4. Structural Design Engineer- Hanover PA
The Structural Design Engineer is responsible for the structural design of design/build projects. The Structural Design Engineer will accomplish this by performing the necessary structural design tasks for a given project or coordinating with outside professional consultants to complete the structural design and drawings as part of the project permit package.
Pay: $70,000-$90,000 per year
Job Duties:
• Design
- Design building systems and components to current building codes and owner's needs.
- Create a set of calculations to be reviewed by a professional engineer.
- Answer questions from design team as needed to complete permit ready drawings utilizing discretion and independent judgment.
- Oversee and manage CAD draftsmen in order to create structural drawings.
- Keep structural specifications up-to-date with current codes and industry standards.
• Construction Review
- Review applicable shop drawings to ensure they meet specifications of the construction documents.
- Visit jobsites for completeness inspections as required for CEI Quality Control.
- Respond to and solve field issues in a timely manner.
Employment Standards:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification.

(OCONUS) V1 Analytical Solutions seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as: at the Expert level to support a USSOCOM contract.
The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals.
The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include

The Pike and San Isabel National Forests will soon be advertising and filling two Archaeological Technician positions: one at the South Park Ranger District with the duty station in Fairplay, Colorado, and one on the San Isabel National Forest with a duty station of either Salida, CO or Leadville, CO. These positions offer a career opportunity for individuals to participate in an active archaeological program. The selected individuals will receive annual leave, sick leave, and federal retirement benefits. The selectees will also be eligible for federal health benefits, life insurance, and the Thrift Savings Plan. These are permanent part-time positions (guaranteed 13 pay periods), that may be extended beyond the core tour of duty at the District Ranger’s discretion, if funding and project work is available. Government housing may be available in Leadville and Fairplay.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
The selected applicant will be required to wear a Forest Service uniform, safely drive field vehicles in rugged terrain, and must have a valid state driver’s license. The position will require hiking in remote locations, in rough terrain, and on steep slopes while carrying up to 25 pounds of field gear. Field work will be in high mountain forest settings with exposure to rain, snow, cold, heat, dust, insects, wind, and lightning. The selected applicant may lead crews to conduct archaeological surveys and inventories in support of Heritage Program requirements; identify, describe, and document cultural resources; prepare cultural resource site forms to document findings; gather and download field GIS data on a professional grade GPS unit; make National Register eligibility recommendations for archaeological sites; prepare and finalize archaeological site documentation from field surveys; write reports for projects; and utilize ArcGIS software to analyze data and prepare maps for site forms and reports.
Makes recommendations to be used in "determinations of effect" and "determinations of eligibility" by the archaeologist. Enters site and inventory information into databases. Responsible for the preparation of archeological and historical information to create interpretive materials for display and dissemination. Researches reference materials such as State and National register files, historic documents, archeological reports, maps and aerial photos, and interviews source individuals concerning project areas. Insures that archeology work assignments are carried out in safe, timely manner according to established standards and procedures. Reviews work in progress to see that standards for pre-field research, survey design, site recording, graphics, and final report are being met. Advises other employees on methods of cultural resource inventory and provides written instructions, research materials and supplies to all involved in planning and operation of natural resource activities.
This position may serve on interdisciplinary teams to complete NEPA projects and provide input to planning efforts with potential archaeological impacts. The position serve as on the District team with duties that include additional assignments as requested by the District Ranger.
Leadville Ranger District:
CAMPGROUNDS & PICNIC AREAS: The District manages the Turquoise Lake and Twin Lakes Recreation Areas. These two areas provide camping, day use, boating, fishing, and hiking recreation opportunities. There are 15 developed campgrounds on the district. All fee sites are operated by concessionaires.
TRAILS: Over 350 miles of non-motorized trails including the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail and the Colorado Trail are on the District. There are numerous partners and volunteers including the Colorado Trail Foundation and the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative. There are ten peaks over 14,000 feet on the District.
WILDERNESS: The District is the lead manager for the Mount Massive, Collegiate Peaks, and Buffalo Peaks Wilderness areas which cross into the Salida and South Park Ranger Districts. A portion of the Holy Cross Wilderness is on the District.
WINTER RECREATION: The District manages the special use permit for Ski Cooper ski area, Tennessee Pass Nordic Center ski trails, and the Chicago Ridge Backcountry Snow Cat Skiing permits. Ice fishing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling are all popular on the District.
OUTFITTER-GUIDES: Twenty permitted guides providing environmental education, hiking, backpacking, low impact camping, mountain biking, horseback riding, x-country skiing; fishing and hunting. An additional 20 guides operate on the District from neighboring units.
Community Information:
Average annual rainfall is 15 inches; average annual snowfall is 130 inches; average summer high temperature is 65-70 (July); average winter high temperature is 15-20 (January). The town of Leadville is at an elevation of over 10,000 feet.
The population of Leadville is 3,000 and Lake County is 7,000. Housing costs for apartments range from $600-1000 per month. Average selling price for three bedroom, two bath home is $125,000 and up. Leadville has a hospital, dentists, family practice doctors and visiting specialist doctors. Schools include Preschool & Day Care, Lake County School District (K-12), and the Timberline Campus of Colorado Mountain College (2-yr College). Various denominations of churches are available in the community.
The nearest airports are the Denver International Airport and the Colorado Springs Airport. The nearest large cities are Denver 103 miles; Colorado Springs, 130 Miles; Copper Mountain, 30 miles; Vail 40 miles and Buena Vista, 35 miles.

