TASC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Space C2 and Surveillance Division (SC2&SD) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Support Contract team in their mission to protect our nation. The program manager (PM) is an innovation-minded manager who provides leadership, technical direction, and project management for this large, complex contract.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• The PM will be the primary day-to-day interface with the customer and is directly responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction across the Space C2 and Surveillance Division (SC2&SD) programs.
• Candidate manages day-to-day activities and weekly/monthly rhythms of a 60+ person, multi-company team located in multiple CONUS locations.
• Candidate interfaces with the military and government civilian customers and other mission stakeholders to build customer intimacy and develop strategies to win new business.
• Candidate ensures the team executes the allocated budget per government requirements.
• Candidate works multiple diverse tasks and staffing issues across TASC and subcontractors.
• Candidate leads technical/management activities as directed by the government Program Manager.
• The Candidate uses the Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) as the primary framework for planning and managing the program’s cost, schedule and technical performance from inception through completion.
• The Candidate leads program reviews with customers to discuss contract cost, schedule, technical performance, status of programs/projects and supports the Program Office at Program Management Reviews (PMR) to the SC2&SD community.
• The Candidate supports additional baseline, technical, management and other necessary meetings to foster government insight and support required government oversight of the program. • The Candidate ensures accuracy and timeliness of the monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) and Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR).
• The Candidate supports the negotiations of contracts and contract changes, business plans, new work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms /conditions of the SC2&SD SE&I contract.
• Working with the customer, the Candidate establishes and tracks program metrics.
• The Candidate oversees all program tasks, including Risk Management and the Quality Management System, ensures prevention of non-conformance and coordinates the resolution of problems and corrective actions.
• Implements the Space C2 and Surveillance (SC2&S) Division’s goal of putting “information in the hands of the user”, as the division moves from a product-focus to an information services focus. The business model and processes must transform into an improved near real-time, data-centric organization that will require more flexible and agile engineering and integration processes.
Job Location
• The work would be done at Peterson AFB, CO as a primary location with Hanscom AFB, MA and Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, VA as possible additional supported locations, supporting enterprise engineering activities across primary mission areas of Space C2, Space Situational Awareness and Missile Defense.

Required Skills:
• Master’s Degree with at least ten years of applicable professional experience or Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of applicable professional experience is required.
• Experience managing and leading a contract in the same complexity and size of that of the SC2&S Div SE&I
• Program management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed within cost and on schedule
• Operational understanding of the SC2&S Div portfolio (ITWAA, SMORS, etc) along with vision to establish an enterprise architecture around three fundamental pillars: Enterprise Integration, Systems Engineering, Future Capabilities.
• Skills in solving enterprise-level challenges and the development of innovative solutions are critical.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with senior government and non-government personnel.
• Must be eligible for a TS/SCI required.
Desired Skills:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) highly desired.

7. Director of Franchise Support -- Highlands Ranch, CO
THE JOB: Director of Franchise Support (DFS) is responsible for the operational support and professional business guidance of franchisees within their assigned area. The DFS works together with the Franchise Owner (FO) to help the franchisee to assemble productive teams, grow and become profitable through operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: The DFS is responsible for ensuring system-wide uniformity in relation to operational standards and procedures in all studios within their assigned area. Job Description:
• Produce intelligence products associated with researching, analyzing and evaluation of North Korea, military political leadership, national military strategy, strategic doctrine, regional relations, security issues and their collective impact on our position
• Assist senior analysts in research, analysis, and production of intelligence assessments pertaining to a specific country and/or region based on their political and/or military capabilities to ensure all significant developments relating to those items are continually identified, evaluated, monitored and reported through the appropriate crisis intelligence alternatives
• Conduct initial internal researches utilizing a variety of all-source intelligence databases to obtain, interpret, compile and integrate data to support the development of intelligence reports
• Maintain and manipulate databases, data products, shared directories, and data formats as required
• Assist in preparing studies, publications, briefings, and the tracking of requirements via the chain of command
• Provide input to the maintenance of related databases, systems and mechanisms utilized in sharing intelligence information
• Conduct all-source research and analysis across the intelligence disciplines, with primary focus on air, naval, ground, Political and Economic (P&E), missile, Special Operations Forces (SOF), and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)
• Coordinate intelligence production requirements for national level customers, unified commands and services to support policymakers, joint acquisition community members, the Joint Chiefs of Staff(JCS), allied forces and others, as required, utilizing requirements management systems
• Assist U.S. Government representatives in national and international conferences, meetings, exercises and working groups to prepare, present and defend proposed assessments and/or positions. These conferences are held both CONUS and OCONUS and are sponsored by the Intelligence Community as dictated by the military situation in the target area
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual working groups, via collaboration tools during non-duty hours, but may have to attend in person to support or present on behalf of USFK
• Assist in identifying potential high interest intelligence data through extensive data mining of intelligence community websites and open source materials
• Prepare Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) periodically or as required based on incidents or circumstances
• Participate in coordinating, monitoring and integrating intelligence while ensuring timely, comprehensive and accurate responses
• Identify intelligence information disparities, specify collection requirements to fill the gaps in information, evaluate resulting intelligence collected in response to the modification to collection and determine the best analytical approach for future collection
• Based on intelligence collected, develop and project data used to draw conclusions and estimate probabilities based on historical and current collection data
Requirements:
•Bachelor or Masters degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Korean language skills a plus
•Must possess a deep knowledge of and skill in applying advanced intelligence concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods and techniques
•Must also possess advanced knowledge of the Intelligence Community and/or Department of Defense missions and functions
•Demonstrated knowledge of Analyst Notebook, Microsoft Office and other Intelligence tools

