Position and Description: Mechanics / Technicians (Multiple Openings): As a Mechanic or Technician with Republic Services you will be doing the majority of your work in the maintenance shops around the facilities. You will need to perform repairs and maintenance on conveyors, light trucks, compactors, recycling equipment, loaders, dozers and solid waste trucks. Typically these repairs will be routine maintenance such as repairing conveyers, hydraulic systems, brake systems, transmissions, electrical systems, engines, balers and compactors. You will have to read the Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR's) and communicate with the operators for clarification and discuss PM techniques. Additionally you must complete all paperwork associated with repairs, part usage and close work orders. Salaries will range from $33,200 - $45,760 (hourly) with the opportunity for Overtime and, depending on location, a tool allowance program.

Locations: Republic Services has IMMEDIATE NEEDS to fill openings in their maintenance departments. They currently have openings in the following states: Texas, Louisiana & Mississippi

In direct support of SBIRS Operations Directorate, Vehicle Operations and Engineering (VO&E) / Flight Operation Support (FOS), will provide technical expertise and system engineering expertise to Interim Operations at the Interim Test Center in Boulder Colorado , to include providing space vehicle technical analyst (TA) support for the SBIRS missions for readiness, launch, early orbit test, and extended test operations.

Provide inputs to the collection and reporting of applicable metrics for status briefings of the FOS operations product development for the VO&E / Flight Operations Support Manager. Requires satellite and mission operations, integration, and/or systems engineering experience. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are required. Candidate must demonstrate previous leadership, customer relations, and a background in classified satellite programs. American K-9 Detection Services, Inc. has been awarded contracts and is currently hiring experienced Narcotics and Explosives Single and Dual Purpose K9 Handlers, Trainers and Kennel Masters for deployment overseas to Afghanistan and Baghdad. 11. Mission Coordinator - Navy or Marine Fighter Pilot (Yuma, AZ)

Salary Range $85/90K with relocation of $2500-$5000

Coordinates all mission support from mission scenario development to live operational support to post-mission debrief and evaluation.
Responsible for development, production, and continuous update of written, photographic, and videotape training aids and materials for mission planning; familiarization of aircrews with range capabilities, assets, and operational procedures with detailed debriefings. Supports planning and coordination for agencies participating in or supporting training operations on the range complex. Ensures mission data reduction support is provided. Compiles a daily after-action mission summary of training assets scheduled and used with explanations of deviations. Includes RTO comment sheets. Conducts RTO Certification Training.

Maintains the Automated Spectrum Planning, Engineering, Coordination, and Tracking System (ASPECTS) and/or SECTRUM-XXI frequency management databases and maintains a listing of all frequency assignments on the range with renewal dates and requests renewal from the responsible government frequency manager. Maintains and on-line database for all active and authorized frequencies used on the range. Participates in range frequency/spectrum meetings as requested. Maintain anon-line copy of the unclassified Spectrum Management Information Database.
Uses IEMS for operations coordination as well as maintenance action reporting.

The FTR position is responsible for performing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance assuring aircraft is available for customer flight missions on an ongoing basis. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining parts inventory while at remote sites; maintaining communication with company headquarters; and continuously improving knowledge and capabilities on assigned aircraft.

Minimum requirements include an A&P Certificate coupled with vocational/ training in aviation systems and maintenance or completion of a degree program in general aviation maintenance. OPPORTUNITY
Hands-on, direct command and control of a high priority intelligence collection sensor.

POSITION DUTIES
Perform as an integral part of a collaborative intelligence collection operations cell while being the team's collection sensor expert.
a) Collaborate with internal & external ops cell SMEs to design and implement collection missions against high priority intelligence targets.
b) Verify and transmit all system commands to the operational payload; possess a thorough understanding of how specific commanding actions effect the greater mission objectives.

EXPERIENCE
Required: Approximately 6 years of payload operations experience with 4 years of specific sensor operations supporting an intelligence collection management mission area.
Desired: Approximately 10 years of payload operations experience with approximately 5-7 years experience supporting a legacy intelligence collection sensor.

EDUCATION
Required: Formal training in advanced signal analysis or processing or other associated technical field

Position Summary:
Manage, maintain, control and preserve the architectural integrity and asset value of the facility’s infrastructure to meet highest company standards, which includes regularly scheduled facility inspection, building construction/maintenance, electrical construction/maintenance, HVAC, property and grounds upkeep, fire & life safety and regulatory compliance. Manages resources and supervises diverse work force which provides 24 x 7 support.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establishes workplace procedures/policies, recommends and implements preventative measures to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.
Ensures compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, OSHA, EPA, HAZMAT, and Health, Fire & Life Safety.
Directs activities of workers engaged in 24x7 operation and maintenance of facilities. Staff may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Ensures certification of staff in all responsible areas.
Schedules and conducts frequent inspection of facilities, grounds and equipment to determine need and extent of service, repair and equipment required and to ensure employee safety. Inspects and ensures maintenance of security fence perimeter, entry gates and surveillance systems. Maintains accurate PMI documentation.
Ensures overall maintenance of the site’s appearance to meet company standards. Manages and maintains grounds to ensure operation of irrigation systems, removal of weeds, care of lawns and ornamental plants and erosion prevention/control.
Plans and administers department budget. Recommends infrastructure improvements to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness of site operations. Purchases building and maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment and furniture.
Directs, monitors and controls contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications and ensure deadlines are met. May prepare construction specifications or plans, obtain advice from engineering personnel, assemble and analyze contract bids, and submit bids and recommendations to management team.
Manages outside vendor contracts including janitorial and special cleaning requirements (building facades, antennas, data centers and on-air areas), annual maintenance agreements, fueling, painting, general contractors and pest/insect control.
Represents the site at internal and external meetings and communicates information to senior management. Provides project reports and significant operational data to senior management on a timely basis.
Other duties may be assigned as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Hires, trains and supervises department personnel. Determines type and number of operations and maintenance personnel needed to accomplish tasks. Compiles records of labor and material cost for operating building and specifications or plans. Conducts required performance reviews and recommends promotions, demotions and other disciplinary action for employees assigned to the department including termination.
Education/Experience/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
A minimum of 8 years experience in building construction/ maintenance. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience managing a large-scale facility.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
