coordinates, monitors and manages personnel/manning functions across the
Special Operations Forces (SOF) enterprise; while providing a full

Our Advanced Metering Team is seeking a journey-level Electric Meter Specialist to be our subject matter expert for electric metering (e.g., self-contained, transformer-rated, and primary metering), ensuring the proper installation and functionality of our single-phase and three-phase meters. This role provides you with opportunities to stay on top of the latest trends in metering by using the latest technology as well as mentoring the next wave of Electric Meter Specialists through our apprenticeship program. Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a skilled leader to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at the Clear Spring Ranch Resource Recovery Facility. This position reports to the Resource Recovery facilities Superintendent and provides leadership and direct supervision to treatment plant operators/treatment specialists and equipment operators.
This position has overall responsibility for planning, executing, and overseeing daily operations at the facility. Additionally, you will be responsible for oversight and compliance with environmental permits, plans, and procedures as well as the development and implementation of safety policies and practices for all Clear Spring Ranch staff.
This position is subject to supervisor rotations with in the Resource Recovery Facilities.

Information Manager (WARCOM) -- Coronado, CA (TS/SCI) (RDR, INC)
This is an open position that many retiring officers or senior NCOs may
be suited for, or civilians with a clearance and the right background.
This is a NAVSOF Web Administrator/Information Manager position on the
USSOCOM Enterprise Wide Training and Education Program (UEWTEP)
contract, supporting the N34 at Navy Special Warfare Command
(NAVSPECWARCOM) in Coronado.
Components of USSOCOM have the responsibility to execute large-scale
training exercises designed to enhance readiness and prepare SOF units
for deployment. At NAVSPECWARCOM, these Training Support SMEs
facilitate planning and execution of SOF core activities and SOF-CF I3;
augment/replicate critical staff planning positions and provide SOF
exercise planning and execution products throughout the JELC IAW SOF,
Joint, Service, GCC training objectives. This position supports the
TRIDENT series of exercises.
*Job Details: *
The Web Administrator/Information Managerwill be responsible for
maintaining and updating the TRIDENT Exercise Teams portion of the N34
portal and information management. Candidates need a thorough
understanding of web technology and the Internet. They should be
experienced in working with web page design (e.g., HTML, Active Server
Pages (ASP)), firewalls, intranets, domain name services (DNS), Active
Directory (AD), servers, and the related hardware and software required
to administer a website. Familiarity with web services, Transmission
Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), File Transfer Protocol
(FTP), HTTP, HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and similar Internet protocols is also

Civil/Structural Engineer - REMOTE (Can be based anywhere in the Cont. US)
The Renewable Civil/Structural Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of the design as it relates to civil engineering, specifically for renewables projects. He or She will interface with the preconstruction/estimating and project execution teams to ensure that the civil designs meet all applicable codes and standards and are satisfactory to company expectations.

SKILLS/DUTIES:
- Prepare structural analysis and design for renewable energy projects, such as PV, BESS, and substation.

- Create in-house standards and processes to progress toward preparing internal structural engineering designs

THE JOB:
The Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) reports directly to the executive leadership and is responsible for the development and management of the company’s EHS Program. The company’s EHS Program is the single element within our corporate structure responsible for ensuring a standardized approach to the implementation of occupational and environmental, safety and health policies, processes, and procedures at offices and project sites across all business units and throughout all operating regions. You will manage a team of over 20 safety directors and managers and serve as an integral member of our senior leadership team, as you set the short and long-term strategic direction for the company’s EHS Program. The role is hands-on and can be based anywhere in the continental United States, with up to 50% travel within North America. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the company’s senior leadership and the EHS team to ensure the company’s EHS Program is successfully implemented at all offices and project sites across the country.
Development and ownership of budget for corporate safety department.
Evaluate The company’s EHS Program, issue recommendations for improvement, and drive continuous improvement of safety practices across the enterprise.
Mentor and train employees across the organization, including guidance to sectors/lines of business on handling compliance, inspections, and citations.
Manage, track and report safety metrics regularly and effectively communicate safety statistics directly to leadership, including corporate and site-specific safety KPIs, to allow for data-driven decision-making.
Drive cost savings by reducing overall LTIs and worker’s compensation claims.
Integrate department initiatives with company-wide strategic objectives and collaborate with colleagues in HR, Risk Management, and the audit team.
Integrate strategic planning and execution of safety programs with company-wide strategic objectives and corporate policies/procedures, laws, regulations, and codes.
Act as an independent reviewer to ensure compliance, health, and safety within the organization leading investigations and providing guidance to resolve potential risk.
Collaborate with industry peers and represent the company at appropriate industry associations.
Participate in insurance renewal process. Provide input and feedback on effective use and management of third-party insurance providers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors/Master's degree required, preferred in Occupational Safety, Health, and/or Environmental (or similar), from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience with 10 years in a senior leadership safety role position within a large-scale national construction, construction management, or renewables organization.
Previous experience with a self-performing workforce
Proven track record of developing and implementing large-scale safety programs.
Extensive experience handling OSHA investigations and claims
Excellent track record of reducing recordable injury and major incident rates.
Managed a high-performance team of 20 or more direct and indirect reports with proven experience in training and mentoring EHS staff.

QA/QC Engineer (Renewables) - (Traveling role. Will be traveling throughout the US)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review all installation methods for conformance to the contract documents.
Ensure all materials and equipment delivered to the site conform to the contract documents. Conduct pre-installation meetings with the safety manager and foreman prior to proceeding with new phases of installation to ensure safety and compliance with the contract documents.
Make regular site inspections, provide detailed reports noting any deficiencies in the installation and make follow up inspections to ensure corrective work is done.
Make all inspection requests and walk with inspector to ensure that all inspections are complete, approved and documented.
Be responsible for all QA/QC documentation and record keeping including final QA/QC control submittals.
