What You’ll Get to Do:
The Paralegal will perform a variety of legal support duties in an office to attorneys (AUSAs) or litigation teams. Assignments vary based on the case, but characteristically involve analyzing legal decisions; compiling substantive information on legal subjects; reviewing and producing discovery; and collecting, analyzing, and evaluating evidence in connection with hearing appeals, litigation, or advisory services when these assignments require a specialized knowledge of law. Among the services to be provided are the following:
Review current legislation, regulations, directives, and decisions of various courts and administrative bodies, bringing information to the attention of AUSAs.
Examine, prepare and process a variety of technical legal documents which are characteristically voluminous and complex in format.
Review incoming material and independently determines the need for assembly and preparation of a variety of legal documents, e.g., complaints, motions, orders, answers, pleadings, and subpoenas.
Maintain regular contact with the applicable federal agencies to ensure provision of complete and timely cooperation in all aspects of assigned cases.
Obtain needed information for files from law enforcement agencies, or other sources, and submit completed legal documents to the appropriate AUSA for review and approval.
Compose original letters not requiring legal interpretations, but that require a good working knowledge of legal and administrative procedures and terminology.
Prepare such legal pleadings as indictments, complaints, search warrants, judgments, applications, notices, affidavits, summonses, subpoenas, motions, responses, etc.
Ensure legal documents are in conformance with rules governing style and format.
Use original and online legal resources, verifies citations and statutory references contained in legal documents.
Ensure citations are complete and consistent with source material.
Produce a variety of written documents and materials utilizing a wide range of office software applications.
Review and examine forms and documents for all cases to ensure completeness and accuracy. If information is missing, initiates correspondence to seek information that will complete the case file in preparation of a hearing.
Provide assistance to AUSAs in preparing trial notebooks, assembling jury instructions, compiling witness and exhibit lists.
Prepare discovery for plaintiffs and/or defendants in accordance with governing rules and regulations and with the approval of the assigned attorneys.
Provide automated litigation support to attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom presentations by utilizing various software applications and graphics hardware.
Establish and maintain a variety of files for AUSAs.
Search legal reference files for information needed by AUSAs in conducting interviews, preparing correspondence, and preparing for hearings and trials. Assemble exhibits, affidavits, and other legal documents from file material.
Produce a variety of written documents and materials utilizing a wide range of office software applications.
Monitor the progress of pending cases and initiates action to ensure that legal pleadings, forms, reports, correspondence, and other documents are prepared and submitted within established deadlines. Keep appropriate staff members informed about the current status of cases.
Compile, organize, and index various discovery and evidence exhibits for trial, and witness testimony, and develop and compile jury instructions to assist AUSAs in preparing for trial.
Work closely with assigned attorney(s) to ensure material is efficiently arranged.
Open and maintain case files, and issue subpoenas compelling the production of evidence or witness testimony.
Produce and provide to the attorney the appropriate legal documents, information, exhibits, or witnesses at the appropriate time during those court proceedings.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires paralegal certificate.
At least one year of litigation paralegal experience required; trial experience very helpful.
Automated litigation support experience valued.
Must have basic legal knowledge, including knowledge of standard legal citation to cite check legal motions and memorandum.
Must have sufficient experience with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw to perform basic legal research.
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, thorough knowledge and hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware systems.
Role also requires basic familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of e-discovery procedures and resources.

Specifically, the Chief System Engineer (CSE) will be responsible for supporting systems and applications on a geographically dispersed Windows 10 Enterprise network with multiple types of servers and server applications. The CSE will be directly responsible for the effective and efficient operation and interconnectivity of a Department of Defense Network and will execute the actions required to correct deficiencies or shortcomings and to improve system performance and efficiency. The CSE will be responsible for performing and overseeing the management of Windows system administrator functions supporting a global Active Directory (AD) infrastructure. General Description

PURPOSE: Provide support to the Office of Special Warfare (OSW) Training Division. This support includes program management, subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, logistics support, role players, facilities, vehicles, and equipment as required to deliver a 15-week course that prepares and qualifies 1st SFC (A) soldiers to serve as a member of a Special Forces Operational Detachment Golf SFOD-G.
DUTIES: The successful candidate’s job tasks include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the coordination, assignment, and performance of all surveillance teams, ensuring
proper surveillance coverage for each JITC student.
Responsible for the design and development of surveillance coordination matrixes depicting surveillance coverage plan.
Compile surveillance coverage reports from surveillance teams and deliver these reports to each
JITC student’s respective mentor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
Must possess eight (8) years of experience with Inter-Agency or military surveillance.
Must be an Emerald Nomad graduate or higher, TSC graduate or higher, Merlin graduate or higher, HTTC gradate or higher.

Instruct students in how to secure a factory fresh computer, configure security and privacy settings, install
encryption, password management, communications, and eraser software.
Expose students to common computer and Wi-Fi exploitations and travel Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) (developed by Special Operations Forces (SOF) operators) to mitigate risk while deployed.
Instruct advanced communications methods using The Onion Router (TOR), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and point to point encryption. These techniques must match military level standard and educate students on the capabilities and limitations of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) items.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess three (3) years’ experience in a SMU, SOF, OGA, or 4th BN TSD planning and teaching NSC use.

