TARCG is working with a European, leading aircraft engineering company that is currently seeking an accomplished Technical Services Manager to join their growing operations in Stansted. This role is essential to the success of the Maintenance Department and offers an outstanding opportunity for an individual looking to play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency within the aviation industry.
Role Summary: The Technical Services Manager will support the Maintenance Department to ensure that technical resources, systems, and processes are in place to uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational fluidity.

Technician handles performance and the day-to-day operations of

Management Specialists to support SOF by developing products that
enhance situational understanding of threat networks employing or

will provide operational fusion and support to CWMD and CP analysis used
to inform SOF Commanders and Staff. You will teach capabilities and

in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the
supported unit while providing an operational perspective to the
products, which include target and network analysis. Positions require

Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length. While deployed you will
embed with SOF to provide operational advice to Commanders and Staff
regarding planning CWMD, Crisis Response, and Countering Threat Networks
Ops. You will coordinate requests for support (RFS). While providing
reach-back support, you will support embedded teammates, manage RFS' and
work with a variety of SOF units. You will assist with pre-deployment
training, conduct professional development, and mentor new members of
the team.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Understanding of how Multi-INT analysis supports the planning of SOF Ops
- Must be a Special Forces, Ranger Regiment, SMU, MARSOC, or SEAL Senior
NCO, Warrant Officer, or Field Grade Officer

SUMMARY
This is a position with the Prototype and Manufacturing Division (PMD) machine shop at Lakehurst. The Prototype and Manufacturing Division provides critical hardware to the fleet. We overhaul arresting engines and launch valves and are the sole source of supply for the cables used for aircraft arrestment (i.e., purchase cables and cross deck pendants), we manufacture hardware in response to fleet emergencies, and we manufacture a wide range of support equipment and test this equipment appropriately. We are the sole source of supply and last source of supply for critical hardware that is essential to Navy Fleet operations.
PMD produces a large range of machined components from small components approximately one inch in size to large frames and equipment bases that are over 30 feet long. This particular position would involve the operation of Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, and various electric and pneumatic hand tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate new and replacement parts for mechanical equipment.
Plans machining by studying written instructions and specifications. Interprets blueprints, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements. Establishes dimensions and tolerances and lays out work accordingly.
Uses a variety of machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments to set up and operate standard machine tools.
Measures and marks dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining.
Aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.
Selects the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.
Monitors the feed and speed of machines during the machining process. Machines parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
Sets up, adjusts, and operates all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to ensure quality of productions. Reports all machine malfunctions.
May help to resolve machining or quality issues.

Perception IR Special Services, LLC is hiring Weapons of Mass
Destruction Defeat Advisors (WDA) to provide embedded and reach back
support to SOF units involved in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction
(CWMD). You and your team will work to identify, characterize, and
counter WMD and the networks that employ these weapons. You will travel
TDY to embed with and advise National Mission Force and Interagency
Partners at all echelons of command. You will utilize Operations,
Activities, and Investments to identify pathways that illuminate
adversary WMD activities, intentions, and vulnerabilities. You will
serve as an expert in operational planning. You will enable DoD and
interagency partners to hold threat actors at risk in support of
Integrated Deterrence. You will support embedded teammates; answer RFS'
from other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and
Interagency elements) and work closely with a wide variety of customers.
You will support three lines of effort: A) Campaigning, B) Crisis
Response, and C) Exercise Integration. WDAs conduct planning and provide
technical advice on CWMD specialized tasks that include dissuade, deter,
delay, disrupt, destroy, deny, and assure. WDA?s are proficient in
national level concept plans (CONPLANs) for Crisis Response and the
timelines for employment of a National Forces response. WDA?s travel to
Combatant Command Headquarters for the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
planning events. They contribute to a team that designs the concept,
scripts the scenario, and writes injects that meet set objectives. You
will assist with community of interest engagement, conduct professional
development within the team, and mentor new members to ensure they meet
requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- TS/SCI
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant, recent experience or an
Associate Degree with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of experience
with no degree
- Experience planning and supporting operations at a Combatant Command,
Theater Special Operations Command, The Joint Special Operations
Command, a CJSOTF, a Regional Task Force (RTF) or other equivalent joint
formation
- In-depth knowledge of MDMP to include mission analysis, COA
development and CONOP approval briefings, targeting methodologies, CONOP
documents and FRAGOs
- The ability to rapidly learn technical aspects of CWMD policy and
operations assuming expertise in other areas such as authorities
associated with CONPLANs, OPLANS, and EXORDS
- 2+ years providing operational support to one or more SOF command
- Working knowledge of USSOCOM, Interagency, and the DOD enterprise
- Understanding of JP 3-40
- Understanding of SOCOM?s role as the CWMD coordinating authority for
the Department of Defense
