1. Seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a multi-company effort to provide
Instructional and Training Support Services for the Army CASCOM Sustainment
Center of Excellence (SCoE).

Position will be responsible for the planning and management of operations
associated with a large indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ)
contract to lead a multi-company team in support of Army Training support
tasking at Ft. Lee, Virginia. Responsible for the operation of a Program
Management Office (PMO) that provides guidance and direction for multiple,
concurrent task orders.

Duties: Organizes, directs and manages support services for all activities
covered by this contract. Candidate serves as authorized interface with the
customer's Program Directors. Interfaces with their management personnel;
contracts staff, and other officials as required. Responsible for
formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules,
reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and
communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to
subordinates.

Directs and develops business within the Army CASCOM organization; manages
substantial software contract support operations for multiple projects.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all the
contractor's support activities. Brings demonstrated oral and written
communications experience with all levels of management for planning and
control of projects. Capable of in-meeting conference with the customer's
project managers and stating problems in a form capable of being solved;
formulates and reviews project plans, determines cost, and ensures
conformance to work standards. Formulates and enforces work standards,
assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising
contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the
organization to subordinates.

Supervises the PMO's program control and quality assurance support
organizations to ensure all task orders meet the Army requirements; and
serve the customer's needs. Directly supervises the Individual Task
Managers with the performance of Task Order duties. Final authority in
resolving task order personnel management issues. Reviews and approves all
deliverables.

Responsible for the monitoring and managing of multiple subcontractors (6-9
firms). Candidate will have profit/loss responsibility.

Requirements: Must be familiar with CASCOM's mission, technical approach,
and budgeting disciplines. Extensive Army training development and
implementation experience. Detailed understanding and experience with
SAT/ISD. Familiar with Task order request evaluation process and the
identification of the task orders to be bid. Supervises the creation of the
task order's technical solution and supervises the selection of a proposed
staff for the task order. After task order initiation, provides technical
and programmatic leadership.

Education/Experience: Ten years related experience required. Master's
Degree preferred. PMI PMP certification preferred.

2. Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Servicer - Anniston, AL
Duties: Inspects, tests, and operates Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to
determine equipment serviceability and proper operation, services equipment
with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed
air.
Prepares Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for storage and transportation, uses
automated maintenance data systems to maintain equipment records, and
document maintenance actions and maintains external fuel and grounding
systems.
Stencils and marks Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in accordance with
technical publications, stores, handles, labels, uses, and disposes of
hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and
federal environmental standards and regulations, operates, cleans, inspects,
and services GSE towing vehicles. Maintains vehicle records and updates
paper and electronic equipment records. Provides dispatch service for Ground
Support Equipment (GSE).
Requirements: Candidate operates motor vehicles to include, but not limited
to, light, medium, and heavy trucks and MHE, shall maintain a valid state
driver's license with all class and commodity endorsements required by
Public Law 99-570 and state law for the type of vehicle operated or
commodity being transported. Candidate must be able to lift up to a maximum
of 60 pounds. Must be able to obtain or currently have a valid CDL "A"
license with appropriate endorsements to operate vehicles. Secret Clearance
is required.

material handling methods and techniques and preservation servicing
procedures. Contractor performs a variety of warehousing duties which
require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.
Duties: Verifies materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents,
noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages. Routes materials to
prescribed storage locations for storing, stacking, or palletizing materials
in accordance with prescribed storage methods. Rearranges and takes
inventory of stored materials; examines stored materials and reporting
deterioration and damage . Removes material from storage and prepares it for
shipment. May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.

Requirements: Must be proficient in reading and capable of communicating
effectively in English. Candidate must be able to lift up to a maximum of

The Project Supervisor shall be on-site at the Defense Distribution Depot
Anniston, AL (DDAA) for the duration of the contract. The Project Supervisor
will have full authority to act on behalf of CFDay on all matters relating
to contract performance. Has the authority to resolve problems, allocate
resources, manage personnel, and monitor operation performance adhering to
the SOW and those general instructions on limitations deadlines presented by
Government management to ensure complete satisfaction. In the performance of
these duties, the Project Supervisor shall possess the basic knowledge and
skills required to plan, control, manage, and be responsible for the
successful completion of the work and shall be qualified to be the
Contractor's on-site supervisor and POC for Government representatives.
Duties: Supervision of 10 contractor employees. Plans and manages the
project professionally. Schedules work properly to maximize resources.
Provides accurate and timely reports; prevents inefficient or wasteful
methods in the performance of the labor-hour services ordered. Ensures cost
saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as
scheduled at a fair and reasonable cost.
Requirements: Army/USMC Supply (Logistics) NCO - (E5-E8) 5-10 years
Candidate must have the ability to lift up to a maximum of 60 pounds.
Secret Clearance required.
Education/ Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and previous years
of applicable experience. Must have knowledge with receipt and storage to
include Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), inventory, preservation,
packaging, & marking; issue; and shipment preparation for shipment for small
arms using Distribution Standard System & receipt, storage, & issue of major
end items. Candidate must be able to perform the jobs of his subordinates,
if needed.
