DTRA C-UAS Operations Integrator//Fulltime//Reston, VA//TS/SCI
As a Rigid Tactical C-UAS TF Phalanx Operations Integrator, you will
provide specialized threat analysis and security assessment support to
evaluate C-UAS reporting and understand and mitigate the threat posed by
Unmanned Aerial Systems to critical infrastructure, locations, and
assets. You will monitor and conduct detailed operational analysis on
C-UAS systems data reports to ensure successful transfer into a usable,
quantitative format for analysis.
You will incorporate? C-UAS data and other related data sources to
conduct operations, security, and multi-intelligence analysis that aids
Military Commanders to detect, identity, monitor, and track UAS activity.
Qualifications:
* Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security
Clearance.
* More than one year of C-UAS Operations-Intelligence analytic
experience with DoD, US and/or interagency partners in the past five
years (Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security or
Federal law enforcement agencies preferred but not required).
* More than three years of operations-intelligence and/or security or
Force Protection related analytic experience.
* Practical understanding of unmanned aerial systems with specific
emphasis on Groups 1-3 Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), their
capabilities, technical performance and operational employment.
* Practical understanding of MS Office, Excel and big-data analytic
techniques for structured and unstructured data
* Practical understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst
Notebook and Palantir.
* Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and
Google Earth.
* Practical understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC,
NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT

* Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights

This is a NAVSOF Ops and Planning Analyst position on the USSOCOM
Enterprise Wide Training and Education Program (UEWTEP) contract at Navy
Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) in Coronado.
*Will consider a former CWO3 or 4, or an E7 or E8 (Senior Chief) with at
least ten years of experience.***
Components of USSOCOM have the responsibility to execute large-scale
training exercises designed to enhance readiness and prepare SOF units

*What You?ll Get to Do:*
As a CACI-Wexford SOF Operations Planner, you will provide embedded, and
provide reach back support to SOF units involved in Countering Weapons
of Mass Destruction (CWMD). You and your team will work to identify,
characterize, and counter WMD and the networks that aim to employ these
weapons. You will conduct temporary duty (TDY) to embed with and advise
National Mission Force and Interagency Partners at all echelons of
command. You will utilize Operations, Activities, and Investments
(OAI?s) to identify pathways that illuminate adversary WMD activities,
intentions, and vulnerabilities. These OAI?s are executed by the Defense
Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners to identify,
characterize, and counter threat use of WMD. When providing CWMD reach
back support, you will serve as an expert in operational planning and
design. You will enable DoD and interagency partners to hold threat
actors at risk in support of Integrated Deterrence. You will support
embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other mission
partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and Interagency
elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions,
and customers.
*More About the Role:*
As a SOF Operations Planner, you will support three lines of effort
(LOE): A) Campaigning, B) Crisis Response, and C) Exercise Integration.
Planners will conduct planning and provide technical advice on CWMD
specialized tasks that include: Dissuade, deter, delay, disrupt,
destroy, deny, and assure. Planners are proficient in national level
concept plans (CONPLANs) for Crisis Response and the timelines for
employment of a National Forces response. Planner?s will deploy TDY to
Combatant Command Headquarters for the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
planning events. They contribute to a team that designs the concept,
scripts the scenario, and writes injects that meet DTRA objectives. The
intent is to achieve interoperability with Interagency and highlight how
DTRA comes together with these organizations to support the Combatant
Command. You will assist with community of interest engagement, conduct
professional development within the CACI-Wexford Operational Analysis
Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to
meet client requirements.
*You?ll Bring These Qualifications: *
* Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Security
Clearance.
* Experience planning and supporting operations at a Combatant
Command, Theater Special Operations Command, The Joint Special
Operations Command, a CJSOTF, a Regional Task Force (RTF) or other
equivalent joint formation.
* Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making
Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, Course of Action (COA)
development and Concepts of Operations (CONOP) approval briefings,
targeting methodologies, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
* The ability to rapidly learn technical aspects of CWMD policy and
operations assuming expertise in other areas such as authorities
associated with CONPLANs, OPLANS, and EXORDS.
* Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, Operational Planning
Teams, and other groups that aim to bring disparate capabilities
together to achieve military effects.
* You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally
and in writing.
* Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft office tools to include

