As a cloud architect, you know how to build a cloud based technical architecture that meets customer needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. As a cloud architect on our team, you’ll lead the way in innovative solutions across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and private cloud solutions that will better enable the warfighter to turn data into decisions.  You’ll also tackle enterprise problems around security, connectivity, and operations. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with customers, stakeholders, and multi-functional teams to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. You Have: 


                -5+ years of experience in working with large IT enterprise


                -5+ years of experience with troubleshooting very complex distributed environments


-1+ years of experience with a public cloud provider, including AWS, Azure, or GCP


-1+ years of experience in working with cloud compute architectures in virtual solutions, including network, compute, or storage and securing those virtual solutions

JobHaus LLC is seeking FMV/Imagery Analysts to support USSOCOM. Imagery Analyst shall perform advanced level imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements. Imagery Analyst shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.


Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Imagery Analyst shall have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

Imagery Analyst shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Candidates must perform at a highly proficient level on core Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) analysis and Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation with recent, hands-on experience.

Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks as required.

Must attend Government provided training on the duties, responsibilities and TTPs of an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC). If selected by the Government, must be able to serve as an ITC.

Skills and Experience:


He/she shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology.

Must have 4-6 years (level dependent) of experience with operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.

Military personnel who have two years of hands on FMV analysis experience within JSOC meet the minimum requirement.

Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard. The Government reserves the right to test typing skills during the SV process.

Level 1: 4 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last six years. Candidates will be expected to fully comprehend the duties of and potentially deploy as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).

Rigid Tactical is seeking a Master Free Fall Instructor to train US Navy Military Free Fall, Static Line Jump Masters, and tactical elements, in advanced Military Free Fall operations using approved Tactics, Techniques, and Policies (TTPs) in use by the US Navy’s Premeditated Personnel Parachuting and Cargo Airdrop (P3) program, as delineated in the OPNAV 3501.225 (series) policy, and its references.


Military free fall operations training shall include tactical High Altitude/Low Opening (HALO) and High Altitude/High Opening (HAHO)operations; water airdrop operations and procedures; and tactical Drop Zone(DZ) operations that adhere to locally developed policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Requirements:


Conduct Military Free Fall (MFF) refresher training between fifty and one-hundred times per year in accordance with the OPNAV 3501.225 to personnel who have not completed a MFF jump for over a 1 year period. Refresher training shall be conducted within the Mariana Islands which include, Guam,Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.

Examine and certify US Navy Air Operations Trainers in accordance with OPNAV 3501.225(series) policy, and its references; examine andcertify trainers between 5 and 10 times annually.

Perform approximately one-hundred (100) United States Parachute Association Accelerated Free Fall Instructor (USPA AFFI) HAHO and/orHALO premeditated parachute jumps, annually; perform aerial videography prejump, and a complete jump debrief, designed to identify jumper deficiencies foreach parachute jump completed. Provide USPA Coach Course one-on-one training, pre-jump ground training, and free fall relative work training, using Government furnished non-tactical/nonstandard Commercial off the Shelf parachute equipment.

Perform canopy control coaching within the classroom, the lab, and practical application; utilizing TTPs developed by the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Training and Evaluation Unit ONE and TWO, and used during Parachute Proficiency Training (PPT, CIN S-431-3333) courses.

Pack and maintain their assigned Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), main and reserve parachute systems and adhere to pack-in-process inspection requirements outlined in OPNAV 3501.225(series)policy, and its references, and under the direct technical oversight of the N73Leading Chief Petty Officer and their subordinates.

Using the US Navy’s Dive Jump Reporting System (DJRS), make queries, and update jump logs and jump manifests, for approximately two-hundred(200) personnel, annually.

Maintain quarterly jump records management, to include queries, for approximately two-hundred (200) personnel, at EODMU FIVE, using the US Navy’s Advanced Skills Management System (ASM).

Schedule and coordinate Government (include contract aircraft) Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Air Assets, as required, to support training and exercises of EODMU FIVE’s Airborne Personnel and Cargo Airdrop mission approximately one-hundred (100) times annually.

Attend a minimum of one Parachute Proficiency Training (PPT)course (CIN S-431-3333) annually.

