DTRA C-UAS Operations Integrator//Fulltime//Reston, VA//TS/SCI
As a Rigid Tactical C-UAS TF Phalanx Operations Integrator, you will
provide specialized threat analysis and security assessment support to
evaluate C-UAS reporting and understand and mitigate the threat posed by
Unmanned Aerial Systems to critical infrastructure, locations, and
assets. You will monitor and conduct detailed operational analysis on
C-UAS systems data reports to ensure successful transfer into a usable,
quantitative format for analysis.
You will incorporate? C-UAS data and other related data sources to
conduct operations, security, and multi-intelligence analysis that aids
Military Commanders to detect, identity, monitor, and track UAS activity.
Qualifications:
* Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security
Clearance.
* More than one year of C-UAS Operations-Intelligence analytic
experience with DoD, US and/or interagency partners in the past five
years (Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security or
Federal law enforcement agencies preferred but not required).
* More than three years of operations-intelligence and/or security or
Force Protection related analytic experience.
* Practical understanding of unmanned aerial systems with specific
emphasis on Groups 1-3 Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), their
capabilities, technical performance and operational employment.
* Practical understanding of MS Office, Excel and big-data analytic
techniques for structured and unstructured data
* Practical understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst
Notebook and Palantir.
* Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and
Google Earth.
* Practical understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC,

This is a NAVSOF Ops and Planning Analyst position on the USSOCOM
Enterprise Wide Training and Education Program (UEWTEP) contract at Navy
Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) in Coronado.
*Will consider a former CWO3 or 4, or an E7 or E8 (Senior Chief) with at
least ten years of experience.***
Components of USSOCOM have the responsibility to execute large-scale
training exercises designed to enhance readiness and prepare SOF units

*What You?ll Get to Do:*
As a CACI-Wexford SOF Operations Planner, you will provide embedded, and
provide reach back support to SOF units involved in Countering Weapons
of Mass Destruction (CWMD). You and your team will work to identify,
characterize, and counter WMD and the networks that aim to employ these
weapons. You will conduct temporary duty (TDY) to embed with and advise
National Mission Force and Interagency Partners at all echelons of
command. You will utilize Operations, Activities, and Investments
(OAI?s) to identify pathways that illuminate adversary WMD activities,
intentions, and vulnerabilities. These OAI?s are executed by the Defense
Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners to identify,
characterize, and counter threat use of WMD. When providing CWMD reach
back support, you will serve as an expert in operational planning and
design. You will enable DoD and interagency partners to hold threat
actors at risk in support of Integrated Deterrence. You will support
embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other mission
partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and Interagency
elements); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions,
and customers.
*More About the Role:*
As a SOF Operations Planner, you will support three lines of effort
(LOE): A) Campaigning, B) Crisis Response, and C) Exercise Integration.
Planners will conduct planning and provide technical advice on CWMD
specialized tasks that include: Dissuade, deter, delay, disrupt,
destroy, deny, and assure. Planners are proficient in national level
concept plans (CONPLANs) for Crisis Response and the timelines for
employment of a National Forces response. Planner?s will deploy TDY to
Combatant Command Headquarters for the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
planning events. They contribute to a team that designs the concept,
scripts the scenario, and writes injects that meet DTRA objectives. The
intent is to achieve interoperability with Interagency and highlight how
DTRA comes together with these organizations to support the Combatant
Command. You will assist with community of interest engagement, conduct
professional development within the CACI-Wexford Operational Analysis
Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to
meet client requirements.
*You?ll Bring These Qualifications: *
* Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Security
Clearance.
* Experience planning and supporting operations at a Combatant
Command, Theater Special Operations Command, The Joint Special
Operations Command, a CJSOTF, a Regional Task Force (RTF) or other
equivalent joint formation.
* Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making
Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, Course of Action (COA)
development and Concepts of Operations (CONOP) approval briefings,
targeting methodologies, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
* The ability to rapidly learn technical aspects of CWMD policy and
operations assuming expertise in other areas such as authorities
associated with CONPLANs, OPLANS, and EXORDS.
* Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, Operational Planning
Teams, and other groups that aim to bring disparate capabilities
together to achieve military effects.
* You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally
and in writing.
* Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft office tools to include
SharePoint and OneNote.

supported unit on product development.

* A practical understanding of the National Defense Strategy that
directs Integrated Deterrence and that aligns EXORDS, CONPLANS, and

* Two years of experience providing operational support to one or more
Special Operations Forces (SOF) commands.
* Experience working with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of
Federal Law Enforcement.
* Working knowledge of USSOCOM, Interagency, and the DOD enterprise.
* Experience in counter proliferation, pathway defeat, counter
facilitation, counter-threat finance, or supply chain analysis.
* Understanding of JP 3-40.
* Understanding of SOCOM?s role as the CWMD coordinating authority for
the Department of Defense.

Essential Duties:
Administer multiple government contracts from cradle to grave.
Monitor contract performance for compliance with contractual terms and potential change control events.
Lead and finalize the negotiation of a variety of contractual documents such as task orders, contracts, subcontracts, modifications, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
Stay up to date on government, legal and procedural requirements and trends regarding procurement policies and communicate material changes in requirements/trends to leadership.
Work with different levels of personnel within the organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy.
Review and update existing contracts and modifications.
Prepare and distribute contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual and funding requirements in accordance with company policy.
Maintain organized system of all contract records within SharePoint in accordance with company policies.
Perform contract closeout as needed.
Monitor contract performance including contract deadlines and terms and conditions.
Track authorizations and correspondence.
Report status of current contract processes to management.
Resolve any existing contract conflicts.
Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts, NDAs and Teaming Agreements.

Review RFPs/RFQs to support the proposal manager in determining requirements, strategy and assessing full compliance in our proposals; participate in proposal activities as required, to include the final signature and submission of proposals.
Work with proposal development team in support of RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements.
Coordinate actions with internal procurement and pricing team as needed.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
Large business experience in government contracting and understanding of business and legal processes.
Solid working knowledge of FAR, DFARs and other agency supplements, RFP analysis and proposal preparation, expertise in multiple contract types (IDIQ, T&M, CPFF, etc.) and in reviewing and processing NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
Working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations, and applicable international contract law.
Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; proven negotiation skills.

includes individual, staff, and unit collective training, academic

certification and validation program.

traffic substantively relevant to assigned mission areas.
? Evaluate message traffic relevant to assigned mission area, and the
IIRs cited in published analytic products.
? Research, review, analyze, and process (check metadata, tag entities,
and documents research) submitted cleared industry reports regarding FIE
threats relevant to assigned mission areas.
? Develop, support, and/or contribute to various AD efforts upon request
or should analysis reveal emerging trends in FIE targeting, issues of
strategic significance, and/or actionable information against FIE threats.

? Provide support to threat products
? Contribute to the Director?s Read-Book
? Respond to Ad-Hoc tasking
? Inform customers and stakeholders on FIE threats to cleared industry,
