2. IED Trainers - Hohenfels, Germany:
Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Intelligence Analyst - Provide experienced and qualified individual to JMRC who provides Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) instructional support to rotational units. Serves as a core member of the IED Defeat Team instructing large groups of personnel, including Brigade and Regimental Combat Team (B/RCT) leadership and staff at home station (to support Surge Operations) and at the JMRC. Periods of instruction will consist of C-IED concepts, best practices and current tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) for countering the improvised explosive devices (IEDs), IED trends and other C-IED related information as required. We are seeking to expand the functionality of its support of the combat Advanced Warfigher simulation (AWARS). AWARS terrain is represented by an aggregate terrain database with superimposed network of mobility corridors. The next phase of the work will consist of making the AWARS units make more reasoned selections for routes. The terrain includes attributes such as water, urbanized areas, mountains and natural obstacles. The methodology needs to:



- Dynamically allow a unit to select a new route when the tatical situation changes
- At a minimum consider the commanders criteria when planning routes
- Congestion on the mobility corridor
- Effects of length and width of the corridor on congestion
- Commander's priority of unit movements
- Document all software requirements in the AWARS format

- Acquire and maintain a broad working knowledge of U.S. Army tactics, techniques, and procedures both doctrinal and experimental to include, but not limited to:
- Vehicles, aircraft, weapon systems and other equipment both fielded and developmental
- U.S. Army Corps and division level organizations for combat and operational principles

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

4. Exercise Planner in support of Joint Task Force - Civil Support based on Fort Monroe, VA. JTF-CS (www.jtfcs.northcom.mil) is the primary DOD JTF that will respond in the event of a CBRNE consequence management mission in the United States. Position is immediately available.

• Be prepared, on short notice, to deploy with JTF-CS to a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, High Explosive (CBRNE) incident site, establish command and control (C2) of designated DoD forces and provide Military Assistance to Civil Authorities (MACA) to save lives, prevent injury and provide temporary critical life support. Deployments to a real world incident site will generally be for 30 to 60 days and require a work schedule of 12 to 14 hours per day, seven days per week, for the duration of the operation.

• All contractor personnel will be physically capable of preparing for deployment, conducting realistic training, and operating in a CBRNE environment for extended periods. On an annual basis, the Contractor's Program Manager will be required to certify to the Government Contracting Officer that all contractor employees are physically prepared for the physical rigors of a real world deployment.

• Participate fully in all JTF-CS exercises. JTF-CS exercises are designed to simulate as closely as possible the strenuous requirements of an actual deployment to a real world incident and generally run for 10 days to 2 weeks. They will generally take place in austere environments and will require a work schedule matching that of a real world incident: 12 to 14 hours/day, 7 days/week for the duration of the exercise.

• Participate in all JTF-CS training in preparation of real world deployments. On a quarterly basis, participate in CBRNE protective equipment (protective suits and protective masks) familiarization training designed to prepare personnel for the physical demands of using this protective equipment.

• Support the deliberate planning and crisis action planning efforts. Crisis Action Planning (CAP) requirements may emerge with little notice when JTF-CS is required to prepare for an immediate deployment to a real world incident site. JTF-CS will also initiate Crisis Action Planning in support of designated national Special Security Events (NSSE) that may number 12 to 14 per year. While CAP is underway, works schedules of 12 hours/day, 7 days/week for the duration of the CAP cycle will be required.

Provide specified, tailored, flexible and timely support to JTF-CS within the command-wide Alert Posture Level System (APLS). In support of short notice deployments, designated contractor personnel will be in an alert status that requires their response for immediate deployment within 2 hours.
Meet all JTF-CS medical readiness standards in order to be prepared for possible deployment to incident sites potentially affected by CBRNE weapons or devices. As a component of the JTF Force Readiness Program, each contractor will be required to receive JTF-CS identified immunizations, specifically, smallpox, anthrax, tetanus, typhoid, varicella, Hepatitis A & B, OPV (polio), and MMR.
Work in accordance with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) to prepare and assist in the conduct of joint exercises. This will include: scenario development, drafting exercise injects, Master Scenario Event List development, writing exercise directives and developing After Action Review reports.
Draft and review Execution Orders and Fragmentary Orders for all exercises and operations.
Support coordination of plans with other DoD, Federal and State agencies.
Be familiar with Federal, DoD and staff operational exercises for Consequence Management of a CBRNE event.
Support development of CBRNE doctrine and Joint Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (JTTPs).
During real world operations, exercise planners will be used within the JOC in support of the Task Force Manager (night shift), Plans and Orders (P&O) Cell Chief (night shift), and P&O Cell Deputy (night shift).


Experience: The Exercise Planner should have completed a joint level tour and have 3 years experience in exercise planning. Prior military experience desired.

NEK is currently seeking a Geospatial Analyst. Individual must be a U.S. citizen and hold a current TS/SCI level security clearance.

The National Geospatial Intelligence College (NGC) requires geospatial analysis (GA) instructors to develop and deliver basic, intermediate and advanced geospatial analysis and/or remote sensor training. The mission of the Geospatial Analysis Instructor is to develop and deliver basic, intermediate, and advanced geospatial and geospatial intelligence training for delivery to NGA and the intelligence community.

The instructors will work as part of a team of contract and government geospatial analysis and imagery instructors to combine the applications of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing (RSI), and sensors with other intelligence sources. They will teach the application of GIS techniques and instruct on the theory, techniques, procedures, and sensors used to produce digital and hardcopy geospatial intelligence products from remotely sensed imagery.

Work will be conducted primarily at NGC facilities at Fort Belvoir, VA. Instructors may be required to travel to other government facilities in the Washington, DC area as well as CONUS and OCONUS travel in support of training requirements.

Required experience, knowledge and skills:

1. Proven detailed working knowledge of NGA, Department of Defense, Federal, and Commercial RSI/GIS data sources, standards, and models.

This instructor will support the Chief of the Geospatial-Intelligence Analysis Training Branch, at The School of Geospatial-Intelligence (TSG) located in Fort Belvoir, VA. The mission of the School of Geospatial-Intelligence and Systems Training is to coordinate, develop, and deliver geospatial-intelligence training and education to the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other government agencies in support of national security.

These instructors will work alongside existing contract and government geospatial-intelligence instructors in air, ground, naval, electronic, and other order of battle analyses. 9. 18th Airborne Role Players (Ft. Bragg, NC)

NEK is seeking individuals that are available to conduct role playing exercises for its customer in and around Fort Bragg, NC. The Role Playing iterations are planned for three days a week and should run for five consecutive weeks, for a total of fifteen days. Work days are expected to be ten to twelve hours per day. Role players will act as local villagers nd be interacting with students attending the course, to be conducted outdoors in a mock city. Individuals will be required to work in all types of weather (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.). Participants must be in good physical condition and able to withstand the rigors of the environment. Transportation to and from training area will be provided.

Previous military experience is desired, but not required. Candidates must reside in the Fayetteville, NC area.