Salida Ranger District: The Salida Ranger District is located in the San Isabel National Forest, and is situated within the Upper Arkansas River Basin which is located in central Colorado; about 3 hours south of Denver. The Ranger District is located in the “Home of the Fourteeners” and the “Heart” of Colorado with fourteen thousand foot peaks towering over the western side of the valley. The climate is unique in that the valley boasts over 300 days of sunshine with low amounts of precipitation. The valley is irrigated by snow melt with climate zones varying from foothills and montane to sub-alpine and alpine on the peaks.
Locally, the valley is known as the “Banana Belt” of Colorado because of the outstanding climate. Recreation opportunities abound and include premier Mountain biking along the Crest Trail, skiing and snowboarding at Monarch Ski Area, white water rafting on the Arkansas River and hiking, climbing peaks, riding horses and four-wheeling along mountain roads and trails on the District. Big game hunting is a popular fall activity along with fishing opportunities at high lakes and along the Arkansas River. Salida and the upper Arkansas Valley are truly a recreation destination for visitors from Colorado and neighboring states.
The Salida Ranger District manages a total of 448,885 acres, and intersects five counties. Three wilderness areas are located on the District. Browns Canyon National Monument was designated in 2015 and is jointly managed with BLM. The Monarch Ski and Snowboard area is located 20 miles west of Salida and it operates under permit with the US Forest Service. Monarch has been an anchor business in the local area for more than 75 years, employing many residents on a seasonal basis and offering some of the best natural snow in the state.
The Community
Salida is the county seat for Chaffee County with a population of around 5,500 in the city limits and a total of 15, 359 in the county. The elevation is 7,036 feet making growing seasons short but an abundant local agricultural movement has sprung up in recent years. Local growers support a Farmers Market on Saturdays through the summer and fall seasons. Summertime festivals and events occur nearly every weekend during the summer months. Salida is home to one of the largest historic districts in the State of Colorado and many of the historic buildings have been restored and revitalized into a thriving downtown area that sports art galleries, fine restaurants, breweries and recreation related shops. Buena Vista located 26 miles north of Salida is a smaller community but similar in many ways to Salida with a quaint historic downtown and a new sustainably built South Main area with retail and residential shops and homes. Poncha Springs is a bedroom community for the valley and it is located 5 miles west on Hwy 50.

Medical Facilities: Salida is home to the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center. The medical center was constructed in 2008. It offers 20 beds with a state-of-the-art birthing suite, emergency services, surgery including orthopedic and sports medicine specialties. Life flight services are provided and the hospital is rated as a top trauma center for central and southern Colorado. Nursing home facilities are available in both Salida and Buena Vista.
Schools and Colleges: Salida has a solid K-12th grade system with a newly constructed elementary and high school and a nearly new middle school. Buena Vista has a high school, middle school and elementary facilities. Colorado Mountain College has campuses in Buena Vista and Leadville. Both communities have strong Boys and Girls Clubs for after school programming.
Churches and Worships Centers: There are various denominations represented in the valley.
Housing: No government housing is available. Rentals typically range from $800/month for a one-bedroom apartment in downtown Salida to $1100 to $1600 per/month for a three bedroom house. Rentals are difficult to find because of fluctuations in seasonal employments and economic factors. Realtors may have a list of properties that are managed as rentals. Home prices are relatively high compared to other areas in the West, ranging from $175,000 for a small 2 bedroom home to $350,000 for a larger 3 bedroom home. Local realtors can give a listing of recent home sale prices.
Public Transportation: Commercial airlines fly out of Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Denver. Bus service via a shuttle is available for destinations in Denver and Pueblo. Small aircraft services are available at the Salida and Buena Vista airports.

