The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Security
Office (ASO) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC)
Support Services has initiated this effort to provide support in the
development of security related documentation to include Science &
Technology Protection Plans (S&T PP) and Program Protection Plans
(PPPs), critical technology reviews, and threat/mitigation plans that
utilize a systematic approach to technology protection, intelligence
analysis, and multi‐ discipline security specialist support to provide
risk mitigation across the Army to protect Army personnel, facilities,
infrastructure, networks and national security information.
The United States research laboratories, engineering centers, and
defense industrial base are developing the advanced technology that will
form the heart of the Army’s future fighting force. Foreign Governments
and companies that both use and sell military systems will go to great
lengths to acquire the advanced technologies that dominate future
warfare. Identification and protection of those technologies is
essential to the Army’s mission and ability to fight and win when those
systems are fielded. When foreign Governments and companies illegally
acquire knowledge of the U.S. advanced technologies it is also essential
that the Army understand the effect of that compromise. The Army must
have an integrated Research and Technology Program (RTP), Security,
Cyber Incident Damage Assessment (CIDA) program, and Modernization
Security Protection (MSP) with the ability to perform these critical
missions with a high degree of confidence of success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide RTP engineering analysis, including Controlled Technical
Information (CTI) identification, Critical Program Information (CPI)
assessments and Critical Function (CF) analysis, supply chain
analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
* Provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection
measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations
based on engineering analysis results.
* Document results of the support and related meetings (other than
re‐occurring) will be documented in an ARTPC assessment/survey
memorandum, AAR/Executive Summary (EXSUM), in the customer tracking
database, and as part of the monthly status report (MSR).
* Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop
an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection
Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government
as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI resides.
* Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification
methodology reviews, on behalf of Army customers.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical,
civil, chemical, aerospace, materials etc.).
* Four (4) years of engineering experience.
* Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels
preferred.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively
interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Lock4 LLC is seeking a senior subject matter expert on national and
Department of War (DOW) policy, strategy, and joint strategic and
operational planning within a Special Operations Command J5
Directorate. Leads the command’s policy efforts within DOW, including
US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Joint Staff, and Office of the

Job Description
Due to the size and complexity of this requirement, the Government
requires a single point of contact from the contractor, normally
referred to as the Task Lead. The minimum expectations for the task lead
are knowledge, skills, and abilities to oversee and perform day-to-day
management and administration of project tasks; develop detailed work
plans and schedules in support of the J3-I mission and objectives;

SOF Enterprise.
- Develop measures of performance and measures of success for J3-I.
- When required, mentor international SOF officers and senior
Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) on USSOCOM, its components, operational
headquarters, and SOF culture.
- Perform close-out and escort duties as part of the Division’s Security
Procedure.
Requirements:
- Senior (O5 or above) Army Special Forces officer with 15 years
combined experience in operations and PN development at O6-command,
TSOC, or NATO SOF HQ level.
- Master’s degree in international relations or related field
- Graduate of School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or equivalent
military planning course.
- 1 year recent (last 5 years) combat/operational experience as part of
combine joint special operations task force or TSOC staff
- Minimum 1year of experience working with coalition SOF partners
- Joint Professional Military Education Level II or equivalent graduate

• Provide guidance regarding security measures and requirements in
accordance with applicable physical and technical security standards.
• Research national and international developments in commercial and
state-of-the-art technical security technologies and advise program

• Maintain professional coordination with the Interagency Training
Center and other applicable organizations to exchange technical

Required Qualifications

Description
The Veterans Affairs CATI Interviewer conducts structured telephone
interviews with U.S. military Veterans participating in Veterans
Administration (VA) programs. These can include mental health treatment,
suicide prevention, and service dog training programs. Interviewers
collect data for VA surveys, including baseline and follow-up
assessments designed to evaluate Veteran outcomes following clinical
engagement for suicidal ideation, mental health treatment, and
participation in the Puppies Assisting Wounded Servicemembers (PAWS)
program.
Interviews are conducted using a Computer-Assisted Telephone
Interviewing (CATI) system and involve potentially sensitive discussions
regarding mental health, PTSD symptoms, well-being, recovery, and
satisfaction with services. Interviewers must maintain professionalism,
empathy, strict confidentiality, and adherence to Veterans Crisis Line
escalation protocols when participant safety concerns arise.
This position is remote/work-from-home. Interviewers are expected to
maintain a professional, secure, and distraction-free work environment.

