Job Title: SENIOR SOCOM ALL SOURCE INFORMATION FUSION (ASIF)
FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Tampa & Hawaii)

Responsibilities:
FSEs provide training, technical support, and data integration for users across CIP/COP Platforms and are experts in all facets of the SOCOM Enterprise Analytical Platform to include Palantir, FADE/MIST, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook, and a number of CIP/COP add-ons.
The primary core competencies include: tailored training and curriculum development, system troubleshooting, hardware and server maintenance, workflow improvement, and customer outreach.
FSEs serve a diverse SOF customer base in both CONUS & OCONUS.
Deploy OCONUS to Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa or other locations as required by the customer and execute other duties as directed or assigned by the Program Manager or customer.
CONUS Positions are located US wide supporting SOF customers.

Qualifications:

Must remain deployable to the required theater of operations.

Essential Functions:

Essential Functions:
Successful candidates will work well within team environments, but will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates are required to work with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. Duties will also include but not limited to the following;
· Identify the people, relationships, and organizations having access to the information needed to address the most critical US foreign intelligence requirements and find opportunities to disrupt terrorist attacks, illegal arms trade, drug networks, cyber threats, and counterintelligence threats.
· HTOs will utilize classified and open source databases to produce actionable targeting packages, drive collection, and provide ongoing support to field operations.
· HTOs will collaborate with other operational support personnel to identify critical information gaps.
· Perform all-source analysis including social network analysis and geospatial analysis to identify potential human sources to resolve these intelligence gaps
· Provide detailed input to asset validation panels to assist in the determination of current and future viability of sources.
· HTO will represent defense HUMINT in agency, defense and national forums, and produce and give briefings as necessary.

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Strategic Peace & Reconciliation Analyst, you’ll support US policymakers, military commanders, and their staff with research, briefings, and written assessments in support of peace and reconciliation efforts in Afghanistan.
More About the Role:
This position performs daily review of intelligence and other incoming reporting for lead development and follow-up and assists in the generation of peace and reconciliation requirements for collection or exploitation. Responsible for providing tailored research and analysis to assist U.S. policymakers, military commanders, and their staffs in analyzing actors and networks affecting peace and reconciliation efforts within or external to Afghanistan; develops visual and geospatial diagrams, and identifies positions, motivations, and vulnerabilities of those actors and their networks. Supports the planning, organizing, and coordination of peace and reconciliation-related activities, including providing actionable intelligence and development of feasible, acceptable, and suitable recommendations. Prepares and drafts correspondence, assessments, briefings, and reports for U.S. policymakers, military commanders, and their staffs. Maintains liaison with the U.S. Embassy, Resolute Support, inter-governmental agencies, non-governmental agencies, and interagency elements. Participates in coordination meetings to include VTCs within theater and with CONUS-based agencies and organizations, as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance.
Ten years of analytical experience and a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
One year of USG policy-level analysis experience.
Three years of experience with intelligence methods and tools and expertise with critical node analysis of insurgent and terrorist networks.
Skilled at implementing and utilizing best practices, proper tradecraft, and evaluating relevancy of disseminated information.
Medically deployable to CENTCOM.
Able to complete required personal weapons qualification prior to deployment.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Previous deployment experience with the U.S. military, Department of State, or other U.S. agency. Experience living and working in Afghanistan.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Afghan history, culture, demographic, ethnic, and tribes including their similarities and differences.
Knowledgeable of the key decision-makers within the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, including within the Ministries of Defense and Interior, and the structure of these organizations.
Knowledgeable of the foreign policy positions, motivations, and vulnerabilities of insurgent groups and external state and non-state actors.
Five years of experience with intelligence methods and tools, including analysis tools, report aggregators, and data visualization (i.e., i2 Analyst's Notebook, Palantir, Google Earth, etc.).
One year of experience supporting peace and reconciliation efforts between governments, military forces, tribal, ethnic, and/or insurgent groups, e.g. Bosnia, Colombia, Iraq, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Surveillance Operations Specialist (SO) simulates the collection activities normally associated with a hostile agent operation in the local area. The SO is given the name of the city/base/port and a general description of the target. The SO first attempts to collect information about the target facility without the aid of assets normally available to state- sponsored foreign intelligence Entity (FIE). His or her collection activities normally begin in advance of the arrival of the rest of the BSA team. Typical topics for collection include mission details, personnel and manning, operations, unique equipment, facility security, and constructing possible attack scenarios that could severely damage or destroy the operational capability of the organization or Installation. The data collected may not be absolutely accurate, but it provides a good representation of what an external observer may be able to gather. Due to the limited surveillance time, the SO will make assumptions, take some liberties, and begin his/her duties in the advance surveillance phases as depicted below.
The SO uses a variety of collection techniques to assemble a composite picture of the target facility or intelligence packet. This composite picture represents how the facility or organization appears to outside observers. This viewpoint is particularly useful when addressing exploitable vulnerabilities, potential attack paths and mechanisms, and signature control. Unlike other BSA team members, the SO specialist collects data without the benefit of “host facility” providers or the acknowledged presence of the BSA team.
The SO identifies potential targets and provides a rationale for their selection.
The SO identifies routes and methods of attack for each selected target.

Cipher Tech is seeking TOP SECRET cleared entry or mid-level forward-deployable digital forensic examiners (MEDEXCELLEX examiners) to join a team of experts who play a critical role in protecting national security.
Examiners will be based out of Bethesda, MD and, on an as-needed basis, serve 4 to 6-month long deployments to hazardous environments outside the continental United States (OCONUS) in direct support of our military customers.
Candidates must have at least 6-months of experience conducting digital forensic examinations outside of the classroom. Candidates must also have an active DoD TS clearance.
Candidates are expected to perform full-scope forensic examinations which include:
Forensic imaging and extraction
Advanced registry and internet history analysis
Data obfuscation and steganography detection and analysis

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day production tasks at Fort Campbell in coordination with the Fort Campbell Database Production Section Chief and the Contractor Task Lead.
Handle the day-to-day management and administration of project tasks assigned to the Fort Campbell Database Production Section
Develop detailed work plans and schedules to utilize

The ARC-P / milCloud®2.0 Cyber Security Team is seeking 2 professional and experienced Security Operations Center (SOC) Analysts to join our team. Responsibilities include monitoring Cyber security tools and systems, responding to security incidents, provide initial cyber threat analysis and reporting to support SOC and Program’s situational awareness. SOC Analyst will actively monitor security threats and risks, provide in-depth incident analysis, complete initial investigation and documentation for security incidents, and will provide proactive threat research.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Monitor network traffic for security events and perform triage analysis to identify security incidents.
Respond to computer security incidents by collecting, analyzing, preserving digital evidence and ensure that incidents are recorded and tracked in accordance with SOC and IR requirements.
Work closely with the other teams to assess risk and provide recommendations for improving our security posture.
Qualifications:
Experience managing cases with enterprise SIEM systems like LCE, ArcSight, Splunk or Sourcefire.
Previous experience on a Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT), Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC) or a Security Operations Center (SOC) required. Experience within a Government security authorization boundary under FedRAMP or DISA authorization helpful.
BS or equivalent + 2 yrs related experience, or MS + 0 yrs experience in a technically related field OR equivalent related work experience.
Certification in one or more of; CompTIA Security + , CPTE - Certified Penetration Testing Engineer, CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker, GCIH - (GIAC Certified Incident Handler) or ECIH - (EC-Council Certified Incident Handler), CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor, or CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
