You will analyze and produce intelligence products focused on WMDs, and counter-proliferation threats using advanced all source analytic capabilities. You will apply expertise in NBC, missile and delivery systems, WMD, counter-proliferation, and network analysis (Counter Threat Network), social network analysis, and command and control systems. You will deliver products that increase the client's situational understanding and comprehension of NBC, missile and delivery systems, WMD, and Improvised-Threats, and associated counter-proliferation networks.
Required:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead design and manufacturing of our tethered power systems to support unmanned aircraft platforms including developing requirements, creating system design documentation, maintaining analytical models, developing new models, and planning and conduct tests to validate requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily use of the AHLTA/CHCS/HAIMS/JLV and WEBWAVE or the current DoD Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Understand HIPAA laws and regulations and possess a working knowledge of the NAVMED P-117, Navy Manual of the Medical Department. Provide the Operations Officer weekly updates on the status of candidate SO physicals. Responsible for making liaison with various medical personnel throughout the Marine Corps, enabling effective communication between R&A and all medical departments.
Review required medical documents for completion, accuracy, and potential disqualifying factors. Review physician notes to verify that patient information and medical history is documented accordingly. Confirm that proper medical procedures were followed with regards to patient testing and scheduled follow-up care. Conduct follow-up reviews to confirm identified discrepancies have been properly resolved.
Ensure all SO Physicals are Signed or Endorsed by an Undersea Medical Officer prior to assignment to A&S. Maintain a positive working relationship with M-35 BUMED and POG-40 to ensure all medical waivers are endorsed by BUMED prior to an applicant reporting to A&S. May be required to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the R&A mission as directed by the Assistant Operations Officer.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Must have five years experience in one of the following Military Occupational Specialties:
HM-8402, HM-8494, HM-8427, HM-8403, HM-8425, HM 8404

— Conduct site visits to the East and West Coast Recruiting Stations to ensure Recruiters follow the R&A Directors guidance relative to assigning quality applicants for attendance to future A&S courses. Shall participate and assist the R&A Operations Officer in supervising R&A contracted personnel during Headquarters Marine Corps visits to Major Commands throughout the Marine Corps.
— Submit “final” draft copies of naval messages related to applicant assignments to upcoming A&S courses for release. Shall generate Letters of Instructions for required R&A training. Responsible for training R&A assigned personnel, and others as identified by the COR. Contractor personnel shall be required to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the R&A mission.
— Provide recommendations in the A&S Selection Board process providing information to senior members of the board on selected Marine’s ability to attend future ITC courses. The contractor shall be responsible for other manpower and management duties in support of the R&A mission.
Required Qualifications and Experience
— Served a minimum of two years as an E-9 Senior Enlisted Advisor in the management of Marine Corps personnel at a staff level

Overview:
We are looking for skilled medical training instructors who will enhance the competencies of individual trainees in military training exercises on Fort Campbell, KY. Selected instructors will facilitate a variety of training needs and assessments, design and deliver curriculum and learning materials for all phases of training. The instructor will serve on a team and provide medical instruction across the entire range of combat and clinical medical disciplines to Special Operations Forces or other identified Service Members from across the DoD. Terrestris is seeking EMTs to support a 4 day role player exercise in San Diego. We are only looking for local EMTs to support within the 150 Miles radius of San Diego.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT):
Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls and delivers high quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols and company policies
Maintains thorough familiarity with treatment protocols, response requirements and quality assurance procedures in system in which assigned
EMT must be trained to treat and transport victims of emergencies, shall be provided as required to provide on-site medical treatment to Contractor personnel only. The contractor provided EMT will not be used to support any
Department of Defense personnel. EMT's provide basic life support to victims. Skills include: immobilization, extrication, administering medications and airway management.
For historical purposes: The provision of an EMT is a precaution measure to support the Contractor in the event a Contractor is hurt during the exercise. To date, there have been no serious injuries, and have been limited to minor bumps and bruises from personnel running through an exercise area. No role players have had to stop participation in an exercise.
Requirements:
Be certified as an national accredited EMT.

Possess a valid AHA CPR/AED card (or AHA BLS provider card).

Riverine Operations SME (Technical Instructor: SWCC/Level II Coxswain Qualified). Technical Instructors are required for up to 12 hours per day, to participate in either day training events or night training events, as determined by the Task Order. Job description
Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), established in January 2006, serves as the single functional command for the Navy's expeditionary forces and as central management for the readiness, resources, staffing, training and equipping of those forces. NECC consolidates, aligns and integrates diverse expeditionary capabilities and combat support elements to create consistent expeditionary practices, procedures, requirements and logistics in the battle space.
To meet mission requirements NECC requires contracted small arms weapons instruction support. The support is required to address the critical and advanced small arms force protection training needs that are necessitated by an adaptable and persistent enemy. The instruction support operations will be conducted under the management of NECC.
Education:
Graduate of Navy Instructor Training Course (NEC 9502) or equivalent (Completion of a civilian (or commercial) formal course of instruction which has been evaluated and certified as a Joint Instructor Training (JIT)/ Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) equivalency by the Center for Professional Development (CPPD).
Experience:
Armed forces experience, Law Enforcement Special Weapons and Tactics, or former active-duty tour with CAT III/IV shooting experience (three years minimum, six years preferred).
Graduate of: ESAMI, Blackwater, Mid-South Shooting Institute, Gryphon or Special Forces Advanced Urban Combat (SFAUC), or Marine Corps Advanced Urban Combat (MCAUC) small arms weapons training. Equivalent small arms weapons training school will be considered (required for Site Lead; preferred for Line Coach).
Three years preferred, one year required of instructional experience in lieu of designation (DD-214, course certificates, etc.).
Honorable Active-Duty Military experience within the last five years.