Prepare a written report, summarizing any changes in TTPs that would require changes to EODMU FIVE Air Operations.

Attend monthly Joint Region Marianas range control meetings, located on Guam, to coordinate and ensure the submission of Federal Aviation Administration Notice to Airman (FAA NOTAM), de-conflict drop zone and range access issues, and coordinate and de-conflict airdrop activities with DoD agencies co-located with EODMU FIVE.

Education And Qualifications:


Previous experience as a Military Free Fall instructor at any of the following locations: U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) at YPG Yuma, AZ; Naval Special Warfare Advance Training Command & Tactical Air Operations, San Diego, CA; U.S.M.C. MultiMission Parachutist Course at CPS Coolidge, AZ; or other Joint Special Forces accredited military free fall course of instruction.

Maintain United States Parachute Association Accelerated Free Fall Instructor (USPA AFFI) Certification and Accreditation throughout the Period of Performance.

Current and qualified USPA AFFI, with experience conducting AFFI parachute jumps and conducting USPA certified Coach Courses.

Certification in teaching canopy control fundamentals, with experience conducting Canopy Relative Work (CRW) or have attended a USPA accredited canopy control course.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Maintain a valid local area vehicle operator's license, and obtain a government vehicle operator's license.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Attend and complete the USAF EOS instructional methods course, Academic Instructors Course, or appropriate substitute course. Receive a Ft Dix range card and act/function in the capacity of Range Safety Officer (RSO) carrying out all the associated duties identified in Ft Dix Pamphlet (PAM) 350-3. Training attendance and passing a written examination is required. 

Be able to work on complex, combat problems in the field, assessing dynamic situations, conveying experience, and main points as outlined in lesson plans to the students. 

Record instructional hours and comply with all rules associated with the Community College of the Air Force accreditation policies/procedures, such as evaluations and continuing educational/developmental requirements (e.g., In-Service Training briefings except student/facility support, vehicle, and supply support personnel). 

Go through an initial, customized training course within 60 days of a new hire at the Expeditionary Center that consists of the aforementioned, Academic Instructors Course, Ft Dix range control class, pyrotechnic training, vehicle training, lane of training practical certification, demonstration/performance exercises, practice evaluations, shadowing and assisting experienced instructors prior to assuming primary instructor duties. 

Perform instruction/demonstration and student evaluations as required by the syllabi and Plan of Instruction (POI). 

Prepare classroom for instruction and ensure academic equipment, projectors, televisions, computer learning stations, etc., including uploading of computer-based training, if applicable, are functional. 

Provide technical support, planning, consultation, analysis, and expert advice to establish, maintain, and improve their respective area’s instruction. 

Perform support/logistics functions arising from preparation for, execution of, and reconstitution following instruction such as, but not limited to; transport of instructional materials, setup of training ranges, in-processing of students, monitor student weapons cleaning, issue, and turn in training gear, etc.

·         Train military EST II instructors on how to aggregate information from the database and print reports.


·         Provide tracking and analysis reports of pass, failure, retrain, to include remediation method used during retrain, certification, and recertification analysis for internal and external meetings, after each class or rotation.

·         Enter usage data and scheduled maintenance for simulators into the Training Support Material Army wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) web based program.

These Escorts are responsible for escorting and monitoring visitors to secure site, including access control through confirmation of identification, conducting inspection of visitors and hand-carried items, and maintaining line-of-sight on visitors at all times. Duty location for this role – San Antonio, TX, USA. 


Responsibilities:


Ensure that only persons with a valid need are permitted to enter the facility.

Escort and monitor operational vendors at all times while on site.

Maintain line-of-sight with vendor at all times while on site.

Escalate equipment issues found by vendors immediately to the onsite DT.

Maintain visitor access logs consistent with site requirements.

Prevent the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information.

Properly cleanse secured areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into the facility.

Follow all company security and safety policies.

Required Qualifications:


Must currently hold an active Top-Secret clearance with polygraph to escort persons who do not hold adequate security credentials within the secured facility, as they perform onsite services.

Ability to report to a cluster of remote, secured sites for 8-hour shifts between 0600 and 1400 hours, Monday through Friday. Starting time and length of shift will be specified in scheduled escorting assignments.

Must currently hold an IC Green Badge.

