You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.
More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed
Associates degree and five years of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than three years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement.
Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
Working knowledge of IEDs and/or other improvised weapons or threats.
Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

SIGINT/EW Systems Engineer (Twentynine Palms, CA) (TS/SCI Eligibility)
The Signals Intelligence Electronic Warfare (SI/EW) Systems Engineer will be responsible for applying practical knowledge to communication technologies, navigation, and sensor systems in support of Tactical Training Exercise Control Group (TTECG), Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center (MAGTF-TC) operations, by producing a realistic signal environment and providing technological support. The role will enable TTECG to employ and train on a variety of SIGINT/EW capabilities in support of Service Level Training Exercises (SLTE) conducted on board Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms, CA.
The SI/EW Systems Engineer will assist in the development, operation, and supervision of Signal Environment solutions to support TTECG exercises. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for improving and managing a realistic Radio Frequency Signal Environment that is dynamic and scalable tailored to SLTE events. The signals solutions will include: a wide variety of signals from wireless communications signals, RADAR, and military communications signals. SI/EW Systems Engineer will be required to network commercial-off-the-shelf/government-off-the-shelf systems.
The SIGINT/EW SYSTEMS ENGINEER position will be primarily a remote position, however, will require occasional travel to MCAGCC for periodic on-site system infrastructure maintenance, system management, and future capability integration.The SIGINT/EW SME will provide support to Tactical Training Exercise Control Group (TTECG), Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF), in the design, planning, and execution of a realistic SIGINT/EW environment during USMC exercises conducted at Twentynine Palms, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, Deliver, and Sustain Emergent Friendly and Threat Capability Training.
Engineer Furnish, and Maintain On-Site Technical Systems.
Research, and Integrate innovative training solutions to meet MAGTF Spectrum Warfare requirements.
Design, prototype and deliver custom Software Defined Radio (SDR) transceiver solutions.
Provide Project Management for SI/EW training systems to the customer through technology and systems integration.
Remotely Manage RF Signal Environment hardware and software.
Provide remote support to RF Signal Environment systems on board MCAGCC.
Conduct periodic onsite maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair radio frequency electrical equipment.
Required Qualifications:
US Citizen.
Valid driver's license.
Organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for working in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities: PAI SMEs shall analyze, evaluate, interpret, and disseminate information on political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, or scientific conditions and trends. PAI SMEs shall fuse PAI for multi-intelligence product development, including outlining regional and ideological discussions in specific foreign language media environments.
PAI Analyst are responsible for researching, developing, and presenting PAI intelligence products at the tactical and operational. PAI Analysts shall research emerging open source and social media applications of social networking, collaborates with industry and academia subject matter experts, and interfaces with other Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques and analytical tools. PAI Analysts shall also identify and support the collection of open source data to support multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements: Publicly Available Information (PAI) Intelligence Analysts Subject Matter Expert (PAI SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
· Minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
· Of the foregoing experience, the PAI SME shall have not less than five (5) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations, and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
· PAI SME shall have advanced skillsets with the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
· PAI SME shall have advanced skillsets with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford Irregular Warfare Analyst, you will serve in both a deployed and reach back role, conducting irregular warfare analysis in support of Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners. You will provide support to SOF and conventional organizations by combining irregular warfare concepts and doctrine with structured analytical techniques to illuminate WMD Supply and Demand Networks and deny the ability of state or non-state actors to gain or transfer access to weapons, material, technology, and expertise. Irregular analytical support is provided to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with organizations to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units and apply irregular warfare analysis to enhance their effectiveness against threat WMD networks. You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products and anticipate customer analytical requirements. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from DTRA Directorates and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
