*Position Summary:*
The Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for oversight for the
Recovering Service Member (RSM) and family through the continuum of
care. Responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of care, services,
and benefits needed for holistic recovery of the whole person and
life?long continuity of care.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of
importance; other duties may be assigned)*
1. Serve as focal point to assist the RSM in his/her course through the
entire spectrum of non-medical care, management, reintegration, and
rehabilitation services available from the Federal Government, including
services provided by the Department of Defense, the Department of
Veterans Affairs, the Department of Labor, and the Social Security
Administration.
2. Communicate with the RSM and his/her family or other individuals
designated by the RSM regarding non-medical matters that arise during
his/her recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration and/or transition.
3. In accordance with current DoD and VA Interagency Care Coordination,
serve as the lead coordinator responsible for the development and
delivery of services/resources through the Comprehensive Recovery Plan
(CRP) to ensure quality care and accountability as soon as the RSM
transitions to outpatient status.
4. Conduct a needs assessment for the RSM and family to identify goals
and ensure needs are met. Based on RSM?s needs, develop, implement, and
provide oversight of the CRP as defined in DODI 1300.24.
5. Conduct CRP briefings with RSM?s unit leadership and/or unit
immersion briefings for newly assigned unit commanders within 60-days of
assignment as directed by Site Lead (SL) or Regional Lead (RL.)
6. Investigate, assess, and reassess when necessary; all client cases
involving multiple variables to determine both tangible and intangible
needs across the spectrum of DoD care domains within the CRP.
7. Seek the best possible outcome for the RSM through conventional and
unconventional processes per governing regulatory guidance. Utilize all
available sources, e.g., the National Research Directory lists, SOF
specific information and benefits, VA benefits, programs, and Family
Readiness Centers to develop comprehensive solutions within the DoD care
domains of the RCP.
8. Establish trust and build rapport with stakeholders in the warrior
care process to effectively influence COA execution.
9. Facilitate expeditious and timely delivery of treatment and service.
Identify gaps in medical/non-medical services, intervene as necessary to
expedite outcomes and assist with coordination of resources to develop
and improve outcomes for enhanced delivery of services such as financial
counseling, spouse employment assistance, respite care information, and
childcare assistance, etc. and resources available through the National
Resource Directory and other sources.
10. Ensure detailed updates are made to the CRP as defined in applicable
guidance and USSOCOM operational requirements.
11. Coordinate/communicate to ensure successful transfer of RSM?s CRP
should he/she be moved to a different location for care.
12. Inactivate the CRP when the RSM has met all goals or declines
further support and maintain all documents according to applicable
USSOCOM policies.
13. Consult and collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams during initial
treatment phase and continuing throughout the continuum of care,
including support during the disability evaluation system process.
14. Ensure the RSM, family, and/or caregivers have access to all medical
and non-medical care management services including, but not limited to
medical care, rehabilitation, education, employment-related programs,
and disability benefits.
15. Manage the CRP, anticipating future challenges during phases of
recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration. Review and make
modifications in conjunction with the Recovery Team supporting the RSM,
family and/or caregiver.
16. Maintain communications and coordinate with agencies, in
coordination with and under the direction of the WCP to ensure delivery
of assistance and to resolve conflicts.
17. Assist in coordinating local and state resources, including referral
to Governmental and non-Governmental agencies, state and local services
and agencies, as appropriate, where the RSM and family reside.
18. Maintain detailed records of the RSM to document delivery of
benefits and medical and non-medical care.
19. Collaborate as needed with community partners such as veteran
organizations, Family Readiness Centers, training, and employment
resources both on and off the installation to form a pool of resources
to support the care of RSMs, their families, and caregivers.
*Qualifications:*

? Bachelor?s Degree strongly preferred.
? Military experience (senior-level SOF or Medical NCO) and familiarity

caregivers utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic
problem-solving skills, and excellent written and oral communication
skills that focus on support requirements.
? Effectively prioritize and utilize time management skills to meet all
mandated milestone markers as defined in USSOCOM Directives and WCP
Policies and Procedures.
*Clearance:*
Top Secret Clearance required. Candidates may be subject to a government
security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access
to classified information upon hire.

