In this position, you will be responsible for performing professional intermediate-level accounting duties that include preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements. How Will You Make an Impact?


Compiling, preparing, and recording significant financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Analyzing, adjusting, and reconciling various ledger balances, system interfaces, and allocation calculations

Preparing bank reconciliations, billings for shared project costs, and monthly financial reports

Supporting annual external audits and participating in the preparation of published financial statements and accompanying notes 

Participating in the development and implementation of accounting processes and controls

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field

Leads the development and implementation of efforts related to promoting Indo-Pacific development finance-related opportunities and infrastructure-related opportunities. As appropriate, provides guidance and recommends to Bureau employees and counterparts in other offices of the Department on relevant scientific and economic aspects of U.S. foreign policy.

Supports the liaising officer with counterparts in other bureaus and offices of the State Department and the U.S. government, the university community, international organizations, the private sector, and non-U.S. entities to ensure that infrastructure and development-finance related issues are taken fully into account when policy is formulated, developed, and implemented.

Helps establish and, as needed, coordinate SCA participation in relevant regional and international forums and dialogues as well as development and implement an Indo-Pacific Development Financing Forum event in Spring 2019.

Interacts and meets regularly with technical expert counterparts from the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, OPIC, EXIM and other relevant entities.

Responsible for coordinating, integrating and synchronizing USSOCOM CWMD priorities with the Exercise and Training Directorate in support of the Geographic Combatant Commander strategic exercise program while ensuring these exercises correctly align with current National and Theater level Orders, policies and procedures.    The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for gaining efficiencies in the four GOLD series training programs and courses, integrating these programs into a cooperative message, and proposing policies and procedures which allows and fosters communication and exchange of information between the individual reach back programs.  


 


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Requires: Recent (last 3 years) experience within USSOCOM and/or Interagency in CWMD intel, plans, policy, operations, and/or exercises.  Knowledge/experience and/or graduate of GOLD programs is required. Knowledge/credibility within the interagency and National SOF is highly desired as well as operational/plans/exercise experience with and a comprehensive and complete understanding of USSOCOM, its components, TSOCs, the Geographical Combatant Commands and the authorities and approvals processes.  Best candidate will have a comprehensive awareness of operational plans, contingency operations, crisis action planning and National and Operational level CWMD policies. 


Bachelor’s Degree required. SAMS Graduate highly desired.  Equivalence of 20+years of experience will be considered.

Title: Component Lessons Learned Specialist (27th SOW)

JOB PURPOSE: The USSOCOM J-59-L Strategy, Plans and Policy Lessons Learned (LL) Branch is responsible for implementing USSOCOM Directive 11-3 SOF Lessons Learned Program to enhance joint capabilities through discovery, knowledge development, implementation, and sharing of observations, issues/insights, lessons, and best practices from operation, training events, exercises, and other activities involving Special Operations Forces (SOF) assets. The SOF LLP applies lessons learned to the full range of joint operations to develop policy and for gathering, developing, and disseminating joint lessons learned across the J59 LL Network.


Duties and Responsibilities


·         Plans, synchronizes and coordinates the Component Command’s Annual LL Campaign Plans; includes coordination/information sharing with other commands (i.e. Joint Staff, Services, other Component Commands).


·         Coordinates Command driven Before Action Review (BAR) for each specific event to identify objectives outlined by the Command and facilitate achievement of command goals and objectives.


·         Collects, reviews and presents LL material for compliance with policy, attainment of objectives, overall effectiveness, and quality to supported Component Command and USSOCOM.

Education/Experience:

·         7 years of prior service experience, including 2 years of experience working with a Component Command


·         1 year experience using classified collaborative communications systems, for example DCO


·         Graduate from Component specific SOF qualified course or additional service requirement for the supported unit


·         1 year of  USAF or AFSOC experience in the management or execution of Mobility Operations, Strike, Special Tactics, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Recognizance (ISR) & Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), Aviation Foreign Internal Defense (AvFID), or AFSOF command and control (C2) and agile combat support (ACS) mission areas. The Cleared Escort will accompany and observe uncleared construction workers through installation entry and execution of refurbishment work to ensure compliance with DoD organization security policies. The Cleared Escort will also verify visitor access authorization, control worksite access, update activity records, inform supervisors of incidents, and address any conditions or conduct that conflict with security procedures and guidance. 


 


A variety of hours are available.  This is an awarded contract.  Relocation is not available for this opportunity (residency in Fayetteville NC is optimal).


 


Position Responsibilities:


 


Maintain line of sight visibility of workers and visitors at all times.


 


Meet workers and visitors at designated meeting locations for movement to worksite.


 


Validate workers and visitors against a government-approved access list, and

PSI is seeking a Global Precision Attack SME to support our ACC A589 customer.

 

The Candidate shall provide support to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute resource requirements. Assist in performing capabilities, program, and cost analyses for new and modified systems to include managing, developing, and analyzing resource documentation for the core A5/8/9 mission in support of program execution. This includes building and defending 4-Star decision data via the USAF Strategic Planning Process and directly influencing the POM process once those planning decisions are made.

