CACI is seeking a Staff Action Officer to join the DoD Chief Information Officer National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) Management Office at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. We are seeking a candidate who has specific past work experience with Positioning Navigation and Timing Systems and policy development.

 

In this position the candidate will provide contract support in the planning, execution, and further development of the DoD Critical Time Dissemination (CTD) program. Duties include: conducting data research and analysis of Timing systems and drafting reports of findings; managing and responding to CATMS/TMT taskings related to Timing; drafting and revising briefing slides and other products as directed by the Alternate PNT and DoD Time Modernization lead; tracking and coordinating inputs for acquiring CTD program funding through DoD processes including: POM, PBR (Issue Papers), UFRs, JCIDS, IPLs and JUONS/JEONS; coordinating, setting-up and attending Timing related meetings and forums; and liaising with CTD program key supporting agencies and entities including: the United States Naval Observatory (USNO), DISA, the Services, Joint Staff, and IC agencies as well as commercial vendors and other DoD fourth estate entities.

 

What You’ll Get to Do:

 

Support National Leaders by providing subject matter expertise, advocacy, guidance, and integration oversight for enhancement of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing systems within the DoD.

Ensure these capabilities are secure, integrated, survivable, enduring, and available and can accomplish National and Mission Essential Functions under all conditions.

Provide oversight and support for Alternate Positioning Navigation and Timing initiatives at the national level.

Draft CONOPS, Terms of Reference (TORs), Charters, and responses to congressional inquiries.

Prepare briefing slides and related products in support of government meetings and engagements.

Capture and draft post meeting notes and after action reports.

Conduct analysis of data and develop reports and analytical products that support the advancement of CTD programatics.

Prepare input to the JCIDS process, including; drafting CDDs, KPPs, KPAs, CSRAs, etc.

Generate and respond to Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) taskings.

Understand the Presidential Budget Review (PBR) process and research and draft Issue Paper submissions to secure program funding.

Conduct CTD related planning and develop; including POAMs and CONOPS.

Conduct coordination with external agencies, as directed.

Be familiar with federal COOP/COG, Executive Branch continuity of government and continuity of operations planning by drafting policy documents, congressional correspondence, and respond to DOD CIO administrative tasking.

 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

 

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10 years of relevant/related military or federal Alternate Positioning Navigation and Timing experience; demonstrated knowledge of DOD PNT/GPS Timing capabilities and developmental efforts.

Knowledge in policy development, including the DoD issuances process.

Technical expertise and analytical skills to support A-PNT and COOP/COG efforts.

Have strong working knowledge of DOD organizations, military services, major military staff operations, and the A-PNT/GPS mission domain.

 

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

 

Working knowledge of CATMS – DoD tasking system.

Additional experience in the areas of COOP/COG, TACAMO (E-6B), National Military Command Center (NMCC), strategic communications, resolution of IT challenges, and the national nuclear C3 mission or SATCOM are a plus.

You will be the Logistics Team Lead responsible for US Navy Supply Support:

Advise SCSC on most effective use of net warehouse space to include recommending major changes, additions, or enhancements for government approval. ·        The MMLA shall embed directly with the Djiboutian naval installation in Djibouti City to provide on-site advisory and assistance to Djiboutian naval maintenance personnel.  The MMLA shall work the same hours as their Djiboutian counterparts, approximately forty-eight (48) hours per week; however, the Advisor shall participate in all training events, to include those conducted on normal days off.  The Djiboutian work week is Sunday through Thursday. In addition, the Djiboutian military also operates on Saturday mornings.

 

·        Assist in forecasting and scheduling required maintenance actions for Djiboutian Navy maritime platforms, assist in finding suppliers and delivery mechanisms, create a framework to allow timely and efficient ordering for required spare parts, assist in reworking inboard to outboard engine boats, and establish a process to maintain accurate maintenance logs. Assist in sustaining the RMAC systems through establishing maintenance logs, preventative maintenance procedures, and assisting in creating a framework for forecasting spare parts.

 

·        Work closely with senior and midlevel Naval Forces Africa personnel and other USG security assistance organizations. Explosive Detection K-9 Handler, Full Time

MOS: 31B, Z6 ASI, 27 ASI, 31K, 3PO51A, 5812

Locations: MD/DC, Kansas City, MO, Philadelphia, PA and Brookhaven, NY

 

Basic Requirements:

•U.S. Citizen with a minimum of five years’ experience as an explosive detection, Military Working Dog handlers.

•Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving record (no major violations, and no more than 2 minor violations).

•Must be able to recognize K9 diseases, familiar with hygiene requirements, and know the physical condition of the canine.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.

•Ability to interact well with public.

•Demonstrated maturity, self-control, patience, and ability to self-supervise.

•Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

•Exercise sound judgment in all areas of responsibility.

•Ability to establish and maintain effective communications with individuals, agencies, government and law enforcement.

•Ability to maintain effective professional relationships with outside individuals, agencies and site-specific security forces..

•Ability to understand and successfully handle various operational issues.

•Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

•Able to pass a full physical in accordance with 29CFR1910 and other site specific requirements.

•Willingness to rotate across multiple ECI client locations and rotating schedules with potential travel requirements outside of the National Capital area.

Credence Management Solutions is seeking a Functional Administrator to support the Indiana Army National Guard at the Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, IN with subject matter expertise in the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS).  The individual will use RFMSS to support operations at CAJMTC, and provide RFMSS technical support and training for Kentucky Army National Guard units.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Information Technology field and three (3) years of relevant experience. Seven (7) years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Establish and maintain subject matter expertise in the day-to-day operation and application of the RFMSS program by attending ATRRS course 964-ARNG-TRSRFMSS a minimum of once every 2 years.