PURPOSE: Provide support to the Office of Special Warfare (OSW) Training Division. DUTIES: The successful candidate’s job tasks include but are not limited to:

Provide live environment training for the students that will replicate DoD member’s interactions with a DATT.
Responsible for the instruction, guidance, and close evaluation of all students during this portion of instruction.

Job Title: Asymmetric Threat Operations Research Analyst (ORSA)

Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA), you will provide support to our government client, and forward deployed units, focused on countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build, or employ such threats.
Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for the senior military audience.
You will execute your mission through integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS.
Your expertise will support intelligence teams, social analytical teams, and special operations analytical teams and include actionable insight reporting based on data driven analysis of operations.
You will provide the subject matter expertise that is highly skilled at data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis.
You will analyze unit operations through Operations Research techniques, produce trends assessments and analysis, C-IED analytical products and provide information to the government client regarding the effectiveness of the client initiatives.
Your work will result in relevant and timely analytical support to a range of deployed units including Regional Command, Division Support elements, US Brigade Combat Teams, regimental Combat Teams, Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Support Teams, Special Operations organizations, Coalition Units, Security Force Assistance and Advisory Teams (SFAATs), Provisional reconstruction Battalions, and Global Response Forces.
You will support C-IED/Counter-Improvised Threat efforts, developing pattern analysis methods formulation of recommendations to operational commanders.
You may support units in mission training events, readiness exercises, and pre-deployment rehearsals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics) with 8+ years of experience conducting Operations Research, OR 3+ years of experience with a relevant Master’s Degree
Strong background, education, and experience in mathematics and statistics
Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to senior military and government agency leadership
Prior experience working as an ORSA conducting operations analysis in support of DoD, CCMDs or Services as military, government and/or contractor support
Preferred:

Raven Advisory, LLC has an immediate need for OPFOR Role Player(s) to support the creation of realistic and challenging scenarios to train and evaluate soldiers for future deployments.
Location and Period of Performance: Camp Atterbury/Muscatatuck, range complex, and within the town of Crothersville and Austin, Indiana. The exercise is scheduled for 16-26 August 2021.
Security Clearance: N/A
Responsibilities:
Participate in and support the cultural context of the training area.
Remain in role while in view of the training unit.
Shall understand the contemporary culture, customs, and courtesies of the replicated area of operation and shall be able to contribute to its replication within the exercise scenarios.
Remain on-site during periods specified to train units in reacting to various situations.
Will be trained, equipped, and act in roles which may include the following fictional scenario groups.
Members of local governance/military/police in accordance with the exercise scenario
Members of Security Forces in accordance with the exercise scenario
Local/Common Townspeople in accordance with the exercise scenario
Qualifications:
(Preferred) SOF tactical experience (may be substituted with law enforcement, SWAT, customs and border control, or sheriff’s department experience) within the last ten (10) years.
Must be authorized to fly on military helicopters.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to effectively carry out all contract requirements.
Must be U.S. citizen.
Must be able to pass a background check and security review.
Must be willing to provide a photograph and personal data to build profile.
Physical Fitness. Must be able to walk over uneven terrain for a total of two-four miles, jog for at least 100 feet, climb three stories and be able to ride in SUV type and pickup truck 3-wheel drive rental vehicles to conduct scenarios as required.
Must be willing to work in local wilderness and bush, work in adverse weather conditions, and conduct dismounted movement in rough terrain.

The Data Conversion Specialist is responsible for analyzing data from legacy vendor applications and converting it to the corresponding OP database tables with as high fidelity as possible. The Data Conversion Specialist will have a strong command of relational database concepts, extensive data analysis skills, and basic familiarity with EHR usage and concepts. Close collaboration with the assigned Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is required. Due to the nature of most conversion projects, availability during evening and weekend hours is required. This is a client-facing role therefore, strong communication skills are imperative.

Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities:
•Analyze flat files and databases from other products to import existing patient demographics and medical records into Office Practicum.
•Review patient data specs to convert data into a readable format for Office Practicum.
•Work with clients and vendors using ETL tools (Pentaho Kettle) to extract, analyze and import data into Office Practicum prior to go-live date.
•Work with business stakeholders to assist with data modeling, or outlining the data requirements to support business processes.
•Develop source-to-target mapping, or data transformation instructions that outline how to convert data in the source system to the target system as well as map the data values.
•Complete test runs on data conversions for import accuracy.
•Work with Implementation leadership to recommend and implement improvements to the data conversion process.
•Document and update work performed in Salesforce to keep OP staff apprised of conversion progress.
•Independently manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion.
•Work according to the timeline and expectation designated by the client and effectively address delays or complications.
•Perform all other duties as assigned by Data Conversion Supervisor and/or Implementation Technical Manager.
Competencies:
•Technology proficiency, including:
◦Working knowledge of SQL and Pentaho Kettle ETL
◦Web-based and server-based applications
◦XML and xpath knowledge
◦Strong object oriented analysis and design skills
◦Basic connectivity standards
◦Javascript or Java experience a plus
◦MySQL experience a plus
•Excellent written and verbal communications
◦Must have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project stakeholders with varied levels of exposure to technical software implementation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

•2 years prior ETL experience, preferably in healthcare IT administration or related discipline.