 

The Candidate shall maintain broad technical and analytical resource proficiency to efficiently translate weapon system and CFT Plans, Programs and Requirements force structure portfolio requirements into documented resource reports. This will require maintaining a close interface with a wide range of users, developers, industry, Air Staff, and other agencies as required to ensure resource development efforts are aligned with Nat'l Military Strategy, Defense Planning Guidance and other HQ USAF directives. The Candidate is expected to utilize analytical skills and tools to mitigate CFT Plans, Programs and Requirements portfolio operational combat risk by helping to develop force structure options out 25 years+. This includes addressing combat risk in force structure and weapons.

PSI is seeking a Mission Area Analysis/Concept Development SME to support our ACC A5/8/9 customer at JBLE-

 

Descriptions:

Support all aspects of Airborne C2 capabilities, capability gaps, systems integration, and developing JCIDS documents. Assisting with achieving interoperable, affordable, responsive, and sustainable C2 systems which satisfy Service, Joint, Interagency, and Coalition C2 information exchange requirements. Development of C2 investment strategies and providing technical assistance for airborne C2 systems integration planning. Support the generation of operational requirements for acquisition and integration of new or modified airborne C2 capabilities, recommending executable courses of action and providing technical reports, development and coordination of JCIDS documentation and Air Force (AF) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documentation

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

* Provide services to include program management, planning, engineering, technical, and risk reduction support.

* Assist in identification of technical, operational and acquisition factors that impose risk to achieving Airborne C2 integration objectives. Using established techniques, contribute to plans for achieving the goal of an interoperable integrated airborne C2; analyze business processes to accurately characterize capability gaps along with needed capabilities; and identify key performance criteria such as criticality, security, retention, availability, and accessibility.

* Conduct operational feedback, analysis, and technical/operational evaluation of existing and emerging data link concepts and airborne C2 capabilities. These C2 and TDL concepts shall include, track management, correlation, fusion, smart forwarding, and transporting data to/from the tactical edge.

* Employ operational expertise to assist operational users and provide constant liaison between operational users and product centers/program offices. This will include assisting with the development of Advanced TDL concepts and requirements, including capabilities such as the sharing of data between 5th and 4th generation platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, management or other related technical or scientific discipline

* Five (5) years' experience with C2 system program management (e.g., requirements initiation, test and evaluation, system fielding, operations, logistics and maintenance) processes and procedures; multi-TDL Architecture and multi-TDL Network(s)

* Five (5) years' in a position requiring analysis and evaluation of operational capabilities and limitations for technical solutions for TDL systems

* Five (5) years' work experience analyzing, developing and evaluating directives, policies and procedures associated with the modernization and sustainment of TDL Systems, TDL Networks, and TDL Gateways programs and systems

* Three (3) years' experience using and complying with the laws, principles, policies, and practices of DoD systems acquisition and program management

* Three (3) years' experience reviewing and drafting JCIDS requirements documents

* Three (3) years' higher headquarters (HHQ) (e.g., MAJCOM, NAF, HAF or equivalent) staff experience

More About the Role:

 

 

 

While deployed, you will embed with SOF to provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities regarding planning and synchronization of CWMD, Crisis Response, and Countering Threat Networks in direct support of deployed SOF elements. You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of SOF requests for DTRA support with other deployed assets and enabling elements.

 

 

 

While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-Wexford SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

 

 

 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

 

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Minimum two years’ experience providing operational support to one or more SOF units or commands.

Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations assigned to a SOF unit.

Minimum of five years of experience with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.

Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Ability to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.

Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

Seventh Dimension is looking for Chinese Speaking Role Players (Chinese dialects) for military training events at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.  This is a part-time, on call position. Role Players will perform those duties as identified in the training scenarios.  It's a great way to make extra cash and have fun while doing it. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Must be a fluent Foreign Language Speaker capable of portraying civilians, government officials, religious leaders, tribal elders, interpreters, etc. from partner nations

Must speak one of the following: Russian dialects, Chinese dialects, Turkish, German, Polish, and French

Participate in weapons handling and operation training when required: Rifle, Pistol, Blanks and Dye-Marking Cartridges  

Ensure all weapons are properly cleaned and maintained to the USAF EOS armory standards and returned upon completion of duty.  

Integrate into military or civilian scenarios using real military weapons, and equipment performing the duties of foreigners, merchants, rioters, protestors, laborers, third country nationals, severely- injured personnel, displaced persons, refugees, dignitaries etc.  

Perform in urban/mounted operations training and may be shot at using blank-firing weapons or dye-marking cartridges (SIM-FX, Ultimate Training Munition/UTM, or paintball).

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

**Must be fluent in speaking and understanding your specific foreign language**

Must be able to legally work in the US

Have prior experience with the use, maintenance, and operations of military assault rifles and small arms.

Have the capability to possess a firearm(s) pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. 922 and shall submit a DD Form 2760 prior to start and annually thereafter.  

Have a clean background check. There will be no indicators in the background check that would preclude applicants from handling weapons, ammunition, or pyrotechnics, or would otherwise in good faith represent a risk to U.S. Military personnel.
