Governance, monitoring, support, training, and consulting services are essential for accelerating adoption and providing guardrails for long-term management and support.
In addition to ongoing support/administration, you will work on various program and project initiatives within the M365 and Power Platform space. Power Platform solution development projects will be critical to modernizing, upgrading, and rationalizing older home-grown applications and will involve our team in either a consulting or a fusion team capacity. These app rationalization and governance efforts can reduce the support load for Information Technology (IT) as well as eliminate risks to the organization due to our reliance on specific external software systems.
A day in the life of a Systems and Database Specialist may include:
Providing and implementing recommendations for governance of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 applications
Overseeing the Microsoft Center of Excellence to ensure governance standard adherence for the Power Platform along with the Sharegate Management Tool to ensure governance standards adherence for Microsoft 365 applications
Providing and implementing recommendations for the use of Microsoft Dataverse, Purview, Fabric, Synapse, and Azure as associated with the platforms the team oversees
Assisting, guiding, and training IT staff and business users in the use of the Microsoft Power Platform features and Microsoft 365 products
Troubleshooting user issues and system errors when appropriate; including researching the problem, identifying the cause, and working with vendors and other areas of IT to resolve
Reviewing, analyzing, and aligning the functional capabilities of information systems to business requirements
Stay abreast of, communicate, and document application changes and resulting impacts on business capabilities
SME for application use, functional support, and required business capabilities
Who you are…..
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform features, functions, and services to understand and consult with others on the best practices for setup and configuration as well as appropriate administration
Experience developing with Power Apps – both Model-Driven and Canvas applications
Experience working in a fusion team environment building solutions in partnership with business stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of:
Microsoft 365 SharePoint application features, functions, and services along with other components of the Microsoft 365 offering
Power BI and its use within Model-Driven and Canvas applications

Colorado Springs Utilities is looking for a Construction Manager to join our Construction and Inspection Management Team, within the Project and Program Department. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, highly complex, construction projects, monitoring budgets, developing schedules, and managing resources to ensure the successful completion of each project. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. Incumbents in this classification are often responsible for the construction of our most complex projects.
This is a field based position requiring ~ 90% of the incumbents time will be spent on the project sites
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports
Key Focus Areas:
Manage small to large-scale, highly complex, construction projects during the construction phase, ensuring that they are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and to the required quality standards; provide construction expertise to project team
Develop and manage the progress of project schedules, coordinate scheduling of multiple disciplines, drive completion of all tasks on time and without conflicts, communicate construction progress and status of completion
Identify, assess, and resolve issues during onsite construction and make recommendations based on priority and need to ensure the success of project objectives
Coordinate with engineering staff and/or engineer of record; perform detailed reviews of design development, including project constructability, value engineering, safety by design, and commissioning and start-up plan; attend meetings to support reviews
Coordinate project budgets with Project Manager, ensuring that costs are kept within budget and that financial reports (quantities, progress, invoices) are accurate
Monitor the safety and health performance of contractors and address deficiencies during the project as they arise. Champion safety, holding everyone accountable for high safety performance
Perform / monitor the red-line process monthly with the contractor as part of the review of contractor applications for payment and ensure that all RFI’s and Change Orders are incorporated
Implement and oversee quality assurance measures, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard and in accordance with the contracted construction scope
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, project stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
Provide oversight of commissioning work and contractors quality control during commissioning and start-up
Who you are...
You are likely someone who comes with at least five years of progressively responsible field experience in a construction management capacity. A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a closely related field from an accredited college, completion of a an approved apprenticeship program, or demonstrated equivalent experience is beneficial. Additionally, possessing a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) orProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, and familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is highly beneficial. Knowledge of electric and natural gas infrastructure (power generation, substations, natural gas pipelines) would also add to your success in this role.
In addition to the technical aspects of this job, you excel at remaining composed under pressure, taking initiative, and driving projects forward, communicating and sharing information effectively and appropriately, possess sound critical thinking and decision-making ability, and strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to establish effective internal and external relationships with contractors, Utilities staff, and vendors.

*Junior Imagery Analyst*. This is an exciting opportunity to support the
NGA Foundational Military Intelligence mission. In this mission we
support multiple NGA offices in fulfilling their responsibility for
producing Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) Baseline reports in
an effort to bolster office level requirements. These reports are the
foundation of target knowledge and play a critical role in NGA building
actionable intelligence for the Warfighter and Intelligence community.

