Remote Inside Sales Executives – Oracle Health – Ambulatory
As an Inside Sales Executive on the Ambulatory Inside Sales Team, your primary responsibilities are to create, manage, and close new ambulatory sales opportunities. This will be a fast-paced and challenging environment, and it is an excellent opportunity for you if you want to quickly progress to different sales roles within Oracle.
In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with prospective client organizations and internal stakeholders through remote meetings, correspondence, and ongoing support, conduct market, client, and competitive analysis to recommend sales strategies for a territory or assigned group of clients and advise clients on Oracle Health solutions and services that meet their needs.
You will conduct forecast tracking within Oracle sales tools, create ordering documents and review for accuracy based upon client requests, solution requirements, and manage pipeline and forecast in order to consistently drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. You will be part of a team responding to a high volume of inquiries and requests requiring extensive interaction with a variety of customers and stakeholders. A day in the life of an Operations Field Support Specialist may include:
Processing a high volume of third-party billing for damages
Responding to a high volume of internal and external customer calls and inquiries
Processing Regional Building Inspections
Generating and updating orders in our customer billing system
Coordinating billing and processing of damages with the District Attorneys office
Coverage of incoming phone lines from both residential and commercial customers

* Assess internal strengths and weaknesses and evaluate comparative

* Perform work associated with management of UAS items and materials
in supply system requiring new stock, transfer, and repair or
returned from repair or send for disposal.
* Apply practical knowledge of established and commonly applied Naval

methodologies and calculations in inventory management and supply

* Reconcile inventory reports including variance, and not ready for

*What You?ll Get to Do*:
As a CACI-SOAS Cyberspace Operations Lead you will provide oversight of
all contractor staff working under the Command, Control, Computers,
Communications, Cyber-Defense (C5) and Interoperability task, and you
will report directly to the PM.? You ensure all C5 functions are
integrated with other task areas and across the command and its
strategic and operational partners.? You will serve as the task lead and
primary contract POC to the J6? and will serve as the primary point of
assessment, planning, coordination, and integration of C5 operations
into USEUCOM?s strategic and operational objectives through information
sharing, integrating operational planning across stakeholders, and
increasing interoperability across USEUCOM and its mission partners.

*More About this Role*:
This position is contingent upon contract award in late Spring 2024.
You will embed at USEUCOM, located at Patch Barrack, Stuttgart, Federal
Republic of Germany and may travel as required, to perform services at
other locations within the USEUCOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet
mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will
supervise and coordinate the contract staff to provide planning,
coordination, assessment, and implementation for full spectrum C5
operations and improving interoperability of C5 processes and procedures.
You may also be required to coordinate with stakeholders such as the
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Europe, United States Cyber
Command (USCYBERCOM), Joint Force HQ, Department of Defense Information
Network (JFHQ-DoDIN), and the U.S. Air Force Joint Force HQ Cyber.
You will oversee the contract staff assessment of partner nations?
varying degrees of C5 maturity and provide solutions for communication
and system interoperability. You will recommend strategies and solutions
to leverage data as a strategic asset for C5 operations and
interoperability. This may include optimizing data utilization,
providing data visualization, and implementing process improvements to
preserve the integrity of data and metadata.
You will assist in architecture development to enable US National
Interest, combined ? Joint All-Domain Command and Control (C-JADC2)
across Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and
Intelligence (C5I) Lines of Effort to support the security cooperation
enterprise.
You will supervise and oversee the contract team that supports C5I
systems and infrastructure in alignment to DoD, NATO strategies,
regional security and sharing arrangements, and bi/multi-lateral
agreements. This effort will require coordination across USEUCOM
Directorates, NATO forces, other DoD organizations, and Allied and
Coalition mission partners representatives, subject matter experts,
Senior Executives, and USEUCOM Leadership.

*You?ll Bring These Qualifications: *
* Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security
Clearance.
* Bachelor's degree or higher education
* 7 Years recent (within the last 5 years) and relevant experience
providing support to, or leading teams in support of Joint C5
military operations.
* Relevant C5 Interoperability and Cyber Security Cooperation work
within NATO or like alliances (SEATO/USFK)
* Recent experience (within the last 5 years) working at or above the
Combatant Command level.
* Experience providing C5 Operations and Planning support to one or
more of the following:? Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
Europe, U.S. Cyber Command (CYBERCOM), Joint Force
Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C) Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER), JFHQ-DoD

