4. Material Planning & Logistics Lead - Livonia, MI

Roush has an immediate opening for a Material Planning & Logistics Lead who will work closely with the operations team to efficiently build and maintain the production schedule. The MP&L Lead is also responsible for closely monitoring inventory levels to make sure that all components are available for production needs. This position is located in Livonia, MI.
Responsibilities
• Run planning instances for planned production of kits and sub-components needed to fill demand.
• Approve planning messages five weeks in advance in order to schedule production for the build floor based off their capacity.
• Update production schedule and up-fit schedule, which lays out production needs for kits and in-house vehicle builds.
• Create material pick batches for the warehouse to fill the following weeks production.
• Create tank schedule for warehouse management, listing out required tank part numbers to ensure they are available to meet production deadlines.
• Review shortage report from pick batch in order to create hot list of material, which may not be available to meet production needs. Catalog with part number, quantity needed, and due date from supplier so the warehouse can watch for necessary parts at the receiving dock to move when available.
• Run analysis on inventory to see if lead time can be improved for drop in orders.
• Responsible for creating weekly forecast uploads for the material planners to accurately approve purchase messages.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
• 1+ year of supply chain experience to include experience in areas of production scheduling, planning and change control.
• Strong understanding of material and production control and processes.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• PeopleSoft or comparable MRP experience.
• Must be analytical with the ability to prioritize and execute.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams and build consensus.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Support to the fielding, installation, operation, troubleshooting, and test and evaluation of emerging C-UAS technologies. Assist in the development of training, doctrine, and TTPs in order to efficiently and effectively mature the capability.

The contractor will coordinate and monitor sensitive aspects of the DOD, DOE, or other industrial security program, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Protects classified government information and publishes security awareness for all cleared corporate personnel. Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel. Implements policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss. Evaluates, maintains and/or operates policies, devices, procedures, and methods used for safeguarding information, property, personnel, operations, and materials. Develops and implements policies and procedures for analyzing and evaluating the character, background, and history of employees, candidates for employment, and other persons having or proposed to be granted access to classified or other sensitive information, materials, or work sites. Works to determine who should have classification authority and reviews plans for document and access controls, transmission of sensitive information and materials, and related information controls and safeguards. SUMMARY: The Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Program Manager / SERE Instructor will support the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command (NSWATC) provide advanced training to Naval Special Warfare trainees and other select groups.
This effort includes full professional, technical, logistic, and curriculum service support for four (4) different courses of instruction related to SERE and Personnel Recovery (PR). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Contractor shall provide a Contract Manager for all Contractor matters.
• Responsible for the performance and quality of all work required in this contract.
• Act with full authority and be available to interact, as required, with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) throughout the term of the contract.
• Responsible for validating complaints within 24 hours and resolving as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours from receipt of discrepancy/complaint.
• Provide supervision of all courses defined in this contract and make regular visits to all training locations and sites to evaluate instructor compliance to training objectives, facilities, scenarios, and exercises.
• Evaluate each training location and course a minimum of twice per year.
• Validate training syllabi and instructor guides for SERE training.
• Review, track, maintain, and update, as required, student evaluations, instructor evaluations, student course critiques, and NSWATC End of Training Reports (EOT) per Government standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that refresher and sustainment training in resistance techniques, safety, and other SERE related disciplines are accomplished quarterly, or as directed by the COR and that training is tracked and recorded in the instructor’s training jackets.
• Supervise all personnel, assign all work to employees, and coordinate with the Contracting Officer or COR as necessary.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Program Manager Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Contract or Program Manager for a job of similar size and scope
• At least three (3) years' experience as a SERE Leve l C instructor in the NSW SERE Course of Instruction, or equivalent DoD SERE course, (e.g. Navy, Air Force).
• Must have a working knowledge of the NSW organization and its missions

• Must have a valid driver’s license

JOB TITLE: CONTINGENT – Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Role Player(s)
SUMMARY: The Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Role Player(s) will provide to the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command (NSWATC) provide advanced training to Naval Special Warfare trainees and other select groups.
This effort includes full professional, technical, logistic, and curriculum service support for four (4) different courses of instruction related to SERE and Personnel Recovery (PR). The courses are taught to both Navy SEAL/Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman pipeline students and Combat Support/Combat Service Support (CS/CSS) personnel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Apply direct knowledge of SERE based training to influence training technique and structure
• Display high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training support
• Perform in a military environment

• Potentially handle classified material, publications (DoD SERE and Personal Recovery) and possess knowledge to access required documentation
• The length of the duty day shall vary depending on the scheduled training

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
• Must be familiar with Role Player programs relating to SERE and Personnel Recovery (PR) efforts
• Must be able to successfully complete medical (OPNAVINST 1500.75B) and psychological screenings
• Able to maintain high level of physical fitness (3-mile hike with 45lbs and provide up to 10 hours of instruction)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have a valid state drivers license
• Must be qualified and familiar with all role-play and live fire weapons used in the performance of their duties in accordance with NSWC policies and procedures
• Must possess the skill and expertise in weapons handling, as required

Role Overview:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review drivers’ Hours-of-Service logs to ensure accuracy, as required; report discrepancies to appropriate leadership member
• Assist city operations, including but not limited to, checking-in drivers and processing related documentation, coordinating drop-off situations, coordinating driver collections, etc.
• Communicate with sales, operations and other service centers and/or departments to ensure customer’s needs are achieved and all issues are resolved
• Reconcile cash and checks collected, prepare deposits and prepare COD check remittance to customers, as required
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