Responsibilities:

Provide training on basic weapons fundamentals, Category III/IV (IAW COMNECC
3591 series) intermediate shooter mechanics, shooting on the move, use of barricades and cover, shooting and moving knowledge, and practical application as individual skills to accession level shooters through more advanced unit level training skills sets with small arms weapons requirements in both a synthetic and live fire environment.
The site lead will oversee the small arms program, provide professional development of the three small arms instructors, and ensure the small arms program produces qualification ready shooters The contracted shooting instructors will be used as line coaches, training and qualification facilitators supporting the NCG1/2 range N75 cadre.
Instructor must be formally trained via the Expeditionary Small Arms Military Instructor (ESAMI) contracted COI and must be a minimum of a CAT IV qualified for rifle and pistol.

Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
The Task Lead shall perform all duties assigned to SERE Instructors and Section Leads and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in all aspects of PR/SERE Training IAW JPRA SERE Training and Education Guides 28 March 2016: Preparation and Planning, Evasion, Resistance, Captivity Resolution, and Support to Recovery. Responsible for accomplishing tasks such as the following: Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for all course material.
Continual interaction with the COR and any appointed Technical Representatives.
Management of all Contractor personnel for time, cost, and scope to tasks, including:

Ensure contractor personnel complete initial and follow-on training/evaluations as required
Overseeing deadline completion, resource management, risk assessment, and tracking
Designing, planning, establishing milestones.
Ensuring all deliverables and course timelines are met.
SME for all PR/SERE events; capable of filling any position for coverage gaps.
Support the development of new concepts and doctrine for the MARFORSOC PR/SERE School.
Research and keep current on new technology and doctrinal developments in order to support the Government’s efforts to improve the quality and scope of training.
Responsible for ensuring PPE, role play uniforms and PR/SERE specific items/materials are replaced as serviceability, product life cycle expires, or as directed by the COR.
Qualifications
Required certifications:
Current DoD Active SECRET clearance
BA/BS degree accomplishment in any field --OR-- Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications --OR-- Any post high school education AND 10 yrs SOF and/or PR/SERE experience AND 5 yrs as a certified instructor at a FSLC SERE School.
Minimum of 18 months of experience as a Program or Contract Manager (i.e., manage 20+ instructor personnel in high-risk training exercises) for a contract of similar size and scope or a Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (military, contract or civilian) as a Section Lead (SE or RE equivalent) for a SERE or SOF specific high-risk course.
A Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a SERE Instructor at a DoD approved FSLC SERE school of which three years must have been at a USSOCOM Full Spectrum Level “C” SERE Course, i.e. MARFORSOC, NSW, USAJFKSWCS.
Must be resident expert in Personnel Recovery, Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (PR/SERE) Instruction and training; to include specialized JPRA training courses PR303, SERE350, SERE370 and SERE360 or commensurate verifiable experience.
Must meet the MRTC requirements and have been awarded the MRTC Senior training instructor rating.

Coordinate with Government Section Leads, both Active Duty and GS personnel, to ensure assignments are provided to fill instructor billets, duties and responsibilities.
Ensure contractor personnel are performing IAW the SOW and applicable MARFORSOC PR/SERE and MRTC POIs.
SL Instructors shall communicate with the Task Lead on any manning or performance issues affecting the performance requirements as outlined within this SOW.
SME for all PR/SERE events; capable of filling any position for coverage gaps and temporarily for Task Lead.
Successfully complete the following courses or equivalent experience (if applicable): SERE370, SERE360, SERE350, SERE348, PR303 and PR397.
Qualifications
Required certifications:
Current DoD Active SECRET clearance
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (military, contract or civilian) as a Section Lead (SE or RE equivalent) for a PR/SERE or SOF specific high-risk course.
A Minimum of 6 Six years’ experience as a SERE Instructor at a DoD FSLC SERE school.
Must be resident expert in Personnel Recovery, Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (PR/SERE) Instruction and training; to include specialized JPRA training courses PR303, SERE350, SERE370 and SERE360 or commensurate verifiable experience.
Must meet the MRTC requirements and have been awarded the MRTC Senior training instructor rating.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Join a team that is helping to lead the business across Computer Network Operations (CNO) technologies for the warfighting domain, providing customers with capabilities that will enable them to meet some of the nation's most difficult problems. Architect and administer a development lab environment to aid in the creation of capabilities within the CNO solutions space. Work closely with engineers and development teams, understanding customer requirements, and create and maintain an environment to accomplish tasks associated with Offensive Cyber Operations support.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience architecting out and maintaining a development lab environment
Experience with supporting CNO solutions for USCC, IC, or Service Cyber components, including Army, Navy, USAF, or USMC
Experience with existing and emerging CNO enabling architectures, data flows, interfaces, and frameworks in the OCO mission space
Experience with bare metal and virtualized and cloud development environments
Experience with multiple development platforms, including mobile, Windows, and Unix
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
