4. Information Management Officer (IMO) Great Lakes, IL
POSITION TYPE: Full Time Employee
PenBay Media, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Brigade Information Management Officer (IMO). Successful candidate will shall provide customer assistance support to the BDE and subordinate programs with same day response for IT support issues. The IMO shall assist in the redistribution of IT assets to align with requirements, while providing for equipment lifecycle
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide a unified approach to protecting sensitive information while in Automated Information Systems (AIS)
• Provide support to the government by researching, consolidating, documenting, and forwarding all required actions for development of the command's IA policy and guidance; identifying problems and requirements and adequately planning for required resources
• Be accredited in accordance with Information Assurance Workshop (lAW) and Department of Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) standards
• Provide support in reviewing and analyzing threat and vulnerability risk assessments while recommending the appropriate measures to effectively manage those risks
• Execute the Command IA Training and Awareness Program
• Track and update Information Assurance Security Officers’ (IASO) appointment orders, ensuring that at least 95% of all IASO appointments are properly maintained
• Track and update IA incidents required to be reported to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Army Computer Emergency Response Team (ACERT) ensuring that required actions are completed in required time lines.
• Participate in the development of methods used to ensure USACC remains compliant with HQDA Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) Programs.
• Support the coordination of the issue and activation and deactivation of accounts in order to meet the Command's communications requirements.
• Execute the Command IA Training and Awareness Program under the direction of the USACC G6.
• Execute the Incident Handling and Reporting by reporting all IT incidents within two hours of notification to G-6 Chief of Operations and the Operations mailbox; the Command IMO shall then provide support and coordinate the actions to resolve attacks/incidents on command assets with external and subordinate organizations
• Provide support in the preparation and processing of required documentation for DA and DoD required actions needed to respond to IT incidents
• Provide support in command incident handling education and reinforcement training
• Provide government approved documents governing agencies requirements for IT incidents
• Provide technical analysis of IT purchase requests; support technical analyses of current and future IT purchase requests to ensure compatibility with established government specifications
• Monitor support ticketing and reporting systems; report trends of degraded services
• Support the analysis of the IT/1M architecture impacting dynamic network access and services to soldiers, civilians, contractors, and partners at all USACC locations
• Conduct analysis, refinement and modernization of USACC IT/IM system(s) that support Command and Control, education, training, and distribution and delivery

• Provide support in ensuring policy compliance, project management, and technical implementation of data communications services
• Provide software/hardware installation and troubleshooting support for office automation workstations (OA WS), a variety of devices such as smart phones, printers, fax machines, wireless cards, software packages, and application systems
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases for all office automation computers, printers, faxes, and peripheral equipment as well as all other Brigade C4IM requirements with quantities of initial issue and currently on hand equipment, system locations, warranties, and serial numbers

What You'll Get to Do:

TJFACT is seeking to hire a Criminal Analyst II to support the Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI).
The Criminal Analyst II will provide timely investigative data and threat reporting data to the AFOSI Commander and other senior Air Force (AF) and DOD leaders based on tactical law enforcement initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be an integral part of a Government and Contractor Team responsible for criminal intelligence, sexual assault focus areas, while collaborating with counterparts throughout the DoD, Department of Homeland Security and other government agencies.

· Identify trends and actions of sexual offenders investigated by AFOSI. Provide informational briefings outlining his/her findings to facilitate the AF's efforts to prevent sexual offenses.
· Identify vulnerabilities commonly exploited by sexual offenders investigated by AFOSI. Provide informational briefings in support of the AF's risk mitigation efforts.
· Produce and publish analytical products via portal, SharePoint and other electronic methods for ICON leadership, AFOSI field units and AF senior leadership.
· Summarize work efforts, meetings, project statuses, and accomplishment in the form of Weekly activity reports (WAR).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be able to maintain a personnel security clearance. Clearances shall be verified prior to selection.
· At least 5 years of experience in analyzing criminal investigations.