EOTG Scenario Developer (Oceanside, CA) (TS/SCI)
This position supports I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) G-7 /
Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG) in the development and
execution of intelligence-based scenarios in support of pre-deployment
training exercises for deploying Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTFs).
This includes Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU), Special Purpose Marine
Air Ground Task Forces (SPMAGTF) and Purpose Based Task Forces (PBTF)
and any other deploying units that EOTG is tasked with training and/or
certifying.
*Job Duties:*
? Under the guidance of the I MEF G-7 Intelligence OIC, use current
events, long-term trends, and an understanding of real world
intelligence to assist in the development realistic training scenarios.
? Scenario development includes the development of foundational
documents such as; country fact book type information, geo-political
information, order of battle analysis, and realistic/simulated road to
crisis timelines.
? Additionally, the scenario developer will assist EOTG staff in the
development of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), and other exercise
scripting tools.
? The scenario development position is responsible for researching,
developing, presenting, and publishing all-source intelligence products
at the tactical and operational level and assisting the EOTG staff in
replicating HHQ SharePoint and RFI management portals.
? The scenario developer is responsible for attending meetings and
conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently, or as
part of a larger analytical effort. This includes coordination with
entities outside of I MEF EOTG.
? Scenario developer will assist the SIGINT Chief in construction of
ASSET and Live Virtual Construct (LVC) tracks to replicate ELINT
signatures to be observed by training audience ISR assets.
? Exercise scenario developer will be responsible for coordinating
efforts of I MEF EOTG scenario development with II and III MEF
counterparts, as well as Navy stakeholders such as, but not limited to,
CSG-15, ESG-3 and Third Fleet as required.
? Scenario developer will be required to integrate Information
Operations into the intelligence scenario backdrop through construction
of a robust information environment. This position will work in tandem
with the Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) position and
may require coordination with I MEF Information Group (MIG).
? During exercise execution, scenario developer will be required to
respond to RFI?s submitted by training audiences that are relevant to
the scenario backdrop created. This includes RFI?s regarding the country
primers, information environment, atmospherics, intelligence reporting,
HHQ guidance and approval authority, and ISR/collections related requests.
? Scenario developer may occasionally be required to travel in order to
attend conferences and coordinate/deconflict scenarios with all
stakeholders (i.e.; INDOPACOM JIOC, MARFORPAC, PACFLEET, III MEF).
*Desired Knowledge/Skills and Abilities include:*
? Experience with the development of all-source intelligence injects.
? Candidate should have excellent communication skills for working with

? Proficient in the use of basic intelligence computer applications and
intelligence-relation automation, including MS Office Product Suite

We are seeking two talented and experienced individuals to join our team as Utility AMI Services Technicians. In this role, you will be working on the AMI Project and completing the AMI Exchanges, to include meter and module exchange. Natural Gas Pipefitter Specialist Fort Carson

Colorado Springs Utilities, Fort Carson Support Section, is excited to offer the opportunity for a safety-oriented and motivated journey-level Gas Pipefitter Specialist to join our team. Our pipefitters are responsible for various natural gas pipeline installation and maintenance duties. This includes gas commercial meter work, inspecting contractors during the installation of mains and services providing input with future gas system design requirements. Additionally, pipefitters are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and safety procedures pertaining to the natural gas industry; maintaining records of work performed and materials used; training personnel; operating construction equipment to install new piping and to expose existing piping; pinpointing the location of leaks and classifying type, and ensuring that underground utilities have been located and job sites are safe by using proper barricades. The Gas Pipefitter Specialist will support gas distribution activities related to the construction, operations, and maintenance of the Fort Carson gas distribution system in support of the Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA).
The position will be filled at the Gas Pipefitter Specialist level. The starting pay rate for a Gas Pipefitter Specialist is $41.87/hr. Your pay rate will increase to $43.96/hr. upon successfully completing probation (typically 6 months).
Essential Functions of the job include, but are not limited to:
Assists with performing or coordinating aspects of Fort Carson natural gas distribution system operations and maintenance including valve inspections, construction projects, cathodic protection inspections, quality control inspection of new infrastructure, gas commercial meter work, regulator station maintenance, leak search, leak repair, and other requirements to meet regulatory requirements. Must have the ability to be adaptable and flexible to help transition Fort Carson's current operations and maintenance practices to industry best practices.
As a Gas Pipefitter, you will be responsible for:
Connecting and inspecting gas mains and service lines
Safe handling of gas main/service lines
Operating gas construction excavation equipment
Learning to perform basic cathodic protection of gas and applicable water pipelines at Fort Carson to include ten percent inspections and reading test stations
Turning system valves on/off in support of valve maintenance
Performing gas leak surveys including the individual building service lines in Family Housing buildings
Tapping pipelines
Complying with regulations/laws/procedures
Obtaining and Maintaining Operator Qualification Certification
Learning how to install, exchange, remove, troubleshoot and maintain natural gas service points, including meters, modules, and regulators (training will be provided if the successful candidate lacks this experience)
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements and expectations:
Completion of a Gas Pipefitter Apprentice program (DOL or NDOL) or have 4 or more years of relevant experience installing and repairing gas mains and service lines (Operator Qualifications, etc.).
Additionally, one year of experience at the Journey Gas Pipefitter level is preferred.
Ability to obtain a NACE CP1 certification
Driving a Colorado Springs Utilities commercial vehicle is a requirement of this position, as such the successful candidate needs to have a Class Commercial Driver's license w/ tanker endorsement, or the ability to obtain within six months of starting.
The successful candidate will be required to pull periodic stand-by, overtime, weekends, holidays, and 24-hour callouts as the business needs demand. In addition, you will work in hazardous conditions, and be subject to working in inclement weather.

