Linc Facility Services has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Inspector in its Sather Hospital, Baghdad, Iraq office.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
The responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector include, but are not limited to, the following:
Experienced in all aspects of facilities maintenance (construction, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, etc) a facilities management.
The QC inspector shall also have at least 2 years of hospital housekeeping management experience as an Executive Housekeeper within the last 5 years, OR have at least 3 years within the last 5 years of management experience as an Assistant EH for a hospital (where meeting all housekeeping requirements was the direct responsibility of the EH) and participated in , and successfully satisfied the requirements of a Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organization (JCAHO) survey during that three year period.
The inspector shall be experienced in US healthcare facilities quality control and e able to communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in the English language.

4. Executive Mentor/Site Lead (Afghanistan CSTA)
Duty Description:
The Executive Mentor to the Afghanistan Ministry of Defense Afghan National Army (ANA) Directorate supervises, directs and manages the planning, function and direction of national level, regional, provincial and district ANA operational and strategic plans, programs and operations plans and directs/coordinates all ANP strategic and operational matters within and external to the MOD and other Ministries and agencies.
The executive mentor shall advise, assist, train, and influence continuously the MOD and ANA in the development, refinement and execution of the above functions in a comprehensive, seamless manner to ensure positive control, supervision, professionalization and accountability of all MOD operations nationwide. The executive mentor shall as appropriate, coordinate his duties laterally with other MOD/ANA mentor staff as well as representatives of the coalition forces present in Afghanistan and other host nation as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Former 05/06/07 Battalion or Brigade Commander is required. Brigade Cdr preferred.
MEL 4 required, MEL 5 preferred.
12 months experience mentoring/training ANA required
6 months experience mentoring/training ANA MoD senior leadership
Program management/Contract administration preferred
Joint service experience preferred
Master's degree required in related field
SOF experience preferred
Recent OEF/ANA/MoD experience highly desired
Experience in professional development and training and working with Middle Eastern or Asian cultures is preferred.
Must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deploymentin accordance with current DoD regulations. Must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. Responsibilities:
The Senior Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to Mid Level and Executive Level Management to include maintaining calendars, conference preparation and setup, and time and attendance. The Senior Secretary is responsible for preparing, editing and coordination of correspondence. Advise Secretaries in subordinate office on procedures and coordination of efforts. The individual will answer phones, greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner. The assistant ensures that assigned administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner in accordance with priorities; that filing is performed promptly and accurately; that administrative records are well organized and maintained as required by regulations and established office policy; and that office supplies are properly maintained and available. The Senior Secretary will perform accurate typing of correspondence; enter data, handle logistics related to travel and meetings, and perform administrative functions necessary for a smooth business operation. The Senior Secretary must be able to work under short deadlines.
Experience, Skills and Background required:
The Senior Secretary must be a calm, well-organized, detail-orientated professional who can work well under tight deadlines, with multiple tasking, and able to handle a large volume of work. The Senior Secretary must work effectively with a wide variety of personnel (ranging from senior managers to entry level). A minimum of three years relevant work experience supporting executives is desirable. The individual should have a minimum three years experience in Defense Travel System (DTS) or equivalent and in Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) or equivalent. The individual should have a minimum one year experience in PeopleSoft (preferred not mandatory) and in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or equivalent. The Assistant must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

6. PeopleSoft Functional Lead (U.S. Department of State (Washington, D.C.)
Job Description:
This work for the Department of State, Bureau of Human Resources involves two major tasks. The first task is the operation and maintenance of the PeopleSoft 8.8 HRMS application which is currently in production. O&M activities include: training, performance and security monitoring, capacity planning, and integration of hardware and software enhancements. Software enhancements currently underway include the deployment of self service initiatives such as ePerformance, Employee Self Service (ESS), and Manager Self Service (MSS). The second task is the operation of the support center for the PeopleSoft application.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The PeopleSoft Functional Lead is responsible for directing the activities and supporting a team of 4-6 PeopleSoft Functional Analysts. The Lead and his /her team are responsible for business and requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing of PeopleSoft 8.8 Federal HRMS. Primary responsibility is performing requirements and gap analyses – with particular focus on Federal HR processing, including Federal regulations (OPM and DoState-specific), PeopleSoft Federal HRMS capabilities, configuration options, etc. This includes the evaluation of PeopleSoft Federal HRMS capabilities based on high-level scope, eliciting requirements from business end-users, and translating those requirements into PeopleSoft terminology, configuration, and functional design. The Functional Lead and his/her analysts must help the PeopleSoft Technical analysis translate functional requirements and design into technical design specifications for future design and development activities. Candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience with Federal HR and payroll processing in a PeopleSoft environment. Candidate must be able to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft-delivered functionality, identify required customizations to PeopleSoft HCM to meet business requirements, and document business processes and requirements.
Detailed activities of the PeopleSoft Functional Lead position include:
o Meeting with users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define and document business and functional requirements
o Investigating / researching Federal processing requirements, standards, and regulations
o Presenting alternatives and implementation recommendations to functional and PeopleSoft-savvy user communities.
o Translating end-user requirements into PeopleSoft-specific configurations and/or customizations.
o Working with the development community to identify and recommend implementation alternatives
Unit and Integration testing development and configuration deployments to validate conformance with requirements, current and desired business processes, and all applicable Federal standards

Job Description: Provide technical support services for the Biometrics Automated Toolset (BAT), Biometrics Identification System for Access (BISA) and the Handheld Interagency Identification Detection Equipment (HIIDE) clients and servers, and provide advice and assistance in the planning, operation, optimization, security administration and information assurance, technical maintenance, and management of these components and the networks on which they operate. Responsible for the identification and resolution of network connectivity issues, implementation of software and hardware upgrades, and general maintenance of laptops, servers and peripherals. Duties also include general systems and database operations, administration, maintenance, documentation, and reporting. Customer interaction is required in response to reported problems, defining requirements and user training requests. Tasking:
Sustain a 90-day requirement in support of USCENTCOM, to integrate Strategic Communication capabilities into the development of the Afghan and Pakistan (AF/PAK) Strategic Framework Project. Selected Personnel will work in support of the Director of Communication as part of the Inter-Agency AF/PAK Framework Development Operational Planning Team. They will develop a coherent and executable plan for strategic communication process support of the AF/PAK framework. Description
We are looking for a motivated and accomplished Supply Specialist with at least 7 years of progressive experience in all aspects of supply and acquisition management for the military.
