Perception IR Special Services is hiring Operations Research Analysts (ORSA) in Northern Virginia. You will provide support to government clients and U.S. Military units, focused on Weapons of Mass Destructions (WMD), Great Power Competition (GPC), and countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build or employ such threats. You will provide support through on-site and reach-back support function in a CONUS location or embedded with the supported elements OCONUS. Duties include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into an analytical product. You will use integration of data from intelligence disciplines to illuminate entities and networks of interest. Your expertise will support multi-intelligence teams, social analytical teams, and special operations analytical teams; and include actionable reporting based on data driven analysis of operations. You will provide the subject matter expertise at data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis. You will analyze unit operations through Operations Research techniques, produce trends assessments and analysis, C-IED analytical products and provide information to the government client regarding the effectiveness of the client initiatives. ORSAs will provide analysis of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and Great Power Competition (GPC), identify trends and patterns of improvised threats, threat networks, and provide predictive analysis of enemy activity to assist in planning. As part of the team you will provide unique skillsets that integrate military knowledge and experience with mathematics, statistics, quantitative analysis, and other scientific techniques to effectively solve a wide array of complex problems. You will manage and analyze large quantities of data, translate data into useful insights, and develop strategies and metrics to provide on-site tactical, operational, and strategic courses of actions to senior leaders and decision-makers. You will provide leaders with actionable insights from data-driven analysis of operations, processes, and capabilities to identify trends, inform assessments of effectiveness, and mitigate risk. In addition to supporting our organization, ORSAs are able to support deployed units and embed with those units in operational theaters.

As a Transmission Planning Engineer, you will be part of a highly-skilled professional team in the Energy Planning and Innovation section which is comprised of engineers responsible for operational and long-term planning of the electric transmission system. Our mission is to strategically and collaboratively plan the future of safe, reliable, and competitively-priced energy for the citizen owners and customers of Colorado Springs Utilities.
Key areas of focus:
Develop the seasonal and long-term Electric Transmission System Plans to replace or upgrade system infrastructure, construct facilities to serve new customer loads, and to enhance reliability and resiliency facilities as appropriate
Perform short and long-term transmission power flow, transfer capability, voltage and dynamic stability, short circuit and post-transient analyses studies
Work closely with transmission operators to ensure reliable operation of the grid developing solutions for operational problems such as voltage, overload, congestion management, etc.

JOB PURPOSE: The USSOCOM J-59-L Strategy, Plans and Policy Lessons Learned (LL) Branch is responsible for implementing USSOCOM Directive 11-3 SOF Lessons Learned Program to enhance joint capabilities through discovery, knowledge development, implementation, and sharing of observations, issues/insights, lessons, and best practices from operation, training events, exercises, and other activities involving Special Operations Forces (SOF) assets. The SOF LLP applies lessons learned to the full range of joint operations to develop policy and for gathering, developing, and disseminating joint lessons learned across the J59 LL Network.
This is a full time position at Hurlburt that will support the 27th SOW.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Plans, synchronizes and coordinates the Component Command’s Annual LL Campaign Plans; includes coordination/information sharing with other commands (i.e. Joint Staff, Services, other Component Commands).
· Coordinates Command driven Before Action Review (BAR) for each specific event to identify objectives outlined by the Command and facilitate achievement of command goals and objectives.
· Collects, reviews and presents LL material for compliance with policy, attainment of objectives, overall effectiveness, and quality to supported Component Command and USSOCOM.
· Conducts comprehensive post event analysis to identify immediate SOF capability impacts as well as long-range effect on training, employing, and organizing SOF support.
· Incorporates observations, insights, and lessons learned into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) for their respective commands to ensure data is synchronized, current, and available.
· Coordinates LL material prior to release from the Component Command addressing non-controversial and potentially controversial matters.
· Regularly meets with numerous military personnel on the advancement of lessons learned information sharing on collection, analysis concepts, principles and applications.
· Compile Before Action Reports, After Action Reports, Executive Summaries, Post Activity Bulletins and Requests for Information. Documentation shall be complete and include substantiated findings and recommendations, consistent with a high level of quality control and distribution ready. The documentation shall also be audience-specific and captured at the appropriate security level.
· Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders.
Education/Experience:
· 7 years of prior service experience, including 2 years of experience working with a Component Command
· 1 year experience using classified collaborative communications systems, for example DCO
· Graduate from Component specific SOF qualified course or additional service requirement for the supported unit

Summary

Summary:
Engineer with Airfield Pavements experience to serve as owner’s rep for Military Construction (MILCON) and similar projects in Guam, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and other western Pacific locations. More About the Role:

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. Using expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and GEOINT you will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-Wexford SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted threat networks.