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to provide detailed written and verbal incident reports, operate a two-way radio, professionally interact with other personnel and sit, stand or walk for 8-hour shifts in outdoor settings and all-weather conditions.

Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing. This position requires the ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time. Computer activities include reading, reviewing and analyzing information, as well as providing recommendations, summaries, and reports in written or verbal format. Additionally, this position requires ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; as well as speak and hear clearly.

Overview


Provide day-to-day operational maintenance support with design, installation, and configuration of enterprise server-based solutions in support of customer in multi-platform information systems varying in size and complexity. The contractor shall maintain system documentation of assigned systems. The contractor shall monitor and optimize the assigned systems to reach the highest possible uptime percentage and best possible user experience. The contractor shall lead troubleshooting efforts for assigned systems, follow up with Root Cause analysis for all faults in the system and support all troubleshooting efforts. The contractor shall provide recommendations to the Government for system improvements to prevent future outages. The contractor shall provide the Government with recommendations for lifecycle and modernization efforts related to the assigned systems. This task area may be subject to non-standard work hours and approximately two (2) after hours on call support per week.


 


Responsibilities


Requires Electrical Engineering expertise to lead, plan, develop, design, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, evaluate, accept, document and develop the current and future electrical state of the Agency’s Telecommunications Network. The contractor shall analyze drawings and specifications, prepare bill of materials, provide technical expertise to support infrastructure changes and develop projects that require improvisation, ingenuity and a high degree of technical judgement related to electrical engineering. The contractor shall conduct design reviews of constructions drawings and specifications for electrical systems and perform detailed analyses of all electrical infrastructure supporting the Agency’s telecommunications infrastructure. The contractor shall conduct site surveys, performance monitoring, product review, design review, inspections and acceptance as required by the Government. The contractor shall assess and evaluate electrical items for possible malfunction, failure, modification or the need for redundant or additional backup power. This task area may be subject to non-standard work hours and approximately two after hours on call support per week.


 


Qualifications Required


BS/BA or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Experience cannot be substituted for education.


Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience supporting projects of similar size, scope and complexity.


Demonstrated experience in evaluating electronic systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of circuitry and materials.


TS clearance with SCI eligibility

We are seeking an Information Technology Quality Assurance and Testing Lead to join the Quality Assurance Portfolio Department. In this job you will work under the direction of the IT Application Domains Manager in supporting, leading, and mentoring a team of QA professionals focused on providing QA services to all areas of the organization.  Additionally, you will assist in managing the organizational QA Strategy, with the intent of strengthening, maturing, and sustaining the program.   We are not only looking for a leader, but also someone who can take direction, all the while, implementing industry Q&A best practices, planning, organizing, and coordinating with individual project test leads. The Cybersecurity Systems Security Engineer (SME) will provide the support task requirements for Cybersecurity System Engineering Support, Cybersecurity Network Domain Certification and Accreditation Support, and Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Support. Job Duties


Provide cybersecurity system engineering support for the DCGS-A program that consists of accurate identification, documentation, and testing of security controls for system assessments.

Perform the engineering analysis, design, implementation, development of interoperability artifacts, documentation updates, and maintenance of the DCGS-A Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) which are the Top Secret and Below Interoperability (TSABI) and Secret and Below Interoperability (SABI) CDS Subsystems.

Perform analysis and evaluate all system designs and implementations that are consistent and compliant with the DoD and Army policies, requirements, and directives.

Develop and recommend action plans to address system security issues, audit readiness, and compliance requirements and issues.

Perform the daily execution of technical cybersecurity operations for the various network domain environments and production baselines to ensure operational readiness.

Assess cybersecurity impacts for proposed changes, assess conformance and compliance with cybersecurity requirements for the new release capabilities, and ensure the infrastructure will support all DCGS-A cybersecurity implementations.

Analyze and evaluate the DCGS-A baseline for compliance with National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) security implementation guidelines (NIST SP 800 Series), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG), Department of Army Information Assurance Best Business Practice (BBP) Checklists, and Security Requirements Guides (SRG).

Perform the security assessments of the DCGS-A systems in the fielded environment to assess the security posture of the systems and the technical compliance with the requirements and validate security relevant configurations of the systems.

