Overview:
The Operations Manager reports to the C.O.O.. This position is responsible for the P&L. With direct responsibilities for Operations and Production Programs along with direct coordination with Business Development, Engineering, Quality Programs, Procurement, Safety, Research and Development, and Human Resources. Operations:
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizational development and long-term operations, sales and administrative development for business.
Have full management responsibility for all business operations (P&L and program performance).
Lead the business to meet annual stretch goals in quality, delivery and cost.
Acquire, align and prioritize resources and operational plans to support team and company objectives.
Manage the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for both manufacturing and back-office functions.
Will need to understand the precast concrete characteristics and processes to make sure they follow in accordance with the Federal, DOT, NPCA, and other governing bodies.
Ensure NPCA (National Pre-Cast Association) quality control program is established, maintained and followed
Workforce planning
Proactively resolve technical, people, and production issues to ensure success of the team and consistent production of products while controlling and upholding the standards of the precast products manufactured.
Work with product management team on new product development, providing information and data related to product design & costs, capacity planning, product performance, tooling costs, and schedule.

* Create training products used for Initial Qualification Training

Space Delta-5 (DEL-5) mission, and its respective squadrons and
divisions
* Support development of new training products, modification to

* Identify and recommend additional training product improvements and

* Support scenario-based and threat representative training, and

* Participate in exercises and the lessons learned (LL) activities to
identify training opportunities
* Gain and maintain insight for training opportunities through
awareness of exercise coordination activities, evaluation tests and

action reports, and any other associated documentation in order to
resolve training deficiencies

As a CACI-Wexford DTRA Pathway Defeat Intelligence Analyst, you will
provide embedded and reach back support to Countering Weapons of Mass
Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations executed
by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners. You will
conduct multi-layered research and analysis to support CWMD and emerging
threats to support DTRA?s research and development of tactical,
operational, and strategic initiatives for the agency and its
associates. While most work is executed in the Northern Virginia area,
some overseas and other stateside travel opportunities exist. As
required, you will interact directly with deployed partners during the

More About the Role:
When providing reach back Intelligence and Operational support, you will
directly support deployed teammates; answer requests for support from
other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and IC
elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions,
and customers. You will work closely with other members of your team to
identify adversary WMD pathways and capabilities and to illuminate
adversary probable intentions, activities, and vulnerabilities. You will
assist with community of interest engagement, conduct professional
development within the CACI-Wexford Operational Analysis Team, and
mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to meet client
requirements.
If deployed, you will embed with supported organizations to assist
operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units
with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their
effectiveness against CWMD and Emerging Threat networks. You will
identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based
on experience working with elements of the DOD, Interagency and
International partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
*You?ll Bring These Qualifications:*
* More than three years of experience effectively writing to ICD 203
standards
* More than three years? experience conducting network analysis using

non-traditional datasets.

Incumbents are responsible for operating 5-ton tandem axle dump trucks, certain special purpose trucks (i.e., 2500-3000 gallon tank truck, etc.), or 2 ½ ton single axle dump trucks with multi-axle trailers. Water Construction and Maintenance (WCM) is responsible for maintaining physical assets used to deliver water to Colorado Springs Utilities customers. These assets include water mains, valves, stop boxes, service lines, manholes, curb stops, and hydrants. WCM is dedicated to the reliable operation of all assets to the satisfaction of regulating agencies and Colorado Springs Utilities customers. Along with adding mains, hydrants, and valves, Water Construction and Maintenance (WCM) is responsible for maintaining services, curb stops, and meters required for growth. CSU added 2303 new construction water meters in 2019. The tandem truck driver is vital for WCM and the Colorado Springs Utilities organization. This position will assist crews on the backlog of work that WCM currently has, along with scheduled and emergency repairs. provide unit level pre-deployment validation exercise (VALEX) training
prior to combatant command utilization. The PM will support this program

prepare its advisor teams for deployment to the Central Command
(CENTCOM) area of operations (AO).

/DESIRED/QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience as an ARSOF Level III
Operator, DOD Intermediate, Advanced Intel Analyst, DOD TSCM operations
SME w/ National and DoD Experience, DOD Senior Manager, Deputy Manager,
and Manager Experienced in support to a large US Govt Agency. The
Department/Division performs assessments. The program delivers a unique
assessment capability in that it emulates an independent,
multidisciplinary process. The Team works in conjunction to support to
include foreign intelligence entities, Level II Asymmetric threats,
insider threats, and terrorist organizations operations. In accordance
with mission objectives as prescribed by Division Chief, Contractors
will provide support to the Division mission requirements on a timely
basis in several places of operation.? Contractors are required to work
from FT Belvoir Office HQs (Exception is alternate training locations
identified at each job description). Teleworking is likely not
authorized by the Government for most of the assigned positions, please

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

valid driver?s license required. All positions will require deployable
mission travel requirements for (CONUS/Some OCONUS) and must meet and
maintain the following criteria:
?Adhere to CDC recommended immunizations for worldwide deployment.
?Be able to travel on short notice, work non-standard hours and take
on-call duty.
?Obtain and main a valid US Passport.
?Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
?Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
?Be capable of preparing written reports, white papers, and PowerPoint
presentations.
?Be capable of performing in all operational and physical environments
and work collaboratively and professionally with USG military and/or
civilian personnel contract Team.
All on-site Contractor personnel assigned to this task order are cleared
to TS/SCI. They must have the required active professional
certifications and trainings in place in accordance with each job
position and remain current with certifications (If applicable).
Contractor personnel must also be able to conduct US Government
Mandatory OPSEC/Security training/certification to be an assessor within
45 days of hire. When tasked by the COR or Manager Team, the Contractor
shall share information gathered in assessments or otherwise work as