Description
The CATI Quality Control (QC) Monitor is responsible for monitoring,
evaluating, coaching, and documenting the performance of
Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) interviewers conducting
Veterans Affairs (VA) survey research studies. This position plays a
critical role in ensuring that interviewers adhere to approved survey
protocols, Veterans Crisis Line (VCL) escalation procedures,
confidentiality requirements, and quality assurance standards while
collecting information from Veterans participating in VA service
delivery program. These include mental health, suicide prevention,
healthcare experience, and service dog training programs.
The QC Monitor evaluates interviewer performance through live
monitoring, recorded call reviews (when authorized), CATI system
reviews, and documentation audits. The position works closely with
Interviewers, supervisors, the CATI study manager, and the Clinical
Director to ensure Veterans are treated with respect, empathy, and
professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of data quality.

*Position Summary: *The Ordnance Inventory Specialist supports Naval
Special Warfare Detachment Guam by managing ammunition accountability,
ordnance inventory control, hazardous material transportation
compliance, and ammunition logistics operations. The position serves as

management, safety, inventory accuracy, forecasting, movement, and
regulatory compliance. Working independently with minimal oversight, the
specialist ensures 100 percent accountability of assigned ammunition
assets while supporting operational readiness requirements across Naval

Process required documents for ammunition issue and receipts as
required to maintain 100% accountability.

Prepare schedules for transportation, storage, issuing, and
receiving ammunition; specifying magazine or bunker number for
storing each type of ammunition, quantity to store in bunker or
magazine, and numerical order of bunkers or magazines from which to
issue or receive requisitioned ammunition.

Process all phases of transportation for hazardous materials by all
modes (i.e. land, vessel, and commercial/military air).
International regulations covered include the International
Maritime Dangerous Goods Code and the International Commercial Air
Transport Associations Dangerous Goods Regulations. United States
regulations covered include the Department of Transportation (DOT)
49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and U.S. military regulations.

identified, labeled, contained, segregated by hazard class, and
turned-in for compliant hazardous waste disposal prior to the 90-day
storage limit or other applicable waste storage limits.

Acquire a sponsorship letter from the contracting agency referencing
contract and Visa for temporary visits to mission essential sites.

Thorough understanding of Naval Administration Reclassification of
Notices (NARS) current processing and notification procedures;
Ammunition Transaction Reporting (ATR) system; and NAVSUP-P 724,
OP5, and DPAS programs, or equivalent authorized Government property
management systems.

Establish and maintain Joint Munitions Command Price and
Availability account in support of submission and requisition of
Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) training munitions.

Read previous investigations concerning ordnance discrepancies.
Implement recommended corrective actions and report same to Weapons
Officer and Executive Officer.

Assist in the review and coordination of ammunition allowance change
requests and non-combat expenditure allowance (NCEA) augmentation
requests; provide recommendations to managers.

Lock4 LLC is seeking a senior subject matter expert on national and
Department of War (DOW) policy, strategy, and joint strategic and
operational planning within a Special Operations Command J5
Directorate. Leads the command’s policy efforts within DOW, including
US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Joint Staff, and Office of the
Secretary of War, other U.S. Government departments and agencies, and
the National Security Council, collaborating in the development of
Presidential directives as part of the National Security process,
Guidance for Employment of the Force, the command’s Charter, and other

Demonstrated training and operational experience in Electronic
Warfare, including Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Protection
(EP), and Electronic Support (ES).

curriculum.

Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Inc. – SSU has an opening on an active
contract for a *Security Support Specialist* to perform duties at the
Signal Brigade and subordinate Battalion S-2 shops on-site in Kuwait.
The candidate shall provide support for Physical Security, Personnel
Security (PERSEC), and Information Security (INFOSEC) in accordance with
current Army and DoD policies. The candidate shall address and assist
with resolving multi-discipline security issues by providing direct
support to the S-2 office.
*Location*: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait
*Clearance*: Secret Clearance
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
• Provide Physical, Personnel, Special and Industrial Security (PPS&I)
support services to the Signal Bridge
• Update and manage the Personnel Security System (PerSec) tracker for
the Brigade
• Support the Government’s information security program IAW Army and DoD
policies
• Support daily SSO activities. Process personnel background
investigations for special security clearance actions
• Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems
security procedures.
• Suggesting, implementing and monitoring compliance with security
policies and procedures
• Update and manage applicable SOPs and unit policy letters
• Perform duties in support of the Government and Industrial Security
officials
• In-process personnel, confirm clearances and issue badges
• Process visit requests via JPAS/DISS
*Minimum Qualifications:*
• Practical experience in Personnel Security (e-QIP and JPAS)
• Practical experience in Information Security.
• Practical experience in Operations Security.
• Practical experience in Industrial Security.
• Practical experience in Physical Security.
• Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP)
• Department of Defense and Army security regulations
• Position requires an Active, in-scope US Government issue SECRET level
clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US
Citizenship is required.
