The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. Job Responsibilities: The SIGINT Analyst will be responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing SIGINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent activities and threats to local/regional stability. The SIGINT Analyst will also be responsible for conducting analysis of raw and fused signals intelligence data concerning insurgent threat activities, providing input on multiple Government requirements and objectives, assisting with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and provide key analytical support for senior Military leaders. Attending meetings and conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission.
Requirements:
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current CI-Scope Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mid-level military enlisted or company grade officer experience.
MINIMUM of 4 years SIGINT analysis experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required - operational level experience preferred.
Knowledge of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide fleet support for training events that include planning for required vehicles to support training, staging necessary vehicles and equipment (trailers) to and from training events, making arrangements for vehicle moves, and coordinating vehicle support with training specialists;
• Ensure vehicles issued by Fleet Management are clean (vehicles are free of debris, windshields clear, and exteriors are washed as locations permit), and prepped (required safety equipment is in vehicle and in working order) for scheduled activities;
• Coordinate with the Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF)-Mobile Electronic Maintenance Facility (MEMF) for vehicle and Logistics Support Trailer (LST)-Mobile Training Trailer (MTT) requirements to assure vehicles are prepped for required maintenance and communication needs to fully meet all Fleet Management reservations;
• Process vehicles for disposal per Fleet Manager;
• Provide written communication on fleet movement schedules, fleet projections and requirements per training event to Fleet Manager;
• Support and report in real-time all real-world vehicle incidents to the LPMB Chief and Fleet Manager (reporting shall be through phone-call and email after action report); appropriate security measures need to be taken;
• Ensure all contractor fleet personnel possess and maintain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements;
• Ensure purchase requests for supplies, services, and equipment purchased
• Issuing vehicles and required training equipment prior to departure of training exercise and ensuring 100% recovery of equipment upon return (i.e. credit cards, keys, books, etc.); and
• Maintaining receipts and mileage log for GSA vehicles

The contract Security Engineers provide the USAID Office of Security (SEC) support in technical security operations to include troubleshooting, installation, and repairing security systems at USAID. They provide SEC assistance in the planning, designing, development, and implementation of security related projects worldwide. They will provide direct on-site security engineering support to include oversight and inspection of security systems installations and other related technical security functions required to support USAID operations around the world at various sites. Under this activity Security Engineers will:
1) Provide security engineering support to assist SEC/ISP/SE Project Coordination Officers (PCO) with the analysis and design of communications and security projects. Assist PCOs in the preparation of design documents to include Security Engineering Reports (SER), Technical Security Reviews (TSR), Technical Security Installation Reports (TSIR), Scope of Works (SOW), AutoCad or Visio Concept Design Line drawings, and Project Timelines.
2) Assist PCOs in the formulation of a bill of materials (BOM) for communication and security equipment requirements for security upgrade and/or new security installation projects.
3) Assist PCOs in the development of the scope of work (SOW) to be provided to a USAID Mission for infrastructure work, to include but not limited to: security conduit installation, preparation of a Electrical Cabinet (EC) room, installation of FE/BR doors, installation of communication towers, installation of active anti-ram barriers, and any other Diplomatic Security approved equipment/systems.
4) Provide armored vehicle repairs to include, but not limited to: ballistic glass replacement or repairs, door check straps, door handles, installation of communication equipment on approved DOS armored vehicle platforms.
5) Assist PCOs with pre-project and post-project on site surveys/inspections and any other related engineering functions required to support USAID as deemed necessary by the Security Engineering Branch Chief.

DUTY DESCRIPTION:
The Personnel Recovery Program Coordinator will supervise and manage the personnel recovery (PR) support to USAID’s Office of Security (SEC) including PR training development, training delivery, technical support, and PR equipment distribution.