Among the topics you will analyze are WMD pathways that take advantage of preexisting networks (both licit and illicit) to facilitate the movement of people, material, information, infrastructure, and money.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting Counter Threat Network (CTN) operations.
Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight threat network organizations, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
Minimum three years’ experience providing analytical support to SOF organizations.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider five years of directly relevant work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than three years of experience conducting irregular warfare network analysis in support of Counter Threat Network (CTN) operations.
Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing the CALEB or Irregular Warfare Analysis methodology.
Expert understanding of the WMD activity continuum covering the spectrum of WMD activities from intent to use.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, SIGINT Databases.
Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.
Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As an instructor the applicant will be a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) which equates to 1,920 hours per year, scheduled work is other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays and/or days over/under 8 hours per day. Work is performed in an office space (MARSOC, Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC)) as well as exercise facilities at various locations. Periodic travel is required. As an instructor the applicant will participate in course setup, execution and clean-up events which may include staging/moving training aids, scenario setup/tear-down, inventorying course materials/equipment, assisting with student issue/return, performing equipment maintenance, and other support functions necessary for the successful execution of training.
As an instructor the applicant will be responsible for providing input for the maintenance/advancement of training course materials/instruction, participating in the planning of each course, developing solutions to lessons learned, participating in scenario improvement and updating course support/program of instruction documentation as assigned. Scope of Work
This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing open source information via social media and third-party platforms to evaluate threats that may impact the client’s business operations, physical locations, employees, and reputation.
The ideal candidate must have a high degree of analytic ability, resourcefulness and drive, critical thinking skills, and exposure to tactical and operational security. They must have the ability to address complex and multidimensional research challenges with innovative, rigorous, and inter-disciplinary analytical methods to produce proactive and reliable assessments. They must be technically savvy, able to deal with and work through ambiguity, exhibit flexibility needed to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities, be comfortable leading in a sometimes stressful and fast-paced, priority-driven environment, and be prepared to brief departmental leadership. The ideal candidate will work in a 24/7 operation and requires analysts to rotate between night and day shifts on a quarterly basis.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze domestic and global near-real-time threats and incidents; disseminate error free reports.
Conduct open source searches utilizing social media research, public record searches, and third-party databases to build leads.
Deliver analytical assessments in clear, succinct, and appropriately caveated products that project credibility, convey recommendations, and reinforce key messages.
Collaborate with key stakeholders within and outside the department to develop assessments that integrate disparate and seemingly innocuous data/information.
Support senior management updates, including but not limited to tactical, operational, and strategic threats of concern, and briefing key assessments.
Conduct comprehensive research on complex topics either independently or as part of a larger analytical effort.
Identify intelligence gaps and prepare detailed specifications for collection.
Guide and sharpen the analytic line in assessments, where possible and feasible.
The successful candidate will represent the following key attributes:
Minimum of 1-3 years of OSINT experience (corporate experience is preferred)
Experience with software (such as Dataminr, GIS Mapping Software, Tweetdeck, etc.) to generate reports as required
Familiarity with producing interactive data visualization using Tableau (preferred but not required)
Excellent relationship building, including the ability to build ties with internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment
Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time-zones
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and/or formal government/military/law enforcement intelligence training