South Park Ranger District: The South Park Ranger District receives a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) above the Rest of the USA (RUSA) rate as part of the Denver metropolitan area counties. The South Park Ranger District office is located in Fairplay, Colorado at 9,953 feet elevation. The district is approximately 540,296 acres in size, including two Wilderness areas (Lost Creek and Buffalo Peaks), and is located in Park and Teller counties. Elevations on the District range from 7,200 to over 14,000 feet and the area has multiple outdoor recreation opportunities including hunting, fishing, mountain biking/hiking/climbing, camping, and winter sports. The district has over 1,000 miles of private land boundary, which includes adjacent ownership with BLM, Forest Service and State land, but is primarily private lands. Communities within the district include Alma, Como, Guffey, Hartsel, Jefferson, Lake George and Florissant. The district surrounds the geographic feature of “South Park”, one of four mountain parks in Colorado. A “park” is a relatively flat, high-elevation basin surrounded by mountain ranges on all sides.
The minerals program on the South Park Ranger District is one of the largest in Region 2 and has over 4,000 unpatented mining claims. The range program is “zoned” on the Pike NF and includes three districts spanning 1.1 million acres (Pikes Peak, South Platte, and South Park.
The fuels/timber program focus is on implementing the Front Range Fuels Strategy and providing public firewood. Most treatment areas are located within the ponderosa-montane vegetation type on highly erodible, decomposed granitic soils, with emphasis on fuels reduction to adjacent private properties. The district is involved in the planning and implementation of prescribed burning annually.
The fire program is active in fire suppression in an interagency WUI environment and also supports implementation of the Front Range Fuels Strategy. Numerous fires have occurred including the Hayman Fire (137,000 acres) in 2002.
The recreation program oversees 700 plus miles of roads, 240 miles of trails, 20 campgrounds and 6 picnic areas. In addition, there are two special recreation areas within the district: Jefferson Lake (which includes 3 campgrounds, 3 picnic areas, and the lake) and Eleven Mile Canyon, a spectacular cliff-lined river drainage with 6 campgrounds and 4 picnic areas. A large variety of special use permits are administered also.
The District has about 23 permanent year round staff, and from 10 to 20 additional staff during summers.
Community Information:
Fairplay is located in central Colorado in Park County, approximately 85 miles southwest of Denver and 85 miles west-northwest of Colorado Springs at the intersection of U.S. Highway 285 and Highway 9. Fairplay lies within the geographic feature of “South Park.” South Park covers over 900 square miles and is surrounded by the Mosquito, Park, Platte River, Kenosha, and Tarryall mountain ranges. The town sits on the edge of the Middle Fork of the South Platte River and was originally founded as a mining town in the mid-to-late-1800s with the discovery of gold and silver. Fairplay is a bedroom community to Breckenridge and Summit County and is influenced economically and socially by the ski industry.
Summer recreation and tourism center on multiple outdoor recreation opportunities including trout fishing, boating, rafting (nearby), horseback riding, hot springs (nearby), backpacking, gold panning, golfing (nearby), mountain biking/hiking/climbing, and camping. Winter sports include hunting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, and alpine skiing (Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, A-Basin, Monarch, and Loveland). The South Park Recreation center is located in Fairplay and includes weight facilities, cardio machines, dance classes, exercise classes, swimming pool, skate park, and babysitting services.

The Park County Re2 School district has received an 8 out of 10 score from the Great Schools group. Branches of the Colorado Mountain College are located in Summit County and access to several classes is available through South Park High School. The rural branch of Red Rocks Community College may be accessed through the Park County Library in Bailey.
CHURCHES: Churches in the town of Fairplay include: South Park Christian Chapel (non-denominational), Fairplay Seventh Day Adventist Church, Fairplay Southern Baptist Church, South Park Community Church (Presbyterian), and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
REMARKS: Grocery shopping can be done at Prather’s Market, a moderate-sized store in Fairplay. Larger markets can be found in Summit County (City Market, Safeway, Walmart, Target), Buena Vista (City Market, Alco), Conifer (Safeway, King Soopers), and Salida (Safeway, Walmart).
A variety of hotels, restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in Fairplay. The community also sports a library, and “South Park City” an open-air museum showcasing buildings and furnishings from the 1880s.
Annual Events include: South Park Music Tour, Ladies Run (motorcycles), The Park County Fair, Burro Days (a celebration which hosts the World Championship Pack Burro Race), Alma Festival in the Clouds (music & art), and an annual Christmas Celebration and Holiday Bazaar.

