  1. Contract Specialist III (Arlington, VA/Public Trust)


Mayvin is currently seeking a Contract Specialist III to provide support to the US Marshals Service. The Contract Specialist III must be an individual who has working knowledge of various federal government contract types and can work independently. Candidate must possess proficient knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), specifically FAR Parts 5,8,10,12 and 15. Situations outside set parameters shall be referred to management for clarification. The individual performing in this position must be able to take direction well and communicate effectively with both contractors and government employees. This individual may be required to attend work-related conferences, meetings, or any other official training functions, at the discretion of the Contracting Officer’s Representative.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree with at least 24 hours of business credits.

At least eight (8) years of related working experience which demonstrates the candidate meets the required duties and responsibilities listed above. This experience may be demonstrated by showing the candidate worked for the Federal Government in a contract related field or provided assistance to Federal Government Contracting Officer’s, as a contractor.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent attention to detail.

Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

As a CACI-Wexford Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) Current Operations and Intelligence (CIP-COP) Manager you will produce Common Operating and Common Intelligence Pictures coordinated by with, and through the COCOM, TSOCS, GCCs, and CSUs that provides situational awareness to 1SFC and TF 40-25 Commander.  You will research and analyze supported unit platforms to build, manage, and display accurate CIP/COPs that will optimize sensing and understanding of the operational environment.  You must complete each task and required deliverables to the Government no later than the due date(s) the Government specified 95% of the time.  Additionally, you will be required to support training and Irregular Warfare (IW) operations as directed.

You will be required to use and manage a variety of platforms and automation tools in the completion of the tasks contained in this SOW on the Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and the Special Operations Command Research, Analysis, and Threat Evaluation System (SOCRATES), Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System (BICES), and any additional software based on the commanders’ intent.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

Minimum 10 years of military/DOD experience.

More than 1 year of deployed experience.

You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Software Test Engineer Responsibilities:

Job Description: Preting is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Counterintelligence Specialists at the Senior level to support the Intelligences Services for CYBERCOM Contract. The Counterintelligence Specialist identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. 


Job Responsibilities


·        Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.


·        Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.


·        Performs coordination/deconfliction of CI operational activity conducted by the Military Department CI Organizations (MDCO) that impact the Command’s area of responsibility.


·        Interacts with representatives of MDCOs and Intelligence Community Components in order to deconflict CI activity.


·        Maintains and updates multiple databases and must be familiar with MS Excel and Access.


·        Provides updates to J2X leadership on the status and disposition of relevant CI activity.


·        Serves as a J2X representative to the CYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) providing an avenue for the JOC to inject information into the J2X or request support as necessary.


·        Maintain familiarity with MDCO capabilities and steer JOC personnel toward the J2X for support as appropriate.


·        Develops a concept for Command counterintelligence programs that will be staffed to the SECDEF.


·        Develops counterintelligence briefs for personnel in the Command that are interacting with foreign intelligence services/officers and or traveling to high-threat CI countries as well as delivering the briefs in both group and individual settings, including to General/Flag Officer audiences.


Required Qualifications


·        In-depth knowledge and understanding of the functions and activities of the CI Specialist position.


·        Understanding of Counterintelligence operations.


·        Understanding of CI, the MDCOS, and basic CI mission areas.


·        Experience conducting counterintelligence functions including investigations, inquiries, and collection.


·        Graduate of in- residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.


·        Possess knowledge and ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.


·        Ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information.


·        Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.

As an ESWL technologist, you will be trained to localize, and break kidney and ureter stones in an OR setting. This specialized field puts you in control of treating patients directly, with the guidance of a Urologist. You would be trained by highly skilled technologists that have been in the field for many years.

- able to drive a box truck (no specialized drivers license required)


A typical day would entail:

- driving a company supplied truck to the facility, unloading the equipment and setting up in the OR

- localizing and breaking up the stone using a lithotripter

- packing up and safely putting the equipment back in the truck


This is a great career path for the self-motivated, who prefer not to work a typical 9-5. Some days are short and some are the typical length of a regular work day. 


No previous experience is necessary, all we require is an X-ray tech licensed to work in Connecticut, in addition to a Fluoroscopy license.

How you’ll make an impact…


Perform electric system capacity expansion and production cost studies using ABB Portfolio Optimization and Capacity Expansion software.

Perform electric system capacity expansion and production cost studies and have the ability to effectively summarize key results of modeling runs.

Perform nodal, zonal, and stochastic modeling simulations.

Assist in the maintenance, development, and implementation of load and resource optimization tools.

