We are seeking two talented and experienced individuals to join our team as Utility AMI Services Technicians. In this role, you will be working on the AMI Project and completing the AMI Exchanges, to include meter and module exchange. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with internal and external customers. You will also need to be able to troubleshoot all four services and related customer systems.
Key Areas of Focus:
Installs, exchanges, removes, troubleshoots, and maintains electric, natural gas and water utility service points, including meters and modules for customers
Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves automated meter reading (AMR) and advanced meter infrastructure (AMI) network and component issues
Investigates and troubleshoots water pressure, flow, and quality issues for customers
Investigates and resolves customer consumption / usage inquiries and issues
Investigates and documents utility diversions (theft)
Understands, interprets, and follows applicable national/ local/ internal codes and regulations
Represents the company in a professional manner and providing exceptional customer service
Communicates clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers and fellow employees
Utilizes radios, computers, cellular phones, mobile workforce management applications, customer information systems, and other telecommunications tools and applications in the performance of daily duties
Completes accurate order documentation and data entry
Uses and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE)
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
Operates and maintains a company utility vehicle
Maintaining accountability of assigned tools and equipment
Who you are: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience performing utility service point field activities, internal electric self-contained metering, and water certifications.
**The successful candidate will be required to live in the service territory or move into the service territory within 5 months of hire and receive at least one utility service (gas, electric, or water)
**You will also be required to work in inclement weather, and work nights, and weekends; with the utilization of flex-time and NOT overtime, as business necessitates.
**This position requires the successful candidate to drive a Colorado Springs Utilities vehicle; a valid, unrestricted driver's license is required and the ability to maintain.

EOTG Scenario Developer (Oceanside, CA) (TS/SCI)
This position supports I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) G-7 /
Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG) in the development and
execution of intelligence-based scenarios in support of pre-deployment
training exercises for deploying Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTFs).
This includes Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU), Special Purpose Marine
Air Ground Task Forces (SPMAGTF) and Purpose Based Task Forces (PBTF)
and any other deploying units that EOTG is tasked with training and/or
certifying.
*Job Duties:*
? Under the guidance of the I MEF G-7 Intelligence OIC, use current
events, long-term trends, and an understanding of real world
intelligence to assist in the development realistic training scenarios.
? Scenario development includes the development of foundational
documents such as; country fact book type information, geo-political
information, order of battle analysis, and realistic/simulated road to
crisis timelines.
? Additionally, the scenario developer will assist EOTG staff in the

? The scenario developer is responsible for attending meetings and
conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently, or as

? Scenario developer will assist the SIGINT Chief in construction of
ASSET and Live Virtual Construct (LVC) tracks to replicate ELINT
signatures to be observed by training audience ISR assets.
? Exercise scenario developer will be responsible for coordinating
efforts of I MEF EOTG scenario development with II and III MEF
counterparts, as well as Navy stakeholders such as, but not limited to,
CSG-15, ESG-3 and Third Fleet as required.
? Scenario developer will be required to integrate Information
Operations into the intelligence scenario backdrop through construction
of a robust information environment. This position will work in tandem
with the Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) position and
may require coordination with I MEF Information Group (MIG).
? During exercise execution, scenario developer will be required to
respond to RFI?s submitted by training audiences that are relevant to
the scenario backdrop created. This includes RFI?s regarding the country
primers, information environment, atmospherics, intelligence reporting,
HHQ guidance and approval authority, and ISR/collections related requests.
? Scenario developer may occasionally be required to travel in order to
attend conferences and coordinate/deconflict scenarios with all

Association) to conduct annual hearing evaluations, SPRINT testing and
audiology examinations for Service Members who have a significant

*Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Develops, plans, assesses and executes/observes all Air/Ground
training courses/exercises and ensure safety protocols are developed

* Provide and apply Air/Ground Integration subject matter expertise on
team, company, and battalion operations.
* Provide advice and assist in the development of Air/Ground
Integration doctrine for Partner Nation SOF (PN SOF), ensuring that

* Support Air/Ground Integration training at PN SOF institutions. This
includes instructional design and development; train, mentor and
advise PN SOF staff and instructors; research, develop and produce
case studies, white papers, and course materials; develop student

Central combines the watch and situational awareness capabilities of the

The primary place of performance will be onsite at a government facility

As a Watch Analyst, you will:
* Monitor, collect, and evaluate open-source information such as
social media, network news, websites related to critical
infrastructure, official sources for all hazards cyber and physical
information that may impact critical infrastructure.
* De-conflict, organize and communicate information in written and
verbal manner, which is clear, concise and
efficient, to maintain a dynamic, comprehensive understanding of the

* Maintain relationships with inter-agency operations centers, the
Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) as identified in the National
Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), Appendix B, and Presidential

