CACI is seeking a Somali Linguist to provide intelligence support, supporting the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and deployed to the CENTCOM AOR.

 

What You’ll Get to Do:

 

Conduct Linguistic analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need to know basis, concerning foreign communications activity.

 

Demonstrate the ability to provide Indications and Warnings.

 

Demonstrate the ability to identify enemy TTPs and develop targetable intelligence products.

 

Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information.

CACI is looking for a Program Manager to support our customer, U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), at Scott AFB, Illinois. This position is contingent upon award of the USTRANSCOM Command, Control, Communication & Cyber Systems Managed Information Technology Services (MITS), Enterprise support Managed services.

 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Program Manager that organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks. Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations. Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs. Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The PM provides leadership, management, and oversight for the program workforce to deliver cyber information technology enterprise services to support USTRANSCOM Unified Combatant Command (UCC), as well as their associated staff elements and organizations. All parties require devices, hardware, software, and network IT and communications support services for the continued enhancement, operation, maintenance, and life cycle support for networks, office automation, communications, and software and systems applications supporting command, control, communications, and computers (C4) systems.

 

The candidate will serve as a CACI representative and be the direct interface to USTRANSCOM, responsible for establishing a strong working relationship and managing service delivery performance through service level agreements and other key performance metrics.  Responsible for the program budget, performance and delivery of exceptional customer services and user experience.

 

Required Skills:

 

Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions and providing weekly customer briefings on end user environment operational performance and special project statuses.

 

Understanding of applications and network systems like those in use at HQ USTRANSCOM

What You’ll Get to Do:

 

Supervise Medical Logistics Technicians in daily duties

Manage PMI equipment, supplies, accountability/acquisition of required material, and facilitate equipment recycling/tracking.

Coordinates with the Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMETs) to ensure scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and maintenance services are completed.

Responsible for resourcing, maintaining and recycling PMI to support contingency operations for patient movement.

Duties include using DMLSS (Work order/Inventory/Logistic software) and overseeing the performance of preventive maintenance and repair on the equipment of the PMI centers; also monitoring and maintaining repair part stock for the Biomed Repair Shop.

Maintains, inspects, packs and prepares all PMI supplies/equipment to be ready for all/any contingencies.

Supports the in-transit patients to exchange in-kind PMI without degrading medical capabilities and provides prompt recycling of PMI.

Ensuring medical equipment assets are available for patient treatment, tracked and recycled to medical treatment facilities and Area of Responsibility.

Use the Patient Movement Items Tracking System (PMITS) for asset visibility and tracking of PMI to provide accurate information to allow proactive support to deployed organizations.

Responsible for inspecting, inventorying, maintaining, and repairing medical, environmental, and non-medical equipment for worldwide military support and disaster relief.

Perform initial inspections, calibrations, diagnostics, general maintenance and repair of medical and general support equipment (medical package tools and equipment, i.e. generators and environmental control units) within Operating Expense and Maintenance (OEM) guidance.

Maintains the technical literature library and test equipment inventory ensuring resources are up to date and accurate at all times.

Complies with AFI 41-201, Managing Clinical Engineering Program; AFI 41-209, Medical Logistics Support; and DODI 6000.11 which governs Patient Movement.

As a Commodity Manager (CM) II, you will act as a subject matter expert and will monitor market trends, develop sourcing strategies, and communicate commodity agreements and strategies across the business. As a Commodity Manager II, you will:

 

             Lead current production cost reduction and new program sourcing globally for the commodities

             Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to seek input, common ground, and trust of the Commodity Team to optimize overall impact

             Process purchase orders and ensure suppliers are meeting delivery dates

             Develop and execute sourcing strategies and plans to leverage Roush’s global buy and optimize total supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, and launch)

             Lead, manage and execute all data collection, validation, analysis, and negotiation activities for the commodities

             Lead the negotiation and management of global strategic supplier contracts and approve any changes, while managing overall relationship with strategic suppliers

             Communicate commodity agreements and strategies to the business globally and communicate progress periodically to senior level managers within and outside the company

             Facilitate ongoing supplier assessment and performance review meetings, monitor effectiveness of strategy, and make changes where appropriate

             Serve as a resource/expert for the commodities

             Take part in process improvements in conjunction with the team to develop and implement best practices

             Monitor supply markets and trends and aggregate forecasts and global specifications

             Operate in a professional manner with the highest personal integrity

             Approve all sourcing decisions globally

             Develop cost modeling

             Travel up to 20% (mostly local but could involve domestic and international overnight trips)

 

Minimum qualifications required:

 

             Bachelor’s degree in business-related or technical area

             Minimum of 3 years of experience managing fabrication commodities (brackets, assemblies, laser cutting, welding, painting, etc.)

             Ability to read blueprints/drawings

             Ability to manage complex commodities and increase spend/growth across multiple commodities

             Experience with cost modeling/cost drivers/cost structures

             Demonstrated competence in negotiating skills and assessing suppliers

             Demonstrated competence in developing & implementing commodity strategies

             Must possess an understanding of industry quality standards

             Coordination, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

             Professional verbal and written communication skills

             Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