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently seeking a Human Intelligence Collector Instructor for our Fayetteville, NC location. This position requires competency in the collection of Human Intelligence, Site Exploitation, and Intelligence Collection with the ability to perform a variety of highly technical procedures in the collection, processing, preservation, analysis and reporting of Human Intelligence. This position will work in support of unique asymmetric operations intended for Special Operations, Counter Intelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), personnel conducting counterterrorism operations, and force protection activities.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Certified at a minimum of three of the following:
1. Ft Huachuca Human Intelligence collector AIT
2. John Reid Basic and Advanced Interrogation course
3. LSI Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation Basic SCAN certification
4. LSI Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation Advance SCAN certification
5. Joint Interrogation Certification (JICC)
6. Joint Analyst and Interrogator Collaboration (JAICC)
- Must possess a minimum of four years of experience in:
1. Conducting Interrogations and Field Tactical Questioning, in support of Special Operations Forces and also conventional forces support experience in the OIF/OEF theatre of operations Joint Interrogation Certification (JICC)
2. Military elicitation techniques.
3. Military tactical questioning (TQ) techniques.

5. Debriefing human intelligence sources.

Job Description:
• Conduct basic, intermediate and advanced target development to meet command deadlines and advises staff and operational personnel on findings and recommendations for targeting strategies, as directed.
• Research Target System Analysis and Other Intelligence Sources. The contractor shall produce the following products IAW CJCSI

• Coordinate data management procedures with command and intelligence agencies ensuring irrelevant target List information is archived and deleted
• Manage access to automation tools such as Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT)
• Coordinate with system engineers to ensure optimal uptime of commands targeting systems
• Conduct all-source research and analysis across target intelligence disciplines in support of production cycle, with primary focus on air, naval, ground, missile, long range artillery (LRA), command and control, special operations forces (SOF) and weapons of mass destruction (WMD), as directed
• Examine links, nodes, vulnerabilities, interdependencies and critical elements on enemy target systems
• De-conflicts target intelligence assessments with national level agencies, unified commands, components, the Joint Staff and others, as directed
• Assist in preparing studies, publications, briefings and the tracking of requirements via the chain of command. Responds to ad hoc information requirements and conducts accurate and timely research, as directed

Performs all the duties of the Multimedia Exploitation Specialist as necessary and serves as a senior Multimedia Exploitation specialist to the ISAF/USFOR-A and other commands’ staff in support of the CJ2 Exploitation (CJ2E) and CJ2 exploitation requirements. The successful candidate will provide quality control over exploitation conducted by the Multimedia Exploitation Specialist. The Senior Multimedia Exploitation Specialist functions as a CJ2E liaison enhancing the flow of information between selective Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) officials and designated ISAF/USFOR-A and other commands’ staff to ensuring support to site exploitation and forensics, including documents and media exploitation to enable rapid targeting and prosecutorial efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, developing and presenting Multimedia Exploitation and/or Multimedia Exploitation intelligence products at the operational and strategic levels for senior leaders, to include counter-terrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, counterintelligence, Afghanistan and South West Asia regional issues, political/military analysis and support to targeting.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires 5 years of hands-on experience creating forensic or media exploitation tools on a Windows or Linux platform. Basic programming skills and Windows Server Sys Admin experience required. The successful candidate will be proficient in database/SQL applications and understand and utilize various audio and video editing software, as well as understand the popular media formats WMA, WMV, AVI, MPEG, WAV, MP3, and RM including conversion and various CODECs. They will understand and utilize net framework and redundant server storage.
This is an armed position and the successful candidate must be able to qualify with the M4 Rifle and M9 Pistol using basic military marksmanship standards. Must be able to carry a 60-lb pack in the field and the M4 Rifle for self-defense.
This position requires Master’s Degree or related experience in media exploitation.
This position requires 5 years of experience in computer forensic investigations using EnCase or similar commercial software on Windows Operating System file structures. The contractor shall be capable of providing analog to digital format conversion to .wav, .mp3, and .wma formats. The contractor shall be capable of utilizing various programs to convert VHS, VHS-C, Betamax, Beta SP, Beta ¾ and Hi-8 into DVD, VCD and/or into WMV, MPG (PAL and NTSC) or AVI type files into this digital format in order to upload into the server.
This position requires excellent writing skills utilizing MS Office, Excel Spreadsheet and Access database programs and a basic knowledge of networking.
Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