Will support the engineering team to remediate existing issues and/or to develop compensating controls that minimize the impact, likelihood, and/or risk.

Monitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to ensure program success.

Background:


The DID is the flagship all source intelligence publication product for the DIA. Publication of this intelligence product began in January 2008 for DIA leadership and has increased to be considered the Defense Intelligence product for the IC Community. This intelligence product is published every weekday and typically involves three or four full articles, averaging three pages each, plus up to nine notes, which are limited to eight lines each. Additionally, there are out of cycle or ad hoc publications produced as required. These ad hoc publications are on an as needed basis with a specific topical focus.


Objectives:


The objective is to acquire editorial services in accordance with the SOW. The Contractor shall provide editors capable of adhering to DIA editing standards and DI written products and tradecraft standards. Editors shall adhere to quality and production control standards as provided by the DID staff Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the publication standards for the DID, Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Security Markings Program (SMP) standards (formerly known as CAPCO) and the DIA Style Guide.


Scope:


The Contractor shall provide editorial support referred to as the Production Control Officer (PCO), in the publication of the Defense Intelligence Digest (DID). This effort shall include final editorial reviews on publication and production standards as provided by the Directorate for Analysis (DI) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).


Job Summary:


The technical editor shall provide editorial support to OCC History branch. This contract supports OCC's ability to produce properly edited documents. briefings and transcripts as required, as well as conduct historical research and writing in support of History missions and the DIA Heritage Museum. The History Branch (HSTB) conducts research and analysis in support of DIA's mission, promotes historical awareness for the DIA workforce, develops and preserves the agency's institutional memory, provides vital lessons learned, and oversees the development and fabrication of the DIA Heritage Museum and other displays.


Responsibilities Include:


The technical editor assists in researching, writing, and editing the products to be used and possesses the ability to manage and support multiple high visibility production efforts effectively


The technical editor works closely with writers and visual information specialists, suggesting changes to enhance the product's readability, conciseness, and consistency in tone and style.


The technical editor assists OCC officers in researching topics and located contact sources throughout the development of communications products.


The technical editor works well under tight deadlines.


Tech Editor/Writer (LI &2) attend customer meetings and/or information sessions necessary to complete projects. Attend all weekly team and division syncs.


Assist in the design and development of displays and exhibits aimed at improving historical awareness among the DIA workforces.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.

More than three years of exposure to specialized military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).

Perception IR Special Services, LLC (www.PIRJobs.com) is hiring C-UAS Operations-Intelligence Integrators to work in Reston, VA to provide threat analysis to mitigate the threat posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems to critical infrastructure, locations, and assets. You will conduct detailed operational analysis on C-UAS systems data reports to ensure successful transfer into a usable, quantitative format for analysis. You will incorporate C-UAS data into operations, security, and multi-intelligence analysis that aids Military Commanders in CUAS efforts. You will develop assessments and courses of action to be used to obtain operationally actionable information augmenting DoD’s responsibility to mitigate the threat posed by unmanned aircraft systems to the safety or security of covered DoD facilities or assets.  You will integrate available UAS data with existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UAS network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and support C-UAS operations. You will participate in the development and fielding of techniques that enhance the organization’s ability to ingest, collate, search and tailor UAS related data to meet customer requirements. You will work as part of a team to assist a variety of interagency partners by fusing CUAS, operations, and intelligence to enhance their effectiveness against UAS threats. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions. You will directly support organizations and agencies tasked with the mission of UAS threat and security assessment with special emphasis on understanding and countering the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial systems (UAS). You will deliver tailored answers to requests for support from a variety of agencies. You will be expected to become a Subject Matter Expert on the capabilities, tactical employment and distribution of UAS that adversaries could use to disrupt, disable or defeat capabilities to defend critical infrastructure. 

  

Requirements:


- TS/SCI

- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of C-UAS Operation-Intelligence experience, or an Associate Degree with 5+years of experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience with no degree

- Understanding of unmanned aerial systems with specific emphasis on Groups 1-3 Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), their capabilities, technical performance and operational employment

- Understanding of MS Office, Excel and big-data analytic techniques for structured and unstructured data, analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir, ArcGIS, Google Earth, M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database

- Willing to work rotating day or night shifts if needed - that may include very occasional nights or weekends