* A practical understanding of the National Defense Strategy that
directs Integrated Deterrence and that aligns EXORDS, CONPLANS, and

* Two years of experience providing operational support to one or more
Special Operations Forces (SOF) commands.
* Experience working with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of

facilitation, counter-threat finance, or supply chain analysis.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Contracts Manager. This role can be performed on site or with a hybrid schedule in our Colorado Springs, CO office.
Pay: $70,000-$90,000
Essential Duties:
Administer multiple government contracts from cradle to grave.
Monitor contract performance for compliance with contractual terms and potential change control events.
Lead and finalize the negotiation of a variety of contractual documents such as task orders, contracts, subcontracts, modifications, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
Stay up to date on government, legal and procedural requirements and trends regarding procurement policies and communicate material changes in requirements/trends to leadership.
Work with different levels of personnel within the organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy.
Review and update existing contracts and modifications.
Prepare and distribute contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual and funding requirements in accordance with company policy.
Maintain organized system of all contract records within SharePoint in accordance with company policies.
Perform contract closeout as needed.
Monitor contract performance including contract deadlines and terms and conditions.
Track authorizations and correspondence.
Report status of current contract processes to management.
Resolve any existing contract conflicts.
Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts, NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages.
Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied.
Follow up on any contractual payment issues and analyze and mitigate potential risks contract changes may pose to the organization.
Stay up-to-date with legislative changes that may impact current or new contract awards.
Become proficient in Costpoint ensuring orders are properly entered and managed.
Review RFPs/RFQs to support the proposal manager in determining requirements, strategy and assessing full compliance in our proposals; participate in proposal activities as required, to include the final signature and submission of proposals.
Work with proposal development team in support of RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements.
Coordinate actions with internal procurement and pricing team as needed.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
Large business experience in government contracting and understanding of business and legal processes.
Solid working knowledge of FAR, DFARs and other agency supplements, RFP analysis and proposal preparation, expertise in multiple contract types (IDIQ, T&M, CPFF, etc.) and in reviewing and processing NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
Working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations, and applicable international contract law.
Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; proven negotiation skills.
Good presentation, leadership and team-building skills and use of independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of contract issues.
Ability to work with a diverse population, maintain strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

The Joint SOF Trainer (Fires) IV assists Theater Special Operations
Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint Special Operations Forces
(SOF) Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and execution of
functional and joint collective training that focuses at the operational
and strategic levels of war. The trainers support joint SOF headquarters
includes individual, staff, and unit collective training, academic
events, senior leader seminars, planning exercises, tabletop exercises,
and functional area workshops. This support culminates in the execution
of joint mission rehearsals, command post exercises, and other
collective training events that supports the USSOCOM 350-12
certification and validation program.
* Maintain functional currency and relevancy and awareness of SOF and
Joint Enterprise training requirements through constant research.
* Prepare appropriate training methods and materials based on Adult
Learning and Training principles that train Battle Staffs on the 12
SOF core activities and 18 SOF joint HQs tasks at the operational

