*Description*
As a Telum?Counter Threat Network Intelligence Analyst, you will provide
embedded and reach back support to Countering Weapons of Mass
Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations executed
by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners. You will
conduct multi-layered research and analysis to support CWMD and emerging
threats to support DTRA?s research and development of tactical,
operational, and strategic initiatives for the agency and its
associates. While most work is executed in the Northern Virginia area,
some overseas and other stateside travel opportunities exist. As
required, you will interact directly with deployed partners during the
development of analytical products to meet unit and subordinate element
requests for information. As required, you will plan, develop, and
deliver tailored analytical capabilities and tools training to supported
consumers and partners.
*More About the Role:*
When providing reach back Intelligence and Operational support, you will
directly support deployed teammates; answer requests for support from
other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and IC
elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions,
and customers. You will work closely with other members of your team to
identify adversary WMD pathways and capabilities and to illuminate
adversary probable intentions, activities, and vulnerabilities. You will
assist with community of interest engagement, conduct professional
development within the?Operational Analysis Team, and mentor new members
of the team to ensure they are ready to meet client requirements.
If deployed, you will embed with supported organizations to assist
operational and tactical commanders, their staffs, and subordinate units
with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their
effectiveness against CWMD and Emerging Threat networks. You will
identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based
on experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency, and
international partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
*You?ll Bring These Qualifications:*
* More than three years of experience effectively writing to ICD 203
standards.
* More than three years of experience conducting network analysis
using Intelligence reporting, metadata, captured enemy material, and
non-traditional datasets.
* Ability to gather and digest finished Intelligence from
authoritative producers in the IC and Defense Intelligence Enterprise
* Understanding of the National Security Strategy and the National
Defense Strategy
* Experience collaborating and building communities of interest within
the national security enterprise.
* Previous experience briefing at the Strategic, Operational, and
Tactical levels.
* Experience in counter proliferation, pathway defeat, counter
facilitation, counter-threat finance, or supply chain analysis
* History of using Intelligence to drive operations or produce effects
through DOD, IC, IA, or law enforcement elements.
* As volunteering opportunities exist, meet deployed requirements to
the required theater of operations.
* Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an
associate degree and five years of experience, or seven years of
relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four
years of directly relevant experience.
* Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security

* More than ten years of military experience and/or a combination of
military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat
deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
* More than two years of experience formally coordinating with members
of the Intelligence Community or Defense Intelligence Enterprise
* Experience working through the F3EAD cycle in both a DTAAC and
ODTAAC environment.
* Understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206

The Delivery Support/Logistics Manager (DSM) will be responsible for

Overview:
The Emergency Coordinator (EC) links all local, state, and federal resources needed to execute the National Animal Health Emergency Management System for any contingency (prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery) within their assigned territory. They may also assist Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) in a response for a plant health emergency.
Assists the VS District Directors, VS Area Veterinarians in Charge (AVIC), PPQ, State Plant Health Directors, Supervisory Animal Care Specialists, Wildlife Services State Directors, and the State Departments of Agriculture in their assigned territories in developing, maintaining, and exercising comprehensive plans for agriculture and animal health issues in disasters and where agricultural issues are the cause of the emergency. Through collaboration with state and local APHIS personnel, the EC develops, reviews, and validates plans in the EC’s assigned territory.

Responds to user requests to repair and/or modify existing laboratory instrumentation, automated systems and test fixtures.

conducting studies, analysis and assessments to further enable
mainstreaming of intermediate force capabilities across DOD and in

level guidance.. This individual shall engage within DoD and NATO
organizations to conduct studies, analysis, and assessments to
facilitate inclusion of IFCs in DoD building partner capacity
initiatives. This includes studies, analysis, assessments and engagement
with the Joint Staff J7 Allies and Partners Division, and the Defense
Security Cooperation; agency and other DoD or non-DoD organizations as
directed.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
The candidate shall have 5 years? experience in professional analysis
AND 5 years? experience in 3 of the following 4 areas:
* Non-Lethal Technology and policy; or non-lethal research and
development or other non-lethal related areas.
* Studies and analysis for the Joint Staff and/or Combatant Commands
related to non-lethal weapons or intermediate force capabilities.
* Analyzing national security higher level guidance and conducting
related studies.
* Studying and analyzing world-wide non-lethal weapons/intermediate
force capabilities activity.
*Preferred Skills and Qualifications:*
* Experience reviewing and commenting on NATO publications.
* Experience conducting studies or contributing to policy on Irregular
Warfare.
* Knowledge of the Indo-Pacific region and operational and strategic
challenges associated with that region.
* Experience writing information papers, point papers, program
objectives and milestones and similar reports and documents.

Starting pay rate for a Power Plant Mechanic Specialist is $43.96/hr. Your pay rate will increase to $46.16/hr upon successfully completing probation (typically 6 months).
What to look forward to:
Performing major overhauls and repairs on heat recovery steam generators, boilers, gas turbines, steam turbines, pumps, colling towers, air cooled condensers, and other major equipment
Troubleshooting and repair of power plant systems and equipment
Performing inspections- there will be lots involved in this sector… including, repair on plant systems and equipment (high-pressure steam piping/ high-pressure gas piping), valves, heat exchangers, water treatment equipment, fans, and gearboxes
Operation of hydraulic and pneumatic torquing tools… and remember- safety is one of our NUMBER ONE priorities
Responding to mechanical and welding emergencies…we need someone who is flexible and can be shifted in work as need be
Predictive maintenance practices including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and ultrasound
Use of precision measuring equipment such as dial indicators, OD and ID micrometers, and dial calipers
Reading blue prints, as well as piping and instrument diagrams
Qualifications we seek:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Completion of a certified Department of Labor apprenticeship in Power Plant Maintenance is highly valued
Experience working in an Electric Generation Power Plant environment is highly valued
Experience with rigging and crane work is preferred