Utility Service Specialist Apprentice
Colorado Springs Utilities has been operating as a municipal four-service utility since 1924, proudly providing electricity, natural gas, water, and wastewater to our citizen owners. We are proud to offer apprenticeships in the fast-paced, dynamic, utility industry and are currently hiring a few individuals who have the desire and self-motivation to join our team as a Utility Service Specialist Apprentice. In this 18-month apprenticeship program, we will teach you to become a skilled Utility Services Specialist through a combination of both classroom and on-the-job training. You will become skilled in performing activities such as the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of meters for electric, natural gas, and water utility services.
Starting pay as a USS Apprentice is $32.27. As an apprentice, you will receive a pay increase each step you advance in the apprenticeship program. The current turnout/journey payrate as a Utility Service Specialist is 37.96/hr.
During the apprenticeship program, you will gain a working knowledge of:

What does the successful candidate look like?
Qualified candidates will offer two to four years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, electrical, or related skilled craft or trade. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about investing in their careers and therefore willing to devote the time and energy required to obtain the certifications listed below in the time frames outlined. This is an exceptional paid on-the-job training opportunity that requires one is self-directed, motivated, and committed to their goals. Additionally, you must be knowledgeable and comfortable using computers to be successful in this role.
Licensing and Certification Information:
A valid, non-probationary Colorado Driver’s License not subject to restrictions related to alcohol and/or drug violations or pending charges is required
Self-Contained Electric Metering Certification (obtain within 6 months of hire)
Water Metering Certification (obtain within 6 months of hire)
Gas Operator Qualifications (obtain within 9 months of hire)
Mechanic IV License (obtain within 9 months of hire)
Confined Space Certification (as required for the performance of job duties)
Additional requirements and considerations:
This position is designated as a first responder for emergencies. You will need to be available to work overtime when needed and subject to after-hours callouts.
The successful candidate will be required to live in the service territory or move into the service territory within one year of hire and receive at least one utility service (gas, electric, or water).
You will be expected to follow safety rules and company standards. You may work in confined spaces, in elevated work areas, and work in various types of weather.
You will be expected to perform and learn the skills outlined and obtain the certifications listed above during the eighteen (18) month apprenticeship program.
This position is part of a formal apprenticeship program within the Utility Service trade. As such, pay for this position will begin at the entry-level unless previous apprenticeship documentation is provided.
As a USS Apprentice, you are not eligible to apply for other positions within Colorado Springs Utilities until after you have completed your apprenticeship program.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
RPs shall be physically fit. Shall be able to walk over uneven terrain for a total of two-four miles and be able to ride in SUV type and pickup truck 4-wheel drive rental vehicles and boats in order to conduct scenarios as required.
RPs shall be familiar with the operation of foreign weapons and capable of carrying requested simulated or prop weapons to support training.
Training shall be conducted in inclement weather, with due consideration to hazardous weather conditions.
Shall be expected to work on site at each location for multiple hours depending on the scenario.
Personnel shall participate in and support the cultural context of the training area.
RPs shall understand the contemporary culture, customs, and courtesies of the replicated area of operation and shall be able to contribute to its replication within the exercise scenarios.
RPs shall possess fundamental land navigation/map and compass skills sufficient enough to read and locate, using latitude and longitude and Universal Transvers Mercator (UTM) coordinates, boundaries, and points of origin on the DoD ranges being utilized within.
Blue Tip ammo will be used in this exercise. Protection gear will be provided and required.

Job Description
Walsingham Group, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO), in Fayetteville, NC. The FSO will be responsible for processing and reviewing personnel security clearances, DD-254’s, maintaining traditional security documentation, classified inventories, clearance/suitability rosters in accordance with government requirements. The FSO will implement and ensure compliance of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), other Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, and WGI security policies/procedures.

Specific Duties Include but are not limited to:

Manage and Maintain facility access control, including distributing ID badges and access cards.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security related policies, strategies, procedures, and objectives.
Accurately track incoming/outgoing classified documents, media and hardware.
Investigate report, and document security violations.
Assist the Global Security Officer.
Assist the ISSO to achieve NIST and CMMC 2.0 compliance

Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship Required.
Possession of a current / active final TOP SECRET clearance. Be willing to take a polygraph examination.

The best candidates are Senior All-source Intelligence Analysts who have extensive experience in analysis supporting Counter Missile and Delivery Systems efforts by the U.S. Military or Intelligence Agencies and who have experience delivering in-depth intelligence products that increase the situational understanding and comprehension of missile and delivery systems, WMD, and Improvised-Threats, and associated counter-proliferation networks.
You will serve as a missile/delivery system SME and technical authority with a focus on current/near-term events, plans, developments and trends pertaining to the proliferation of WMD and nuclear/radiological events issues impacting nuclear weapons security force protection and force operability and survivability against a broad spectrum of nuclear, biological, chemical and other WMD events. A Missile Subject Matter Expert conducts applied research on specific intelligence issues pertaining to the WMD threats to US and allied nations provides written input to reports and briefings assists with answering requests for information (RFI) assists in research and analytical data entries related to WMD all for dissemination to Agency leadership and its personnel, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community (IC) in efforts against threat missile and delivery systems, WMDs, threats, and counter-proliferation efforts, and the threat networks that facilitate or employ those threats. You will analyze and produce intelligence products focused on WMDs, and counter-proliferation threats using advanced all source analytic capabilities. You will apply expertise in missile and delivery systems, WMD, counter-proliferation, and network analysis (Counter Threat Network), social network analysis, and command and control systems. You will deliver products that increase the client's situational understanding and comprehension of missile and delivery systems, WMD, and Improvised-Threats, and associated counter-proliferation networks.
Requirements:
- TS/SCI
- Bachelor's Degree related field with 3+ years of experience, or an Associate Degree with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience with no degree.
- Experience must include providing intelligence analysis for DoD and/or an intelligence agency in an analyst role, including multi-intelligence WMD or counter-proliferation production in the past 7 years and Attack the Network (AtN) analytical experience.
- Understanding of collection techniques and working knowledge of tradecraft and tools used in the WMD and counter-proliferation collection environment
- Ability to use tools such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir. ArcGIS, Google Earth. M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
- Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
