Praetor Technologies has an Immediate Need to identify a Nuclear or Chemical Engineer or All Source Intelligence Analyst with an understanding of chemical and nuclear manufacturing processes including the nuclear fuel cycle to support an interesting, national security impacting program.
The select candidate will have an understanding and knowledge of analytical design processes, be a strong writer, and be able to write finished all source intelligence products. An All Source Intelligence Analyst is Highly Desired. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide web-based services to include: dissemination support, Web Master Management, portal design and management as well as data base management.
Provide dedicated support necessary to Collect, identify, collate, update, document, disseminate, recommend, maintain, and implement knowledge management processes, system architecture/information flow, and functional requirements/documentation for USCENTCOM HQs and Forward Support.

Shall interact with analysts, functional users, program offices, national agencies and system integrators to maintain tailored information knowledge architecture and information flow with Government oversight.
Shall also demonstrate the necessary proficiency to provide expertise to enable interoperable intelligence systems and information flow between services, national agencies, Combatant Commands, coalition partners, and USCENTCOM.
Responsibilities also include supporting mobile training teams (MTT) in theater as well as attending conferences, identifying and documenting solutions to technical and functional information management requirements.
Determine, design, develop, and implement web site scripts and configurations to automate--as much as possible, dissemination processes for intelligence products.
REQUIREMENTS
U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with 10 – 15 Years of experience in Knowledge Management, Intelligence Analysis or Systems related career field.
Must be experienced with Intelligence Information Sharing Tools and Applications.
Must be able to demonstrate expert written and oral communication skills.
Must be experienced in SharePoint business processes.
Must be proficient in MS Office tools and applications with a demonstrated experience in writing formal documents, memoranda, and communications.
Willing to support military work schedule; may require extended hours, weekends, holidays, recall for support, and/or rotating shifts or surges.
Have a current Tourist Passport or obtain one within 30 days of hire.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be part of a Security Assistance Team (SAT) located in Amman Jordan, training foreign Special Operations students at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC). Training will include basic and advanced Soldier skills, Light Infantry, Ranger/SUT, CQB and other SOF skills and mission essential tasks.
Applicants must be able to achieve a score of 270 points or higher on the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) for their age categories. Able to perform no less than six (6) dead-hang pull-ups.
Applicants shall have at least three (3) years’ experience in their subject matter expertise and possess expert knowledge in the small unit tactics they will be teaching. Applicants shall have previous, combat experience in either Iraq or Afghanistan (within 5-8 years).
Preferred skills and experience are:
• Platoon Sergeant or above; Airborne Infantry, 75th Ranger Regiment Non-Commissioned Officer or Special Forces ODA team member.

SUMMARY: The Resistance Academic Instructor (RAD) will support the Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Level C High-Risk Role-Play Instructors for the US Army Special Forces (SF) Qualification Course
WORK LOCATION: Camp Mackall / Fort Bragg, NC
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare for critical course content and to instruct based upon lesson objectives
Capacity to motivate students based on the objectives
The ability to conduct effective High-Risk Role-Play as a method of instruction is crucial to experiential student learning within SERE High-Risk Level C Training
Adapt and adjust to doctrinal changes as lessons learned from the operational force are incorporated into POI and Joint Training Standards for SERE Level C training
Perform Academic training in accordance with (IAW) SERE Level-C POI and Special Forces SERE School standard operating procedure (SOP)
Ensure each student graduates with the confidence and appropriate proficiency level to employ SERE and individual Personnel Recovery (PR) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) necessary to survive, evade, resist and escape across all spectrums of captivity
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Must be a graduate of DoD recognized SERE Level C High-Risk Course which included Core Captivity Curriculum and the Directed Communication Model (DCM), with proof of certification; OR provide documentation of completion in Core Captivity Curriculum or the DCM from an accredited DoD SERE Course.
Must have a minimum of four (4) years of military service from any military branch, attained a minimum grade of E-5 and received an honorable discharge
Have the ability to maintain all physical and mental requirements, to include:
Pass a psychological evaluation
Accommodate rotating shifts, if needed
Perform work in varied conditions (indoor/outdoor, extreme inclement weather; to include rain and snow)
Pass a physical exam within the last 12 months from contract start date, per the suitable for duty requirements
Must be qualified and certified IAW the Special Forces SERE School Instructor Certification Program (ICP)
Experience performing as a High-Risk Role Player
Ability to prepare critical course content and to conduct instruction

Experience/Education

48. CI Screener - Qatar - Secret clearance
ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.
ITA currently has opportunities for CI Screeners in Qatar to conduct screenings, complete reports and do all necessary background checks on locally employed persons screened.
Screening: A screening will consist of an in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and AFOSI; records checks; and biometric enrollment.
The contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO biometrics, PCASS, and CELLEX equipment at each site. Sites will work in concert with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Site Security Manager (SSM), and necessary biometrics databases in order to accomplish required screenings.
Screening Process: The screening process shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security directives and the established standard operating procedures (SOPs). The contractor shall develop its own SOPs, based on the local environment, the host nation processes, applicable U.S. or host nation requirements or laws, and needs of the locally supported AFOSI units.
Screening Preparation: The contractor will receive notification of newly hired contractor employees or other persons requiring access from the installation contracting office or local command authorities. Additional interviews and screening efforts may be required as determined by the local AFOSI supported unit.
Screening Methodology: Screening interviews shall be conducted IAW the SOPs used and approved by U.S. Government representatives (Contracting Officer’s Representative ((COR), with the overall intent of identifying applicants that pose a risk to U.S., Coalition or Host Nation forces. Screeners shall structure their interviews to create a professional and respectful environment. Screeners shall utilize rapport building techniques to build trust with the applicant. It is important that the applicant understands the purpose of the interview and how the information from the interview will be utilized.
Reporting Results: Results of a screening will be reported to the respective AFOSI and installation security/force protection offices, if derogatory information is discovered, as prescribed by the local AFOSI Commander.
Safeguarding Information: The contractor shall safeguard all information and information systems with applicable guidance and rules set forth by the U.S. Government, Department of Defense and installation security office. Information derived from the operation of a LEP screening cell is the property of the U.S. Government and shall be safeguarded IAW classification and applicable guidance.
· Minimum Qualifications:
Screeners shall be the DoD Civilian equivalent of AFOSI (AFSC 7S071), Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Army CID, USAF AFSC 3P0X1 (Security Forces) with four (4) years law enforcement or investigations experience, or USA MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E (Strategic Debriefer or individual with similar skill set) with a minimum of four (4) years field experience (not including training time).

Job Description: Telum is recruiting a Program Manager to work in support of Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) with Training Support to provide exercise management, role player, subject matter expertise and training support for assessment, selection, and training conducted by 1st Special Warfare Training Group (SWTG) (Airborne). The Program Manager will:
Be accountable for the performance of the work under this contract
Have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract
Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower and team activities including areas of administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel
Effectively interface with the Government’s COR and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) while serving as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority
Be available to the Government during normal business hours plus all other times as required by contract
Experience and Education:
Required
· Special Forces qualified Sergeant Major or above
· Minimum of 15 total years of military/professional experience in program management related positions; including at least five (5) years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce in support of a DOD contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity
· Must possess at least five (5) years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces, preferably to the USAJFKSWCS
· Must have been a Program Manager within the last two (2) years
· Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or higher degree from an accredited university or college, OR at least 15 years of Special Forces experience
Travel: up to 10% within in a 200 mile radius
