42. Jacobs Job Openings (CONUS and OCONUS)
Job opportunities in OEF, CPEN, CLNC and Albany available right now for
those who have the appropriate skill sets. All of the position requisitions
are available for review by prospective candidates at
www.jacobstechnology.com under the
locations where the positions are located.

Currently there is one OCONUS position in OEF for a MAGTF Planner, Sgt level
experience and up. This position supports the Marine Corps Logistics
Command (MCLC) Distribution Management Center (DMC). With all incentive pays
included, this position would pay approximately $160k for a 12 month tour of
duty at Camp Leatherneck. The good news, you get to go to CRC again, live in
a tent or a candominum and eat at the mess hall!!!

One position at MCLB Barstow, CA for a Distribution Assistant Transporation
Specialist in support of our MCLC DMC support contract. We are looking for
a senior Sgt-SSgt with the transportation/distribution specialty experience
associated with the military and/or commercial movement of cargo and
equipment via ports and airheads in support of military operations. I have
two similar positions at MCLB Albany, GA. Salary for each of these
positions, with the appropriate skill set, education and experience will be
approximately $45-50K.

I have a QA/QC position at CPEN working in support of the USMC/MCLC CSP
program (aka, the CIF/UIF in the 22 area). This position requires some 14
years combined experience and education with solid QA/QC, supply/inventory
management type expertise. I have two similar positions at CLNC. Those
positions can pay $60k and more. I also have one Program Support/Admin
Specialist position requiring NCO level experience in support of CSP at CLNC
that will pay ~$40-$50k depending upon experience/eductation/training.

I would invite all interested parties to go to our website, select Careers
from the listing, then click on the first "Search Jobs" tab, find the
location and check out the opportunities. Qualified parties may apply and
post a resume for the jobs in which they may be interested.

Jacobs is a great company for whom I have worked for more than 10 years
since my retirement from our Corps in 2001. Jacobs headquarters is in
Pasadena, CA with some 60,000 employees serving worldwide and annual
revenues of ~$10B. Of that number some 13,000 of us work for Jacobs
Technology, Inc., (a wholly owned subsidary of Jacobs headquartered in
Tullahoma, TN) that does some $2B of support per year in the federal sector.
Opportunities abound in Jacobs for those who seek them. The more flexible
the skill set and availability to serve worldwide, the greater the
opportunity. For those looking to continue to work in the support of the
federal sector (DoD, NASA, Homeland Security, etc.) check out the
www.jacobstechnology.com website, and
for those who may be interested in commercial engineering, construction,
mining, etc., check out our www.jacobs.com website
