CACI is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to join our team in support of the Air Operations Center Weapons System (AOC WS) Long Term Modernization and Sustainment Program (LTM&S). The position is located near Trenton, New Jersey, at the USAF customer site on McGuire AFB, and reports to the Permanent On-Site Support Engineer (POSSE) Lead.

 

This position requires technical engineering experience, with a demonstrated understanding and application of systems engineering and configuration management principals and process, mission planning/scheduling along with experience in systems engineering and sustainment of existing baseline. The successful candidate will be effective at face-to-face interaction with customers and other contractors to respond to requests for information, support to technical meetings, technical interchanges and enterprise working groups. Provide support at AOC sites while site personnel progress through program office provided training.

 

Assist in closing action items noted in the Fielding Summary Memorandum (FSM) and Site Specific Engineering Plan (SSEP).

 

Assist site personnel with properly configuring, troubleshooting issues, and migrating to new AOC infrastructure components.

 

Assist site personnel with capturing site variances to incorporate into the CM process, data migration (as required), application tuning, domain policies, applying security patches, submitting/closing trouble tickets (as required) and configuring the AOC baseline to minimize downtime.

 

Attend technical exchange meetings, AOC PC engineering and integration meetings, post installation follow-up meetings.

 

Submit recommended changes to AOC configurations.

 

Provide recommendations on performance and security issues and other items of interest relating to AOC baseline(s).

 

Complete all applicable fielding prerequisites and post install releases (Agile Release Events (AREs), Critical System Updates (CSUs), Fast Tracks (FT), Out Of Cycles (OOC) by applicable deadlines.

 

Attend site and SPO fielding meetings, as applicable.

 

Work with key players to identify achievable site specific objectives.

Able to deploy OCONUS, if necessary, to hostile fire areas

Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MSCE) (MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure experience)

3+ Years of Azure cloud experience

3+ Years of experience working as a “Systems Engineer” in a classified environment

Experience in VB Scripting, C#, Visual Basic and object-oriented design as well as tag- based languages such as HTML, DHTML, ICML or XML

Experienced with JAVA script

Understanding of the JavaScript DOM model

Familiarity with Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX)

Familiarity with JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)

Knowledge of Microsoft .NET 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5.1, 4.5.2 and future releases development and object-oriented design

Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 or later experience

Microsoft SQL Server experience

Oracle DB experience

Microsoft Team Foundation Server experience

Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML)

SharePoint Portal Server experience

Experience with Data Modeling

Experience with Google Earth and customizations of the Google Earth Plug-In for specific uses

Job Description:

SKF is growing! We need more Customer Engagement Representatives for the Customer Solutions team located in Illinois.

 

You will be the front line, key contact for our customers and internal sales teams!

 

Your Goals should you accept this position:

             To support and help drive sales growth.

             Building customer relationships,

             Deliver a flawless experience in every interaction,

             Comply with customers’ requirements

             Adhere to company policies and proactively drive improvement daily.

 

 

Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:

             Order book management

             Customer forecasts updates

             Increasing revenue by suggestive selling

             Building and maintaining professional relationships

             Preparing quotes, delivery information, and offering technical knowledge,

             Accurately entering and tracking orders, follow up on shipments and proactively communicate to customer

             Working with factories and product planners to expedite deliveries

             Solving customer complaints and returned goods, while analyzing root cause and propose preventive actions

             Working with field sales to follow up on customer requests

             Working with engineers to ensure customer requirements are met

             Acting as a liaison between customers, sales and factory regarding new, current and future requirements

             Digital B2B business

 

Requirements:

             SAP experience preferred.

             Able to communicate effectively and professionally across the organization with all levels of employees and management.

             Professional experience in computer skills; strong in Windows, Excel, Macros, Microsoft systems, Lotus Notes databases, C4C (Customer Collaboration Tool), and experience with mainframes.