As a CACI-SOAS C-UAS All Source Analyst, you will conduct data analysis
of specialized C-UAS threat systems? data to assist with Department of
Defense (DoD) Force Protection (FP) efforts to understand, minimize and
mitigate the threat posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) against
critical infrastructure, locations, assets and personnel. You will
develop operational analytical products utilizing C-UAS system data
through the exploitation and processing of the raw data and the other
related C-UAS data sources that aids operational planners develop force
protection efforts to detect, identify, monitor and track UAS activity.
You will support assessments that could be used to obtain operationally
actionable information augmenting DoD?s responsibility to mitigate the
threat posed by UAS systems while ensuring to adhere to 10 USC 130i
requirements/restrictions.
As required, you will interact directly with supported DoD customers to
develop comprehensive analytical products that inform a variety of
activities to protect critical infrastructure, providing an enhanced
risk picture for DoD that enables and informs risk-based decision making
for force protection efforts of possible UAS threat activity against
installations, assets and personnel.? As required, you will participate
in the development and fielding of operational and analytical tools and
techniques that enhance the organization?s ability to ingest, collate,
search and tailor UAS related data to meet customer requirements.

You will work as part of a multifunctional team of operations analysts,
operational outreach, technologists and subject matter experts to assist
DoD customers with fusing C-UAS systems? data and operational
information to enhance their effectiveness against UAS threats and force

recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the
DoD.
You will directly support DoD organizations and agencies tasked with the
mission of UAS threat and security assessment with special emphasis on
understanding and countering the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial

deliver tailored answers to requests for support. You will be expected
to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the capabilities, tactical

III. Research
Identifies specific information needed to address FOA instructions/requirements
Uses the internet as a research tool to form the basis for writing the response to FOA instructions
Checks multiple academic sources to get more complete and accurate information
Researches and organizes statistics/data to be included in narrative
Performs basic mathematics calculations and reasoning (i.e., whole numbers, decimals, fractions, percentages, and ratios/proportions) proficiently, accurately (at least 90% of the time), and quickly
Identifies knowledgeable people to interview/obtain information from for narratives
Screens out irrelevant and vague information, keeping high-quality data

Completes narrative drafts that are on time and meet expected level of readiness for review by project lead and Group Edits

V. Administrative Duties
Performs general administrative support duties, including but not limited to submitting requisitions; coordinating meetings; organizing grant writing document hard copy files; stocking supplies for grant applications; making CDs, binders, and tabs; compiling reports, etc.
Uses Outlook resources efficiently, including address book, scheduling meetings, sharing calendars, setting appointments/time blocks, reminders, etc.
Helps maintain a schedule of funding sources that support Centerstone’s mission and strategic plan
Operates office equipment efficiently (email, copier, scanner, fax, etc.)
Utilizes and navigates resources and files on all pertinent information and statistics related to grant writing on the P drive
VI. Grant Writing Team Results
Actively contributes to the submission of federal, state, or local grants

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate as an active team member in data collection, management, and reporting.

The Rotational Engineering Program is a 12-month rotation program beginning in June 2024. Field Engineering Support

As a Field Engineer Support professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers (residential, commercial, and developers) for natural gas , electric and joint trench requests;responsible for reviewing drawings for land/subdivision development, discussing existing layouts, and working with individual homeowners and commercial customers making modifications to gas and electric services. Description:
As a contractor for the Business Innovation Technology and Security (BITS) team, this position will manage the JIRA and Envoy solutions. The BITS team launched using JIRA in December 2023 as a tool to assist in workflow and project management, risk tracking, and collaboration. The team also uses JIRA to collect data for continuous process improvement efforts. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the board setup is correct, providing support for users, and ensuring the overall health of the solution. The product owner will also be responsible for the Envoy hoteling solution. The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) launched Envoy in September 2023 as part of the Return to Office initiative. The Envoy solution allows users to reserve desk space, conference rooms, and provides notifications for package deliveries. The incumbent is responsible for troubleshooting any user issues, working with the vendor to launch new modules, and the routine maintenance of the solution.
Configuration and Administration:
Customize Jira workflows, fields, screens, and schemes to align with the agency's project management processes.
Implement and manage plugins and add-ons to enhance Jira functionality.
Configure new modules to meet agency needs.
Administer user permissions and security settings to ensure appropriate access levels.
Troubleshoot user access issues.
User Support and Training:
Provide ongoing support and training to solution users within the agency.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Jira functionality.
Create and maintain documentation on best practices and usage guidelines.
Integration and Collaboration:
Integrate Jira with other tools and systems used within the agency to facilitate seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

manufacturing environment
Experience with GD&T and use of metrology instruments
Processing of non-conformances and CAPA
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong MS Office Suite skills required
Previous work experience with military products and/or DOD preferred
Background in CMM a plus.
Experience with Defense contractors a plus
Experience in machining, welding, and fastened assemblies a plus
