Description of Functional Responsibilities:
• Assist geographic AOC’s, government agencies and centers as well as other members of the team in selecting and prioritizing targets and matching appropriate weapons to those targets to create specific desired effects that achieve objectives, taking account of operational requirements and capabilities.
• Analyze all source intelligence data to assist personnel in weaponeering and targeting for kinetic and non-kinetic systems.

Overview: Sallyport will be providing the Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan Combined Joint-Engineering (CSTC-A CJ-ENG), with engineering consultation, program management, design work and master planning support to augment in-house capabilities. Sallyport also will provide maintenance, translation, data input and training of the Afghan Infrastructure Data Integration System (AIDIS) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); advise and assist in the preparation of contracting packages, create work processes, provide acquisition training and assistance for the Afghanistan National Army (ANA) and Afghanistan National Police (ANP); provide Capital Asset Inventory Assessments and site survey capability throughout Afghanistan; and populate the AIDIS CMMS.
The Database Manager must possess 4 years of experience in the GIS field, and have experience in database programming. The Database Manager must be proficient with SQL Server Backend, the C+ programming language, Telerik controls for customization, and DotNeTNuke web front end.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for administering, supporting and assisting in the implementation of new and existing systems, data conversions, deployment and monitoring of the systems as required. This includes maintaining legacy system databases, and developing and assisting in the migration to new systems as required.
· Responsible for supporting and assisting the performance and integrity of the AIDIS database, including collecting data and documentation from a variety of source collections, US government agencies, international organizations, on facility projects in Afghanistan.

1. Assist producer with achieving new business and retention goals. Seek new lines of coverage for current and new clients and act on cross-sell opportunities.
2. Assure review of existing plans/coverages is completed for new clients.
3. Manage the renewal marketing process, coordinating with producer to develop proposals and recommendations. Negotiate renewal with carrier. Deliver recommendations to clients as needed, or accompany producer in making presentations.

8. Prepare, with assistance of producer and EB agency staff, Stewardship Report for appropriate clients, annually.
9. Ensure clients are up-to-date on compliance requirements (e.g. ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, SPDs, Form 5500s) through meetings, webinars, legislative updates and other resources.
10. Liaise between client and carrier and between client and Employee Benefits agency staff on escalated service issues and problem solving, assuring clients their concerns remain active until verifiably complete and confirmed.
11. Make proactive, regularly scheduled courtesy service calls to assigned accounts.
12. Facilitate, in cooperation with Account Manager, "lunch 'n learns" and health fairs, as requested.
13. Present and assist clients to implement wellness solutions, as necessary.
14. Provide administrative support on other tasks such as assigned special projects, development of new ideas/services and other projects, as requested.
15. Become proficient in the EB system, specifically log activities to document client meetings, carrier follow-up, service issues, establish follow-up date and daily manage follow-up in EB system. Also, understand how EB staff uses the EB system to know where to look for information to assist clients.

Qualifications:
