The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Security
Office (ASO) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC)
Support Services has initiated this effort to provide support in the
development of security related documentation to include Science &
Technology Protection Plans (S&T PP) and Program Protection Plans
(PPPs), critical technology reviews, and threat/mitigation plans that
utilize a systematic approach to technology protection, intelligence
analysis, and multi‐ discipline security specialist support to provide
risk mitigation across the Army to protect Army personnel, facilities,
infrastructure, networks and national security information.
The United States research laboratories, engineering centers, and
defense industrial base are developing the advanced technology that will
form the heart of the Army’s future fighting force. Foreign Governments
and companies that both use and sell military systems will go to great
lengths to acquire the advanced technologies that dominate future
warfare. Identification and protection of those technologies is
essential to the Army’s mission and ability to fight and win when those
systems are fielded. When foreign Governments and companies illegally
acquire knowledge of the U.S. advanced technologies it is also essential
that the Army understand the effect of that compromise. The Army must
have an integrated Research and Technology Program (RTP), Security,
Cyber Incident Damage Assessment (CIDA) program, and Modernization
Security Protection (MSP) with the ability to perform these critical
missions with a high degree of confidence of success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide RTP engineering analysis, including Controlled Technical
Information (CTI) identification, Critical Program Information (CPI)
assessments and Critical Function (CF) analysis, supply chain
analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
* Provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection
measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations
based on engineering analysis results.
* Document results of the support and related meetings (other than
re‐occurring) will be documented in an ARTPC assessment/survey
memorandum, AAR/Executive Summary (EXSUM), in the customer tracking
database, and as part of the monthly status report (MSR).
* Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop
an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection
Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government
as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI resides.
* Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification
methodology reviews, on behalf of Army customers.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical,
civil, chemical, aerospace, materials etc.).
* Four (4) years of engineering experience.
* Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels
preferred.

Position Summary
*K2 Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Surveillance
Countermeasures (TSCM) Engineer to support U.S. Special Operations
Command (USSOCOM) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
The TSCM Engineer will provide specialized technical security expertise
to identify, assess, and mitigate technical surveillance threats to
classified information, personnel, facilities, and operations. This
position supports TSCM mission planning and execution in both CONUS and
OCONUS environments and provides technical training, threat awareness,
equipment evaluation, and security recommendations to supported units.
The TSCM Engineer will maintain continuous coordination with the
Interagency Training Center (ITC) to facilitate technical exchanges and
support the transfer of emerging capabilities, technologies, techniques,
and best practices to operational units.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide TSCM subject matter expertise and support the planning,
coordination, and execution of TSCM missions in CONUS and OCONUS
environments.
• Conduct a full range of complex and sensitive technical operations to
detect, identify, isolate, and mitigate technologies that could be used
to gain unauthorized access to classified information.
• Assess technical surveillance threats and provide recommendations to
leadership and supported personnel regarding appropriate countermeasures
and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and deliver classroom instruction, practical laboratory
exercises, individual tutoring, and skills assessments.
• Provide mobile training, technical advisement, and assistance related
to TSCM and Technical Threat Awareness.
• Complete a minimum of 80 hours of advanced training annually to
maintain technical proficiency and awareness of emerging threats and
technologies.
• Conduct operational test and evaluation (OT&E) of new equipment and
assist with the development and refinement of Tactics, Techniques, and
Procedures (TTPs) for supported units.
• Research and evaluate building construction, facility design, physical
security measures, and technical vulnerabilities to identify potential
security risks.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations concerning intrusion detection
systems, alarm systems, safes and security containers, locks and locking
systems, personnel entry-control systems, and physical barriers.
• Review and interpret facility and design plans to identify
vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate technical security enhancements.
• Provide guidance regarding security measures and requirements in
accordance with applicable physical and technical security standards.
• Research national and international developments in commercial and
state-of-the-art technical security technologies and advise program
personnel on emerging capabilities, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Maintain professional coordination with the Interagency Training
Center and other applicable organizations to exchange technical
information, capabilities, technologies, and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise technical reports, briefings,
findings, and recommendations to military and civilian leadership.
Required Qualifications
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Current Interagency Training Center (ITC) certification in the conduct
of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant TSCM experience; 5 or more years is
strongly preferred.
• Strong cybersecurity and technical security background.
• Demonstrated knowledge of TSCM operations, technical surveillance
threats, and countermeasure techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret building and facility design plans for
the purpose of identifying vulnerabilities and implementing technical
security upgrades.
• Knowledge of applicable physical and technical security standards and
the ability to recommend appropriate security measures.
• Proven ability to work independently and produce concise,
executive-level reports, briefings, and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work
effectively with military personnel, federal civilian employees,

Description
The Veterans Affairs CATI Interviewer conducts structured telephone
interviews with U.S. military Veterans participating in Veterans
Administration (VA) programs. These can include mental health treatment,
suicide prevention, and service dog training programs. Interviewers
collect data for VA surveys, including baseline and follow-up
assessments designed to evaluate Veteran outcomes following clinical
engagement for suicidal ideation, mental health treatment, and
participation in the Puppies Assisting Wounded Servicemembers (PAWS)
program.
Interviews are conducted using a Computer-Assisted Telephone
Interviewing (CATI) system and involve potentially sensitive discussions
regarding mental health, PTSD symptoms, well-being, recovery, and
satisfaction with services. Interviewers must maintain professionalism,
empathy, strict confidentiality, and adherence to Veterans Crisis Line
escalation protocols when participant safety concerns arise.
This position is remote/work-from-home. Interviewers are expected to
maintain a professional, secure, and distraction-free work environment.

Description
The CATI Quality Control (QC) Monitor is responsible for monitoring,
evaluating, coaching, and documenting the performance of
Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) interviewers conducting
Veterans Affairs (VA) survey research studies. This position plays a
critical role in ensuring that interviewers adhere to approved survey
protocols, Veterans Crisis Line (VCL) escalation procedures,
confidentiality requirements, and quality assurance standards while
collecting information from Veterans participating in VA service
delivery program. These include mental health, suicide prevention,
healthcare experience, and service dog training programs.
The QC Monitor evaluates interviewer performance through live
monitoring, recorded call reviews (when authorized), CATI system
reviews, and documentation audits. The position works closely with
Interviewers, supervisors, the CATI study manager, and the Clinical
Director to ensure Veterans are treated with respect, empathy, and
professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
Because these studies involve potentially sensitive discussions
regarding mental health, PTSD, suicidal ideation, well-being, recovery,
and healthcare experiences, the QC Monitor must be capable of evaluating
trauma-informed interviewing practices and identifying situations
requiring clinical escalation.

Requirements

The CATI Survey Study Manager is responsible for the end-to-end
management of complex quantitative survey research projects, with a
primary focus on Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI)

Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Inc. – SSU has an opening on an active
contract for a *Security Support Specialist* to perform duties at the
Signal Brigade and subordinate Battalion S-2 shops on-site in Kuwait.
The candidate shall provide support for Physical Security, Personnel
Security (PERSEC), and Information Security (INFOSEC) in accordance with
current Army and DoD policies. The candidate shall address and assist
with resolving multi-discipline security issues by providing direct
support to the S-2 office.
*Location*: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait
*Clearance*: Secret Clearance
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
• Provide Physical, Personnel, Special and Industrial Security (PPS&I)
support services to the Signal Bridge
• Update and manage the Personnel Security System (PerSec) tracker for
the Brigade
• Support the Government’s information security program IAW Army and DoD
policies
• Support daily SSO activities. Process personnel background
investigations for special security clearance actions
• Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems
security procedures.
• Suggesting, implementing and monitoring compliance with security
policies and procedures
• Update and manage applicable SOPs and unit policy letters
• Perform duties in support of the Government and Industrial Security
officials
• In-process personnel, confirm clearances and issue badges
• Process visit requests via JPAS/DISS
*Minimum Qualifications:*
• Practical experience in Personnel Security (e-QIP and JPAS)
• Practical experience in Information Security.
• Practical experience in Operations Security.
• Practical experience in Industrial Security.
• Practical experience in Physical Security.
• Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP)
• Department of Defense and Army security regulations
• Position requires an Active, in-scope US Government issue SECRET level
clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US
Citizenship is required.
