The AMOD project is currently looking for dynamic and innovative technical talent to support its desire to produce a large suite of applications supporting the warfighter. The position is a Junior Software Developer where you will be working with analysts (i.e., domain experts) and engineers, shortening the feedback cycle in the software development/improvement environment

 

The project is enabled by a streamlined development process, the Agile development methodology employed enables the advanced  modernization team to develop and deliver mission-essential capabilities that increase analytic efficiency, integration, and quality without exhausting massive amounts of resources. As a Junior Software Developer you will have various responsibilities such as:

Ensure cybersecurity requirements are understood, included in contracts, considered in the supply chain, and built into products and services bought, developed, tested, fielded and maintained in a manner that meets the intended use of the product or service, meets US, DoD and Army regulatory requirements.

 

Communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel; and prepare briefings to senior officials on complex issues.

 

Perform cybersecurity analysis of tactical systems; research, test, and evaluate the cybersecurity posture of IT devices, systems and network architectures. Report on all IT-related artifacts, design, test, fielding, operations, or upgrade requests to ensure accuracy and completeness and support that risk acceptance standards are met per Army Acquisition and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies, and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) standards and guidance with purpose to earn and sustain the Authorization to Operate (ATO) of applicable IT devices and systems in the DoD environment.

 

Determine the cyber security survivability posture of system software design and implementation in the framework of Risk Management throughout the materiel’s life cycle. Plan, direct, coordinate, and assess all concepts, equipment, and systems produced to ensure the cyber security posture meets Army requirements and the needs of the Warfighter. Coordinate tactical Cybersecurity architecture and integration for testing events to include Network Integration Evaluations (NIE), Army Integration Certification (AIC), Developmental Test & Evaluation (DOT&E), and Initial Operational Test & Evaluation (IOT&E). Performs tactical cyber security test and evaluation planning using threat penetration teams, cyber security vulnerability analysis, computer hardware, systems software, and computer system architecture and integration to include the evaluation of tactical network integration and satellite communications. Analyzes and assesses IT devices and systems security controls for threat, vulnerabilities and incidents related to PdM GSS IT networks, devices and systems that may impact Army assets (Soldier, information, reputation and information). Performs periodic reviews to determine the security posture of all PdM GSS acquisition systems and tactical networks to ensure compliance with all NIST, CNSS, DoD, and Army policies. Works with program managers to determine when new or updated authorizations are required.

 

Develop and maintain the organizational tactical security architecture plan. Establish the security framework for information processing and connection to Army networks. Address security plans for future systems. Provide recommendations in support of cybersecurity for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) or Assess-Only implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for tactical systems and networks. Represent cybersecurity at integrated product team (IPT) and other meetings to interpret policies and requirements, resolve technical issues, establish criteria, and formulate approaches in support of projects, processes, and objectives.

 

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

 

Must have RMF, Comp TIA A+ (or equivalent) and/or CISSP (or equivalent) and eMASS training.

 

Must have a current DoD 8140.01 approved IAT or IAM Level II or Level III Baseline Certification.

 

Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7 years of related experience.

 

Must have experience supporting Cyber Security requirements for electronic tactical systems.

As a CACI-Wexford SOF Targeting Integrator, you will provide expert targeting analysis services against High Value Individuals (HVIs) and shall use information, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, training, and technology and employ tools for information collection to enhance a customer's F3EAD targeting cycle. You will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting support products to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks (such as WMD, VEOs, IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.

 

 

 

More About the Role:

 

 

 

While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. Using expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and GEOINT you will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.

 

While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-Wexford SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

 

You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted threat networks.

 

 

 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

 

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

MEDCOE/DoOM is responsible for training and educating medical personnel. Instructors will be required to demonstrate skills to be taught which will include lifting and carrying equipment (i.e. mannequins) and/or materials weighing up to 150 pounds. On occasion, must carry this equipment up and downstairs and on uneven terrain in the normal functions of his/her job. Must be able to demonstrate all hands-on tactical combat casualty care skills while in tactical gear (body armor, helmet, simulated weapon, gloves, knee pads, safety glasses, and aid bag) outdoors and in inclement weather. The work requires long periods of standing while teaching in the classroom or field and in inclement weather. While participating in training, duty may require standing for an 8-hour shift or longer. Will be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed during inclement weather and MEDCoE/Health Protection Condition level requirements.

What You’ll Get to Do:

 

 

 

As a CACI-Wexford SOF SIGINT Analyst supporting the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS). You will be responsible for advising and providing SIGINT support to Special Operations on a global scale. Position responds to SIGINT request for information from multiple Intelligence Specialties (All Source, GEOINT, HUMINT) focused on solving difficult problem sets that vary between projects, including long-term project efforts analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, and targeted vulnerability.

 

 

 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

 

Must possess current TS/SCI with CI poly.

Minimum 5 years of SIGINT operational experience conduct researching, developing targets and utilizing various SIGINT DNR/DNI tools.

Experience in providing SIGINT analysis support to CT and regional analysis while interfacing/ collaborating with other members of the intelligence community

Familiarity with  GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting and development.

Advanced skills with SIGINT Support to F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience.

Familiarity with Computer Network Exploitation (CNE), to include performing network or nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing cyber data from sources including but not limited to SIGINT, commercial databases, reporting, All Source, GEOINT and OSINT analysis.

Advanced working and expert knowledge of Digital Network applications, including methodologies and systems.

Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, SIGINT analysis, and collection management.

Highly proficient utilizing current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

Ability to train and mentor junior SIGINT analyst.

Strong briefing skills.

Experience and knowledge of SOF operations.

 

 

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

 

Minimum of ten (10) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.

Knowledge of processes and tools related to technical ELINT, DNI and other technical SIGINT disciplines.

Ability to provide briefing and training on in-depth ELINT analysis and collection

Experience utilizing FADE, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, and ANTS tools.

Researching Network Topologies, Architectures and Protocols, Network Operations, Network Mapping, Network Protocols, Network Exploitation of specific protocols and technologies.

Security+, Network+, CEH or CISSP

Experience with Python