A lot of balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pushing, pulling lifting, grasping… tons of repetitive motions that you must be able to do!
Moving mechanical parts and electrical currents come often
You may be subjected to vibrations, fumes, odors, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, work space restrictions, and intense noises

Power Plant Mechanic Apprentice

Environmental Specialist – Project Permitting and Coordination
Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking an individual to serve the community as an Environmental Specialist for environmental regulatory permitting and support associated with the operating facilities and construction projects for all four of Colorado Springs Utilities services (electric, gas, drinking water, and wastewater). The Environmental Specialist's job duties will primarily be providing internal customers with permitting guidance and support, with a focus on Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act/Migratory Bird Treaty Act related programs for new projects and projects at operating facilities. You will work collaboratively with Utilities staff and contractors to develop permitting plans, permit application submittals, environmental impact statements, construction and operations compliance support, and regulatory reports and submittals.
In this role, you will use your professional environmental experience and talents to serve your community, as this is a unique opportunity to be Utilities’ subject matter expert. Permitting for Utilities’ extensive wastewater, drinking water, gas, and electric operations, you will be surrounded by dedicated and knowledgeable professionals, skilled operators, a legal team, and regulatory specialists. You’ll dig deep into regulations and your professional network to achieve environmental, community and business objectives. Essential Responsibilities:

Plans and conducts assigned technical research projects with a moderate level of guidance and direction
Participates on regional and state environmental and technical committees, evaluates proposed regulatory changes, and communicates information appropriately
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree with environmental coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Natural Resources, or a closely related field and demonstrated years of related experience is preferred (an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities may be accepted in lieu of the experience requirement)

What You?ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford DTRA All Source Analyst, you will provide embedded and
reach back support to Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and
Emerging Threats efforts and operations executed by the Defense Threat
Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners. You will conduct multi-layered
research and analysis to support CWMD and emerging threats to support

? ? As a Counter-Proliferation Analyst with specialized experience in
biological warfare and defense you will analyze and produce intelligence
products for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) focused on
biological WMDs, and counter-proliferation threats using advanced all
source analytic capabilities.? You will apply expertise in biological
WMD, counter-proliferation, and network analysis (Counter Threat
Network), social network analysis, and command and control systems.? You
will serve as an All-Source Counter-Proliferation Intelligence Analyst
with specialized experience in biological warfare and defense whose
primary responsibility will be informing DTRA activities through
structured research using multiple sources and analytic tool suites.?
You will deliver products that increase the client's situational
understanding and comprehension of biological WMD and
improvised-threats, and associated counter-proliferation networks.? You
will assist in evaluating paths to biological WMDs, including state WMD
programs and potential proliferation, and support real-world missions in
a dynamic client environment.
? ? The Counter-Proliferation Analyst (Biological SME) will respond to
strategic operational and tactical collection needs based on raw
intelligence and apply knowledge of related collection techniques and
possess working knowledge of tradecraft and tools used in the biological
WMD and counter-proliferation collection environment.? You will assist
in enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action to dismantle, disrupt,
and defeat biological WMD and counter-threat networks. To do this, you
will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and
long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, and fuse
multiple intelligence disciplines.? You will directly support embedded
teammates; answer requests for support from customers and work closely
with the senior analysts to develop high-quality products and work
closely with other members of the team to identify valuable information
on biological WMD and counter-proliferation threats, and enemy
organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight
relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
*Qualifications:*
* Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security
Clearance.
* Bachelor?s degree in biological related field (biology,
microbiology, epidemiology, public health)
* More than 3 years of experience providing intelligence analysis for
DoD and/or an intelligence agency in an analyst role, including
multi-intelligence WMD or counter-proliferation production in the
past 7 years
* More than 2 years of direct experience with DoD and IC All-Source
analysis tools, collecting and analyzing information in support of
DoD or other government organizations, or direct experience managing
analytic production, or the exploitation of multi-intelligence data
focused on WMD or counter-proliferation
* More than 1 year of experience providing Attack the Network (AtN)
analysis focused on WMD, CT, or counter-proliferation/improvised
threat networks.
* Practical understanding of collection techniques and working
knowledge of tradecraft and tools used in the WMD and
counter-proliferation collection environment
* Practical understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst
Notebook and Palantir.

Counter Threat Network Intel Analyst// Full time// Reston, VA// TS/SCI req’d
As a Rigid Tactical Counter Threat Network Intelligence Analyst, you
will provide embedded and reach back support to Countering Weapons of
Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations
executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners.
You will conduct multi-layered research and analysis to support CWMD and
emerging threats to support DTRA?s research and development of tactical,
operational, and strategic initiatives for the agency and its
associates. While most work is executed in the Northern Virginia area,
some overseas and other stateside travel opportunities exist. As
required, you will interact directly with deployed partners during the
development of analytical products to meet unit and subordinate element
requests for information. As required, you will plan, develop, and
deliver tailored analytical capabilities and tools training to supported
consumers and partners.
More About the Role:
When providing reach back Intelligence and Operational support, you will
directly support deployed teammates; answer requests for support from
other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and IC
elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions,
and customers. You will work closely with other members of your team to
identify adversary WMD pathways and capabilities and to illuminate
adversary probable intentions, activities, and vulnerabilities. You will
assist with community of interest engagement, conduct professional
development within the CACI-Wexford Operational Analysis Team, and
mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to meet client
requirements.
If deployed, you will embed with supported organizations to assist
operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units
with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their
effectiveness against CWMD and Emerging Threat networks. You will