Defines training objectives, planning, resource, and daily sustainment
training for the Multi-purpose Canine (MPC) program. Conducts training

supervises MPCs, handlers, and related personnel. Teaches explosive

and techniques of the command procedures.
? Develop and implement assessment measures of proficiency for all

Key Areas of Focus:
Installing underground or overhead electrical lines by laying pipe, pulling wire, and setting meters
Constructing, maintaining, and testing electrical systems and related equipment

What your day will look like…
Monitor the overall natural gas distribution system to ensure that system pressures are maintained at normal levels and that all natural gas distribution assets continue to operate in safe and reliable manner
Dispatch emergency field crews for gas emergencies logged by the Clevest (Outage Management System) system, providing emergency and safety information to field crews and logging field personnel response times and outage restoration information
Review and maintain the Gas Clearance App and Event log database, approving clearances, and a general understanding of the work being performed
Prepare and update gas load forecasts to ensure adequate gas supplies by continually monitoring changing weather forecasts and weather conditions, using historical weather and gas load data, and analyzing real-time gas loads
Notify the appropriate Energy Supply personnel if the projected gas load exceeds supply
Initiate production of propane-air peak shaving plant to maintain an adequate supply
Monitor natural gas odorization rates and gate station odorizer status to ensure gas is odorized at a safe and consistent rate
Assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of the SCADA system including design of SCADA displays, alarm parameter changes, and troubleshooting
Data entry (into various Excel spreadsheets and Access databases) and analysis of pertinent system data including flow, pressure, outage, and equipment

Relevant and progressively responsible experience in natural gas distribution systems (construction/maintenance, operations, and engineering/design), or a combination of education and experience
Related work experience including field technician, meter inspector, station operator, controls technician, pipeline, and mechanical work is desirable
Experience in a control room environment and managing SCADA system operations in the pipeline or natural gas industry preferred
Basic knowledge of distribution operations including gate operations and pipeline hydraulics is helpful

Key Areas of Focus:

Who You Are…the ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in water distribution systems, construction, and planning. Possess basic computer skills, a knowledge of cross-connection, backflow procedures, and AWWA and IPC. Additionally, experience inspecting, installing, repairing, exchanging, disconnecting, and reconnecting utility meters would extremely beneficial. Colorado Springs Utilities Line Extension and Service Standards and Safety Procedures, OSHA and EPA regulations are all plus.

*Description*
The Joint SOF Trainer (Protection/CBRNE) IV assists Theater Special
Operations Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint Special
Operations Forces (SOF) Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and
execution of functional and joint collective training that focuses at
the operational and strategic levels of war.
* Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and
printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
* Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city,
highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.
* 21-49% / Regular Travel.
*Requirements*
*Basic Qualifications*
* Bachelor?s degree with a minimum of 8 years? warfighting operational
experience //OR// Associate?s degree with a minimum of 10 years?
experience warfighting operational experience.
* Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
* Minimum of 10 years of work experience performing Protection /
Readiness Officer duties or Hazmat duties in the Chemical Biological
Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE).