TigerSwan is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Flexible Implementation Assessment Team (FIAT). Primary duties is provide technical assistance to the program staff at the Program Office and the field offices in monitoring the program. The M&E Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating programs and projects, both new and established, providing accountability and ensuring efficiency and success from start to finish. S/he will be responsible for establishing, modifying and monitoring key performance indicators to report and record cost effectiveness for specific programs and projects within INL’s programs of Corrections, Justice and Counter Narcotics. The M&E specialist will also serve as the Information Technologist. S/he will assist with loading survey tools onto mobile application devices. The Technologist will control permissions on the SharePoint site to ensure information located on the SharePoint is only available to those individuals with a valid need to know thus ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and locations dealing with shelters, Gender Based Violence (GBV) and associated concerns. This position may also include network management, software development and database administration. The information technologist will liaise as required with INL to ensure information is uploaded to and assessable on Tableau. S/he may also provide technical support to FIATs deployed employees and train non-technical workers on information systems.
Summary:
•Provide technical assistance in the design of questionnaires for surveys and key information, in-depth interviews, as well as other tools, and provide quality control of data collection.
•Conduct sampling; and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
•Assist in preparing datasets and drafting quarterly reports that consolidate data from site visits and other monitoring tasks.
•Coordinate and deliver trainings on monitoring and evaluation, information & communication technologies (ICT) and monitoring tools for INL staff, FIAT contractors and Afghan local national staff (enumerators).
•Provide survey-related design, administration, and evaluation guidance and expertise to program officers and FIAT staff. Guidance includes coaching and/or mentoring staff on assignments and providing leadership on tasks.
•Assist in the use of innovative technologies such as GIS, mobile phones for data collection and techniques for visualizing data to improve FIAT’s M&E practice.
•Present and/or defend FIAT team products and results with INL leadership and external stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Experience developing and administering survey instruments, protocol, and procedures.
•Ability to understand complex business processes to support new initiatives within the existing culture of an organization.

CSRA is seeking a Senior Mobile Security Analyst to support our Department of State client. This is a unique and challenging opportunity in the Cyber Threat Analysis Division and Technical Analysis and Special Operations Branch (TASO). TASO is a technical analysis group and is the last stop for many challenging technical security issues within the organization.
This person needs to be experienced, inquisitive and able to research new highly technical subjects. Perform analysis of mobile devices, and host and network logs to identify malicious Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) activity. Perform digital forensics on media associated with compromised hosts to assess the scope and nature of intrusions. Identify and dissect highly targeted attacks and other suspicious activity using a variety of network based tools. Provide accurate and rapid reporting of in-depth technical analysis results in written form. Works independently and provides mentorship to junior technical staff as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Identify threats to the Department from the mobile platform
· Research/Deep Dive into potential exploitation methods
· Provide recommendations to operate with the most secure technical configurations and settings for mobile devices
· Identify and analyze Network Security appliance logs
· Hunt for activity that is not normally detectable through security appliances
· Provide mitigation suggestions in the context of a security incident, as it relates to the technical analysis of malware or other attack artifacts
· Perform independent research to better understand complex technical problems
· Provide oral briefings on complex technical subjects to senior management and other non-technical audiences
· Build and lead a team of analysts focused on mobile threat analysis and mobile security concerns
Qualifications:
Experience of 5+ years with 2 or more of the following is desired:

This position supports Department of State Blue Team efforts to perform vulnerability analysis in order to develop a risk picture of the enterprise and provide tailored remediation strategies to stakeholders. Vulnerability analysis includes high profile, high impact vulnerabilities, response to zero day threats and routine periodic reports. This position serves as the liaison to various IT operational teams to plan, coordinate and track mitigation and remediation activities.
Responsibilities:
•Blue Team roles include risk assessment, detailed technical recommendations and coordination of remediation and mitigation strategies.
•Develop and perform high-speed discovery, configuration auditing, asset profiling, sensitive data discovery, compliance and vulnerability analysis of the overall enterprise security posture. Job Responsibilities:

