the following qualifications:

· Must possess at least five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience within DoD or an Intelligence Community organization. Prior experience providing intelligence support to special operations forces conducting operations is strongly preferred.

· Within those five (5) years, must possess at least two (2) years of specific experience in PAI/OSINT exploitation. Prior experience providing PAI/OSINT analysis support to special operations forces is strongly preferred. (NOTE: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (e.g., reviewing, translating, and/or reporting feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) is not considered equivalent experience.

· Must have working knowledge of current intelligence analysis and forecasting methodologies and tools, as well as working knowledge of the intelligence community structure, authorities, and capabilities.

· Must possess superior written communication skills.

· Must possess high levels of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, machine language translation software, data visualization/graphics tools, and standard internet browsers.

· Must possess superior verbal communication skills. Will be required to research, build, staff, and present information and decision briefs at the O-5/GS-14 to General Officer/SES level.

· Must be able to demonstrate Russian/Mandarin/Farsi language proficiency (reading, listening, and translation) required by the Government based on specific mission requirements. At the government’s discretion, analytic experience qualifications may be reduced or waived in order to meet language proficiency requirements.

Job Title: Counterintelligence Analyst - Expert

Job Requirements: Counterintelligence Analyst shall possess the following qualifications:

· Minimum six (6) years of experience as a Counterintelligence Agent of equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on source operations

· Graduate of Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course, service, or interagency equivalent

· Experience conducting CI threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, and route reconnaissance

· Experience collaborating with joint and federal agencies on emerging trends and threats in the area of operation

· Experience with Digital Network Intelligence, Call Chain analysis, Computer Network Operations, Cyber Analysis, and SIGINT for acquiring, identifying, reporting and processing multiple mission types