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking an Environmental Technician to provide technical support in coordinating, collecting, reviewing, validating, and tracking environmental quality field data to aid in studies and for regulatory compliance purposes. The work that you do in this role helps to ensure that we provide electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater services in compliance with environmental regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
A day in the life of an Environmental Technician may include performing work in the following areas:
Groundwater Quality Monitoring
Demonstrating knowledge in common groundwater sampling techniques (e.g., low-flow/micro purge, peristaltic, bailing) and environmental sampling procedures/protocols
Scheduling, coordinating, and performing groundwater monitoring well measurements and sampling in accordance with set monitoring plans and environmental procedures
Operating, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing environmental monitoring equipment (e.g., water quality meters and sensors, generators, air compressors, pumps)
Managing environmental recordkeeping activities, including completing detailed field documentation and chain of custody
Maintaining, transferring, and inputting data into databases
Stormwater Compliance
Demonstrating knowledge in the principles and practices of erosion and sediment control and pollution prevention, and with the skills to assess site conditions that could impact stormwater quality and to assess the effectiveness of stormwater controls implemented in relation to permit requirements
Conducting stormwater inspections at construction sites and industrial facilities, and assisting in the preparation and updates of stormwater management plans and permits
Interpreting construction drawings and grading erosion control plans
Assisting with regulatory documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting
Collaborating with Project Managers, construction crews, and plant personnel
Petroleum Storage Tank Compliance and Spill Prevention, Control, & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans
Familiarity with petroleum storage tank systems, SPCC Plan requirements, and related rules/regulations
Coordinating and performing routine petroleum storage tank inspections, and assisting with compliance management
Assisting with SPCC Plan inspections and plan updates
Additional environmental tasks and projects, as assigned, may potentially include activities supporting or related to the planning and construction of electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater projects; compliance management of landfills (e.g., coal combustion residuals, biosolids, water treatment residuals, construction & demolition debris) and process water impoundments; environmental site assessments and remediation; legislative and rulemaking matters; environmental permitting; and waste management.
Who You Are
Relevant experience in an environmental compliance capacity and in groundwater quality monitoring is valued
Associate's degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry, geology, natural resources, or a related field is valued
Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license is required (this position will involve approximately 75% field and 25% office tasks)
Ability to perform outdoor field work involving occasional moderate physical exertion (up to 50 pounds), traverse non-paved terrains, and exposure to inclement weather
Completion of the City of Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise’s approved “Stormwater Management and Erosion Control During Construction” training, the Colorado Division of Oil & Public Safety’s UST Operator Training, and/or OSHA’s 40-Hour Hazwoper course is beneficial

(GEOINT) analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and
non-standard GEOINT products to support the SOF mission, as well as:
* Providing expert specialized expertise in Geospatial Intelligence
(GEOINT) and leads analysis to exploit and manipulate geospatial
data in complex graphics, textural reports, and briefings, and to
create geospatial products such as shapefiles, geo-databases, .kml
files, and .kmz files for use with both ArcGIS and Google Earth.
* Applying geospatial analytical methods, including the production of
geospatial datasets and visualizations of geospatial information and
intelligence for customer-specified directed intelligence research
and analysis and reporting.
* Provides specialized expertise in GEOINT analysis to analyze