G-Chief will brief the Government-provided “guerrilla unit members” on their roles and responsibilities, assemble the group of guerrilla role-players, verify personal equipment, gather guerrilla in-processing data, and submit it to the senior JECG member at the site. Provide written After-Action-Report input and participate in AARs or Hotwash events. Drive long distance between multiple exercise locations. Provide daily reporting in prescribed format. Be capable of manning an assigned station or target area and/or move along designated routes with or without direct JECG support. Be capable of performing rudimentary light infantry tactics at the direction of the exercising unit chain of command and the JECG. Be capable of acting out assigned roles as enemy or friendly persons or civilian non-combatants IAW the exercise scenario and JECG guidance. Be prepared to simulate combat in a training environment. Be prepared to represent the guerrilla group in all key interactions with training unit personnel. Report health, welfare, and safety concerns to the senior JECG member at each site upon discovery. Provide updates to the Government Observe/Controller in the daily conduct of the health, welfare, and safety of the guerrilla role-player group, which includes, but is not limited to, food, water, rest, sanitation, and discipline of the guerrilla force, provide attention for sick or injured group members, coordinate tasks so as not to threaten the welfare of the guerrilla force, assess risk for each training event and conduct group activities in concert with the assessment. When exercised unit personnel are present during role-playing, the unit may assume control of the guerrilla force as part of the scenario with approval from the government JECG representative on the ground. Be prepared to accompany exercised unit during training events and provide observation and control measures. During the training development function, the G-Chief shall assist the JECG in the professional development of exercised unit personnel through the development, modification, or execution of the exercise scenario. The preponderance of the scenario is not to be developed by the contractor. Provide amplification of base products already prepared prior to the contract base period. At the end of exercise (ENDEX), the G-Chief shall recommend feasible changes to the exercise scenario based on lessons learned, characteristics of the area of operation, and other factors. Recommendations will be suitable to the learning objective of each sub-phase, local constraints or realities and will increase the probability of unit exposure to training challenges and unit achievement of training objectives.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Former Special Forces (SF) Officer (O4 or above), CW3 or above or SF NCO (MSG/SGM/CSM with successful Team Sergeant Time)
• SME on all aspects of Unconventional Warfare or quantifiable previous experience as a G-Chief
• Level III Graduate with certification
• Five-years of Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA/ODB) experience
• Officers shall have been former Detachment Commanders and Company Commanders
• Physically capable of hiking 10km cross-country w/45 pound ruck sack/day pack
• Cleared by a medical physician (physical examination) to participate in each session. A sports physical conducted by a family care physician is acceptable

•Conduct network analysis; understand collection operations on digital networks; and associated legal authorities required by US Law and DoD policy.

•Identify, assess, report on adversary computer network capabilities and vulnerabilities that could pose a threat to maneuver units weapons, computers, communications, and operations.
•Use technical references to analyze information.
•Conduct threat research and analysis, threat documentation; define information requirements (IR) for operational advisors deployed globally.
•Facilitate the timely and accurate development of materiel and non-materiel solutions to capability gaps derived from AWGs tactical observations by conducting DOTMLPF-P analysis. •Assist with creating operationally integrated CEWO test, evaluation and training environment, and facilitate concept development to identify emerging threats and capabilities.
•Conduct analysis to support DOTMLPF-P implications of identified gaps, new capabilities and requirements. (Two per month or as needed to facilitate solution/capability development).
•Prepare, edit, and package professional information papers, quad charts and other documents in support of capability/solution development and emerging asymmetric threats and operational needs (12 per calendar year on average).
•Assist project managers and actively participate in Integrated Support Team (IST) meetings to facilitate solution development and provide continuity from project initiation through DOTMLPF-P integration (two per month).
•Support the development of solutions to capability gaps derived from AWG’s tactical observations and trends (level of effort determined during Tactical Mission Summary (TMS) and running estimate reviews).
•Assist in conducting assessments and market research on emerging technologies and assist in developing plans to continuously optimize technology for improving future capabilities to defeat asymmetric threats (three per month).
•Draft training instruction materials for deploying and non-deploying units to train Soldiers in CEWO threats and CEWO defensive measures at the tactical level (average five per calendar year).
•Provide technical and operational expertise to assist development of realistic training and operational scenarios (approximately ten per year).
QUALIFICATIONS

