• Organize and maintain Consolidated Secure Equipment Storage.
• Complete and submit registration documents for future KOAM’s.
• Advise government officials on status of COMSEC equipment, requirements for new equipment, and new developments in COMSEC regulations or capabilities.

Project Management:
• Creating, updating, and maintaining a Master Schedule of all projects, external milestones, external due dates, reporting timelines, tracking POA&M dates, and externally visible task response and action dates.

• Lead all project requests through the planning phase, acting as the liaison between the project sponsor and the applicable branches, while facilitating requirements development, recording scope, and obtain a level of effort.
• Manage organizational and branch level projects to include cost, schedule, and level of effort through project completion/transition.
• Track, at the project level, overarching risks to a project’s schedule and cost, and relay those thresholds to the government POC.
• Identify potential project failures and address those with the government POC.
• Manage PMO Sponsored workspaces in FootPrints.
• Ensure all requests and projects are being properly routed through the automated system
• Provide end user training to team members using PMO sponsored workspaces
• Work to inspire action, influence decision making processes, and provide an avenue for organizational communication.
• Serve as the primary POC for clients for overall project performance, status updates and issue management for projects.
• Plan and coordinate life cycle activities within projects needed to conceive, develop and maintain capabilities, and systems.
• Lead project status meetings. Manage/provide oversight to projects.
• Work closely with systems and network architects to facilitate a cohesive strategy across existing operational needs and new network paradigms as they emerge and become viable.

o Front-end configuration, field customization, and layout design

o Provide FootPrints Training to the organization
• Host and perform training sessions to individuals and/or groups on general FootPrints capabilities, customer centric processes, or newly developed workspaces.
Process Management:
• Serve as a thought leader in the development of business process solutions and provide Subject Matter Expertise on all Business Process Improvement Solutions for both organizational level processes and branch level processes.
• Work with organization to study its mission, functions and business processes.
• Assess branches business process requirements and then define, design, develop, and deploy streamlined business processes and improvement recommendations.
• Provide automation expertise for customer processes.
• Assist in the creation of transition plans to move from the As-Is state to the To-Be state.
Configuration Management:
• Serve as the SME for configuration management and advise leadership on scope of the entire Configuration Management (CM) processes (including items to be controlled and the information to be captured and recorded) and development of process standards and process plans and procedures.
• Create and provide on-going management of the Configuration Management Plan. Plan should include definitions of Configuration Items (CI), naming convention, establishment of standards, and roles associated with the process.
• Implement and maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that will generate reports to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, assist with identifying preventative maintenance strategies, and overall mission accomplishment.
• Serve as the CM liaison and provide coordination and administrative type assistance to the teams involved in the CCB.
• Review the marketplace for systems and tools that will aid the process to perform better; identify industry best practices which can be used to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of customer networks and applications; and evaluate new tools for a technical fit and advise technical experts regarding tool customization required to suit business processes.