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking an Environmental Technician to provide technical support in coordinating, collecting, reviewing, validating, and tracking environmental quality field data to aid in studies and for regulatory compliance purposes. The work that you do in this role helps to ensure that we provide electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater services in compliance with environmental regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
A day in the life of an Environmental Technician may include performing work in the following areas:
Groundwater Quality Monitoring
Demonstrating knowledge in common groundwater sampling techniques (e.g., low-flow/micro purge, peristaltic, bailing) and environmental sampling procedures/protocols
Scheduling, coordinating, and performing groundwater monitoring well measurements and sampling in accordance with set monitoring plans and environmental procedures
Operating, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing environmental monitoring equipment (e.g., water quality meters and sensors, generators, air compressors, pumps)
Managing environmental recordkeeping activities, including completing detailed field documentation and chain of custody
Maintaining, transferring, and inputting data into databases
Stormwater Compliance
Demonstrating knowledge in the principles and practices of erosion and sediment control and pollution prevention, and with the skills to assess site conditions that could impact stormwater quality and to assess the effectiveness of stormwater controls implemented in relation to permit requirements
Conducting stormwater inspections at construction sites and industrial facilities, and assisting in the preparation and updates of stormwater management plans and permits
Interpreting construction drawings and grading erosion control plans
Assisting with regulatory documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting
Collaborating with Project Managers, construction crews, and plant personnel
Petroleum Storage Tank Compliance and Spill Prevention, Control, & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans
Familiarity with petroleum storage tank systems, SPCC Plan requirements, and related rules/regulations
Coordinating and performing routine petroleum storage tank inspections, and assisting with compliance management
Assisting with SPCC Plan inspections and plan updates
Additional environmental tasks and projects, as assigned, may potentially include activities supporting or related to the planning and construction of electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater projects; compliance management of landfills (e.g., coal combustion residuals, biosolids, water treatment residuals, construction & demolition debris) and process water impoundments; environmental site assessments and remediation; legislative and rulemaking matters; environmental permitting; and waste management.
Who You Are
Relevant experience in an environmental compliance capacity and in groundwater quality monitoring is valued
Associate's degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry, geology, natural resources, or a related field is valued
Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license is required (this position will involve approximately 75% field and 25% office tasks)
Ability to perform outdoor field work involving occasional moderate physical exertion (up to 50 pounds), traverse non-paved terrains, and exposure to inclement weather
Completion of the City of Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise’s approved “Stormwater Management and Erosion Control During Construction” training, the Colorado Division of Oil & Public Safety’s UST Operator Training, and/or OSHA’s 40-Hour Hazwoper course is beneficial

As a Utility Locator Trainer, you will be responsible for the training and development of new utility locators working on Colorado Springs Utilities underground infrastructure. This position requires extensive in-person customer interaction and thus requires excellent communication, conflict management, and customer service skills. What to look forward to:
Locating all applicable utilities, including gas, electric, water, wastewater, and fiber optic, using various types of electromagnetic devices
Maintaining the SAMP (Skill Acquisition and Maintenance Program) program for training new locators, including tracking employee training progress
Assisting leadership in Locator assignments based on training and skill-level
Field Evaluations or “QC Checks” on work performed by in-house Locators
Performing equipment checks to ensure correct calibration
Researching and recommending new technology to increase Locator efficiency and productivity
Participating in committees that help promote new standards on locating and ergonomics
What will it take to be successful in this position?
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.), and demonstrated experience operating utility locating equipment
Strong knowledge of gas, water, electric, and wastewater system principles
A natural leader to take initiative, manage your work well, and great customer service skills
A Valid Driver’s License - you will be required to drive a company vehicle to customer locations
This role at times will require working overtime, weekends, holidays, and 24-hour call-outs as business needs demand. In addition, there will be times you will work in challenging conditions, respond to emergencies, and are subject to working in all types of weather conditions. The selected candidate will be required to live in the Colorado Springs Utilities service territory or be able to move into the service territory within five (5) months of hire date.

