What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems CUAS Intelligence Analyst, you will provide embedded and reach back support to Improvised Threat and C-UAS efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and foreign partners. You will provide specialized multi-intelligence analysis, fusion and vulnerability assessments to understand and mitigate the threat posed by UAS to deployed US Forces, Partner nations, and critical infrastructure. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and assessments that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UAS network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and C-UAS operations. As required, you will interact directly with the supported Combatant Commands, deployed intelligence consumers, foreign partners, and the Community of Interest during the development of intelligence products to meet Command, unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information and inform a variety of activities to protect critical infrastructure. As required, you will plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners and participate in the development and fielding of tactics, tools and techniques that enhance the organization’s ability to effectively mitigate the UAS threat.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with the supported CCMD, deployed warfighters, and partner nations to assist operational and tactical commanders, The AOC, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against UAS threats and associated threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Deployments are 90 days in length to Ramstein, GE with 9 months providing reach back support.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other CCMDs and tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the EUCOM or CENTCOM AOR.
You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and three-to-four month deployments and TDY to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of C-UAS, attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.
More than three years of experience providing some combination of C-UAS, C-IED or Asymmetric threat intelligence analysis support.
More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
Expert understanding of advanced tools to include the use of Voltron, MIST and other related intelligence tool suites
Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach Cultweave, PROTON, and related SIGINT Databases.
Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
Practical understanding of analysis of unstructured, complex, Big Data sets

K2 Solutions is actively seeking the right professional to fill the role as the Special Operation Forces (SOF) Core support, Program Manager in Tampa, Florida. The right candidate will serve as the focal point between HQ USSOCOM SOF AT&L-KH personnel and their company's management regarding all contractual issues and discrepancies. You will ensure full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and ensure that non-conforming contract services are correct.
Responsibilities:
The SOF Core support PM will participate in formal activity and program management quarterly reviews at HQ USSOCOM. Integrate and coordinate all activity required to execute the contract and manage timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification. Will provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors. Ensure customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all contractor personnel. Experience and Education
*Required Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities
• Work with Market Research and Analytics Group to assess measure Total Resource Cost (TRC) tests, or other cost effectiveness and societal benefit tests.

• Work with Program Managers, Business Development/Account Executives to identify

• Required to understand both the construction industry and business of the customer,
the issues customers deal with and how energy related to their business, specifically
how such technologies and measures best serve these interests.
• Support the Project Specialist and Section Manager in preparing analysis and reports in
responses to Public Service Commission orders and inquiries.
• May represent the Department on program measure issues with DPS Staff,
governmental authorities, utilities, and other entities as needed.
• Will also be called upon to assist in corporate emergencies as required.
• Will evaluate project specific technologies and strategies for conformance with program

Managing and maintaining the logistics and inventory management database of record

More About the Role:

You will interact directly with units preparing to deploy to areas where they will face improvised threats, providing insight and recommendations that shape their pre-deployment planning and training.
**Relocation to Northern Virginia is not required for the position.**
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
CENTCOM-based ground combat experience with a combat arms unit within the past seven years.
Minimum of two years of deployed combat experience from the post 9/11 era.
Minimum 10 years of service within a Special Operations unit.
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Program provides timely, accurate and efficient support to HUMINT collection operations within the Defense of Defense (DoD). The tasks covered in this position are for target development, and operational or strategic support to national-level DoD efforts.
Conduct intelligence research and create cables, trace responses, network diagrams and asset validation products.
Provide intelligence analysis to collection platforms throughout the world.
Provide detailed input to asset validation panels in support of Chief-INT, who is a voting Asset Review Board (ARB) Panel Member, to determine current and future viability of sources.
Represent defense HUMINT in agency, defense and national forums, and produce and give briefings as necessary.
Brief products produced in the above tasks at meetings, workshops, or other community venues for the purposes of intelligence sharing and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with 4 years experience in contracts/acquisition that includes:
Four (4) or more years working with FAR/DFAR Contracts Management for DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts.
Secret Clearance Required - TS/SCI preferred
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
One (1) year of this experience in direct support of a Navy organization performing systems acquisition
Statutory and policy procurement-related requirements (FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series). Demonstrate a working knowledge of contents and application to the contracting process, preferably ACAT I programs.
Development of contract strategies to incentivize industry performance:
conduct market research
acquisition planning
cost and price analysis
solicitation and selection of sources
and performance of all phases of contract administration
Develop contract documents, to include:
Request for Proposals (RFP’s)
Statements of Work (SOW)
Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL)
Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN)
DD- 254’s
Acquisition Plans
Source Selection Plans
Justifications & Approvals and Determinations & Findings.
HIGHLY DESIRED EXPERIENCE
DAWIA Level I- II in contract management or similar (e.g., CFCM)
ACAT II or III experience