Job Responsibilities: Provide classroom, simulator and in-flight instruction, in accordance with applicable DoD, USSOCOM, Air Force and ANG instructions to meet USAF proficiency and qualification standards on Air Force-administered written examinations and flight evaluations for preparatory courses, initial qualification (basic, instrument, mission), transition (conversion, re-qualification), upgrade qualification (instructor, aircraft commander, special mission, evaluator), and key staff, continuation, refresher course, etc. training as required to meet the On-Time Graduation and annual student throughput requirements of this contract.
Minimum Requirements:
•Active TS/SCI security clearance.
•Must have 1,000 MP hours (all aircraft flown) and 300 hours in similar type aircraft.
•Current flight physical, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
•Must be instructor qualified in MC-12 and current within the last 2 years; if not instructor-qualified in MC-12, must have been instructor-qualified in a tactical ISR platform, to include the AC-130, within the previous 4 years, as long as the following conditions are met:
◦8 years of military operational flying duty.
◦At least 2 years or 200 hours experience as an in-flight instructor in the proposed MDS and associated mission sets.
◦In lieu of MC-12 qualification, SOF-experienced pilots with BE-300 type rating with Proline 21 differences certification are acceptable.

Position Purpose:
In a team oriented work environment, under moderate supervision, performs a variety of structural assembly operations in a production department.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1. Perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures and varied drilling and riveting operations; ensures parts/assembly meet requirements. 2. Rivet structural assemblies and parts using all tools required to do the job (e.g. portable riveting guns, pneumatic guns, pneumatic drills, counter sinks, rivet shavers, files, reamers, rivets). 3. Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations, type size and hole pattern for rivets. 4. Check all work and ensure a defective free assembly prior to final inspection. 5. Maintain and use all logs and records (e.g. MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs). 6. Align and assemble parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners. 7. Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supports the company 5S Program and complies with all safety regulations. 8. Work under moderate supervision on duties and tasks. 9. Support Lean Activities.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Barbaricum seeks a Cyberspace Operations Specialist to support exercises for a US Army Asymmetric Warfare Group program. Responsibilities include the following:
• Advise and assist with the development of tailored cyberspace training for AWG personnel.
• Provide instruction to AWG personnel on the fundamentals of CO.
• Provide information on emerging threats in cyberspace and offer advice on how to counter these threats.
• Advise and assist on the development of integrating cyber capabilities into AWG facilities for experimentation, assessments, and training.
• Assist AWG and AWG-supported units to understand the cyberspace domain and how to integrate military operations from the cyberspace domain to the other warfighting domains of land, sea, air, and space.
• Provide advice on assistance on how the various information-related capabilities (IRC) in IO (psychological operations, military deception, operations security, etc.) can be combined in their employment with CO to achieve specific effects.
• Provide advice and assistance on cyber electromagnetic activities (CEMA) to include Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO).
• Provide advice and assistance on how cyberspace can be utilized for friendly messaging efforts and countering adversary messaging efforts.
• Identify capability gaps in CO and CEMA and develop materiel and non-materiel solutions to close these capability gaps and assists with integrating these solutions to supported units and within the Army.
QUALIFICATIONS • TS/SCI Clearance

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Barbaricum seeks a certified Armorer to support a US Army Asymmetric Warfare Group program. Responsibilities will include the following:
• Provide instruction to AWG members on small arms related topics during approximately 10 hours per month.
• Provide weapons repair tech support during scheduled AWG ranges at Fort Meade, MD approximately 5-10 hours per week as well as support to individuals firing in the AWG Pittman indoor expending over 50,000 rounds of ammunition each year.
• Perform 10-15 hours per week of sustainment level repairs to firearms and firearm related equipment to include fitting and gauging barrels, adjusting headspace, hand-fitting parts, and adjusting sights.
• Perform annual inspection/gauging and unscheduled weapons maintenance on at least 1000 weapon systems of varying calibers and capabilities.
• In conjunction with AWG Government personnel, perform technical and mechanical analysis or evaluation of newly developed or experimental weapons, body armor, and other military equipment and report results to AWG Government personnel.
• Apply mathematical formulas to compute ballistic performance grafts.
• Research and review manuals, articles, guidelines, blueprints, sketches, and professional/technical publications to remain professionally proficient.
• Travel to Fort A.P. Hill facility (AWTC) approximately 5 days per month to provide back-up armament support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS • Secret Clearance
• Armorer or maintainer Certification by any major firearms company is required.
• A gunsmith degree from an accredited civilian institution preferred.