Instructor Special Operations/EOD personnel are either former Special
Operations Forces or EOD operators who shall serve as SME(s) on the
TTPs, SOPs, and POIs of the? Technical Support Groups (TSG)?and
communicate and train both military and civilian personnel on these
plans and procedures. The Senior Instructor Special Operations/EOD shall
serve as the SME on TSG search equipment, communications systems,
surveillance equipment, and other mission-essential gear. They shall
operate specialized equipment on land, sea, and air during contingency
operations, training, and/or exercises. The Senior Instructor Special
Operations/EOD provides training to military and/or civilian personnel
on the setup and operation of search gear and communications equipment
and directly support WMD search operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Become an SME on all TSG TTP, SOPs, and POIs and is able to
communicate these plans and procedures to the TSG Team within 90 days of
award of this contract.
? Become an SME on all TSG search gear and communications equipment and
provides training to military and/or civilian personnel on the setup and
operation of this TSG search gear and communications equipment.
? Develop and update TTPs, SOP?s, and POIs for all TSG mission sets.
? Establish lesson plans, training scenarios, and exercises for military
and/or civilian personnel.
? Provide tactical and technical guidance to TSG contractor personnel.
? Ensure the Junior Instructor Special Operations and C/B Instructor
Technician on his/her team are TSG trained and deployment ready.
? Ensure established regulations, policies, and standards required to
perform TSG mission are met and enforced.
? Ensure the TSG trains by, and adheres to, SOPs, TTPs, and POIs.
? Accountable for assigned Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
? Support the TSG team during tactical and operational planning.

operations, up to and including tactical actions during the conduct of
real world operations.
? Be able to travel on very short notice and be able to work
non-standard hours.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
? Former SOF Operator/Navy EOD: former SMU Operator who is graduate of
the respective unit's Operator Training Course (OTC); Army Special
Forces (18 series); Navy EOD technician; Navy SEAL having completed SEAL
training and served on a SEAL Team; Marine Special Operations
Forces/Force Recon.
? Military instructor experience. No Less than 2 years? experience as an
instructor at a training command or in an operational unit?s training

A day in the life of a Senior Relay Protection and Controls Technician may include:

embedded and reach back support to Countering Weapons of Mass

?The Counter-Proliferation Analyst (Missile and Delivery Systems SME)
will respond to strategic operational and tactical collection needs
based on raw intelligence and apply knowledge of related collection
techniques and possess working knowledge of tradecraft and tools used in
the missile/delivery systems and counter-proliferation collection
environment.? You will assist in enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of
action to dismantle, disrupt, and defeat WMD and counter-threat
networks. To do this, you will prioritize and categorize requests for
support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device, system, and
network-centric problem sets, and fuse multiple intelligence
disciplines.?You will directly support embedded teammates; answer
requests for support from customers and work closely with the senior
analysts to develop high-quality products and work closely with other
members of the team to identify valuable information on missile and
delivery systems and counter-proliferation threats, and enemy
organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight
relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
*You?ll Bring These Qualifications:*
* Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security
Clearance.
* Bachelor?s degree in missile-related field (science, technical,
engineering, math disciplines) or more than 5 years of
missile-related field/lab work experience
* More than 3 years of experience providing intelligence analysis for
DoD and/or an intelligence agency in an analyst role, including
multi-intelligence WMD or counter-proliferation production in the
past 7 years
* More than 2 years of direct experience with DoD and IC All-Source
analysis tools, collecting and analyzing information in support of
DoD or other government organizations, or direct experience
managing?analytic production, or the exploitation of
multi-intelligence data focused on WMD or counter-proliferation
* More than 1 year of experience providing Attack the Network (AtN)
analysis focused on WMD, CT, or counter-proliferation/improvised
threat networks.
* Practical understanding of collection techniques and working
knowledge of tradecraft and tools used in the WMD and
counter-proliferation collection environment
* Practical understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst
Notebook and Palantir.
* Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and
Google Earth.
* Practical understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC,
NCTC Online, TIDE,?and SIGINT databases such as ICReach and
Cultweave SIGINT.
* Practical understanding of MS Office, Excel, and big-data analytic
techniques for structured and unstructured data.
* You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both
orally and in writing.
* Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights
and weekends.
* Bachelor?s degree and more than three years of experience, or an
associate degree and five years of experience, or seven years of
relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four
years of directly relevant experience.
*These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:*
* Graduate degree in missile-related field (science, technical,
engineering, math disciplines) or more than 10 years of
missile-related field/lab work experience.
* Previous experience with CBRN/WMD-related intelligence (to include
missile operations, delivery systems, counter-proliferation, nuclear
policy, health/medical, arms control, weapons technology, etc.)
* Scientific or technical education or background
* Experience with the DTRA including its planning processes
* Experience with the terminology used in the collection of data for
chemicals, biologics, and WMDs and their proliferation
* Knowledge of advanced internet-based research, including Boolean
logic, advanced research techniques, search engine, and database
resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social
networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases.
* Experience accessing, researching, and exploiting global and
regional digital platforms and PAI data.
* Expert understanding of collection techniques and working knowledge
of tradecraft and tools used in the WMD and counter-proliferation
collection environment
* Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst
Notebook and Palantir.
* Expert understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and
Google Earth.
* Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC,
NCTC Online, TIDE,?and SIGINT databases such as ICReach and
Cultweave SIGINT.
* Expert understanding of MS Office, Excel, and big-data analytic
techniques for structured and unstructured data.
* More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of
military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat
deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military
intelligence, WMD, and Counter-proliferation.

techniques for structured and unstructured data