Our Operations Division is seeking an Operations Field Support Specialist to provide operational support to our employees across natural gas, electric, and water utility services. You will leverage technologies to optimize our business processes while managing the daily tasks that our crews rely on to accomplish their work.
A day in the life of an Operations Field Support Specialist may include:
Tracking and coordinating tasks associated with field service projects
Calculating various costs and fees (diversion, trip, time and materials, third party/contractor, etc.)
Researching permits, construction plans, measurements, plat cards, drawings, Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) databases, and organization systems, standards, and specifications in support of field activities
Administering red-tag, yellow-tag, and unsafe conditions program; tracking collection/receipt of documents
Working with PPRBD to ensure compliance and completion of required work to rectify hazards, and verifying repair work performed by contractors
Coordinating Code-1 Accounts (customer violence concerns) to arrange for police/sheriff escorts on field visits
Analyzing and interpreting system and meter data to identify and correct errors to ensure data and billing accuracy
Initiating new construction meter installation process for inspection, following-up, reworking, and setting meters to ensure regulations and construction standards are met; and verifying that required tests on meters have been conducted and passed
Coordinating and scheduling various meter tests, exchanges, and work orders

Operational Medicine Instructor.? The Operational Medicine Instructor
will serve as an instructor and subject matter expert on operational
medicine issues and will present instruction in the form of lectures,

Responsibilities:
- Manage unit vehicle fleet. Perform any minor vehicle maintenance as
outlined in AFI 24-302, Ch 9, section 9F.
- Function as liaison to Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron for
tracking of all vehicle repair issues.
- Monitor, identify, schedule, and facilitate individual vehicle
training for security personnel.
- Investigate and track vehicle abuse and accident cases, utilizing AF
Form 1168 and SF 91, and recommend courses of action IAW AFI 24-302
Chapter 9 section 9E.
- Conduct training on all unit equipment type vehicles (i.e. ATVs, MRAZRs).
- Conduct any additional location specific vehicle training for required
personnel.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in managing a fleet of police and
tactical response force vehicles.
- A current state and Government Driver?s License.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Additional qualifications desired:
- OSHA 5-20K Forklift certification.
- Training documentation for use of military specific vehicles, such as
HUMVEE and JLTV.
- Must possess a DoD approved SECRET security clearance to perform
duties under this task order.

Position Responsibilities:
• This role is the Software Developer for SharePoint Online team. Works closely with federal solution architects on management and governance of SharePoint Online / Office 365 environment.

As a CACI-Wexford DTRA Counter Threat Network Intelligence Analyst, you
will provide embedded and reach back support to Countering Weapons of
Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations
executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners.
You will conduct multi-layered research and analysis to support CWMD and
emerging threats to support DTRA?s research and development of tactical,
operational, and strategic initiatives for the agency and its
associates. While most work is executed in the Northern Virginia area,
some overseas and other stateside travel opportunities exist. As
required, you will interact directly with deployed partners during the
development of analytical products to meet unit and subordinate element
requests for information. As required, you will plan, develop, and
deliver tailored analytical capabilities and tools training to supported
consumers and partners.

*More About the Role:*
When providing reach back Intelligence and Operational support, you will
directly support deployed teammates; answer requests for support from
other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and IC
elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions,
and customers. You will work closely with other members of your team to
identify adversary WMD pathways and capabilities and to illuminate
adversary probable intentions, activities, and vulnerabilities. You will
assist with community of interest engagement, conduct professional
development within the CACI-Wexford Operational Analysis Team, and
mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to meet client
requirements.
If deployed, you will embed with supported organizations to assist
operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units
with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their
effectiveness against CWMD and Emerging Threat networks. You will
identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based
on experience working with elements of the DOD, Interagency and
International partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.

*You?ll Bring These Qualifications:*
* More than three years of experience effectively writing to ICD 203
standards
* More than three years? experience conducting network analysis using
Intelligence reporting, metadata, captured enemy material, and
non-traditional datasets.
* Ability to gather and digest finished Intelligence from
authoritative producers in the IC and Defense Intelligence Enterprise
* Understanding of the National Security Strategy and the National
Defense Strategy
* Experience collaborating and building communities of interest within
the national security enterprise
* Previous experience briefing at the Strategic, Operational, and
Tactical levels
* Experience in counter proliferation, pathway defeat, counter
facilitation, counter-threat finance, or supply chain analysis
* History of using Intelligence to drive operations or produce effects