Assist with the development and evaluation of existing and future power generating resources, power plants, renewable energy, gas supply, and support the evaluation of demand-side management, distributed energy (including microgrid and battery energy storage systems), and conservation programs

Assist with the development of integrated master and resource plans on a twenty to thirty-year planning horizon for multiple energy disciplines including gas and electric supply and generation

Support our Electric strategic initiatives including Energy Markets and Transmission, Grid Modernization, Integrated Asset Management, Grid-Scale Distributed Energy and Storage, Sustainable Energy Plan and Comprehensive Integrated Resources Plan

Support the implementation of the Sustainable Energy Plan (SEP) including supporting the integration of generation resources to achieve the goals of the Gas and Electric Integrated Resource Plans

Participate in the development and execution of the Energy Vision for Colorado Springs by working with stakeholders and providing technical expertise to develop strategic vision statements and objectives for the future of the energy services, while understanding and incorporating industry trends and customer expectations

Assist in developing our Electric Integrated Service Plan by incorporating the Electric Integrated Resource Plan, Electric system plans, facility plans, and O&M plans into a comprehensive service line plan that aligns with our enterprise Strategic Plan

Who you are…


A bachelor's degree in engineering is required; Electrical or Power Systems Engineering is preferred, but will we will consider related engineering disciplines supported by relevant experience

Three or more years of post-graduation experience within the energy industry and the ability to perform complex analysis, planning, and design functions

Must have a sound understanding of the principles of electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and infrastructure is highly desirable.

Must be a strong team player who recognizes how their decisions may impact others and seeks input from other stakeholders across the organization.

Scope of Work/Required Tasks:


Assist and advise the CARG in increasing its capacity to develop, implement, oversee, and coordinate DD.

Assist host nation in implementing PNDDRR by assisting and advising on the planning of DDRR operations throughout CAR, and by building the capacity of CARG officials in the Executive Unit for DDRR (French acronym UEPNDDRR).

Conduct liaison and coordination between the disarmament and demobilization phases and coordinate with those stakeholders working the reintegration phase of DDRR to promote a coherent approach across the full-spectrum DDRR programs implemented by governmental, non-governmental, and international organizations. The goal of this coordination is to assist disarmed and demobilized combatants in linking to follow-on reintegration activities, with the intent of preventing recidivism.

Attend and report on meetings and other discussions with CARG DDRR officials and other DDRR stakeholders.

Support the CARG to conduct monitoring of DDRR operations and report back to the Executive Unit for DDRR and the U.S. government COR and U.S. Embassy Bangui on DDRR progress. Contractor should plan to visit one active DD operation per quarter.

Advise the CARG in their participation in DDRR forums, including accompanying the Office of the President/MOD leadership to programs focused on DDRR, and serve as a subject matter expert speaker/panelist at UN or other similar technical working groups in coordination with USG/Embassy Bangui.

Assess CARG’s DDRR capability gaps and make recommendations to the Executive Unit for DDRR, MINUSCA DDRU, USG COR and U.S. Embassy Bangui about possible future training and/or assistance programs relevant to DDRR.

As an ESWL technologist, you will be trained to localize, and break kidney and ureter stones in an OR setting. This specialized field puts you in control of treating patients directly, with the guidance of a Urologist. You would be trained by highly skilled technologists that have been in the field for many years.


What we are looking for an X-Ray Technologist with:


** must be willing to travel in a 60-mile radius**


- a fluoroscopy license

- high energy and friendly demeanor

- willingness to travel to different hospitals and surgery centers

- ability to lift upwards of 60lbs. and push equipment (everything is on wheels)

- able to drive a box truck (no specialized drivers license required)


A typical day would entail:

- driving a company supplied truck to the facility, unloading the equipment and setting up in the OR

- localizing and breaking up the stone using a lithotripter

- packing up and safely putting the equipment back in the truck

The Joint SOF Trainer (Cyber) IV assists Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint Special Operations Forces (SOF) Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and execution of functional and joint collective training that focuses at the operational and strategic levels of war. The trainers support joint SOF headquarters includes individual, staff, and unit collective training, academic events, senior leader seminars, planning exercises, tabletop exercises, and functional area workshops. This support culminates in the execution of joint mission rehearsals, command post exercises, and other collective training events that supports the USSOCOM 350-12 certification and validation program.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and strategic and operational-level joint training primarily in the area of Cyber. Perform in-depth research, analysis, and training to support the Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint SOF Task Force Commanders’ readiness and exercise programs.

Preferred Qualifications


4 years’ recent experience with the SOF Information Environment

Professional cybersecurity certifications in lieu of a bachelor’s degree such as CISSP, Offensive Security’s OSCP, SANS GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) or eLEARN Security’s EJPT.

Graduate of Joint Network Attack, Joint Cyberspace Operations Course or TSOC Cyber Planner’s Course equivalent.

3 years of experience working with cyberspace intelligence products and understanding how to utilize them to support assessments, planning, and execution of cyberspace operations and exercises.

4 years of experience planning and/or supervising the execution of cyber operations utilizing attack methods and techniques (DDoS, brute force, spoofing, etc.), of basic malicious activity concepts (e.g., foot printing, scanning, and enumeration).

3 years of experience or knowledge of how modern wireless communications systems impact computer network operations and of general SCADA system.

Prior SOF (O5-O6/CW4/E9).
