The San Juan National Forest, Pagosa Ranger District, may be filling one GS-462-6 Lead Forestry Technician (Handcrew), Assistant Handcrew Supervisor – IA Module (Moderate) position. The tour of duty for this position is 18/8 with the duty station in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. This notification is being circulated to inform prospective applicants of this upcoming opportunity and to determine interest in the position. FOREST SERVICE EMPLOYEES ON THE WORKFORCE REDUCTION AND PLACEMENT LIST WILL RECEIVE PRIORITY CONSIDERATION AND CTAP/ICTAP CANDIDATES WILL RECEIVE THE APPROPRIATE CONSIDERATION.
This position is subject to medical monitoring program. WORK CAPACITY TEST (WCT) for Wildland Firefighters: This position participates in wildland firefighting activities. Based on the type of work performed, TAKING and PASSING the WCT at the ARDUOUS level is a ''condition of employment.'' The Arduous fitness (Pack) Test consists of a three (3) mile hike, within forty-five (45) minutes, while carrying a forty-five (45) pound pack. This position is subject to random drug testing under Executive Order 12564 and USDA Departmental Regulation DR 4430-792-2 (April 14, 2011).
FIREFIGHTER RETIREMENT COVERAGE: This is a primary/rigorous firefighter position under 5 USC 8336(c) (CSRS) and 8412(d) (FERS). Prior wildland firefighting experience is required.
IFPM STATUS: This position is categorized as a Senior Firefighter, Type 2 Handcrew Squad Leader, position in the Forest Service Fire Program Management (FS-FPM), as designated by WO Fire and Aviation Management, the incumbent must meet the qualifications specified in the Qualifications Standards and Guide for Senior Firefighter (SFF). Primary Core Requirement of Firefighter Type 1 (FFT1) and Additional Required Training of S-290; currency required.

HOUSING: Government housing is not available.
TRANSFER OF STATION: Transfer of Station (TOS) is not available for Demo hiring.
POSITION: The incumbent serves as an assistant to the Handcrew Supervisor performing wildland firefighting duties on an IA Module consisting of five to ten firefighters. The work directly relates to wildland fire activities including suppression, preparedness, prevention, monitoring, hazardous fuels reduction, and prescribed burning. The incumbent leads and participates in fireline construction, burnout operations, pump operations, tree felling, and gathering incident intelligence. Monitors fire behavior, fire effects, and fire weather on planned and unplanned wildland fires. As a squad leader, the incumbent will provide leadership, development, training, and mentoring to module and District personnel. This position is expected to support all fuels target accomplishments and District prioritized projects as assigned.

Identity Management Analyst/Instructor
Will provide a variety of identity management (IdM) support services, to include identity assessments, programmatic support, and IdM training course delivery. Will apply IdM subject matter expertise to research and analyze data; identify potential identity-related threats to individuals and/or organizations and devise mitigation strategies; and develop and deliver IdM training content to a variety of student populations. Will provide full lifecycle training support, to include training design and development, delivery, curriculum maintenance, mentoring and coaching. The Identity Management Analyst/Instructor provides direct support to internal and external customers by producing deliverables within specified deadlines, continuing development of expertise in critical performance areas, and supporting the corporate enterprise by conducting multi-modal due diligence research products. The candidate will work both independently and as part of a team environment to ensure identity management excellence to AFC clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Design identity management curricula according to instructional principles and client objectives.
· Deliver formal and informal IdM instruction, to include providing lecture, facilitating practical exercises, and providing Q&A support to students.
· Prepare all course materials, to include practical exercises, pre-course student materials, handouts, and evaluation forms.
· Coordinate training classes, including scheduling of classrooms and facilities.
· Evaluate trends and effectiveness of all IdM courses and modules to determine whether modifications are required.
· Provide identity management research within data aggregators, public records, Internet and social media platforms.
· Compile and analyze data according to specific project intent and goals.
· Complete accurate, concise, and clear reports according to specific project intent and goals, ensuring accurate and complete citations and references.
· Successfully respond to ad hoc due diligence requests from internal and external customers within time constraints and quality control standards.
· Verbally present and summarize findings of due diligence research and research techniques.
· Conduct research to identify emerging identity-related technologies, tools, and practices, and determine applicability to AFC and our client base.
· Position may include other duties as assigned, to include assistance with other programs and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
· Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3-5 years of professional analytical work experience, to include performing online research, analysis, data mining, and report writing.
· At least 1 year of experience developing and delivering formal and informal instruction
· Possess current working knowledge of various tools used in the Identity Management industry, to include: open-source, closed-source or limited access tools, social networking sites (including search techniques and privacy issues) and various data aggregation and mining tools.
· Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering complex and technical projects within timelines.
· Shows initiative on assignments, exercises independent judgment and professionally executes projects with little direction
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated expertise with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher) or related software.
· Demonstrated experience working independently and as a member of a team that interacts effectively with personnel at all levels.

Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for information, conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets through the analysis of open source information, as well as fuse and prioritize multiple open source data sources to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate UAV systems or improvised threats.
The Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through strategic levels while applying a thorough understanding of unclassified data sources and social media exploitation as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence and information associated with UAV systems and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator should understand the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence as well as provide open source, language and cultural subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English.
The Intelligence Integrator must have near-native or native-level understanding of the AO-related language as well as experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to produce actionable and relevant analysis.

Quiet Professionals, LLC (www.QuietProfessionalsLLC.com) is seeking multiple Senior-Level Help Desk Technicians to work on a USSOCOM contract at Fort Bragg, NC.
Job Description:
Interfaces directly with supported end-users to provide hardware, software, network and applications problem resolution. Is familiar with industry standard desktop operating systems and office automation software suites. Junior HDTs must be able to clearly communicate via phone, portals and instant messaging with end users and technicians. Junior HDTs must have experience troubleshooting core services (file, e-mail, print, web, portal and transport). Junior HDTs should be qualified to perform the following functions:
•Serve as the initial point of contact for resolution of desktop/laptop related problems in a 56,000+ customer enterprise.
•Troubleshoot research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office applications, email, other special applications, Internet connections, and hardware/peripheral equipment via telephone.
•Document, track, resolve, and report on problems and work orders using Remedy Action Request database system.
•Monitor networks, secure and non-secure; modify user accounts via Active Directory, submit changes to file management and peripheral devices via Remedy, escalate network incidents, provide direct support to USSOCOM customers located throughout the world.
•Monitor network status remotely using several Network Management Systems, and create applicable work orders for discrepancy resolution as necessary.
•Determine which special team can best resolve the problem and assign the task to the Desktop Support, Customer Support, Network Administration or System Administration Teams when a solution cannot be provided telephonically.
•Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot network, system and application issues.
•Knowledge of workstation hardware and Microsoft Technologies.
•Technical expertise in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of all associated and follow-on operating systems.
•Monitor secure and non-secure networks 24X7 and escalate incidents to system administrators, network administrators, computer security administrators and management teams for resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Two (2) years of college and four (6) years of directly relevant Information Technology Service Desk experience (Professional Certifications may substitute for up to 1 year experience) or eight (8) years’ experience in lieu of education.
•Must hold CompTIA A+, Security + or Network + with enrollment in Continued Education (CE) for that certification (which shall not expire within the first 6 months of hire); Must achieve HDI Certification within six (6) months of hire.
•Preferred Certifications: MCSA, MCP, CompTIA Security+ and ITIL V3 Foundations.
•Must be familiar with Dameware and Terminal Services.
•Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Active TS/SCI.

Job Summary and Responsibilities: Provides skills in analysis, fusion, and visualization of information from multiple intelligence and collateral sources to identify CNO threats to information systems. Provides input in assessing vulnerabilities, threats, threat actors, and motivations. Collect and analyze data using a combination of military intelligence methods and business processes. Work with the Intelligence Community to develop assessments that provide an understanding and resolution to security related events. Assesses impact, determines probable damage, conducts computer forensics, and follow-on analysis to build historical and predictive capabilities. Analyzes CNO threat tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and recommends mitigation strategies based on knowledge of the major IA products and services, an understanding of their limitations, and a working knowledge of the disciplines of IA.
Qualifications
•Ability to coordinate with interagency and work effectively within a task organized "working group" is desired
•Experience with military decision making process a must
•Operations experience is preferred.
•Individuals must be able to work effectively in a team environment under time constraints.
•Superior written, verbal, and analytical , and presentation skills are a must.
•Service and/or Joint level staff action officer experience desired.
•Understanding of Computer Network Operations is a must.
•Combat arms background and Operations experience desired.
Education
•Bachelor’s Degree and Intermediate Level preferred
•Associates degree with at least 8 years of experience in CNO Analysis
•Professional certifications including but not limited to CISSP, Security +, Network +, CCNA preferred and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