*About the Position:*
TJFACT is seeking to hire a well-qualified *Database Requirements
Analyst *to join our Team in support of the *Joint Capabilities
Integration Development System (JCIDS), Tradoc Capability Manager Live
(TCM LIVE), US Army Training Support Center (ATSC)* at *Joint Base
Langley-Eustis, VA.*
The *Requirements Analysts* will have two primary missions: (1) draft
and staff STE Live Training System IS and TES CONOPS, Capability
Development Documents (CDD), and other supporting requirements documents
through the Army Futures Command (AFC) staffing process and DA approval,
(2) respond to queries, comments, and directed revisions leading to
Milestone B decision for instrumentation and TES; instrumentation
system?s requirements, provide thorough analysis, and identify the
critical documentation required to initiate, with the materiel
developer, the formal development/Milestone processes for IS and TES.
These products will provide synergy and focus in support of the live
field training instrumentation and TES of the current and future force
in an immersive environment.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Work with the Government?s Subject Matter Experts (SME), Live
Training Specialists and Architects, to define the concept of
operations (CONOPS) and codify, in accordance with the JCIDS
process, the LTE requirements for Instrumentation.
* The Analyst will describe the instrumentation requirements for Home
station, Local Training Areas, deployed training areas,
Institutions, and maneuver Combat Training Centers (CTC).
* The T-IS Analyst shall support the Live Training Transformation
(LT2) goal to provide an integrated training environment which
replicates the conditions and stressors of the Operational
Environment (OE) by completing a validated CARDS requirement that
allows a common instrumentation system to provide Soldiers with the
level of training and exposure required to support the conduct of
Full Spectrum Operations (FSO).
* In conjunction with TCM Live?s Training Specialists and Architects,
the Contractor shall utilize information technology, and other
decision support tools to complete all required contract deliverables.
*?Required Skills and Experience:*
* Must have an active clearance status.
* Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Engineering or related field
* Possess a minimum of five (5) years of DoDAF experience and five (5)
years of database development.
* Possess the experience, training, technical, and analytical
expertise, and other necessary required credentials to develop,
staff, and finalize requirements staffing packets IAW regulatory
guidance and specified in the JCIDS process.
* Experience and knowledge to integrate military doctrine and tactics
into JCIDS requirements documents and supporting analyses/appendixes.
* Possess knowledge equivalent to that gained from completing the
following Defense Acquisition University (DAU) courses:
o Requirement (CLR) 101, Introduction to the Joint Capabilities
Integration & Development System
o Requirements Management (RQM) 110, Core Concepts for
Requirements Management
o Requirements (CLR) 151, Analysis of Alternatives
o Requirements (CLR) 250, Capabilities-Based Assessment
o Requirements (CLR) 252, Developing Key Performance Parameters
* Possess the overall knowledge to perform the tasks identified within
the PWS; Combat Training Center (CTC) experience is a plus.

*JOB DESCRIPTION: ?JSOC J52 Strategic All Source Intelligence Analyst *
Serve as a JSOC Strategic All Source Senior Intelligence Analyst at Fort
Liberty, NC, with responsibility for receiving, processing,
disseminating, and responding to strategic and operational level (not
tactical) intelligence requests and requirements for the GCC AOR
planning initiatives. Perform research, analysis, and evaluation and
provide input to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually generated
reports and briefings. Maintain strategic and operational level
intelligence data bases for future requirements. Maintains contact with
strategic and operational level counterparts throughout the intelligence
community and Interagency. Evaluate correctness and accuracy of
intelligence information. Provide contingency planners with critical
strategic and operational level intelligence assessments and estimates
during routine and contingency planning. Establish long-range plans to
satisfy intelligence shortfalls within a functional area of responsibility.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
*EDUCATION:*? Bachelor's Degree and/or 8-10 years of related all source
intelligence analysis experience.
*EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:*? Strategic and operational level
intelligence experience highly desired and discriminator. Futures
experience is desirable.? Qualified candidates must possess advanced
management and organizational skills and demonstrate experience
overseeing, producing at the action officer level for intelligence
related products.? Must have analytical, planning, coordination,
negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied
and demonstrated ability to prepare/analyze strategic and operational
level intelligence products.? Must be capable of briefing Senior
Officers in large audiences.? Knowledge of and credibility within the
Special Operations and interagency community is strongly desired.?
Comprehensive and complete understanding of National Intel policy and
support organizations, Geographical Combatant Commands, USSOCOM, and
TSOCs is highly desired.? Best candidate will have extensive and recent
SOF experience as an All Source Analyst focused on GCC AORs and high
priority countries where SOF routinely operates. Must have a thorough
understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint,
and Excel.? Must be competent on Intel Databases to include S3/M3.
CONUS/OCONUS travel as required. No relocation assistance is provided
for this position.
Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information

American Sign Language Interpreter; Cleveland VAMC; No Clearance Required; Start Immediately
*Position Description:*?Job duties include providing ASL Interpretation
services for clinical encounters (approx. 30-45 minutes each) for
Veterans Administration patients and related team meetings in a medical
setting at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. Clinical encounters will
primarily focus on spinal cord injuries. Service is required six hours
per day, five days per week (30 hrs./week). Salary range $52-55K
annually with health insurance, PTO, and 401K program. Work will
commence immediately following hiring and onboarding.
*Required Qualifications:*
-Over the age of 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
-Possess reliable transportation to the service location
-Relevant ASL certification or education required (Please provide copy
of certification with application)
-Three years? experience performing ASL interpretation, with at least
one year in a medical setting
