What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an excellent opportunity
for an experienced, self-directed, Service Desk Technician. This position is in support of a Department
of Defense (DoD) organization, CJTF-HOA located OCONUS in DJIBOUTI, Africa. This position is required to travel OCONUS.
Performs a variety of difficult
assignments associated with monitoring and controlling computer operating
systems. Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and
operation of business systems. Optimizes system operation and resource
utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning. Provides
assistance to users in accessing and using business systems. Sets up and
maintains more than one type of computer system such as Open VMS Systems/DSM
environments, UNIX systems (SCO and SUN), and Windows systems. Analyzes system
faults and troubleshoots and runs diagnostic tests on operating systems and
hardware to detect problems. Evaluates and installs developed software during
various phases of testing. Reviews and prepares documentation for systems,
tests and installation of software. Investigates and recommends methods and
techniques for obtaining solutions. Initiates preventive maintenance on the
operating systems as well as repair to system/environment problems. Administers
systems/environment solutions for multiple projects with varying schedules.
Interfaces with vendors for trouble calls. Supports the planning of
system/environment requirements for individual projects. May provide work direction and guidance to
others.
More About the Role:
The successful candidate must be
able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, have a
positive customer service attitude, and present products and ideas in a
business-like manner. The candidate will
be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team
interaction and coordination of efforts.
The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client
managers and system users. Specifically, the Help Desk Technician will be
responsible for supporting systems and applications on a geographically
dispersed Windows 10 Enterprise network with multiple types of servers and
server applications. The HD Tech will be responsible for Windows system
administrator functions supporting a global Active Directory infrastructure in
a mixed Windows environment. The HD Tech
will provide journeyman level knowledge and specialized experience to include
management of help desks in a multi-user environment, a comprehensive
understanding of PC operating systems, a working knowledge of network and
electronic mail operations and prior supervision of help desk employees. Provide Tier 0/1 support to the customer and
their components to include Tier 0/1 infrastructure troubleshooting and support
that involves the configuration and administration of servers in their area of
operation.
Additionally, the DH Tech will
provide remote support and/or travel to customer servers and sites as
required. The ideal candidate will have
experience maintaining and supporting network devices consisting of primarily
Cisco routers and switches. Using this
knowledge the system administrator will be successful in providing necessary
administration and maintenance support of this system.

by the Tier 2 help desk.
The candidate will follow Standard

Job Description:
CACI is seeking a Training
Instructor/Facilitator responsible for the project management of events and the
team development and integration of the Naval Shipyard Maintenance community.
This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on building
relationships, influencing leadership development skills, and organizing
meetings for success with project teams. The support necessary will be cradle-to-grave
with multiple intact projects.
More About the Role:
Build and develop relationships
with integrated stakeholders across the naval maintenance community.
Support teams to execute team
development plans and discrete events with team leadership using customized
training materials and lessons learned from previous maintenance availabilities
and events.
Collaborate and develop project
team training continuums through team formation and availability execution.
Produce timely reports for
distribution to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.
Develop and conduct training with
a focus on individual development, team development, and organizational
development to build high-performing teams.
Plan and deliver events of varied
duration (.5 day-9 days) for groups numbering 20-200.
Collaborate with Subject Matter
Experts to develop strategies for learning and delivery.
·Work site fluctuates between
customer site (office, industrial, aboard ships), conference venues, available
workspace while on travel, and home site.
May require up to 10% CONUS or
OCONUS travel to support a dynamic customer schedule.
Physical Demands: Normal demands
associated with an office environment. Work also involves travelling within an
industrial environment while carrying backpack filled with work materials (and
transporting event materials, supplies as needed). Ability to lift/carry up to
40 lbs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have
the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent
final DOD Secret security clearance.
Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Two to four years of related (training,
military, shipyard, and/or logistics) experience.
Ability to work on a computer for long periods
and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face-to-face.

QUALIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE:
Experience and in-depth knowledge

and FRAGOs.
Experience and capability to
perform tasks with Microsoft (MS) productivity software and applications.
Practical understanding of MS
SharePoint and Google Earth Spatial Analysis software as well as web-based
intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
