Job Objective
Provide a qualified management analyst to assist AFCENT HQs in the
execution of their lessons learned duties and responsibilities in
accordance with AFI 10-1302 CJCSI 3150.25H and Air Force Lessons Learned
policy.
Responsibilities
????????????? Review message traffic, staff emails, research Air Force,
Combatant Commander, and Air Component Command online portals and other
operational data archives for lessons learned reports, post exercise
reports, after action reports, post deployment briefs, to include
supporting documentation in any electronic format, in order to extract,
condense and summarize lessons learned, observations and
recommendations, and best practices from operational and tactical issues
and procedures. Format relevant content, validate with Air Component
Command HQ staff, and load into the Joint Lessons Learned Information
System (JLLIS).
????????????? Attend appropriate Air Component Command HQ staff
meetings, pre-deployment training briefs, post deployment briefs, and
other conferences, seminars, workshops, or meetings to include
collecting supporting information from subject matter experts and
documentation in any electronic format, in order to extract, condense,
and summarize lessons learned and best practices from operational and
tactical issues and procedures. As directed by AFLL, participate in
Senior Leader Warfighter Forums and Air Force Issue Resolution Process
events. Format inputs, validate with Air Component staff, and load into
JLLIS. Travel may be required as directed by AFLL.
????????????? Tailor JLLIS lessons learned training manuals, Air Force
lessons learned training presentations, and other Air Force lessons
learned products to specific Air Component requirements. Schedule and
present briefs on AFLL products and services to Air Component Command
staff. Travel may be required as directed by AFLL.
????????????? Develop, schedule, and provide onsite training on JLLIS
for all command units and staffs. Prepare and conduct training on the
command lessons learned collection process to the exercise audience for

JLLIS, Air Force lessons learned practices, and AFLL available support.

focused collection and analysis plans. Coordinate logistics and C2
support for AFLL focused collection and analysis teams.

Command-focused Issue Resolution process by preparing issues slides,
facilitating discussion, identifying equities, work with Air Component
Command leadership to nominate specific whole of Air Force-level issues
into the Air Force Issue Resolution process and support primary POCs and
coordinating responsibilities.

to other Air Force Lessons Learned enterprise management sites and the
AFLL Director for stakeholder review, issue development, and entry into

*What You?ll Get to Do:*
As CACI-SOAS Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) Instructor/Lab
Technician handles performance and the day-to-day operations of
training, training development, management, and maintenance of CEMA and
Electronic Warfare (EW) equipment and networks within the assigned CSU,
it?s subordinate Battalions/Companies. The Instructor/Lab Technician
coordinates and synchronizes efforts to evaluate, refine, and/or enhance
project scope, outcomes, and deliverables with the CEMA Instructor/Team
Lead ensuring the CSU operational and training requirements are
synchronized with 1st SFC(A) operational and training requirements. ?

Other duties include but are not limited to:
* Provide foundational digital skills training and digital force
protection training according to established programs of instruction.
* Assess and develop training programs and informational products
based on research and analysis of the cybersecurity and
electromagnetic threat environment in priority locations throughout
AOR to present analysis and train personnel through briefings,
classroom, or field environments.
* Assist Government in the management of all aspects of foundational
digital skills and Digital Force Protection training that enhances
the effectiveness of 1st SFC(A) EW and Tactical Cyberspace programs.
* Assess organizational training needs and recommend optimal solutions
based on the nature of the training requirements, other available
resources, and the time available.
* Assess CEMA Lab equipment and training environment needs and
recommend optimal solutions based on the nature of the training
requirements, other available resources, and the time available.
* Procure EW, Tactical Cyberspace equipment, Virtual Training, and
supplies when validated requirements are approved by 1st SFC(A)
Tactical Cyberspace Program Manager.
* CONUS and OCONUS travel to support their specific requirements.
Maintain telephone and email contact during travel.
* Assist Government in tactical cyberspace and EW knowledge management
for the command, maintaining individual and collective training
records, including CONOPs and after-action reports (AARs) of
collective training.
* Participate as requested in 1st SFC(A) and higher echelons tactical
cyberspace & EW policy and standards development efforts to maintain
alignment and ensure that higher policy reflects the requirements of
their CSU.
* Maintain a positive and professional learning environment, address
curriculum gaps, and collaborate with Government on student behavior
and attendance concerns.
* Facilitate implementation of approved changes to the 1st SFC?s
foundational digital skills and Digital Force Protection training
programs.
* Proficient with data entry and database maintenance, MS Office
applications, and local area networks.
* Proficient with small office networking equipment configuration,
server, provisioning and maintenance, and provisioning of virtual
environments to use in skills training.
* Conduct open-source research, cybersecurity, and penetration testing

The Senior Operations Analyst / Combat Developer Subject Matter Expert
(SME) will be a full-time member of the Special Operations Forces (SOF)

Material (CEM) Analyst Expert position pending contract award.
The CEM Analyst Expert shall have advanced analytic capabilities to
identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in
support of target development and warning and the production of
all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis.
CEM Analyst shall produce intelligence products associated with
researching, analyzing, evaluating, and publishing routine intelligence
studies, plans, and or products and collaborates with other analysts
throughout the DoD and the
Intelligence Community on forecasts and assessments.
The position of Captured Enemy Material Intelligence Analyst - Expert
(CEM Expert) shall possess the following qualifications:
(U) Advanced skill sets with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and
Disseminate
(F3EAD) targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional
intelligence
disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field
capable of leading
analytical efforts culminating in products.
(U) Advanced skill sets with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value
Individuals (HVI)
Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Sensitive
Site Exploitation (SSE) and data-at-rest.
(U) Employ their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical
theory, doctrine,
rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and
relevant skills
related to intelligence operations.
(U) Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to
collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to targeting.

Counterintelligence Analyst (CI-SME) Expert position pending contract
award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The CI-SME- Expert shall provide timely, cogent, and relevant advice to
improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence
oversight compliance, and accurately document and report CI indicators
or concerns. CI Analysts will coordinate and support cross-community
meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information,
de-conflict information of value between sections, and independently
produce reports. CI Analysts shall research, create, develop, and
deliver professional multi-media, written reports, and CI products at
the operational and strategic levels utilizing multiple CI and HUMINT
reporting tools; receive Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information
Reports,
(U) The position of Counterintelligence Analyst - Expert
shall possess the following qualifications:
(U) A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing
counterintelligence related
operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force,
Inter-agency Task
Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI
Activity, or
Combatant Command.
(U) CI-SMEs shall have no less than eight (8) years of operational
analysis experience in their analytical field. Five (5) years of
experience in a managerial level position in
support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and
or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support
function is highly desired.
(U) Understand the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of
additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable
experience in their field
capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
(U) Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to
HUMINT
Operations, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management
Process, and Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following
areas: Human
Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence
Analysis,
and Intelligence training.
(U) Employed their expert knowledge and understanding of CI theory,
doctrine, rules,
laws, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and
relevant skills
related to full spectrum CI operations.