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Master Free Fall Instructor // Guam // SECRET Clearance // Moving Assistance
Rigid Tactical is seeking a Master Free Fall Instructor to train US Navy Military Free Fall, Static Line Jump Masters, and tactical elements, in advanced Military Free Fall operations using approved Tactics, Techniques, and Policies (TTPs) in use by the US Navy’s Premeditated Personnel Parachuting and Cargo Airdrop (P3) program, as delineated in the OPNAV 3501.225 (series) policy, and its references.
Military free fall operations training shall include tactical High Altitude/Low Opening (HALO) and High Altitude/High Opening (HAHO)operations; water airdrop operations and procedures; and tactical Drop Zone(DZ) operations that adhere to locally developed policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
Conduct Military Free Fall (MFF) refresher training between fifty and one-hundred times per year in accordance with the OPNAV 3501.225 to personnel who have not completed a MFF jump for over a 1 year period. Refresher training shall be conducted within the Mariana Islands which include, Guam, Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.
Examine and certify US Navy Air Operations Trainers in accordance with OPNAV 3501.225(series) policy, and its references; examine and certify trainers between 5 and 10 times annually.
Perform approximately one-hundred (100) United States Parachute Association Accelerated Free Fall Instructor (USPA AFFI) HAHO and/or HALO premeditated parachute jumps, annually; perform aerial videography prejump, and a complete jump debrief, designed to identify jumper deficiencies foreach parachute jump completed. Provide USPA Coach Course one-on-one training, pre-jump ground training, and free fall relative work training, using Government furnished non-tactical/nonstandard Commercial off the Shelf parachute equipment.
Perform canopy control coaching within the classroom, the lab, and practical application; utilizing TTPs developed by the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Training and Evaluation Unit ONE and TWO, and used during Parachute Proficiency Training (PPT, CIN S-431-3333) courses.
Pack and maintain their assigned Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), main and reserve parachute systems and adhere to pack-in-process inspection requirements outlined in OPNAV 3501.225(series)policy, and its references, and under the direct technical oversight of the N73Leading Chief Petty Officer and their subordinates.
Using the US Navy’s Dive Jump Reporting System (DJRS), make queries, and update jump logs and jump manifests, for approximately two-hundred(200) personnel, annually.
Maintain quarterly jump records management, to include queries, for approximately two-hundred (200) personnel, at EODMU FIVE, using the US Navy’s Advanced Skills Management System (ASM).
Schedule and coordinate Government (include contract aircraft) Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Air Assets, as required, to support training and exercises of EODMU FIVE’s Airborne Personnel and Cargo Airdrop mission approximately one-hundred (100) times annually.
Attend a minimum of one Parachute Proficiency Training (PPT)course (CIN S-431-3333) annually.
Prepare a written report, summarizing any changes in TPP's that would require changes to EODMU FIVE Air Operations.
Attend monthly Joint Region Marianas range control meetings, located on Guam, to coordinate and ensure the submission of Federal Aviation Administration Notice to Airman (FAA NOTAM), de-conflict drop zone and range access issues, and coordinate and de-conflict airdrop activities with DoD agencies co-located with EODMU FIVE.
Education And Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Military Free Fall instructor at any of the following locations: U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (SWCS) at YPG Yuma, AZ; Naval Special Warfare Advance Training Command & Tactical Air Operations, San Diego, CA; U.S.M.C. Inspect and log the temperature of all refrigerators that contain any type of pharmaceutical and report problems to the Manager or Pharmacist.
Conduct orientations, for new staff, to pharmacy policy and practice within the clinic.
Keep staff appraised of changes in protocols, drug recalls, etc. that may affect patient safety.
Clean equipment and work areas in the pharmacy.
Perform record keeping functions in accordance with company policies and position.
Maintain functional proficiency and ease of use utilizing electronic health records as required by, and appropriate to, position.
Complete and pass all discipline specific competencies testing, initially and annually.
Complete all initial, annual and ad hoc training as required/assigned.
Maintain patient confidentiality, and confidentiality of medical records, in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations in all work activities.
Adhere to, and maintais awareness of the client’s Policies, Procedures, Directives, Operational Memoranda and accreditation standards as prescribed by the client.

The Signals Intelligence Electronic Warfare (SI/EW) Systems Engineer will be responsible for applying practical knowledge to communication technologies, navigation, and sensor systems in support of Tactical Training Exercise Control Group (TTECG), Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center (MAGTF-TC) operations, by producing a realistic signal environment and providing technological support. The role will enable TTECG to employ and train on a variety of SIGINT/EW capabilities in support of Service Level Training Exercises (SLTE) conducted on board Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms, CA.
The SI/EW Systems Engineer will assist in the development, operation, and supervision of Signal Environment solutions to support TTECG exercises. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for improving and managing a realistic Radio Frequency Signal Environment that is dynamic and scalable tailored to SLTE events. The signals solutions will include: a wide variety of signals from wireless communications signals, RADAR, and military communications signals. SI/EW Systems Engineer will be required to network commercial-off-the-shelf/government-off-the-shelf systems.
