Joint SOF Trainer (Communications) IV for a high visibility program
providing training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations
Command (USSOCOM). Joint SOF Trainers provide C4I, Defense Cyber
Operations (DCO) and Knowledge Management (KM) designs for Master
Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects for strategic/operational-level
exercises for the USSOCOM Force Management Directorate, Joint
Capabilities Training Office. This support includes all aspects of

Summary
The Financial Crimes Investigator role is primarily responsible for Monitor and review financial and non-financial transactions for fraud and triaging, and appropriately mitigating fraud risk based upon automated alerts, credit union reports, and internal and external escalations.
Under the direction of the Fraud Officer, the Financial Crimes Investigator is responsible for executing and documenting comprehensive and effective investigations of fraud incidents and member claims by collecting evidence, researching activity, and interviewing claimants, witnesses, and victims of fraud and scams. Acts as a first point of contact in responding to both internal and external inquiries made to the CoastHills Credit Union Fraud Department. Maintains regulatory compliance in all mitigation and investigatory actions. Creates and submits SAR reporting to FinCEN as required and supports internal reporting through case and data management as assigned by the Fraud Officer. Works closely with internal partners to understand emerging fraud trends identified by front lines and 1FloD and advises on potential response actions escalating when appropriate.

Works proactively with internal partners to deliver ad hoc guidance in fraud incident CU actions and to optimize loss avoidance and recovery strategies across multiple channels.
Maintains case documentation in accordance with credit union standards including creating and submitting to the Fraud Officer for review all regulatorily reporting.
Conducts time-sensitive investigations of alerted and referred transactions and individuals for suspicious activity, utilizing several internal and external resources, including law enforcement.
Counsels members on identity theft and appropriate protection mechanisms; coordinates or assists with recovery of losses due to fraudulent, illegal or improper activities.
Escalates complex investigations, internal fraud incidents, and incidents with significant exposure/risk to the CHCU Fraud Officer.
Assists in the development and implementation of appropriate policies, procedures, disclosures, notices, and forms to comply with legislative and regulatory changes or new requirements related to fraud prevention or security.
Assists with the preparation of monthly reports to keep management informed of fraud related activities.
Prepares and submits FinCEN SAR reports to Fraud Officer for regulatory reporting.
Maintains direct and current working knowledge of Credit Union policies, procedures, and services.
Pursues specialized fraud prevention training to keep abreast of local, state, and federal trends.

and snow removal; report to designated VAMC contact.

Ensure valet staging and parking areas undergoing hazard,
preventative / normal maintenance, repair work and / or snow removal
by VAMC does not impact the successful delivery of valet parking
services, and if it does, report to PM and designated VAMC contact

Ensure cleanliness and safety of the valet staging area

Identify and report any suspicious persons, behavior, and / or
activity to the on-duty VA Police and/or local law enforcement as

Act as a Greeter to respectfully greet customers entering the valet

Verifying those eligible for valet parking services by viewing
their VA Personal Identification Card (VAPID), or VA appointment

active-duty military, or first-time visiting Veteran)

During extremely high-volume periods, assist with pulling
vehicles forward in the valet staging area to enable arriving
vehicles access into the staging area

Provide parking directions for non-valet parking customers

Provide facility and local directions to vehicle drivers

Valet parked vehicle key accountability
o
Maintain and supervise the lock box for all valet parked vehicles

When Valet parking lot is full

The Financial Crimes Investigator role is primarily responsible for

Position Summary
Valet Attendants work directly with VA patients and visitors by
providing services to valet park vehicles and provide assistance in/pot
of vehicles. Valet Attendants will provide safe, high quality, VIP
customer service to every customer to fulfill overall valet parking
customer satisfaction for VAMC as needed.
**Must provide a current drivers record**
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Assist Veteran patients who request help with exiting or entering
their vehicle.
* If requested on arrival, either get a VA provided wheelchair or
remove the VA patient?s wheelchair from the patient?s vehicle.
* Assist VA patient in/out of wheelchair, if requested.
* Load VA patient?s wheelchair into their vehicle.
* Return VAMC (Veterans Affairs Medical Center) provided wheelchairs
to the designated storage location.
* Monitor the valet parking areas to ensure that only valet vehicles
are parked in the valet areas.
* Direct non authorized visitors to the appropriate parking areas
* Provide self-parking directions to visitors, employees, and vendors.
* Provide local travel directions and general information about the
VAMC facilities.
* Provide valet parking traffic control directions to ensure vehicles
entering valet staging area do not block traffic circle.
* Report suspicious persons, behaviors, and / or activity to the
on-duty Valet Manager and if appropriate, immediately to the VA
Police or local law enforcement.
* Remove dropped off valet vehicles from staging area withing ten (10)
minutes of the vehicle's arrival to the staging area.
* Retrieve valet parked vehicles from valet parking area withing ten
(10) minutes from the time of customer request.
* Safely parking and retrieving valet parking eligible vehicles.
* Ensure cleanliness and safety of valet staging and parking areas.
* Monitoring and reporting to on duty Valet Manager any valet parking
area violators and / or potential incidents.
* Provide accurate and timely documentation.
* Complete all required Valet Attendant activity reports.
* Safely Park vehicles in the valet parking area
* Provide instructions to valet parked vehicle drivers on how to check
and claim their valet parked vehicles.
* Valet Attendant drop off procedure responsibilities.
* Initiate the three-part valet parking ticket as a claim check.
+ Part one?? Claim ticket; provide to the VA patient as proof
of a valet parked vehicle.
+ Part two?? annotate the date / time the car was dropped off;
a vehicle description; annotate any visible vehicle damage
to the vehicle and its exact location. Ask the driver to
sign, acknowledging the damage. * Place the ticket on the
dashboard while the vehicle is parked in valet parking.
+ Part three?? Record the location of the valet parked
vehicle?s parking space, date, and time. Attach the vehicle
keys and return the keys to the Greeter / Valet
Manager/Assistant Manager for safe, secure storage in the
locking key box.
* Valet Attendant Pick up procedure responsibilities.
* Part three of the claim check MUST be provided before vehicles are
returned to drivers**
* Retrieve correct vehicle from valet parking area.
* Remove part two from the dashboard; annotate the return date / time
on the form and give it to the on-duty Valet Manager to be filed to
verify parking counts and any potential damage claims.
* If the vehicle driver refuses to sign the damage acknowledgement, both
the Valet Attendant and on duty Valet Manager will sign the second
portion of the valet parking ticket and annotate that the vehicle driver
refused to sign acknowledging the identified vehicle damage. This action
is to protect the VAMC, the Valet Attendant, and the Company from being
responsible for car damage for which none of the above mentioned are
responsible.
**When valet parking customers request their vehicle retrieval, they
must provide their claim ticket. If they cannot provide their claim
ticket, the Valet Attendant will notify the VA Police to resolve the
release of their vehicle. All vehicles released by VA Police directive
without a claim ticket will be noticed in a weekly valet parking
services report.
